I recently visited WTC as a new customer. This was the best experience I’ve had since I began waxing years ago. The salon is extremely clean and the staff was so friendly and genuinely welcoming. Brazilians with new providers can sometimes be an awkward adjustment but Liz made it a comfortable environment even as a first time guest. She was extremely gentle but incredibly thorough. I would recommend the salon to anyone!

Never a bad experience here! My forever waxer is Kamri because she always makes appointments go by so fast and easy by how outgoing and funny she is. She gets it done fast and very efficiently. And the front desk girls are always so nice and helpful. A great environment in general! Will definitely be coming back every 4 weeks.

I went to the midtown location and my waxers name was JaLisa. She was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. You could tell that she enjoyed what she did. I got full legs and under arms done. She didnt miss a spot. A week later and Im still smooth. 10/10 will visit her again.

I went to waxing in the city and I loved it! I had Jalisa and she is amazing. Made me feel very comfortable was professional and did an amazing job on my Brazilian. I got in right away for my appt and front desk was great too! I recommend this place!

I love this waxing the city location. Anne usually does my wax but on my last visit I had the pleasure of having Sawyer as my cerologist. I had always heard good things about Sawyer’s work and she did not disappoint. She was prompt, courteous and very professional. The location was clean upon entry as usual and the room was as well. I will continue to visit this location and refer others.

Listen- this is the only place you want to go for a wax. Whether it’s your first or hundredth time, for eyebrows or full Brazilian, this is the place you want to go. Waxing is their bread and butter and all the aestheticians go through extensive training and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going here for 18 months+ and have never had a bad experience even with different waxers. Their wax is a specialty hard wax (think like European wax center on the east coast) that is non irritating and doesn’t pull the skin. I’m very picky and want to be comfortable and in good hands and this place never disappoints. My tips for a first timer: wear loose fitting comfortable clothes, take ibuprofen 30 min before your appt, & drink a lot of water. The best waxer here is Chelsea. I’ve gotten waxes all over and she’s hands down the fastest and most painless wax I’ve ever had. Book here- you get 50% off your first service and their club orange program is a good way to save $$ too.

The Midtown location is honestly the absolute best. Wonderful from start to finish. Ive quickly become a return customer for not just service but also for the retail products that they carry.Their front desk staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and present for whatever questions I have regarding the whole process and after care of my skin as well as letting me know of their specials, memberships, and new products.Ive consistently had Ashlei for all of my services from brows to nose to legs. She is very professional, great company during the service (Especially since Im very new to getting waxed), and she is extremely practiced. Making sure it is as comfortable and quick without cutting any corners. Shes always helped not just with what I came for, but also tailoring the style or look of my waxes through her expertise.And the management, Anne, is a consummate professional. Shes always made sure Ive been taken care of by her staff, she is incredibly present every time Ive been there and has a wealth of knowledge for skin and personal care that I rely on greatly as a returning regular.15/10 I will always sing this locations praises.

SO apparently it is impossible to cancel your orange member ship or whatever it is called. I am a healthcare worker and can not make it into cancel, because lets face it if I could make it in dont you think that I would just get waxed!? so each month (even thought I have begged to cancel) they keep taking my money, refusing to refund even if I could make it in. So these people have now well over $100, I wouldnt recommend to anyone! I have never had this issue with a company. I am so disappointed in this place.

Usually great, this location is much better than the other location in Omaha. They take their time and all of the cerologists Ive had have been fun and easy to work with. Definitely reccomend this location specifically!

I am new to Omaha and just moved to Midtown. I had previously been a customer of European Wax in Texas. I decided to give Waxing the City a try at Midtown Crossings. Ashlei Buchow was very helpful and professional in explaining the differences in the two companies. She also explained the wax in the city product and the procedures available where I felt educated and secure in my decision to try this location. I highly recommend Wax in the City and this location especially Ashlei.

Midtown location is absolutely amazing! I used to go to another waxing center and when I moved to Omaha they did not have it here. I found waxing the city and love it. I have had 3 different cerologists and they were all great. Definitely recommend waxing the city midtown and if you go ask for Anaya, Ashlei or Sawyer!

I had Sawyer and she was the best... my first time I went to Brazilian wax by Vanella a company in Omaha as well and I had a horrible experience during and afterwards.... so the fact that Sawyer did an amazing job and was very sweet made me less nervous. Loved that she talked about after care and Club Orange.. will definitely be going back and will recommend this be the best waxing company in Omaha!
