I had an appointment for hair highlights and cut on tuesday 3rd. I showed the stylist a picture visibly showing the highlights i wanted and the cut...but to my disappointed nothing came out even close to the pictures. The stylist was nice but she couldnt do the job...and they charged me $188 plus tip . I just wanna say, if u cant do what a customer want, why waste their time and money

If you want short hair, you NEED to see Paige! I showed her some pictures of cuts I liked and she took the time to ask me what my favorite elements of the cuts were. She used this information to give me the exact cut I was looking for! I have never left a salon happier in my life!! She showed me the products I would need for my new cut and took the time to show me techniques for styling it. I am so happy that I decided to get my hair cut here!!

Naaa.... I went to get my nails and hair done. I got my French tips done but I still have the residue of my previous red nail polish on the side of both my thumbs and ring finger. The staff who did my hair were all in great spirits and so cheerful which gave a good atmosphere.

I have been going to Creative Hair Salon for years. I have had two different stylists who I have absolutely loved. Both have always been wonderful and perform whatever service I have asked for my hair with absolute professionalism . The staff and owner are all very friendly and helpful.

CHD is a place where things run on time, I’m treated with respect, and I’m always pleased with the services I receive. John takes good care of his employees and is able to keep talented people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went there because the person I have always gone to was busy and didn’t have an opening until late April. I asked for an all over color and all I got was highlights. I called them and they offered to fix it for free, so I made another appointment with the same girl. When I showed up to my appointment, the hairstylist informed me she had to reschedule her car broke down, instead of calling me so I didn’t go all the way there. Then when I did have my fix it appointment she informed me that if I were to have an all over color done they would have to charge me full price so she literally just put toner on my hair and it looks exactly the same way it did when I originally went in. Not happy with the service and not happy with the feeling of basically doing a shabby job because of my appointment being a fix it appointment and them not making any money from it.

What can I say, I found a great place in Omaha and feel in love with Sabrina’s work.We come out here twice a year to visit family. I was in need of a haircut while we were out here 2 years ago, my girl was booked solid. And my boyfriend recommended this spot he used to go to when he lived here. So I decided why not, they had great reviews.I’m pretty picky with who I let touch my hair. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past so it takes a lot to try someone new.Sabrina is awesome, she did exactly what I asked her to do. Because of that, I see you anytime I’m back in Omaha now, and when we move there next year, I plan on having her as my full time hairstylist.If you’re looking for someone fun, friendly and knows how to do a good blonde balayage, check her out.

After a big move to Omaha from Colorado in May & being very busy throughout I delayed getting my color done for longer than I ever have before because as most are well aware when you leave another State it takes time to settle. Leaving Colorado was not easy I wanted to take my hair person with me lol I thought that it might be very challenging to find the right person to take care of my hair needs but I hit the jackpot! I had been to CHD over the years while visiting always made my appointments with Makayla whom is FANTASTIC but this time she was away so since it was way overdue I needed to find someone. PLUS it was a day before my birthday so although I would normally be more then willing to wait for Makayla I really couldnt due to plans for my birthday.After discussing my concerns hopes and vision with one outstanding person that I must give credit to, Brittney (front desk) she went above and beyond helping me find the right person and although I know how busy this salon is spent so much time with me. Brittney set me up with NICOLE and WOW. I am one of those very difficult clients (ask Makayla lol?) BUT Nicole turned out to be FABULOUS. I was very nervous but she quickly put me at ease, it was like she had been doing my hair forever. Color is tricky, change for me is hard however Nicole offered her honest perspective and I decided to trust her. Thank you so SO much Nicole for tuning into me. Your patience, professionalism and phenomenal talent is simply amazing. I love my hair!Creative Hair Design is one of those rare salons where the foundation is unmistakably solid in my opinion its because of the owner, John. This place is awesome and enormous! My friend had her bridal party meet her for hair styling before the wedding. They got our whole group done in roughly 1.5 hours and the majority of us had ridiculously thick and/or long hair to deal with. Super professional and skilled. They even gave us some refreshments and tips on the easiest way to take down the young flower girls hair when we were done. I think the pricing was fair. My stylist listened and gave just the end result I was hoping for even though I was terrible at describing what I wanted.

Everything at Creative Hair & Spa is “top notch”. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this salon! Natalie and Janae have taken especially great care of my hair. I have been here for my own wedding, other friends weddings, my birthday, and regular haircuts. I have also gotten my hair dyed here, my makeup done via airbrush, and have always been treated super well. I have had other really awesome ladies do my hair as well, and they are all super skilled, friendly, and professional! I would definitely recommend Creative Hair Design if you are in need of really great cuts, coloring, or hairstyles for events. I wouldnt trust anywhere else with my hair after going here!

I just went to Creative Hair Design today for the first got my hair done by Rose and I have nothing but good things to say! Rose is super sweet and talented. She instantly makes you feel like your are in good hands. She actually asks you what you want and really listens to you. I love that she was honest with me and told me what realistic goals I could have with my hair. I also loved that she let me know what she was doing along the way and explained things to me. It made me feel more comfortable and that I definitely chose the right girl to go to. I highly recommend Rose and I will definitely be going back.

I have been getting my hair done for over 10 years now and I have to say this is my favorite salon. Sabrina has done wonders for my hair, from correcting past messups to maintaining the color I have now! I wont go anywhere else!

Did not like the pedicure and shellac nails. For the price of the pedicure $78 they should of used something other than a nail file to do my heels. My nails werent filed and shaped very well at all. I had to file smooth around the edges of my nail. I have learned now to ask for someone who only does pedicures & nails only!

Besides having my designated hairstylist that I know on a personal level all my experiences here have been great.

I came to this salon to get acrylic nails done for a special event and the service was great but the quality of nails was horrible! First of all when she was finished my nails looks messy and uneven. Second of all its only 2 days later and 5 of my nails have fallen off!! (and today is my special event and my nails look terrible) Im not the type of person to write bad reviews but i get my nails done around every other month for cheaper and much better quality! (and my nails usually stay on for at least 2 weeks) I also haven’t done anything different to cause them to fall off, they were just bad quality to begin with! So overall, all i can say is that i am very disappointed and will not be coming back to get my nails done!

Over a decade ago I ended up here when I was looking for someone to suggest a new hair style for me, and not having much luck anywhere else. I eventually moved out of town and hadnt been back until recent family medical issues had me spending more time in Omaha again. While Im a guy and can always throw a hat on for a couple of weeks to cover a bad hair cut my girlfriend will not take that risk. I of course recommended we stop by. She liked the first visit enough to wait on our return trip to Omaha for a second visit. If that doesnt deserve 5 stars Im not sure what does. And for the record Im not wearing a hat after either visit either!

Ive been going here for years and I always leave feeling great!! I have used waxing services as well as hair services, each time I have had great service with ladies who truly know what theyre doing and care about our experience!

I recently came here for a bridal party-- hair was excellent! Would give 5 stars for it! Makeup I couldnt believe that it was $93!! Beware that they charge you $17 for eyelashes even though you bring them yourself. I would come here for hair but not for makeup again. Wish they would have been upfront about this.

Love my stylist. She is a perfect fit for me and always does an amazing job. That being said the reception team takes all of that away. They frequently mess up scheduling and really do not do any type of work around when they do make the mistakes. This not only makes it difficult for me but also the stylist. It is not her fault yet she has to be the one to fix it.or sacrifice her schedule to redeem their mistake. It is so frustrating when I like my stylist but the receptionist makes it difficult to return.
