My daughters nails just hours after her gel manicure. And they refused to refund my money as they said it was their policy. It’s almost like they are using bad products and know this will happen.Bad business practice and bad customer service.Also, the scrubbing pad for exfoliating was matted with hair- the nail tech had to pick it off- gross.Will not return.

I had the pedicure that included the most features including buffing the callouses. (The most expensive one they offered) I had gel polish on my toenails so it took a little but if time to remove it. I noticed that The girl doing my pedicure seemed to be rushing & I asked her she had a time limit & her answer was yes. I realized the time limit was an hour after she made a comment about being 20 minutes over & she hadn’t even painted my nails yet. After 5 days I noticed that the gel polish on one of my toes was completely gone!! (Notice the toe next to pinky) I’m not happy about it at all. I will never go back. The pedi cost me over $50. I’ve had better pedicures for a less amount that lasted 6-8 weeks

Went to this place before a vacation. My sister had set up an appointment for us at least a week prior. I was to get a pedicure and then my nails done. Simple stuff nothing crazy on my feet or nails. Despite an appointment being made I still had to wait 20-30 min. for any service. I didnt fuss or complain because I did notice that every one was busy with someone so I was patient on my phone as my sister got her nails started. The lady who did my pedicure did well, not much to complain about there. When I went over to get my nails done I was sat next to my sister and she had stated she was not very impressed already. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my nails and they were not any where near what I asked for! I honestly didnt even care about them looking identical to the picture, the unevenness and lack of proper filing did it for me. I went home and filed them better then she did. While I was there they looked okay. When I left I started to notice how not cute they really were. I dont get my nails done very often but for the HIGH price I paid... I shouldnt have to go home and file my nails better then the professional did. This just reminds me why I just use press ons instead and there only 8 dollars. Not going back here again. These pictures are just 9 days of me having them done. Also I forgot to mention my sisters nail broke while on vacation and it was only the 2nd day of hers being done.

We came in to have them fix a shellac polish job that started to discolor on my daughter. Even though we were pass the 7 day guarantee which I was not aware of, they re-did the job for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The manager himself did the job for us. I was very grateful since my daughter had decided to spend her own money at this salon. Thank you!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the nails I got. I am so upset. I went in on Wednesday to get my nails done. I’ve been doing dip nails now for over 2 years. Within the last three days, one nail cracked and two have chipped… I have never had this issue with dip nails before. I’ve gone a month without getting them done before and it hasn’t even been a week. I had an experience with Martini nails before where I had to go in to get a nail fixed and they told me I need to “be more careful”. I’m sad about this, because I LOVE the pedicures and have always had good service for that and recommended so many people.

I have been wanting to visiting for over a year! The staff is so amazing, the ladies at the front are just the sweetest! I took my daughter (10) and she was treated with such respect! I cant say enough how much I suggest Martini, thank you so much for such an amazing girl afternoon. I will be back soo soon

Im so upset with how I was treated. Let me start my saying that this used to be my regular salon. In the last few years the quality of both the product and the atmosphere had really gone down. I ended up switching salons (big shout out to Minabella! ) but they were booked. I decided to go ahead and get a full set of dip done. Ive been doing dip over my natural nails for a couple years so Im very familiar with the product. I usually go 3 to 4 weeks between appointments with no issues other than grow out. Well, within 2 days my nails stated breaking. If youre not familiar with dip this absolutely should not happen. I went back and they blamed me for it! I type for a living. It was not me. This was the final straw. I will never ever be back and Id warn anyone that they dont honor their guarantee. If youre looking for a salon, book at Minabella. Avoid this place!Edit Unless this salon is going to do the right thing and accept responsibility for either poor product or poor application Ill continue to tell anyone who will listen what you all did to my nails. Im beyond upset about this. You have my number on file. Either call me to fix this or my response stands. Im absolutely not paying again for my week old $70 manicure!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to after receiving such poor service last weekend. I took my daughter and niece to get gel manicures & regular pedicures. I will never go back! I had the clear initial nail coat drip & dry under my nails. The tech had to take 15+ minutes to sand it off & he still didn’t get it all. all 3 of our dips were rough on the surface & mine looked like there were waves across my nails. When I checked out the desk person how everything was. I said not good. She said nothing back but took my money. Obviously she didn’t want any feedback. In the 25 years I’ve been getting manicures this is by far the worst. I’ll never go back to Martinis.

I can only speak for the nail service I got..... I loved this place. I don’t live here. We are in from out of state for a wedding. I needed a fill, and assumed it would make us run behind for our evening plans. This place was up the street from our hotel. They looked busy but I got right in and was there for about 30 minutes (much quicker than what I am used to). The guy was very nice, quick, but good. And to me, they had a lot of gel colors to choose from. Compared to most nail places I have visited, they were far more organized & pleasant.

This is the place to go in Omaha. I strongly recommend Ryan or Michelle. Great folks that are very friendly and know their stuff

I went here twice for my eyebrows. They did great job Nicole was super nice. I thought I’d have great experience with fake nails. Annie didn’t do great job I paid $55 and wasn’t satisfied. I would do nails here but brows yes.

Went in for simple acrylic/shellac nails. Asked for a black/silver cats eye, even showed the nail tech the exact one on the nail wheel. She got white polish all over my hands (though we never used white polish...). She made me BLEED several times and I have scabs on my cuticles from how badly she filed my skin off. She did the WRONG COLOR (used black/ blue cats eye instead of the black/silver), and got black polish all over my fingertips but never tried to clean it up. She had a hard time getting the almond shape so they ended up being shorter than I wanted. The shape is still uneven, as are the lengths. I’ll have to fix them, but my cuticles still hurt too badly to try again right now so I’m stuck with them. Very unhappy. Will not return. Edit: all this pain and misfortune costs $67, FYI.

Awful!! The tech that did my pedicure scooped water (that my feet had been soaking in) out of my basin & put it in the basin next to me while another woman was getting a pedicure....disgusting!! I left immediately! As I was leaving I heard the girls behind the counter trying to overcharge a woman & when she paid then the couldnt even count back her change correctly! I will not go back!

You can even buy wine next door and have it brought in, so many employees so you never feel like they’re rushing. And they even have special treatment for kids. 1st time here... AMAZING service. Youre offered a complementary beverage upon entering and they had numerous attendants to accommodate large numbers of patrons. I bought my mother-in-law 2 sons and husband... They had no problem giving each one of us great attention. The services offered are reasonably priced. We came from a recommendation from my niece and i would give my recommendations to others.

I don’t know what to say besides how disappointed I am with my experience with Martini Nails and Spa. I received a gift certificate to treat myself since I am a new mom and never get time to myself. I walked in and put my name in and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Next thing I know it has been 45 minutes and people who checked in after me are half way through their pedicures. I went up to the receptionist and she stated “you are literally next”. She had a panic look that read: I SKIPPED OVER YOU AND DIDN’T NOTICE. Seconds later I was seated. The lady who did my pedicure was very rushed. It was so busy in the salon and you could tell she was more focused on getting to her next client than she was on my pedicure. She took my polish off but did not get the edges. How did she take my polish off you ask? With the electric file they use when you get acrylics. She burned my cuticles even after I pulled and flinched. Then my massage was only 3 minutes at most. Then came time for the wax which was the part I was most excited for. She quickly put on the wax and left. That wax was so hot my feet were burning and itching from the pain. Finally after 10 minutes she showed back up and when the wax came off my feet were beat red. She noticed that and quickly but on my polish and left. The polish consisted of two layers of my color and that was it. No bottom coat. No top coat. OH and the polish that I previously had on was accenting the corners of my toes. I am so disappointed that I wasted my time and money here. I didn’t even have a chance to ask her to fix it as she was already onto the next client. I do not recommend Martini Nails and Spa. Save yourself some burns and frustration.

I was told there was not very many colours to choose from for what apparently I was asking for So my toes in my hands are different colours which is kind of embarrassing but OK um I ask for something specific I got something different not super big of a problem but now a week later everything looks horrible the jewels of fallen off the nails are lifting it looks like Ive had them on for 3 months when actually its been one week I would definitely not recommend this place especially for the price absolutely ridiculous

Went in for mani pedi on 6/25. The nail tech came by 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was charged $75 for all with shellac. The nail tech was very rushed and did not do the full pedicure, just soak and polish. Cutilcles were not trimmed properly. She repeatedly hit my wet nails with the shellac light and chipped them. After leaving disappointed I called to see if there was anything they could do to amend the situation and was told I missed the seven day window that I was never informed of. Very disappointed!

I tried to get a fill because I’ve only had my acrylic nails done for a week and they forced me to rip off my existing nails even though I said repeatedly I didn’t want to so that it costs more and hurts my nails. Then they took forever to come back.

My friend and I came in expecting a good nail experience. That was not the case at all. I asked for the lemon drop manicure which was 25$ and she asked for a gel powder full set for 37$. I was given the classic manicure which was 15$. She was given a color wheel to choose her color from. I thought powder came in a small container,, not shellac paint and cured with a light. Her total ended up coming out to 60$ after she specifically said she did not want shellac or anything. It is completely and utterly unacceptable behavior by every party there. The girls at the front desk did not listen nor did the nail techs. I am so disgusted by this engirely. I have been coming there for two years, and never want to return after this experience.

Like most people, Ive shopped around for quite awhile to find the perfect nail place, and Ive found it - more specifically, my technician, Kathy - Shes amazing. I got recommended to her by a friend about a year ago, and I wont go anywhere else (unless she ever leaves). Highly recommend Martini, and go see Kathy!

I brought my friend here to treat to a pedicure. It was the shortest pedi ever! The guy who did mine had to have finished in record time. First he clipped my toe w/his clippers, then he gets polish on my Clark sandals then he had me up and gone in 21 minutes. $65 later we are out the door! Would not recommend!

Absolutely furious. My daughter and I went to get manicures and pedicures and they didnt even do the full pedicure on my daughter along with rushing through also I spent over a hundred dollars for all this and on day 2 my nails are chipping and bending which should never happen when you get your nails dipped. I will not be going back especially after this being the second time I have went here and both times were just terrible.

I’m rating Martini nails a 1 star because the lady cut my toe nails WAY to short, the shellac polish is uneven and the edges around my toes are sharp, then I got my nails done & the shape of all my nails are completely different I asked for square round and I got some of them round, some square and some square round I told her multiple times to keep rounding the square ones and she wasn’t quite understanding, she then managed to make a hangnail I had bleed multiple times and told me to go too supersavor and get Vaseline for it and said it would heal that way! I usually am not the type to complain but my experience was terrible, the lady was really nice but just wasn’t happy with what I got and on top of that I paid 90$ and I called and talked to the manager/owner & she told me they don’t do refunds and if I wanted them fixed I had to come in and get them fixed which would of been fine if I wasn’t going on vacation the next morning and worked nights! Will never be back!!

I went there and got shellac nail polish that they even said they should definitely be dry before you leave because you put them under the LED light. I went home and three hours later took a shower. When I got out the shower I noticed that my nail polishe was blistered up and peeling. I went back the next day and they re did the polish and when I took a shower again the same thing happened. I live 25 minutes away so I just called them and told them that when I came back I just wanted a refund. They told me that their policy is no refunds even though it no where in sight in the store or on their website. So now I’m just gonna dispute the charge with my bank. And see what happens there. (Doesn’t give me an option to post pictures)

The receptionist Jamie was excellent. She got me right in and was so personable. Simon was so sweet and listened to exactly what I had asked for. Martini Nails is my #1 go to for everything. You should definitely give them a try!

Went in with my niece and the service was subpar, I was asked if I wanted a drink that I never received even tho I asked for it twice, my toe polish is sloppy the clear coat doesn’t cover my entire nail and the colour it self is blotchy the massage was great tho, my niece got the combo which comes with free nail design and she was never asked what design she wanted on either toes or hands, she didn’t get any kind of massage or pamper treatment it was rushed and the tech left as soon as she could. her toes where very sloppy she used a glitter polish and they only did one coat when they should of done 2 coats. when she got out of the chair she accidentally smudged her polish and when I asked the nail tech who was working on me if she could fix her polish she just shrugged at me and left, and I then had to ask someone to fix it for her. her manicure did come out great just no nail design. It is a nice over all place clean, friendly and modern but lacking quality . I’ve gotten much nicer pedicures else where for 20$, this place is not worth the 35$ they charge.

The girl who did my nails was not very friendly or patient. My pedicure was kind of bad. She turned off my massage chair for some reason, scrubbed my foot for maybe 10 seconds but didn’t make my feet soft at all. I chose dip nails because I’ve been told they last awhile. It hasn’t been 5 days and one finger nail has already chipped! My daughter got her nails painted, her nails lasted 20 minutes until complete nails began coming off in full pieces! I would go back to get a refund of my $80 but I don’t live in Omaha. Needless to say I was disappointed and wasted $80!

Great visit, got charged $5 extra for a design on my toes without letting me know of the charge. Other than that, great visit!

I love this place just as much as how I love an apply martini, really nice! My friend took me here today as something to do as out quality time together as I came to New Orleans to visit her. What a place ! She had a Pink and White refill and I had a spa pedicure. The technicians were really helpful and nice. The lady who did my nails showed me their great selection of good products and beautiful colors to choose. She did a really good job, she took her time and did not rush through steps. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. They made me feel very safe and comfortable as seeing clean up after every customer. Price is surprisingly reasonable for such an excellent service. I really wish there is another this good of a place near where I live so I could come more often. Another reason for me to visit this gal more often haha. Highly recommended !!!

This is my favorite nail place. They generally can get you in and they do a good job. Also nice to have a wine store next door that will deliver you a glass while you get your nails done!

I always like coming here. The staff is friendly and always remember me when I come in. I usually get their special pedicure which is just above a regular pedicure at a pretty good deal. Management is also very friendly and attentive to the customers. My nails technician Simon is phenomenal, I been coming to him for years for my acrylics nails he did a great job. We got seated pretty quick. They dont talk to you much. They talk to each other a lot though.The lady- Kelly, did my nails. I chose schelac nails. She got a little carried away with the electric nail file and filed my skin. It cut my skin and the all the nail polish stung like crazy and hurt. For the $45 I paid for my nails, it wasnt worth it walking out with a cut on my finger.

Tan did a great job on my gel toes. I was so overdo for a pedi and he had his work cut out for him. Was very gentle on my ingrown and did a beautiful job polishing.

The people of Martinis Nail & Spa deserve proper credit for the work that they do to make their customers feel good. The fact that their job is to scrub dead skin off peoples feet and clip cuticles should not be underappreciated.Each time I have made a reservation for a big group, the accommodations have been made without any trouble and their service impeccable. My experience with the staff has been perfectly pleasant. In fact, the first time I went there, I had a deeply spiritual moment with the beautiful woman who gave me a pedicure. She wept as she spoke to me of the daughter she lost and her devotion to Mary.Appreciate others and give them a good tip.

This place is ridiculously pricey. I have never paid $95 for a mani/pedi. Certainly not worth it. Discussed issue with manager Ellie, who could have cared less! All she wanted to know is if we wanted to cancel our appointments. I won’t be back!

I would like to start by saying, I have been here dozens and dozens of times in the past have absolutely loved it. After moving away for a short time, I decided to come back and try it again. My mistake. I went in for a simple shellac change, I picked out my color, showed it to The technician and the service began. I heard her say repeatedly cat I to everyone around her, and I should have known she may not have known how to do it based on the fact I had four other people handing her bottles and watching her. The color we picked out was a dark gray, and the color she was applying was orange. When I pointed out the difference, she argued with me. When I went to the front to pay, I pointed out to the manager the difference in what I picked out from what they were. She also argued with me and told me I chose the wrong thing. How was this my fault when I picked out the color on the ring that they gave me? After about five minutes of blaming me, I left. Thankfully, Nail Spa Village up the road at countryside village was able to fix them.

Great service, quick. All the technicians I have worked with are efficient and have done a great job on my dip manicures. Will definitely go back.

So let me start my review by saying, I have never left a negative review on a nail salon until now. The first time I went into the nail salon was almost a month ago, a man ( I didnt get his name) helped me out and he was very quick, I dont think he did a great job the nails where not straight, I went home and fixed them myself, also i had asked for tapered shape because i didnt want them super square but i also did not want them coffin, so he didnt charge me for that extra shape fee because he said he barely even did anything.considering the fact that i know i didnt complain the first time, I wanted to give them a second chance. I went in on valentines day and i asked the front desk girl if she had a favorite she then told me they guy she does her nails with wasnt working that day so I told her i just didnt want to get assigned to the same guy, she told me to take a seat and wait, i waited about 13 minutes to get seated with a nail tech, i wanted to get a complete new set because i wanted to get my new set longer so i asked him to remove my old nails that the other guy did, so he asked me if i knew what i wanted and i showed him a picture, he told me it would be $75 to do them, $45 for the new set, $10 to remove, $10 for shape, and $10 for the design, I agreed to the cost because I understand as a business owner that material is not cheap, but then again my design was a v shape tip with black nail polish, nothing out of this world. he started filing my old nails off with the machine and he kept burning me because he would leave it in one spot for way to long, i kept jumping and he kept joking about how i needed to focus on something else because he was scared to cut me (well maybe if he wasnt so harsh on the nail he wouldnt had burned) after so many times of getting burned i asked him if he could soak off my nails and he said thats gonna take too long i said okay im not in a hurry so he put me in the chair next to his and brought a bowl for me to soak my nails off, while i waited he went and grabbed a girl and sat her in his chair and started a whole new set on her so i felt pushed to the side, so i got frustrated and asked him if i could get another nail tech and he said why i said because youre very rude and you are in a rush and youre with someone else and to soak off does not take more than 10 minutes its not my first time and he said whatever i dont wanna talk to you so i went to the front and spoke with the owner and he sat me down with cathy, and she did an okay job and was very fast, after two weeks I looked for another nail salon (which is great) and this other nail salon said to me you didnt get these nails done here and i said no i didnt and she said this powder they used on you is very cheap low quality so of course i got angry because i paid almost $80 at Martini nails and they rushed me, where rude, and used cheap powder on my nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I really enjoyed my experience here today! Although the salon is super busy in the morning due to Mother day but My nails technician Lee were absolutely amazing with my dipping manicure. You might feel as if you’re walking into a typical nail salon - there’s not an over-the-top feeling of luxury, but the service is far beyond what you’d expect.

Holly is the best. I have been seeing her for years. Manager is great and friendly.

My daughters and I all like to go here early on Saturday Morning. I cannot handle the chemical smells at all so at this time its not to bad. The last time I called the man that answered said they open at 10 but there were employees there already, to come on in, so we were there at 9:30 and given great service. We have been going here for the last year. Each and every time our nails have been done extremely well, never experienced polish coming off or nails not being totally covered, and always get lots of compliments. Kathy is my favorite, she is honest and a perfectionist. I wont take a chance going somewhere else.

For 28 +tip the prices for shellac/gell polish are definitely competitive. The atmosphere is wonderful and airy. It was a great mothers day treat. We booked nearly 3 months in advance and Im glad we did as it was mothers day AND wedding/graduation season. Im on day 3 and there is no lifting or chipping. Ive found the best nail salon in omaha and have no desire to shop around any longer 💗

After trying 3 different places in Omaha and being extremely disappointed, I’ve decided to try martini 3 times and haven’t been disappointed yet. I’ve had a different person each time and they’ve all been so kind. The salon is very clean and they offer you drinks. The front desk girls are a little rude, but I can look past that for the great nail techs.

The first time I came in Shandy did my mani pedi. She was so sweet, gentle, and caring. After going today two weeks later, I only give it 3 stars. Today Rosa helped me. She was very rough with my feet. After getting in the bath tonight my heel on my right foot was burning, I look at it, and its scraped to hell.For my nails i just get them shaped and painted. Today i wanted a grey matte. First off, its so streaky its embarrassing, and second, she didnt get all the sugar off my hands from the hand massage, so there is little sugar bits under my nail polish. I had to ask the manager for a wet towel because i still had sugar on my legs as well.The last time i came i got on rocks special for both hands and feet. I got hot wrags on both my hands and feet. This time, i got the same thing, on the rock special, and i did not get hot wrags on my hands. And only had the hot wrags on my feet for not even a whole minute. I really just feel like rosa was in a hurry and didnt really care.

Ive been there twice and enjoyed my times that I went but it depends on who they put you with. Busy almost all the time but try to seat you fast.

Absolutely love this place and the friendly staff. They do wonderful job on nails

Tracy is the best nail tech I have ever had. Martini nails is a great place. They all are very kind and professional. From the time you walk in. I travel from Bellevue and its worth it.

The best place in town. I order pizza from two doors down, wine from next door, and the people at Martinis spoil me all afternoon, and I leave with adorable nails that are complemented for the next two or three weeks!! This is my perfect Saturday - I would never go anywhere else again, and know why they are consistently voted the best in Omaha!!

Not impressed! This salon was recommended a number of times on a wedding website. Not sure why... I went there with my maid of honor and although there were only 6 other customers we were rushed through at 3 p.m.. We both chose a package and were charged nearly double at the register. I (the bride) was told I cant keep changing my mind. Problem was the nail tech kept putting things on my nails I didnt want citing all brides do this! I warned the nail tech that in the past my cuticles cut very easily, she laughed and said she will probably cut one. When she did cut one, she did nothing about it but laugh and say, I told you I would cut you. Very disappointed and I certainly wouldnt ever go back nor recommend this salon to anyone. One other point, the receptionist was quite rude when she slapped my credit card around, slammed the pen in front of me and couldnt even utter thank you when we left.

I’m fairly new into town and I decided to try out this place I must say they are marvelous. Customer service was very delightful . Very pleased I got to enjoy my wine in peace and get a professional set of nails done . 💅🏼🤳🏼

Great spacious salon, Cyndi did a decent job on my shellac polish while Austin was very friendly and care-taking with my pedicure! i will definitely come back againupdate: my shellac chipped after 3 days smfh.. still would come back for a pedicure this week tho
