So I went in on August 26th to do a refill on my nails and a pedicure, Tina was my nail technician and she did a good job refilling and I was completely satisfied with her work and planned on returning. However 5 days in my gel nails started to chip off, I went in to get it polish over she was busy so I told her Monday I will come back, I called up the salon spoke with Tina to let her know I’m on my way she states that she’s busy gave me the run about her schedule and now I must wait till Thursday for her to repaint my nails. Absolutely Unacceptable this service isn’t cheap and all she needed to do was fix my gel over and she acted like I was a bug to them no way will I return to someone who thinks am a bug after spending my hard working dollars

My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived at 2 and it was 245 before someone started soaking my dip powder off. The person doing my nails kept cutting my skin my fingers hurt so bad I could barely wash the dishes.My nail color isn’t smooth either. I will not return to this establishment.

Amy is great! Shes done both my fill and painted toes. She provides a hand massage afterwards thats really appreciated. Amy is professional and listens to requests and does her best to meet needs.

This was my 1st visit. I was there when they opened & several others were too; its a popular place. Friendly environment and they take their time with you.

Pretty rude service. The lady watched TV the whole time and acted annoyed and irritated when I asked for anything.Also my polish is chipped off after the 2nd day.

Service was ok. Nothing over the moon. Had a spa pedicure to prepare for vacation.

They respect social distancing and did a very good job on my pedi. The only place Ive seen in that line of with that really balances client flow with safety.Im a barber/cosmetologist and knew exactly the processes but didnt mention that because I wanted to see how they really performed. Excellently is all I can say. They did an absolutely lovely job on my wifes nails and made us feel like we got our moneys worth.Only suggestion is this, spin the heat out of the towels BEFORE wrapping the sensitive skin on my toes. One legit hurt and left it smarting for awhile.Overall - 4/5. Taking one star because of the heat towel experience.

A large group of 8 of us came in for pedicures to celebrate my moms birthday and K Nails went above and beyond for us. They stayed open late and had a technician for each of us, plus the pedicure was extremely enjoyable! On top of the excellent service they played happy birthday AND gifted my mom a certificate for her birthday. I cant say enough good things about our experience today :)

Definitely recommend!! I have been going to Tina (the owner) for over 15 years now. She does an amazing job on both nails and eyebrow waxing. My nails last 3+ weeks and I rarely have any nails break or crack. Her eyebrow skills are fantastic and I no longer let anyone else wax them. She’s the best!! 🙂

Went with my 7 family members/friends of mine, so 8 total. We scheduled ahead of time and they stayed open late to make sure we could all get pedicures together! Amazing, friendly staff. Fast, but not rushed. All our pedicures were amazing and relaxing

For the first time in about a year I am so happy with my nails! I came in around 11:45 for a full set and they asked if I could come back in an hour. When I came back I was seated right away and my tech was awesome! They were out of the color I picked, which was a bummer, but oh well. He started my nails and shaped them PERFECTLY! I asked for shorter almond shape. They are the perfect length and shape! He took his time making sure each nail was uniform and not bumpy or chunky. When I came back from washing my hands he found a different brand but the original color I asked for! I was very happy with the service, kindness, and result! Will definitely come back!

My nails started lifting in less than a week I usually get them done at Magic nails and they last me like 1 month till I get a fill now they are really prettier but they just came off like everyday

Went here twice and said they couldnt give me what design I had in mind.

They never are there on time to open at 10a.m. The times Ive made an appointment I had to sit 20-30 min. They do good nails but their time schedule is horrible.

Had a great manicure there. Figured I needed something to destress and they were very polite and and knew what they were doing.

Amy has been doing my nails for a few months now! Best decision I have ever made! She is so gentle and sweet. She also always takes her time and her nails are AMAZING!

The new owners are fantastic people. You walk in and immediately feel like you are in a positive place. They do amazing nails. From glow in the dark to your normal one color set. They are clean and engage in great conversation.

Tech Lena gave me a pedicure out of this world!!! Will definitely recommend K-Nails.UPDATE- it is now June 15th,2021. I made an appointment for the second time,arrive at K- Nails and someone didnt write the appointment down correct. Had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time,then the lady was rude saying she couldnt do my Pedi, because she had a appointment,excuse me what about my appointment? Nobody apologized about the error on there end. K- Nails are getting too greedy, the quality of work has declined. I definitely will not return or recommend them to anyone,oh yeah they are no longer cleaning in-between clients...just nasty...smh.Oh yeah...then they love to talk mess about you in they native tongue...lol ...as if youre stupid...#ICanNotAndWillNot

I read the reviews before I went and the gentleman lived up too his good name. I happened to catch Kevin to do my nails and I enjoyed every minute of my full set experience. Im hopeful that theyll last! Im trying the shellac for the first time and although the polish itself is thicker than classic polish I love! Love! Love! that they instantly set. Will definitely be going back!

They gave me the best pedicure EVER! Come when you have plenty time to sit back relax and enjoy it! I almost fell asleep. The staff was prompt and courteous! Tina is the only person I will ever let touch my eye brows!

I had a 1630 hours appt. With Emmie. And She Did A Amazing Job. In addition to that the young lady that assisted with removing my polish prior to Emmie getting started. It was Glitter Polish and removing It Is quite Tedious. She was patient the whole time.Thank You Ladies for the AWESOME WORK!!!

Cheap and yet still great services! They use plastic protectors in their pedicure bowls/tubs. Very accommodating, and they are all very nice!

I miss the old owners, they were the absolute best nail technicians, this new owners are nothing like the original K nails. Wish I knew where the old owners relocated. I have not had any luck here or anywhere else since they sold the store.

They do a really good job on nails period . They take the time to actually do them. Mine stay on well over three weeks. I’ve never had gel nails that didn’t chip, break off

I rarely get more than a pedicure because of some painful experiences. Im wary of just going anywhere but the reviews were good so I stopped in and wow, they were great. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they put me with a more experienced technician instead of following the rotation. I asked for adjustments (shorter, thinner, etc) and she didnt act put out or annoyed. Clean, didnt smell of chemicals, polite, professional. Honestly I couldnt believe it wasnt packed. Will be back for sure!!

I visited K-Nails for the first time. This nail salon was recommended by a co worker. I always get SNS nails in the French manicure. I had previously been going to another nail salon and they just couldnt seem to get it right. They were always done too thick and my nails never seemed to get it right, in short my nails always looked unnatural. Well the nail technician who did my nails, nailed it no pun intended. I you want someone to slay your nails and take their time please check out Kevin, he does an awesome job and has a great sense of humor. I will definitely be going back. I have finally found my nail salon. Thanks Kevin.

Tracy was my tech and she did a great job! I had the amazing hot stone pedi and I was impressed! I chose Shellac for my toes. As this was going on, I asked for acetone so my other set could dissolve. I went from long oval pink powder to natural length with an overlay. I had to match it to my toes and went with Shellac. Shellac is THE WAY TO GO vs nail polish....polish needs a full day to dry in between coats, anyway. Id rather pay for the quality and not worry. Tracy did a GREAT job with my pedi; she filled my big toes (I normally get acrylic on them) and the color is impeccable! My nails are now a decent length for typing and look so much better! Coming from southeast Aurora in Colorado, I must say I was surprised to find this gem of a place (the interior is clean, modern, inviting) and a great tech, to boot! Even the gentleman who greeted me was kind and I was offered a beverage right away. Kudos, K Nails!!

The nail tech was very sweet, But OMG she used a fake acrylic nail to physically RIP OFF the acrylics I had on. There was no treatment as far as oil or anything for cuticles and every chance they could they would try and charge more money. I typically spend 45 for a full set of acrylics, but I would expect them not to physically HURT ME AND MY NAILS. This place is NOT CLEAN looking around theres a ton of dust from previous customers nails everywhere and there tools were caked in very old polish and just looked disgusting. My whole finger was covered in nail glue, and not even legitimate nail glue! It was from a KIDS nail kit! WTF! My nails look okayish? and thats being generous. But when she buffed them already it felt like it was coming off. ID give it 3 days before they break. Ill be surprised if someone doesnt get an infection/fungus from here. Also when they spoke english they were pretty sweet but I speak mandarin Chinese (which isnt the language they spoke but was sister languages so I couldnt understand all of it but I Picked up a few words and phrases) and it wasnt nice at all! NOT WORTH IT. I used to love coming here but it was such a horrible experience. I know Kevin is really good but giving how dirty it was and the risk of infection/fungus I wont be coming in again.

Never again! Went here 3 times bc it is close to my work and they did ok for the price. By the 3rd time I had fungus under my nails! They do not listen to customer complaints and even the owner didnt know what he was doing when asked for dip, which they do have and do. Very bad. Do not recommend. Ill pay more for kindness and cleanliness!

They do a good job for me, I go in for mens mani/pedicures.

Went in and asked how long for a pedicure. Was given a 10 minute wait time. After 20 minutes of my feet soaking, I saw the lady go help someone else with a manicure and told me another 10 minutes. I had somewhere to be so I left... knowing well it wouldnt be another 10 minutes. Really unfortunate as thats why I asked their wait time up front.
