Several issues with this salon.1) Even though this is a salon, a professional business the number listed is the owners personal phone number not the shops number. So I had to call several times before getting through to inquire about an appointment and the prices for the services I wished to have preformed.2) Its NOT located where its listed as being located on several Internet sites as well as Scout & Google Maps. So I spent a little over 30 minutes finding this place since Im from out of town.3) When I arrived to the salon (4 minutes late) after calling and speaking to the owner about 4 times trying to find the place, I couldnt get in because the door is apparently locked. For security reasons I assume. Lets not ignorethe fact that if it werent for the # plastered on the glass above the door I wouldve never found the salon because the door says Brush Beauty Bar not Gossip Hair N Works.4) When a small child finally came to open the door, I came in and looked around expecting a stylist or the owner to acknowledge me. That didnt happen. As Im writing this review, Ive been sitting here 30 minutes without anybody speaking a single word to me. Not hello? Do you have an appointment? Whats your name? How can I help you? N O T H I N G. This place is extremely unprofessional. Its sad enough that it took me 2 days to find an African American hair salon in Omaha, but to finally find one and to be presented with the typical bad black salon customer service. Smh. I love supporting black businesses, but businesses like this make it impossible and I went out of my way considering Im 700 miles away from home to do so. I wouldnt advise visiting this salon. Very disappointed.

It is now brigittes hair braiding and they do a very good job plus the snacks and drinks are cheap
