Dont expect to get your deposit. We had us and 15 other people cleaning yet after sweeping and mopping we were told the floors were still dirty.He didnt listen to how we wanted theres set up so my family reset it up and he gave that as a reason for not getting it back and that the wedding started 15 minutes late. And was not there to set up for the reception.Highly do not recommend this venue. Although its pretty inside, He was also rude to my parents telling them he was going to leave. We also supposedly left a diaper in the dressing room when none of the guest had kids still in diapers.

Dont waste your time let alone your money on this place. Was scheduled to meet with Royal at 515. Nobody showed up until 535 and they thought it was funny. We were scheduled to go over details about our ceremony. They thought we were getting married tonight even though it was scheduled for the 30th. I got in contact with Royal and he hung up on me. Will not answer my calls now. Very unprofessional.

I highly recommend going to the Omaha Wedding Chapel! Royal is a great officiant and very nice.

This was the worst experience ever !!!!!!!!!! I texted him that we were at the meeting waiting for him and he buzzed us in from gretna and we were in ralston. We walked in to a pitched black room and couldn’t find a light and was no one in site! We waited 25 mins and finally got someone to come in. They had no idea why were were there. Came to find out that they double booked something and didn’t even call to tell us ahead of time!!!! Now they will not refund us the money and it was there mistake that they missed the meeting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
