Walked into the business, one customer in the seat, hair stylist all around, no one waiting. Was told the next available appointment was for and hour and a half later…

Scoff all you want at me giving a chain salon inside a strip mall a 5-star review, it was an all-around great experience.I was able to use their website to book a time so I didnt have to be one of those guys sitting on my phone while the minutes ticked away and it was finally my turn to climb in the chair. Even better: I got there early and still was seen right away.Jodi, the stylist, was friendly without being too chatty (the likelihood of me seeing you again and you remembering me are just way too low to have any deep conversations), and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it cut. Tuesdays are $13 adult cuts, so good job me for picking a Tuesday!When it all comes down to it, it hit on all of the key points: Availability, Price, and Professionalism.

Good experience l, reasonable price, and staff was able to understand and had the ability to give me the cut I wanted! The atmosphere was that of your typical cost cutters salon. Of course the personality of the people were city opposed to small town like Im used to which isnt bad just different to me.

Friendly staff. Clean work areas. Great job keeping safe during covid-19.

RUDE! We stopped in yesterday to get a last minute cut. The girl looked at us up & down & didn’t say anything. So my sister in law finally asked if they do any walk ins. She said “yes. So you wanna write your name down? Someone else is in front of you” she didn’t ask what my sister in law needed done, wrote her name down, & went back to her client. We waited probably 20 minutes which we understood that there would be a wait. The person before us left because he was going to go elsewhere so we were next in line. My sister in law said she wanted a hair cut, shampoo, & styling too but that girl said she didn’t have time. OK, my issue is why didn’t she ask us what we wanted done properly instead of giving us a nasty attitude & went on her merry way? Rude rude rude. Never coming back here ever again.

Got my haircut yesterday. Terrible job. Stylist said while cutting my hair well it’s going to be lopsided. Like what??!!She did my hair. Fast. It looked okay when I left. I get home and there’s strands of hair that weren’t cut. There are spots that needed to be cut.I will be calling in the morning and getting back in with someone else to fix this. For free!! And will never go back there again.

Always get the cut and perm I ask for and Diane and Ashley are awesome. Everyone at the salon is personable and courteous. Been seeing them for 3-4 years.

I love Cost Cutters because they respect my wishes and give me what I want for a fair price. The staff is very friendly and they are experienced. I prefer Cost Cutters over a salon any day. I have never had a bad haircut here.

Went in to get a cut with my son . Was told no one available till 6:15-6:30. Yet no one was there its 4:58 hmmm so I called was told by same person who I saw going inside that I could get in at 5:15. Hour difference even though I stopped in first. Been going there for 2 years. I will not return again . Good job lying to loyal customers.

Easy last minute haircut scheduling great service

I called to see if I could make an appointment for today, and I was told I would have to make an appointment online. So my client sister called two minutes after me and the lady told her what hours that were available . I will never do any business with this Cost Cutters.

Ive been going to this location onTuesdays for several years now for the $12 haircuts. All of the stylists do a great job . I dont recall ever Having to make an appointment, but be cause they are. Scheduling hi-lights. Anud perm, walking are nit serviced

Terrible haircut, butchered, had a simple cut I honestly could have done better myself with a hair clippers at home. A week later I need another hair cut... it didnt help that the stylist made me feel like I was imposing on her day, then to be charged $20.50 hell I could have gone to a full blow salon for that price.

I made my appointment on line for 2pm, I get there and theircomputer says my appointment is at 2:30. They made time for me.

Ive been going there for years. The ladies are super.

Never again. The stylist barely even spoke the entire time. She did whatever she wanted, rushed us out and did a terrible job.
