My husband and I just bought a house. And the second week of us being there our whole back yard flooded!! We called asking when they could come out and John came out immediately that same day! Weve been battling with Home Depot for some time now, their contractor drilled wrong size hole for our bathroom counter. We needed to have a professional plumber come out & measure so we could pass this info onto Home Depots contractors.When we called West Coast Plumbing, we were told of the trip fee of $39 just to come take a look.But they charged us an inflated fee of $225 for labor & materials, in addition to the $39 for the trip charge.There was NO labor, there was NO materials used!When I called the office to ask about the outrageous fee, we were told that is the labor to measure a hole! The lady on the phone said it was extensive measuring. All the plumber did was pulled out his measuring tape and measured,, took about 2 seconds!

My husband and I had a leak that was problematic and causing our water bill to spike ridiculously high. We contacted several plumbers to come out and give us a quote. The problem was that each one said something different and we’re trying to charge us several thousand dollars! I was finally referred to WestCoast Plumbing and LJ (John) came out to check it out. He was incredibly friendly, professional, on time, and knew exactly what the problem was. He returned to fix the leak and did a great job checking his own work to make absolutely certain it was fixed and functional. He made the entire process run smoothly and provided exceptional customer service! AND we saved so much money because we weren’t overcharged like the other companies. We are very happy with John and this company!

I needed a toilet replaced and called West Coast Plumbing. They were very professional and nice over the phone and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly.John Kesti came out to give me an estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I was given an estimate which was upfront and there was no pressure at all to make a decision right then. If I decided to go with them John said he could get the toilet and install it that same day. I was very pleased as I thought I would need to make another appointment for the installation.When he removed my old toilet and installed the new one, he kept me informed as to everything he was doing, I am very pleased with the toilet and it looks very nice and John kept checking to make sure I was happy with it.I am very pleased with my experience, my new toilet and John was awesome and very customer oriented. I was very impressed with the service and I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

Being new homeowners, my wife and I were pretty concerned when our well water started to stain towels and sheets. We made quite a few phone calls, only to find that everyone was booked out for weeks - until we received a call back from Michelle at West Coast Plumbing, letting us know that due to a cancellation they could come out to our house in literally the next thirty minutes! They were prompt and informative, tested the water on-site and examined the filtration system, giving us a couple options for solutions. They were able to come back the very next day to install the new tank and parts we needed, which has been a huge relief! Definitely recommend.

They do not give free quotes and try to swindle you. I called them out for a quote to clear a clogged drain in my kids bathroom and my kitchen/garbage disposal. They charged me a $40 trip charge which they tacked a surcharge for paying with credit card. Then they scheduled a time to come out and showed up early (3 hours) and acted shocked that I was busy and leaving for another appointment. When they came back they gave me a quote and the tech that came out boasted about his 18 years experience but believe his saw a female and saw $$. He told me I needed a new garbage disposal and told me he could not clear the kitchen sink properly without replacing the disposal. I asked if he could just clear the drains and not replace it he said in all his years he’s never seen it done. He gave me a quote for the work for over a grand! Instead of being honest with their customers they lie and tried to swindle them. I told them thanks but no thanks and paid the $45 and sent him on his way. Took a trip to the dollar store and got a snake to put down the drain and cleared the kids sink drain on my own. Watched a YouTube video and found out all I needed was an Allen wrench to the bottom of the disposal, a quarter turn later and my sink is clear and the disposal is working. West coast plumbing pumps and filtration LLC on Marvin rd are a bunch of crooks. If you want an honest quote DON’T GO THERE!!! If I could give less than one star I would!!

LJ is the MAN! West coast plumbing was great to work with but LJ is what my my experience great. Needed some work done because there was no water line to our fridge and minor plumbing under kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing as he was working on everything which made me feel good because I knew what he was doing. I could write a lot more but don’t want the review to be long. If you need any services don’t hesitate to call west coast plumbing. This guy went above and beyond literally I work in sales and let’s just say I rarely see service like this. I don’t know how much he makes but you guys should give him a raise. Wish I could show before and after pictures.

Our 15 year old hot water tank started leaking badly. We called every plumbing company recommended by friends and family but we either didnt get a call back at all, or could not get an appointment for several weeks. We found West Coast Plumbing on the internet, and they not only got us an appointment within 2 days, they ended up offering to coming out a day early. John gave us a very reasonable estimate, explained what was needed to meet current code, and gave us information so that we could make informed decisions about our alternatives. He had the new tank (up to code) installed before dinner time. I will definitely call West Coast first the next time I need a plumber.

We had our old Kenmore water softener upgraded to a professional unit by Ean at West Coast plumbing. John showed up at our house on time and diagnosed the options to getting faster hot water to the kitchen. He suggested an under counter water heater in line with the tankless water heater located a long distance away. He came the next day and installed the tank . The installation was very professional and he checked the drain line under the house and sealed all the pipes. We look forward to having nearly instant hot water.

For the past 3 years we have been renovating our dream home on Anderson Island. We have experienced well pump failure, discolored water needing filtration, nonfunctional bathroom fixtures and an odd pipe layout to boot. West Coast Plumbing, Pumps and Filtration had their expert technicians out to our place right away. They clearly explained the options and pricing upfront (in writing), then did the job right. We have been 100% satisfied with all of the work performed and cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness and competence displayed. We have worked now with two different plumbers, Ean and LJ, and I recommend them both without reservations. They treated our home as if it were their own and worked cleanly and safely at all times. We called WCPPF after Rocket Rooter in Tacoma no-showed several times. John from WCPPF was great! He arrived on time and was very knowledgable about our outdoor drainage system. He put in a good effort to unclog our french drains, but unfortunately they were previously ill-maintained and will need to be replaced. John worked really hard over the course of the hour to unclog our drains, being careful of our car and landscaping. WCPPF pricing was fair without any surprise charges and John was even able to provide me with an estimate to replace our system on-site. Well definitely be back for our replacement system!

I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate.West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out.I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to some how borrow the money to get the water main fixed.The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dug out, but told us he cant say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up a estimate that covered the minimal to the worse case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions.I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly.He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry.John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day.I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate.I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00.I just cant say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing.Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice.We also got a Military discount.Thank you for making this experience less stressful.Cynthia MOrting, Washington

They came out to move a vent pipe, that was discovered, and in the way of adding a new window. LJ pointed out an issue he noticed with the drain on our kitchen sink, while he was here for the vent. Gave us a couple options on how to fix it, and was able to take care of the drain issue while he was here, without making another trip out. Very happy with everything!

I would never go with another company after having this company come to our house. The first time they came they went above and beyond trying to get water back to us after being without water for 5 days, they even stayed after dark in the rain and muck on day two to make sure we had running water inside. This was after having to pull the well head, and replace the entire pressure tank. After going home they came back and cleaned up all the left over mess so that we didnt have to find a way to remove it.But they went above and beyond again today. We where without power for a little over 24 hours, and when it finally came back on we were again without water. This was only about a month later, so you can imagine all our frustrations. I got on the phone with them first thing this morning. They not only got back to me as soon as they got into the office, they had Ean out at my house as soon as he was available, and he fixed the issue, which was a fuse panel on a power pole. So it wasnt even with the pump house, but he fixed it so we didnt go without water again. This company is all about making sure us out here in the middle of the sticks are taken care of, and it is nice to know people are still looking out for the little guy,Thanks everyone there at West Coast for what you do.

Came out to fix a leak and didn’t bother to verify the repair before leaving. Spent a week during a snow storm waiting for these guys to repair my kitchen sink correctly. Was told I might notice a draft because they had to cut into the wall and didn’t bother to attempt to cover the hole that was made, again during a snowstorm. An amazingly good experience. We found out about a broken water line underground while we were in Texas. Called Western Plumbing and their service technician, John, kept us apprised every step of the way throughout the repair. From the locating of the leak, through the digging, all the way to photographing the before-during-and after repair, it was a very confident feeling we had about the operation. John was very professional and thorough. Michelle, in the office, was also on top of the process and was very helpful and calming toward us. All the guys we have worked with have been honest, respectful, and upfront with us. They have fixed the issues and problems created by a different company we hired when building our house. They have helped us with water filtration system reinstalling, replacing our well pump, clearing our pipe to the septic tank, and changing the angle of the same pipe so it wouldnt happen again. Always quick to get here and fix the problem. They always explain things in ways we can follow.

John (LJ) with West Coast PP&F turned what had started out a yucky morning into a nice afternoon. We had a main drain clog with a total mess in two bathrooms - and no idea who to contact. West Coast popped in my browser (thankfully) and right away I got a PERSON on the phone who understood my issue, and got me scheduled to have someone come take care of it that afternoon.Ta-da! On time, clean, personable and professional John showed - listened to my tale of woe and then set out to assess the situation. He discussed a few different ways to handle it and then set about doing the one that seemed the most viable. It was about an hour later, he had the entire main drain clear, with all the smaller drains in the house - showers, sinks, toilets - running, flushing and swirling like crazy and nary a hint of a slow down, backup, nor a clog, gurgle or stoppage!Such a calm, professional and nice man - felt confident that he was going to get the job done. I was in need of plumbing service. I found this service on Google. It had Home Advisor approval.I made an appointment and John came out. The issue was a leak in water line. He evaluated the problem then referred me to company to locate.After the area was located he came back to fix it.The water meter wouldn’t turn all the way off. John called the PUD to come and repair meter.This was done and in the same day which was quite late he came back and fixed the water leak concerned if waited until Monday there might be a lake in the yard.He made sure I knew what was going on as the project progressed.He did a great jobI would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Our washing machine was leaking water, but it was coming through the floor/wall. West Coast Plumbing reached out to me through Angies List, and was out to my house within a day or so. If there was any delay, it was on my end.Joe came out, was very professional and helpful. He asked before he made any changes or modifications. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue very quickly (some piping had come loose within reaching distance). He gave me two options, with price points: 1. he could fix it, and I would be charged a baseline amount, or 2. I could deny further service, it wouldnt cost me anything, beyond some plumbing glue. Joe told me what glue to get and how much it would cost. Boom. Problem fixed. I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Our well pump stopped working late last night. We called West Coast Plumbing this morning and they came out within a couple hours!!! They were professional, very nice, obviously know their business, and communicated with my husband often until he got home from work. They put in a new pump and fixed us up completely- and for a more than reasonable price. They let us know our options and prices before they actually did anything. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will always call them before anyone else.

Bill, the service repairman that came out to do my repairs is an outstanding person. From the first time he stepped of his truck I knew that I was going to like him. He has an outstanding attitude,friendly and vibrant personality from the time he stepped out of his truck until he was back in the truck rolling down the driveway. He was the most comfortable friendly repairman that i have ever had and I enjoyed talking to him, It was a relief to have a person come out and do their job with out worrying about being pressured to buy something I didnt need or couldnt afford. When I told him I couldnt afford the bladder tank that he suggested at this time his reply was I understand. It was a relief not to have to argue why I didnt want it at this time. When I can afford it I will most certainly buy it from you and I want bill to come out and install it.We were without water for 4 days thanks to Beacon plumbing who had the worst technician and the company has the worst customer service and attitude. Thanks for sending Bill out to do my repairs on my well. I am so very thankful that he was positive that he would give me water and he was not going to five up until he succeeded unlike Beacon Plumbing that left me high and dry and when asked them if they are leaving without giving me water his reply was yes and we dont give a damn if you have water. They took my money and gave me nothing in return except a poor attitude.I have already had the opportunity to tell a couple of people about my experience with Beacon Plumbing and that I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing. They also had a terrible experience with Beacon Plumbing and when they need your services they are going to give you a call.It was great to know that their is an honest comp;any with great attitude. My only wish is that I found you before calling Beacon Plumbing and losing so much money that I couldnt really afford. I am new at this business of dealing with aggressive companies and I was just about to give up of ever finding one I could completely trust without wondering if they are taking advantage of me. We call them for all our water needs, from pump to sewer problems, they are reliable and honest. All the plumbers who have been here are professionals who discuss the solutions and pricing before they go ahead and tackle the issues. We are also thankful for them coming out to our rural location.

Im about 2/3 of the way through my master bath remodel project and plumbing was handled by West Coast, i had other contractors (tile and dry wall) directly related to their work portion, and in addition to that, Electrical and HVAC Co.s ... all working same project -- so far the only issues Ive had are with West Coast plumbing. For starters, they never put on booties or lay paper on floors and have virtually trashed the staircase carpet... which will require an expensive professional shampoo !!The two plumbing jobs have rough-in stage errors that required tile and drywall removal/rework. In the 3 visits there were 3 different assistant employees that appears the turn over rate is very high.Rethinking about awarding them the finishing stage....disappointed to say the least.

We had more then one plumber and bid. West coast plumber gave us the best bid. He came out and expected to finish in 2 hours but there turned out that more work was needed. He stayed for 5 more hours. He ran into problems with our old plumbing and found solutions and fixed every thing in our bathroom. Other companies told us that if they had to replace more then one line the cost could go as high as $4000.00 and we had paid one company already $ 1100.00 for a few feet of pipe replaced. West coast went of off the new pipe. and had to add more piping to each part of the bathroom . His bid was $1038. We paid no more. that was it. thank you west coast for your well trained plumbers and ethical business practices.wes

After our pipes clogged we called RotoRooter. The tech came out all spic and span in his nicely pressed uniform and I realized he didnt want to get dirty. The charges he quoted were unbelievably high and he wouldnt give us an estimate. Luckily I happened on to West Coasts website and decided to call them. LJ answered the phone and agreed to come out that day. He came ready to work and work he did! He had to install a clean-out as there had never been one. He then inspected the pipe and used a camera to find the trouble. He determined it was roots causing the problem so used the water hog to clean them out. Success! He was very easy to talk with as was receptionist Michelle. Good job at a fair price. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Bought a house with an existing well without instructions on how to maintain it. Our water was smelly and appliances were almost orange! Bill came out and thoroughly explained what was needed to fix our system and we are now on track. We have older equipment, but he recommended to keep it since it works fine. He also found a failed tank that needed to be replaced. He was great to work with, knowledgeable, and dependable.

This company took over the clients of the previous company. The owner came out and looked at my water system, which needed a major overhaul. He promised he would get back to me with results of the water sample and a plan for going forward. Never heard from him and when I called asking for the results of the water test two months later, was told that if they are good we dont contact you. What constituted a water test was basically something I could do with my pool testing kit. There was no check on fecal coliform or any type of bacteria, or heavy metals. Completely worthless test. I had to hound these people to get my water test results, even after the owner personally promised to get them to me right away I was told that someone had them in a box somewhere. Also, the plan he was going to come up with never materialized. I called several times and basically was blown off. Thanks for nothing. Would never call these guys again.

I needed to close on the sale of my home with a plumbing issue outstanding. A set screw was rusted in place and needed to be removed. Our previous water purification system was not effective. I have white (platinum blond ;) )hair which our well water was turning an orange tint. For a couple years my husband was refilling 5 gallon jugs of purified water in the grocery store so I could wash my hair in the sink every morning. We were skeptical about buying a new system, but it has been 1 1/2 years and my hair has long since turned back to its natural color and stayed that way. Deceitful in all venues - very costly for incompetant work. Very good at the talk but failed in performance hugely. failed inspection 3 times. said no inspection for replumbing was required (False). Very expensive, for very low performance. It will cost me an additional $2000 to complete what they did not do. BEWARE!
