This is an excellent company and Chaz is the greatest!! They pumped my septic system and found a broken pipe and fixed it. They are also very honest! Extremely good customer service and very professional!

Keith showed up early with a smile and maintained his professional attitude and desire to do a good job despite the 90+ heat. We had to use a new septic service this year and were more than pleased. Will be using these guys next time.

We just had to get the floats and pump replaced in our septic tank. They were very responsive, friendly and helpful on the phone. Chaz, the service tech that came out is very professional and has a great demeanor.

Colton, troubleshot the septic system and determined that the septic pump and alarm were defective. The next day he replaced the pump and alarm and cleaned up the site. He was friendly and worked very hard doing his skill and that is much appreciated by me. He is very professional and I thanked him. Highly recommend his service.

Colton and Daryl are SO awesome. My moms septic tank was looking really full and didnt seem to be draining. It was pumped at the end of July. Called Howdys to ask if someone could check that its working properly or if we needed a new pump. Colton and Daryl showed up within a few hours and took a look. They knew instantly that it was just a matter of adjusting the float. After a few tweaks it was back in business. Their professionalism and expertise is so valued. Not to mention their honesty when they knew it was a simple fix. Will count on them for any future issues and maintenance of the septic.

This company was wonderful to me! Harrison was at my home promptly, and provided a free estimate. He had the diagnosis and repair completed in the same day, staying late on a Friday evening to make sure my problem was completely fixed. He was patient and polite, especially with my unique situation. This company is 1/3 of the cost of a competitors estimate, and much more time efficient. I will be a returning costumer!

The best price I could find for around time.I had issues trying to find my septic pump lids and they were quick to email me the blueprints layout of my exact house to find it. They saved me $150 there. I needed to get a time of transfer title sent in to Thurston county because Im selling my house and they offered to send me the paper instead of making me pay for them to do it themselves for an additional cost! This company is all about their customers and being fair with you. They came out two days later after I called, checked in with us, did their job we paid them & they left no complications at all and they were super curtious and professional.

Doody is right.On febuary 19th 2021 i was behind one of their dump trucks about 3 car lenghts away when a few rocks flew out of their dump truck.I have been trying to get this dealt with by contacting them.I have left messages, talked to there receptionists a few times, and they are not contacting me back to deal with this issue. It is now March 11th 2021. Bottom line this company was negligent to cover there load and apparently dose not care about public safety!

This business inspected my septic tank on 7/30/2020. When I asked the technician if everything was okay once he was done, he said yes. When I received the report, I noticed that it indicated that my septic alarm was not functioning. I contacted the office and was told that the business could return in a week to reinspect it and give me a bid to fix my septic alarm. This did not make sense to me because the technician never mentioned to me that the alarm was defective. I lost trust in this business and decided to get a 2nd opinion. A technician from a competitor came quickly to inspect my septic alarm. He found that the alarms were all functioning properly. The alarms sounded as loud as a car horn. I paid an additional $253.80 due to the incompetence of the technician of this business. This business never even apologized for its incompetence. I was told that the owner would contact me, but that was a lie. He never did and its been over 3 weeks.

They came out this morning to pump my septic. Sadly, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that came out. He was extremely friendly, very polite and professional, and answered all the questions that I had. 10/10 highly recommend.

The gentleman driver/operator arrived on time. Knew what he was doing, and got the job done. He really impressed me as a great spokesman for the company and was open and friendly. A real pleasure to have his services here.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because these guys are top notch. The techs who came out on an emergency call out, were courteous, and very knowledgeable, and they worked quickly. You would think that this level service would cost an arm and a leg, but the price was extremely reasonable. When other companies were not interested in coming out to my house on Thanksgiving weekend, they were. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and answered all of my questions (there were a lot due to my natural curiosity), and even took my chickens (I live on a small chicken farm) being nosey in stride. In the future, not that I plan on having more septic problems, but I will be running all inspections and pumping through them from now on. Next time you need septic work call the guys in the pink truck.

Had septic emergency at home which was alarming. We called 4 other businesses and none of them answered the phone but once we called Howdys Doody Service they scheduled us for an appointment only hours away from the call! .I didn’t catch the name of who helped us but what I could remember is that he was 19 with long hair. 10/10 he did an amazing job finding what our problem was and fixed it. He wasn’t scared of getting dirty. This young guy deserves a raise👍🏼👍🏼

Very unprofessional in business. We referred them to a job to pump a lady’s septic before she replaced the pump. They asked the customer the price we were doing it for, and said they could do it cheaper. We’ve referred a lot of business to Howdy Doody, and had several customers be unhappy with their service. We won’t be referring Howdy Doody anymore from here on out, as it’s a bad reflection on us.

They came out exactly when scheduled. Quick service. Honest answers. I learned a great deal from the crew about my system, types of systems and the best timing to get mine pumped in the future (surprise, it was further out than I expected). Great, honest and hard-working crews. Will be using them exclusively on the future. (As do most people in my neighborhood. They came highly recommended)

The guys that came ahead of the truck were really fun and energetic. They explained what we would expect through the process since it was our first time to require the service. They also shared information to help us take care of our septic.The guy that came to pump was also very knowledgeable and shared helpful information while explaining what he was doing. Everyone overall was very courteous and did a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank goodness! Just bought a home a few weeks ago and came home to our septic alarm going off. Panicked and called Howdys Doody because I had looked them up before we purchased as a local contact. They were great and were able to fit me in even though they were swamped. Roy came and was super professional. He checked over our system and found our breaker was turned off! Three weeks running without our pump. He assured us our system was good and offered suggestions for future service and maintenance that we will have this company do for us. He didnt even charge us for flipping the breaker on. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Howdys Doody has earned themselves a new lifetime customer with how they treated me. They were very friendly and fairly priced, much better pricing and much better customer service. They fixed a problem that another company created 9 days ago and that company wanted to charge me an additional $300 just to come out and look. I spoke with Clara and Gabby over the phone and they were both very polite, respectful and helpful. Adam was the technician that showed up and he demonstrated the same qualities and he educated me on what I need to do in the future to help maintain my septic system. When I asked him if he would replace the screws in the lids he did it without question. Thanks Team I appreciate this old Veteran out!

Friendly, helpful, and honest. On time and knew exactly why my alarm was making noise, but not going off. Fixed quickly with great service. This is our 2nd visit and both have been stellar.

These guys just save our Christmas. We were getting ready for my husbands kids to arrive, went downstairs and our toilet and shower were backing up all over the basement. It was horrific. I called their office, they were booked. They gave me the name of their sister company, which couldnt do it. We called around, no one would help. Called back desperate, and they sent guys out to fix it late Friday before X-mas. We have used them before and really like them. There are some shady companies in this business in our area, and we trust them not to rip us off, but they really went the extra mile to save our Christmas, when no one else would. Highly recommend. They give a crap (no pun intended.)

Septic problem fixed, for free! And I got our money back from yesterday! Long story short, another company came out yesterday and did not fix the problem, but did charge almost $300 without consent for who knows what. They also suggested a $1500 fix. I called Howdys for a second opinion, he was out in 30 minutes. Thank you SO much Chris of Howdys Doody Service. He came out and fixed the problem WITHOUT charging us a dime, let alone $1500!
