We needed our septic tank pumped and inspected for the sale of our home. A+ was responsive and quick. Jake did an excellent job of explaining the repair needed in order to move forward and arranged for the service to occur on the next business day. He was professional and on time. I woukd definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had both plumbing & electrical needs and was a new customer. I called yesterday and they had both plumbers and electricians out here today despite neither issue being extremely urgent. You cant beat that response time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I will be using A+ again and am very happy to have them around. Highly recommended!Update (11/5/20): I went down from 5 stars to 2 after my electrical work was completed. VERY POOR. The guys (Gregg and Gary) who bid the job didnt bring the supplies they needed; had to return to the shop twice. You bid the job - dont you know what you need for it? Then, they forgot something that was bid on, tried to blame me, when that didnt work, blamed the office. And then charged me for installing two light fixtures when they only installed one, all while telling me they were going to discount me. For another service on the bid, my final price BEFORE TAX over $150 more than what was bid. No explanation given. That particular service was exactly what was bid. No more; no less. Finally, one of the items on the job included replacing a breaker switch. Photos below, showing that they didnt bother with putting the breaker box back on. But then they had the absolute nerve to ask me to give them personally, as in please mention us by name, a 5-star review online. Really?I emailed pictures and all my issues to management on Monday 11/2. I was told it would go to management. As of today (11/5), no word. I called in and was told management has it, they may call me tomorrow. I can tell you right now, if I dont hear from them tomorrow, I will be calling the BBB and my credit card company.If they work it out to my satisfaction, Id use them again for plumbing. Their plumbers were excellent. NEVER AGAIN for electrical.

Called for an estimate for a water heater replacement, they were able to come out quickly and told me they could replace my water heater the very next day. Awesome! They came and replaced my water heater then left. Water heater was not heating my water. My 25+ year old water heater did a better job. Called to get it looked at. Had someone come out was told the window would be from 8-12, they didn’t show up until 3ish. Apparently there was a leak in my brand new water heater. They replaced it again. Still having an issue with my water being hot. Was told they would come today. Have not heard anything from the technicians or the company on any eta. Overall... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

First the team pumping the tanks, were Awesome, 1st class: Chris and Michael.. no nonsense and professional thru out their task..The team of Cody and Carlos, came out to install the high rise were just as Awesome and professional during there task, answered all questions I asked..The team of Jason and Carlos.. are Awesome and Professional, first the assessment, and then the replacement of the pump, electrical boxes and finishing up with the installation of the high rise and testing all the equipment is beyond my know how...Overall I give all the managers, leaders a (AAA) rating as being the highest and the assistant... thank-you and you are my first call on my book and will recommend them to my family and friends!!

This company quoted me $900 to simply remove my toilet to snake a pipe. This is outrageous to be charging that much for a simple task. Of course we didn’t use this company for what I believe was price gouging.

Should be more like F - . They caused so much damage to my well that it completely fried and I had to get it replaced. $4000 later they never even bothered to call me back.! Run! Do not use them !

Ive used A + on several occasions for septic maintenance, plumbing and an emergency plumbing call. Every time the personnel that have come out have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a positive experience!

I used A+ for septic service at my rental house in Jan 2020. When my renters complained of the septic backing up in Aug 2021, I called A+ to ask questions and inquire about service. Brian noted that the problem was most likely the filter being clogged - it can be hosed off quite easily by the renter. That solved the problem! Thank you to Brian and A+ for the assistance and great customer service!

We had an appointment two Saturdays in a row and they never showed up. Last Saturday they called at 11:30 to say the driver never showed up. This Saturday we were supposed to have an 8am appointment, they promised first slot because of the missed appointment last week. When they did not show up at 8:30, we called. They said their servers were down and would call us back. We’ve tried to calling several times and each time they’ve picked up the phone, put it down and then hung up. Very unprofessional.

I needed an inspection of my Septic system. I called A Plus and was able to get an appointment for the next day.I received a call from the technician at 8:00 AM. I was told he was on the way.He arrived, checked with me and began the job.In just over an hour the job was completed. Everything was cleaned up and he talked to me and explained what he did.I paid and the technician was on his way.In three years I will call A Plus again.I have used them since moving to Olympia in 1987.Thank you, once again, for a job well done.

I have to give them 5 stars on this review. I recently had a mainline backup which plumbers felt may have included the septic tank. Everyone I called was either booked up 2-3 weeks to get my tank pumped and I had already been 2 days of not being able to shower or use the bathrooms. (Thank God for my RV commode!) I contacted A+ and they, understanding my situation, were able to get a pumper out the next day. I appreciate the quick response and courteous service. Thank you!

Called on a Sunday with a blocked sewer drain but they were booked. They arrived way ahead of schedule the next morning, immediately went to work and got my system working again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

During the January 14th power outage, after heavy rains and wind, got powered up with my generator only to hear my septic alarm going off. Not know a lot about the system, was able to stop the sound, but the light was still on. Called A+ for an appointment, they do my yearly inspection.Jason, called me back on the day of the appointment. He had me describe the situation, then walked me through the resolution, with a detailed explanation. He saved me the show up fee, and I have a better understanding of my system. Great job, Jason. This company charged my credit card over $3,000 for work THEY DID NOT DO. It has been a month of me asking for a refund, when my credit card should have never been charged in the first place. I am getting passed along between different departments, managers, and the owner Theresa. Each person has said they need to clarify with someone else, someone is on lunch or out sick that day, or they will call me back. This company does not keep their word. A month of having a wrong charge on my bill, and no one can explain it. I’ve been asked MULTIPLE times to wait ‘another 48 hours’ for my refund to process. Today alone, I made six phone calls to this company. I called the owner’s cell three separate times, with no response and a full voicemail box so I’m unable to leave a message. Each employee I spoke with said someone would call me back with answers within 30 minutes and no one ever did. I have learned a lesson, A+ is notorious for overcharging and taking advantage of the elderly and young females who are unaware of how septic systems work and the average cost of repairs. I will make sure all who I come into contact with know you never use this company.

This review in no way reflects their service, but rather the reduction in rating comes on the heels of receiving the bill which family members thought too high for the completed work (3x higher than quote due to additional work).This is a decent company who was able to come out in a few days. They did the work required & requested. If youre on a tight budget, be sure to get all additional costs in writing and be aware which of those additional services you actually need.

Setup an appointment to get a quote and they failed to show up even given a 4 hour window. And then when I called to check why they said they were on another project so failed to even call me back. Won’t be going with this company for any service due to the lack of communication and customer service. It’s one thing if something comes up and to call but it’s another to just forget about your customer.

Came out the same day! Amanda was very professional when she called to let us know their technicians were on the way. Replaced filters on our furnace and did maintenance. I used them for plumbing last week to fix a leaking toilet. Thank you for coming out right away. It’s so much better than having to call multiple contractors and hope that someone calls you back.

I used this company, recommended by a friend, for the first time to pump and inspect my septic. It went well. Quick, on time, good communication, and professional.I gave 3 stars because I was charged $300 to dig for 10 minutes to expose a couple of lidsLiterally he was done digging in 10 minutes. He cut me some slack, maybe felt guilty, and charged me $250. Maybe prorate the time it takes to dig. WOW thats $30 a minute!Im a veteran on a fixed budget and to pay $730 to have my septic pumped and inspected is a bit much. Oh they did give me a $20 veterans discount.The entire process took less than an hour!Good service, last time I will use them!

The service technician did a great job, very professional. But I never received an email with the septic inspection report and receipt. We called the office to ask were it was and the lady told my wife that she would send a email to her. We still havent seen anything from A+, so my wife will have to call again and this time we are going to ask it to be mailed. As of today, we still havent got any documents from A+, and by the way, the check has been cashed and has cleared.

I hired them to repair an existing well and regretted it. They charged me over 5 grand and left the well head uncapped with wires sticking out. When I could finally call them back they put a sewer riser on top of the well head (which theyre definitely not supposed to do). The wiring work they did also is not to code when I had it inspected recently.

They were fast and efficient. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did as part of the service.

Knowledgable for sure to their credit. Prices were pretty crazy though. $450 to install a replacement fan remote unit in a ceiling fan thats already there? Nah. Pull it down, rest it on a ladder and go to town. Worst case an hour. No one earns $450 an hour doing that.

We needed to have our septic emptied and inspected per letter from the city. We’ve never had septic before new home owners of three years and this company and jake were FANTASTIC. Jake asked me if I wanted to learn about our septic and my kids and myself went out with him and he showed us everything. He is a very nice person easy going and explained to me prices and everything was upfront and could not have had a better experience. When we are ready to upgrade etc we will be calling them back to come out. Prices are UNBEATABLE also very good company super honest about pricing etc. Way better than anyone else in town hands down.

I had a clean out line lost in my yard and problems with backup. I finally sucked it up and called the plumber. They said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day, but called me not even an hour later and had someone out in ten minutes, about 30 mins later I had 3 additional guys out there to resolve my problem. They were helpful and knowledgeable about septic tanks and offered helpful tips to prevent any further problems. I highly recommend them and hopefully I won’t see them again until my tank needs to be pumped :)

Techs were prompt, pleasant, and professional. Completed job in timely manner. Only downside is that cost, although completed for quoted price, seemed somewhat high for work performed. Total time on site was well under 2 hours. But, overall well satisfied and would recommend to others.

A timely response for estimate on 3 areas of concern with plumbing under my home. Failure on my efforts to resolve the issues led to a call for help. The technicians I primarily dealt with were Daniel and Zenin and they were AWESOME! Explained my options for a long term or short term solution. They were great with explanations in terms I could understand. They completed the repairs that day demonstrating skill, knowledge and a strong work ethic. They were here from 1pm until approximately 8pm as we ran into delays due to complete freeway closure while waiting for part but they would not leave until the job was completed. My cellar flooded during the latest heavy rain period we had here in Tacoma. I called several places around town to find a plumber to come out and help as I knew our sump pump was possibly not working correctly. A+ services had the soonest available plumber which they said would still be next day. They put me on a waiting list in case someone else cancelled and luckily I heard back the same day. Just a few hours after my initial call they were able send someone to my home. Daniel and his partner showed up in the timeframe I was given. They were so professional and friendly. Daniel was able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They eased my worries instantly because I could tell they knew what they were doing. I could not recommend them more to anyone looking for help with a situation that may be out of hand. I would trust these guys with any plumbing needs for sure. I also felt the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

Our septic tank was in need of pumping. I called and they responded quickly with an appointment. The gentlemen that came to do the service on our septic system were knowledgeable, polite professional and helpful. I also appreciate there assistance with getting their plumber to our house in a timely manner when pumping the tank didnt solve the problem. And then the pumber resolved the issue immediately.

The gentleman who came out was very friendly and respectful. We live in a watershed area and had to get our septic tank pumped. Our tank is brand new. (3 years old) When we called we got quoted for the price of the inspection and the pumping. The man who gave the quote never mentioned the filter price. Or that that might be something they need to replace.We expected the amount to be what we were quoted. The gentleman who came, “talked” is into a filter and treatment for $300 more than the quote. It happened so quickly that my husband didn’t know how to react. So when I came out and the gentleman was trying to explain the filter (on our brand new tank) and treatment and why it was needed the deed was already done. I am a little frustrated that it cost so much to get it pumped with the filter and treatment cost. He made sound like it was something we needed to keep our tank good. But was it needed? I am sure it could have been declined but everything happened so quickly that we didn’t have time to think. I do like this company but they need to be more upfront about what we might expect their “sales men” to talk us into. I emailed them to ask if there was any rebate or coupon since the price was way more than expected but we never received a reply back.
