She took her time to make sure the coffin shape was perfect. I got long coffin shaped gel nails for $75 . They do regular medium long full sets for $45

This was the 3rd strike. I received a full set refill 1 week ago. The gel polish is peeling, my middle fingernail has fallen off and both thumbs have crumbled. The young man didnt seem interested in providing excellent customer service. And the prices are ridiculous compared to the service. I am very disappointed.

I came here and got the Deluxe Pedicure, and left with brand new feet, my feet feel good 👍🏼

Try to give each place a few chances. I feel that is generous considering nails are expensive. I went in for dip and that is not at all what I got. UV light is not necessary for dip. My nails were chunky/clunky, crooked, and warped. The nail tech spent the entire time only telling me how she wanted to go on an out of town shopping trip and wouldn’t listen to how I wanted my nails done. I asked if she could make them less chunky maybe by filing them more narrowly. She said it wouldn’t look good because they would look like “baby nails”. If she had done them correctly in the first place I wouldn’t have had to even ask her that. I was charged $15 more than the other shop I usually go to and I still tipped 20%. Had to go back to my usual nail place that I diverted from (only to save time) and get them fixed. Other places like Wendy’s are a lot cheaper and will actually give you what you want. Hard pass.

I have been going to this nail salon for yearwaiting for the nail tech to arrive. I waiting for almost a hour just to be her first client only to be told that she couldnt do my nail art due her having too many customers waiting.

I honestly dont know how this place has such a high rating. The location and equipment appear to be a bit rundown, the ambiance consists of 1 TV and no music. I waited at the front for a few minutes before someone finally asked me what I wanted. I was then directed to a chair where I waited for someone to come over and set up the chair. I then waited 45 minutes and not one person talked to me or acknowledged how long the wait would be. The water was ice cold at this time and despite the fact that I really wanted a pedicure I decided to leave. On my way out the door I was told that they were just about to get to me. Maybe Ill give them another shot but probably not.

Great people and they really take their time ❤❤❤ I will be back think I found my new home 😍

Nails were done great! First visit and nail tech Tom did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It was nasty that the staff used the same tools on everyone. Staff does wash the tools but most places give each individual customer their own set that they put away when the customer is gone to use every time they come. There are not liners in the spas when you request a pedicure and are constantly stopping to talk to each other about customers. I thought because there were good reviews it would be great but absolutely not. If you are thinking you want dip please don’t!! If you previously had dip staff make you take it off yourself and when they finally come and help they pick the excess off with a cuticle remover tool. When done with the dip and shape up, if there is excess dry dip on your skin they leave It there. After asking to fix it, the dip is still on my skin after leaving. When they pull out the drill it has tape all over it and the drill moves slow. I am highly dissatisfied and would not wish this place on anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t care about new customers. I went in and was told I would be waiting 20 mins and that’s no problem at all. Then other people come in after me and I’m told I have to come back a different day because they have to do the people they know first. I won’t be back and definitely won’t suggest to anyone else.

Tom is great. Polish is always smooth and never chips nor does the acrylic ever crack unlike most of these nails shops around here. He is calm, polite and great at what he does.

DC Nails did not disappoint. I walked in at high noon and was in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes for a full SNS set with manicure and tips ($45 for all services). I could do without the incense burning in the shop but this is a personal preference and not reflective of their work, professionalism or services. Highly recommend.

Im so upset. I asked the lady to shape up my eyebrows but she did what she wanted. And she couldnt even make the other side match the first side. If I wanted someone to practice on me I wouldve did it myself.

After being in there for over two hours, my nails and toe polish came off! I made sure they were dry before I left!!! Iwas so disappointed. My husband told me to ho back, but I am so disappointed, I didnt want a fix. I waisted $40 ... The older lady was very aggressive. She kept grabbing my hands to make it how she wanted it. The towel was extremely HOTI will never be back!

Pedicure was terrible for the price. Manicure, they don’t know how to even NexGen Dip as they call it. Won’t be going back here.

I Love this place

After seeing the good reviews, I decided to try DC nails the Saturday before New Years. I was very unhappy. I went in for a color change. First of all, I paid 20 dollars for just a color change which normally cost 5-10 dollars. Second, the paint job was horrible (paint was uneven and on my fingers and cuticles). Finally, the color wore off 2 of my nails the same day. The guy who did my nails act like he didnt want to do them. I should have left then!!😑

🗣SLOW!! I walked in and they asked me what I needed, I said a pedicure. As usual they told me to pick out a color and I did. A few minutes later I was told to sit in pedicure chair number 3. There was a lady who they were finishing with and another lady sitting who they had not started on... I sat down and waited 30 minutes before I realized the lady who they hadnt started on did not even have water in her pedicure bowl and that she needed her nails soaked off also. I sat there for 20 more minutes and I left. Did I mention the lady doing the pedicures stopped and started doing someones manicure, so there was nobody doing pedicures. I did not mind waiting bc there were about 7 ladies total getting or waiting to get manicures... but come on now thats a bit excessive.

We enjoyed our visit. The nail technicians were very nice

The best nail shop, hands down! I wish they have another location in South Dakota!

They were friendly but it was so painful and my toes still hurt hours later.

Got a shellac mani and they rushed me and was not very nice and then my nails had bubbles and was not evenly coated . I said something about something 2 of my nails there were what looked like there was something under the nail polish and they refused to fix it. Wont be back
