This place has a lovely set-up but thats the only good thing I can say about it. I was a walk-in and asked for a fill. I was instructed to choose a color (gel polish), I didnt find one I liked, so I opted for a white tip. The technician that I was sent to proceeded to remove the gel I had on previously, but she failed to remove the color completely. I decided to get color instead of the white tips, as you would be able to see the previous sets paint. When I asked her to thin out the acrylic on the tips, she informed me that its so thick because of the previous set and she already removed too much of the acrylic and could not remove anymore. I asked her again, could she make them a bit thinner to which she refused. I said thank you and asked to pay for what she had already done. They charged me $30. Im baffled at the service here.

Very disappointed in the Mani/ Pedi I received. The nail tech over used the top coat leaving polish on my skin, air bubbles on my nails, and the overall appearance looks as though I did them myself. I will not be returning as it was a complete waste of money.

This place is trash. I went here because I was in town and couldn’t get back to Orlando. Had my nails done on a Saturday and it’s already chipped, $50 and can’t last 2 days long. I do not recommend and the service is poor. I went to get it fixed and they said it was an hour wait to repaint ONE nail. If they cared to save the experience for someone they would have made better efforts. Do NOT come here.

I would never recommended anyone going to this place. Service was horrible, front desk was inattentive and rude. First once I arrived, I asked the young guy working at the front desk how long it would be and his response was “I cannot give you an estimated time.” Once I finally was attended to in the pedicure chair after sitting for over 40 minutes with cold water, the technician that did my pedicure rushed through the entire thing, and did a horrible job. My nails are uneven, the gel is streaky, and they even left some of my old polish on and painted over it. Once I was done, I went up to pay and voiced my complaints and concerns to the young man up front and his response was “we are just trying to get customers in and out.” This place will never receive my business again and I would recommend nobody going either. 0 stars.

I got tip and dip about about 2 weeks ago and in the first week 3 of my nails broke off. The second week they started cracking and another one eventually broke. I’ve paid less at other places and had nails that have lasted me weeks. Will definitely not be going back.

I came here with my best friend. We got the exact same services. They charged her $70 and me $90. The nail tech did not put a topcoat on my toes and left a huge bump in my middle nail. When they checked my nails to see if they were dry, they clearly wiped polish off Bc my nails were still WET but pretended like it didn’t happen! I will NEVER come back to this salon.

My rating previously had 5 stars, but I didn’t do the rating myself, lol! The owner asked to look up his shop on my phone (by saying I could sign up for coupons) and quickly added the high rating. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Don’t get me wrong. This nail shop is very nice! It’s spacious (pedicure area completely separate from nail area which is always a + for me) and offers all the latest services. HOWEVER, they have become very popular recently and I feel with that customer service has declined. They used to send out a weekly text with discounts. That stopped. (Without the coupon, the services are overpriced)And the services are more rushed than they once were. I started getting dip on my nails. And though they looked AMAZING the first few days, by a week, they began to crack. So yes you will go here and get standard service. But it’s nothing like it was when they first opened. But I guess we kinda live in that kinda society now. Consumers aren’t appreciated.

I absolutely love the people there and they actually care for your nails but they left a bad taste in my mouth when my polish started chipping not even hours after I had got them done and the shop didn’t want to fix them or show any concern because I was out of town and it was gone be a week when I returned. That’s not right when people spending their hard earned money especially when I’ve done absolutely nothing to make them chip on my own. And I really loved it there ughhhhhh..

I was not impressed with the service I received from this nail bar. After getting a dip service, the nail tech left my hands a complete mess. (See photos) I was also charged $50 for gel polish on nails and toes for my SIX year old! I will not be returning and would not recommend this nail bar to anyone I know. I would have rated 0 stars if it were an option.

Poor, poor service. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was working very fast and the service was rushed and horrible. I sat there with my foot soaking in cold water. No soaking solution was placed in the water but thankfully I brought my own. She cut my nails crooked on my feet. I asked her to please cover the whole nail bed when she polished my nails and she still did a horrible job. There was a lot of people coming in and I can tell they were rushing just to try to get everyones business. I was not happy at all with the service here and I will not be coming back here. My normal place was crowded and this is what you get for not being patient. I most definitely will not be back here EVER again. Horrible job and a waste of my hard earned money.Update: have been calling the salon since Monday and to no avail. Every time I ask for the manager hes not in. My nails have cracked horribly after getting my nails done just a few days ago (Saturday). I am furious and want to warn others be warned about going to this place. I got my nails dipped. They look great! I had to have a few tips put on and you cannot tell the tips from my real nails. The salon was very clean and the technician’s were very friendly.

The place is very clean and for the most part they are friendly. However, for a gel fill and toe polish change I was charged $75. I did not recieved an itemized receipt.but did inquire after I paid why was my bill so high. He told me initially I was charged for having two colors an extra $5. However, I called back to ask how much a full set gel cost versus a fill. He told me $55 and $40 respectively. Then he informed me a toe polish change was $15. Based on this my total should have been $60 ($40 fill, $15 polish change, and $5 for choosing two colors). When explaining this and that I may have been overcharged, he got rude and cut me off saying it was more because my nails were longer, but $15 more was waaaay too much and couldnt possibly be correct. Also, my nails werent that long (see pictures).The nail tech was awesome and I still tipped her, but I definitely was overcharged for what I got done. My first time coming to get a full set, with two colors, an almond shape, and a pedicure was only $5 more than what I paid today. If prices cant be consistent and explained, It is not worth going nevertheless!Updated 6-8-2021- I made an attempt to call the owner and speak about the matter and was told to call back (sounded like the same man who overcharged me and thus wont let me speak to the owner). However I must mention this too, during my visit I asked about the 10% off and the the same man told me the sale ended on the 6th but I just recieved a notification on my phone today that it did not😤🙄! Im highly upset because I could have least recieved $7.50 off of the $75.00 I was overcharged. Just simply smh!

Nail tech argued with me about my polish and the service I wanted. He polished my toes with gel and I had to redo them when I got home 40 miles from the salon. Not a good experience with this tech

After arriving at this Nail Salon I was greeted and asked what I needed done. I informed the young man that I needed a soak-off and a dip.The time was 11:50 am. A young man was informed by the owner to start soaking my nails around 12:00 noon. At this point, everyone in the salon was receiving service by a nail tech except for me.At approximately 12:45pm, a group of three young ladies entered the salon and was seated.Three nail techs got finished around the same time. ALL three of the techs started on the group of girls. And no, they did not have an appointment because I heard them ask for their service when the walked in.I kindly informed the desk clerk that I was next in line to be serviced. She informed me that I was soaking. I told her that I had been soaking for 45 minutes and that my nails were ready (I rubbed one nail and the polish easily rubbed off).Well, about 8-10 minutes later another customer entered the salon and was seated. And yes you guessed it.... they started her service!At this point, I proceeded to get my things together, and I informed the person that I was with that I was leaving. The owner saw this and asked me to pick my color, not to mention everyone else had picked their colors by now. I informed the owner that I no longer wanted the service. As I proceeded to leave, he ran out the door behind me saying that I had to pay! I asked him “pay for what?” He said that I had to pay for the soak off... now the polish was still on my nails (they were soaked but NO ONE touched my hands). I paid for the non-service and left.I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a nail salon before.If zero stars was an option, I would have selected that!!

So I got a pedicure and it was rushed and I told him I was diabetic and to be gentle please and had to repeat myself 3 times. Then I was getting a dip mani but he never came to do it and I just said I’ll just pay for my pedicure. So unprofessional and rude

This was a great experience, I thought for me and my daughters. The first couple of days the gel manicure started coming off. The gel pedicure is the only thing that lasted. The full set of acrylic nails did not last two weeks. Products they are using are cheap or watered down. I did enjoy the pampering but I will have to find a different place.

The owner is very rude and they do white clients better than they do black. Pay attention to how fast they do blacks pedicures and then the polish is tacky. If the black ppl would stop supporting them they would go out business. I will not be going back. Talking about the clients in their language. Turn your translator on ladies,youd be surprised what theyre saying about ppl😒

I was referred to Nailbar by my bestfriend. When I got there I ask for Tammy(again referred). Tammy did an amazing job on my pedi and manicure. I’m in love with the ambiance and wonderful customer service. Although this place is slightly out my way unless I go after work, it’s still going to be the place I come too. I work hard for my money and when I spend money somewhere I want it to be worth it. If you’re looking for a good place and doesn’t rush please come here.

My experience has always been the same from the first time to the many times I have been there and it has always been very delightful. I highly recommend it to my family and friends!!!

It is a beautiful nail spa and has around 14 pedicure chairs. They were busy when I was in there. Staff was friendly. After reading the reviews I stayed away from the gel polish so I wasnt charged extra. The pedicures start at 30 and they go up from there. They are centrally located and the location is super convenient for me.

I really like this place! I got a full set of acrylics. They were all very nice. :) definitely recommend

They’re very gentle and I enjoyed the manicure. BUT— I don’t recommend getting gel nails here. Mine came off in the first four days, with the exception of my pinky. A couple family friends said they had a similar experience. Other than that, service overall was good for the most part!

They replied with, they wont redo them after 2 days even though I was out of town. Even with proof of each day. I only showered and did laundry. No cleaning or yard work.

He tried to hide what he did by deleting the page from my browser. When I checked the history I found it. This is not right. I will NOT be back to this salon!!! They do an ok job. The customer service is not the best, Im not sure if its just because of the language barrier. They are a bit overpriced, but they do offer discounts via text. Overall its an ok experience.

Nice people and friendly and can do decent nails. My only issue is when getting artificial tips they use the same size for ALL fingers. They do good nails but not properly.

I wanted to like this place, it was my first time visiting and the atmosphere was pleasant. The young man at the front desk was very professional and welcoming, but it started to go down hill because I waited 1 hour and sat in the water that whole time to have my feet worked on all but 10 minutes. If they knew they were about to close they should not have accepted anymore people. I came in at six and when I tell you the job was rushed and sloppy. I wasted $40 and a hour out of my day. Sorry but I want be back. They was rushing to get out of there and that is not quality service. I would have rather done the job right or turned the customer away. I want my money back. You guys would have had a life long customer who is willing to pay for quality service. Shame on you all.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill quickly since it opened. I tried to make an appointment in advance and the lady told me it was “walk in only”. That must be a new rule they have. Once I got there I had to wait over an hour to get my pedicure done. My nail tech rushed through the pedicure and it definitely wasn’t worth what I spent.What really turned me off was that the manager asked to use my phone to post a Google review in exchange for a 10% off coupon. I refused. This is why you see mostly 5 star reviews. I won’t be returning.

I have visited the nail bar since Christmas. I had one terrible experience where the man at the counter chased my sister out the door saying she didn’t pay when I paid for her. I paid for both of our nails and went on to the car waiting for her to finish. He impaired I hadn’t paid. So I had to pay double.But I gave him benefit of the doubt and tried again. This time it was me and my 2 young daughters. It was a non eventful trip costing $30 for each of my daughters and $35 for myself of course I had the 10% of text so my total was $85. Me and my girls went back yesterday. We didn’t get anything different! This time he charged $40 for my girls and $45 for me..$125 and with 10% off $115!! I tried to explain to him that he was overcharging compared to last time when we did the same thing just different colors. He wouldn’t even listen. I told him I will not be back and I won’t. I will go back to my previous nail spa. Unprofessional and wish washy. Would NOT recommend!

I asked for gel on my pedicure and they did regular polish. My full set looks terrible the nails are uneven. She cut me with the file and then put superglue on the cut. Do not recommend.

The owner took my my phone and gave the salon 5 stars. My service was far from 5 star. I went in with my daughter. I paid for a “pedicure” and polish change for the both of us. They put our feet in lukewarm water, sped through the service, and did a horrible job on my daughters polish. I went back and showed the owner the streaks and sloppy paint job on my daughters nails and feet. She also had nail polish on the bottom of two of her fingers. I only wanted the owner to acknowledge the bad job but instead he picked the polish of the bottom of her fingers and kept telling me it was “OK”. I will never go back. Especially, after he deceitfully gave the salon 5 stars under my account. Patronize at your own risk. Not worth the $100 I spent that day.

I arrived a little after 4:40ish. I wanted fingernail gel polish removed with regular polish afterwards. I also wanted a basic pedicure. I was asked to sit in the chair for the pedicure. It took over an hour to actually get started. The woman who serviced me was very rough bending my toes until I felt pain. She told me to relax! How could I relax in pain. I told her more than once she was too rough! I have been coming here a long time and this was my first horrible experience. I didn’t leave until 7:15! It was getting dark out! This is totally ridiculous what a horrible experience!

Horrible service!I had a pedicure which I was satisfied with. I asked for the dip powder on my nails.Once he( the owner) was done I told him I was not satisfied with the service. The powder was too thick, and it did not cover my entire nail. I told him I wasnt paying for my nails and he insisted I soak off the dip prior to leaving. I assumed he thought I was trying to get my nails done free. I had no problem soaking off the powder because my nails looked horrible. He however, didnt want me to let the powder soak off completely because he was upset with me. He said you can go now, so I left because I had somewhere to go.I left with my dip powder half on. I will never go to this nail salon again!

Hello- I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas. I just wanted to bring to your attention as a loyal client of la belles, you should know why I am not returning.I am a licensed cosmetologist, I have been 10 years, when I found your salon I was more than excited because you guys followed proper sanitation laws. I’ve been coming every 2-3 weeks for overlay and gel. Christmas Eve I’m doing hair and my nail pops off; that’s normal wear and tear, my issue is I had a fungus that was at least a couple months old. I also have 2 nails that were starting to develop the fungus when I took my set off after realizing there could be more. I was shocked and, and super suprised just like you are reading this email. I do not want you guys to run into a client that isn’t as nice as I am because working in the same field you do, I understand. I get things happened, I also understand that I work in a lot of water. I’ve always voiced that and If my nail lifted I let you guys know. I’m glad that I’m licensed so I was able to take care of the issue, my nail is so brittle and thin now so I can’t do much to that nail at all.I’m not asking for an apology, money, I just wanted to give you a heads up. I hope you guys have a wonderful new year

I am licensed and know the laws and regulations of a salon. I loved going here because it was clean and relaxing. Lately, it’s been so hectic you have 3 or 4 different people work on you in a span of ten minutes. And the work isn’t consistent. I’m sorry. But I can’t help but to be honest. Consistency and cleanliness is key. For as busy at it gets there, every one should be able to rotate clients properly and wash hands between clients, not hop from one to another

Charged me $10 for me to basically soak my own dip off. Wasn’t their fault as they were busy on a Friday of a holiday weekend, but I was quoted a wait time of 40 minutes, an hour and 10 minutes later I was still sitting there, done soaking my nails off and looking at colors. Besides acetone being put in a dish and told to put my hands in there, I got no real service.

My pedicure was great up until the polishing. It was like a 3 year old was painting my toe nails. And the dip nails were so blotchy and 2 different shades of purple. They get a lot of business but I wont go back

Wait times are ridiculous. They need more techs. The owners patience is very low, I don’t recommend he does your nails, he rushes and doesn’t look to make a solution. The paint colors and powder color match is way off and as the professional offer a solution, care for the client. Don’t just take my money! Not coming back. Gina is a good nail tech if you must go!

This was my first time going to Labelle Nail Bar and I loved it as my first experience! All I got was friendly vibes from the time I walked in and from the time I left. My nails also came out how I wanted it and she was very gentle doing them. I recommend this nail shop a 10/10 and I will be back again!

Helen was so nice and professional. She did a great job on my gel mani and pedi! Even fixed a bubble for me at the end.

It was my daughters birthday, we waited over an hour. No communication. I called to set us appointments but she said just come in. The 4 of us were to have services done. Due to wait and lack of communication, my two young daughters ended up not even getting polished due to being skipped twice. I guess because they are not as important as adults we just had to sit and wait. They should give people wait times and use better communication. She was very sad, it was her b day gift.

This is the second bad experience I have received. I will NOT be back. 1st time my toe polish looked like a 5 year old pained them. Polish all over my skin and not even covering the whole nail. Yesterday, I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish. I was charged $20 for the polish alone. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. I can understand an additional charge but $20 is insane. On top of that my nails are lumpy and one of them is over sized and oddly shaped. My daughters nail polish on her set has lines in it and very poorly painted as well.Dont waste you time or hard earned money. Go somewhere else.

Well I was hurried through the entire process I paid 40$ for a service I didn’t even get to enjoy, the nail polish they used chipped right off the moment I got home and in the tub and then as I was checking out the guy at the counter asked to see my phone and he would send me a coupon and wrote a review under my name for the place. So don’t go there and don’t hand them your phone you’re not getting a coupon.

This was my first time visiting this business on 11/12. I wanted to treat myself to a full set and pedi for my birthday 11/17. I always go to envy nails but they were so crowded. Anyways I spent a to total of $85 for both. I received a fill in and gel polish on my hand. When I say this is the worse set I have ever received in my entire life! My gel polish has chipped badly were my polish is now no existing! My nails were horrible for my birthday. I don’t do any labor work or use any chemicals I wear gloves when I clean. I always get gel polish and it last me for at least 3-4 weeks before it even begins to chip. But this gel application began chipping within 4 days of getting them done. I will not be going back! Waisted my money & time! I tried to call and speak to someone no answer. And I live 25 minutes away. I will never ever do business with them again!

Yesterday was my first terrible experience. There was a young gentleman handling the reception, he was rude and unattentive. He asked if I signed in I said yes, that was it. I had to get up and ask if he knew how long it would be and he said a long while. I left and so did other people while I was there.

Didn’t get to because the man who did my nails was OVER charging $60 for it... i have been there twice and the first time they charged me $35. My nails are also uneven and there’s acrylic powder all around my nails. The nail polish is awful. never returning to that place. If i could i give this place 0 stars.

I came to get a mani/pedi and gel polish on my nails the Saturday before Easter. By today, Tuesday, my gel polish on every nail started come off so I came by after work and tge guy told me that he would not fix them and that they grew out in 2 days. He said he would not take them off for me and said he would fix 2 of the nails. He was arguing with me in front of everyone at the front. I paid $70 on a mani/ pedi and gel polish and tipped $15 on top of that. Made me so angry.

Went in for a repair, (walk in) was treated with courtesy and was helped asap. Repair was excellent.Place is always clean and sanitary. All precautions, mandates and ordinances followed in relation to COVID.

HORRIBLE My experience was horrible absolutely awful. Do not go here. My friend asked for black nail tips and they recommended dip and Peter had no idea how to do it and didn’t tell her that they wouldn’t turn out good because they wanted us to pay more money to be dip. but kept telling us we should’ve picked gel. once we told him they didn’t look good. Made her pay the full 68$ for this horrible nail look.

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. While the man was doing my fingernails he literally was cutting the skin around my cuticle open and I have a smudge of my blood on my white nails from my finger bleeding. He told me it was okay that was just my cuticle and proceeded to pour some yellow powder in the open area without asking me!! I was so irritated when I left I wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here.Also I think I have seen that man working there at another nail salon off Campcreek Blvd.

The manager or the owner was very unprofessional. I waited 30min prior to me even being thought about. The owner walked up to me and told me that I need to leave. I had my daughter with me and he told me that I need to leave with no explanation. I will NEVER use this salon.

I went and got a full set gel and they were pealing off in two days (not supposed to happen), so I went back to get them fixed and they were questioning the nail shop I had went to. They are also overpriced, I was charged $5 for each finger with a design!!

Me and my sister went to get our nails done and I saw the comments saying they were good. So we go and it wasn’t good at all, both of our nails were uneven and poorly painted. Half of my nails were painted and they got irritated when I asked for them to fix it. Me and my sister both was seat beside each other at the same time and my sister was finished with her nails before I was even worked on. Once I was finished I saw one side of my nail was thicker than the other one and the paint wasn’t even finished on the sides of any of my nails. My sister was drying her nails and they had the pedicure tub bust (which wasn’t their fault) but water went all over my sister and they didn’t even offer a towel but went to her and said “I’m sorry water got on you” I paid 55 dollars for something they have been licensed to do. Once I got home I took the paint off both of our nails and filled them to the way we asked for and then repainted them and I did a better job than them and I’m not even licensed. We will not return

So I went to this nailshop Monday to get my nails done they got me in the chair in a timely manner but I felt like the young lady did a rush job on my nails and feet and then on top of that I got shellacpolish and its peeling IVE NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE so I dont think I will be revisiting

I was impressed when I came in. I thought that I would have better quality for the price that I paid for my nails. My acrylics came out uneven. They did not apply the acrylic correctly and some places on the nail the liquid acrylic flooded and became uneven. Overall the nails are too flat and were not built up correctly and will probably break before the 2 week maintenance period. They also did not give me the design I asked for and instead gave me a cheaper version but charged me full price. I would have never made this review but as I was leaving they asked me for my phone for what I assumed was to take pictures but they left a review on google under my name as a positive review. Since google won’t let me delete it, here is my ACTUAL review. I will not be back.

I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go here. I showed them a picture and asked if they could do it. The lady said yes of course. It was the worst nails I have ever had. My sister went back and the exact same thing happened to her. AWFUL. Also, my dip fell off after a week.

I have been visiting this nail salon since they opened and there have been times where I wasnt 5-star rating satisfied but theyre always friendly and its a clean, quiet and spacious environment. This last time which will be my last time I was amazed to find out that the price for a shellac manicure had been raised to $40 and while I got my nails done one week before Christmas, the shellac was already peeling off and raising within 4 days. My pedicure was only subpar and when I was leaving and she told me it was $70. The least I would expect is for my mani and pedi to last for 2 weeks but they didnt. The ambiance is nice but its not $70 every 2 weeks nice. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new nail salon because the prices and service arent worth it.

This is my 2nd time here getting a dip manicure and I’m happy with how my nails turned out. Will keep returning for the good quality and good price.

I love going here and the two older women there do excellent on my nails every time but the older man is very rude and he does sloppy work i came in with my friend to get two nails fixed and he did my friend’s nails and then walked off and he was telling someone to come help me then he asked what i was there for again and then he said something to one of the women in a different language and threw his hand up at me. i don’t know what he said but i just felt like it was rude then he proceeded to tell one of the women to start in someone’s nails who by the way had gotten there way after me but i demanded that she just fix my nails so i could leave. and in my way out he took me and my friends phone and gave himself a 5 star review saying that we could get a 10% off coupon for it and i didn’t like that but i wanted to give my own review.

La Belle Nailbar is super clean and super fast, and I got a great manicure. It has a spa aesthetic, and the owner and manicurists were very gracious and kind. I will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean. The workers are very friendly, punctual, and really listen to what I asked for. Gina did my nails and she was so gentle. I had some bad breakage under old acrylics and she took the time to make sure my nail beds were not damaged during the take off process. I indulged a bit and got a manicure as well as a full set with dip powder. The manicure was really nice with collagen gloves. The ambience was so peaceful and relaxing. Im looking forward to getting a pedicure next time. The whole place really is impressive. I will only go to this nail salon in the future. Gina was incredible!
