Apparently a nail tech in training was allowed to perform my pedicure— I was not made aware of it. After noticing he wasn’t doing a professional job, I became worried but tried to be patient. I asked for a French tip and painted the tip part without putting down a base coat. Then another technician cleaned up the French tip but did a rush job. The apprentice cut some of my nails too short and the overlook was unprofessional. It looked like I did it at the house. I told them I was not pleased with the service several times but I was not offered any type of resolution other than my toe nails were crooked. They weren’t crooked when I entered the establishment. They were crooked because you let somebody practice on me. I paid and went to another place to get my dip done. They were not getting another dime out of me. One day later and my French tip is peeling bad. I am very frustrated and out of $35. I won’t return. I didn’t ask for anything free. I just wanted my situation rectified in a professional manner and it wasn’t.

Very unprofessional, poor customer service and NO AIR CONDITIONER. During several visits I witnessed people told to come back, myself included, at a certain time. When we return other walk-in we’re given their time. Rose and the male who works the make smart comments in English to customers but expect a tip. I will do my own nails before I return to PARADISE NAILS

I used to go to this place all the time and am now so SURPRISED by the visit I just had! I walked in and asked for dip on my nails and was told no. Not “ no ma’am we can’t do that service today for these reasons” but no because he did not want to do the service! I asked for my toes to be polished and he was so rough! When I went to check out, I guess I was taking too long and he starting knocking on the counter and telling me to hurry up. Absolute worst service I’ve ever had!! And my toes look like I could have done them myself. I never leave reviews but I had to this time. Do not go here!!

This is my favorite nail shop in Olive Branch. I normally get the Paradise Manicure. Its a little higher than the regular BUT its worth it. Its relaxing and soothing. Teresa is very professional and always does a great job!!!

I went in to get a pedicure and a full set. As long as I have been getting my feet done, I always leave with my feet Smoove. Not today. They were rough on my heels. I told the guys that my feet felt rough and he gone say it’s because your skin thick. I told him that I have never gotten my feet done and they were left feeling rough. I decided not to get my nails done.

This is always my “Go To” spot. They do tend to get very busy and sometimes I have to wait a while but it’s worth it to me. I highly recommend Joe for nails and Teresa for pedicures. They are the only two I will sit with. They offer beverages as well. Favorite spot!

I am so unhappy with my experience here. I usually go somewhere else and went here to go with a friend. It was a big mistake for me! We sat and waited for about an hour. While we waited, we witnessed an unpleasant situation where a lady getting her nails done pushed away from the table and insisted the lady doing her nails was not to touch her again. I should have known better at that point, but I stayed and then was assigned the table with the same lady to do my nails. The experience was unpleasant to say the least. She mad 2 of my quiticals bleed during my manicure. It was so painful that I literally jumped and said ouch! Literally! Well, I let her finish. I didnt get the full treatment of a manicure like my friend did (hot towel, lotion, etc), but ended up paying for it! Also, this was Saryrday around lunch and by Monday, 3 of my shellac nails had chipped. By Tuesday another 2 had chipped. And today (Wednesday) one of them had part of the polish completely come off when I scratched my arm!! AND I PAID WAY MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE. Poor quality, unfair prices, and bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!

My daughter and I went here yesterday for pedis and were we ever delighted! The atmosphere is so serene: low lighting, relaxing music, tea and water if you desire, really cool original artwork on the walls. The spa chairs are deluxe and they actually work! The pedicure itself was done very thoroughly and without a rush. The best part was the hot stone massage at the end! I have been meaning to try PARADISE for months now and am so glad I did. They have a new regular client in me!

Came here Sunday after going to several other salons that were either closed or said that they were open on Sundays and were actually not open. Another said they opened at 1230 and no one showed up we waited till 1. So i called paradise to see if they were open before i drove all the way to Olive branch. They were. It was three of us we walked in and they seated us in a chair right away and got us complementary drinks. 20 or so minutes later they got to work right away with our pedicures. Very friendly staff . Theresa is awesome doing pedicures but she does not do nails. Witch is a bummer but my feet look and feel amazing.

My experience was HORRIBLE!! It started out pleasant, until I asked politely to explain the charges after services were completed. The prices are a rip off for the work the salon do . It seems as if they double charge you the the same thing . Also the charges are unbelievable compare to other salons in the area . Especially when you have spent money in the shop . A attitude from the workers is the LAST thing they need to have . I will not be going back . I will take my money elsewhere.

After the terrible experience I had with that guy that is there I will never be back. I have been loyal for 5+ years & recommended your business to friends. I walked in and not one person even acknowledged me even though they saw me come in. Not very professional but whatever - - 99% of the time I bring my own polish but this was last minute so I was choosing a polish & the top was oily and it slipped out of my hand and broke - less than half of a bottle of polish and the guy went to screaming & telling me how careful I shoulda been. I said I have been a customer here for over 5 years & it was an accident and you are being rude. He kept hollering & speaking his language and wasn’t bothered by cleaning it & pretty much expected me too with his nasty attitude. I cleaned up all the broken glass & as I was still surprised at his behavior he came with a huge bottle of acetone and threw it on the spill. Not poured - he threw it in anger - splashing it everywhere including on me. I should have just left but I really like the sweet lady that does the pedicure & was trying to not make this incident ruin my day. It wasn’t until I handed over my credit card & rec’d a text from my bank with the amount that was more than I normally pay I was told I had to pay for a more than used bottle of polish. It’s not about the extra I had to pay - it’s your nasty hateful attitude that I will not be coming back. I hope you spend that extra money you made off of me on something really important. Customer service lessons would be a good place to start. You just lost a loyal customer over a few dollars and your hissy fit.

I really love this placeAlways am seated immediately. The service is great. They offered me a drink to start off with -- of course I chose white wine. I do the $45 pedi which is a step above the regular for $27. I always leave with very smooth and refreshed feet. This place is quiet and relax, And now this salon is the one and only place I will be going to for a pedicure!

Staff hardly speaks when you enter their establishment. They are usually decent with nails so I overlooked this in the past. The last visit I got the dip powder and my nail chipped on day 3. By Day 4, 5 nails were chipped and on Day 6 I removed all of the polish without acetone. To be fair, she used a brand new powder on me. Overall, they are okay.

The man that did my nails was very rude. I asked him to cut my acrylics a little bit shorter & he then got an attitude with me & told me that he already asked me if i wanted them cut. He then yelled at me to not move when i just looked over at the wall of nail polish my friend was looking at. He did a horrible painting job, & the nails are still too long. Then, my friend & I both got a full set which is $25. he charged me $30 & her $25 because mine were “ longer “ when they were barely longer. I have never heard of someone charging extra for them to be longer. I highly do not recommend this place.

Gel nails lasted one day, they refused to refund my money and expected the SAME GUY who ruined my nails to redo them. No thanks, Ill take my loss and hope I dont get an infection from your shotty service. Im still trying to grow my nails back after he drilled them so thin to nothing.

The decor is wonderful it is a very beautiful place but the staff are not friendly at all and one girl was just down right rude. The prices are a little cheaper than most but the polish started wearing off after about a week of getting a fill. Not impressed with their quality of service at all.

I come to Paradise to get a new fullset and a pedicure. The fullset is very good, its last about 4 weeks without chipping or anything; still in good shape. I love this place because they re last and have a lot of colors powder for me to pick out. I definitely come back

I was there a couple of weeks ago and the state Board made them close for the day because no one there was licensed. The state worker told the customers to leave and we didnt have to pay for services that day. Because I really liked the salon, I returned two weeks later and they tried to make me pay twice, to make up for that unfortunate incident. Its not my fault the state made them close and not receive money that day. I was traumatized.

The young lady did a good job on my nails. But the man that works there wasnt friendly he didnt offer me a drink, it seems like he was being very selected of who he offer drinks to. He was just walking around being bossy.

Review of pedicures only! Overall 5 stars, breakdown below.Standard issues, pro’s, and con’s....Standard Issues: with any multicultural salon, communication is an issue. Out of my five visits, I’ve only had one miscommunication that led to time wasted. If you have balls, you have no problem asking other English speaking employees to convey what you need. Trouble, yes, but the results are worth it.PRO’S: 1. super relaxing atmosphere! 2. No kids allowed...THANKYOU! 3. No music playing so I don’t have to suffer Country or Ethnic music. I can enjoy in silence or my own music via earbuds. 4. Once you have come once or twice, it’s easy to pick an English speaking employee so you can tell them what you want and don’t want. They pass the info on perfectly to the person tending to you. I refuse to discrimate between races so am fine with this process as are the employees as far as I can tell. 5. I only get pedicures and like to delete the stone massage in replacement for a longer sugar scrub foot and leg massage. They do this for me every time and adjust the cost. 6. They are much more gentle with my large toes in regards to potential ingrown nails. I’m seeing the same results without the pain that the nail salon a couple blocks north tortured me with. 7. The leg and foot massage is out of this world...and I spend my days on my feet so very important to me. 8. Never too busy when I come by which is great because I hate wasting time.CONS: 1. They have never filled down the rough edges of my toe nails that I clip super short on purpose. They would if I asked but I seem to forget so I suppose that’s my fault, not theirs.THIS SALON IS NOW MY MAINSTAY and I hope you enjoy your pedicure as much as I do! But to be honest, don’t go there because I would hate to have to wait longer, lol!

Went in on Sunday, the guy who works there is moody and VERY RUDE. I was the unlucky person to get stuck with him. He did my pedicure in about 8 mins, where others were getting the full treatment. I asked if I could get a manicure too, he said, you said a pedicure. I told him nevermind, I paid and went to another establishment. Obviously they dont need money. Maybe he reached his quota🤐

I try to assume the best in people but this place came off as very racist. Other clients noticed their different treatment towards me. They do a wonderful job but I refuse to go back.

First let me say Im a veteran who has traveled and had my nails done all over the country.. this place is by far the wooooorst experience I have had in a nail shop. From walking through the door until paying the lady was extremely rude...short hair lady never bothered to tell me her name. My nails look terrible and so does the toe nail I asked her to fix. They are extremely low quality and behind the times. When it comes to modern colors and designs...my nails look cheap and I walked away paying $50 for a fill in and to have my big toe fixed...I literally have no problem paying whatever for my nails but not to be dissatisfied...with terrible looking nails.. I will never go back there ..wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible dont EVER get your nails done here . I got my nails done here yesterday and my experience was terrible. The lady who did my nails seem like she had much attitude for God knows what reason . Its not really a welcoming environment at all and it was a weird vibe and I spent $40 just for nail polish to start peeling within hours . First and last experience thats for sure

First time and last time, my nails are gel (shellac) I walked in and was asked what I needed I said gel but I decide to get a pedicure also she prepare the water she brought a drill and try to take the nail polish off with It i immediately stop her and said what are you doing those are my own nails what happened of using acetone to removed the polish she said oh this is faster I said hell naw your are using a drill on my toe nails, never used a clean water to rinse my toes but a damn hot towel I had never been to a place that will do your pedicure and dont rinse your feet and leave the tub full of water, then when it was time to removed the nail shellac polish she tried again with the drill I asked your are using the foil to rap the finger individuals and let my nails soak in the acetone I shook my head I said do not used that damn still on my nails, I come from dallas and they do not do anything like this place had done this is the second nail shop thats had done a crappy job the shellac nails didnt less but one day not in dallas I will do every 2 weeks I guess I will keep shopping.

The new Paradise Nails shop is over priced, the employees are too pushy and they were not like that before the renovation. Wait time is horrible. I will not revisit this shop again and ive actually given them 3 different tries.

This place is SUPER unprofessional. I was in town for a funeral and broke a nail. I came here to get my nail repaired and the nail tech ( the woman who sits in the front) had a attitude and was not trying to accommodate me. She even said “why don’t you go to the shop you got it done at “ in which I replied “ IM FROM OUT OF TOWN . I walked out. I would never give someone who lacks professionalism to that extent my money . I guess I see why it’s empty in there on a Friday.

I normally go to another nail tech and betrayed him on Saturday trying to save time. Read reviews of shop while at red light (sign #1) but decided to go anyway. Get to shop to find a mother and daughter waiting to get nails redone because they asked for tips and lady with short hair didnt give her any or filed them so short it look as if she didnt have any tips (sign #2). I had Rose who seemed to be nice but rushed on my nails. My over lay is soooo thick, look like my 12 year polished my nails, and the overlay is uneven. Next time I will take my drive and go to my tech that take pride in his work and get left with nice tips. Only thing nice about shop is the shop itself!!! Will not be going back!!!!!

I went last Tuesday to get a gel fill in, its only been one week. My polish is chipping, peeling off, and it looks ridiculous. A complete waste of $30 ! I will not ever go back.

This nail shop has a magnificent set up but the workers here either rush through your nails and don’t do the shapes right ! How can you rush through someone’s full set when there’s only 3 customers sitting ? The man that does nails there is very rude but plays it off with a conversation . I got a full set acrylic. For $35. My nails didn’t last 3 days! They were popping off like press on nails.

First of all ALWAYS PAY CASH!!!! BUT even better DONT GO TO THIS location to get your nails done. One of their young employees stole my debit card info and sold it to someone in Las Vegas NV. I was in a such hurry, having to pick up my son form pre-k, so while my nails were drying I gave the young girl my card to run, as I did it I knew I was probably making a big mistake. The very next day I had four charges made on my account all the way in Las Vegas. I am ABSOLUTELY certain it was this location that stole my identity... Being that this is the only place I have been in over two weeks that I used my card that I didnt personally swipe and enter my pin number. SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is beautiful, but please dont let the outside fool you. The attitudes inside this place is terrible. They are not kid friendly, I took my 3 year old for her first ped/man, and hoping this would be a great experience for her. Well it was terrible, now my child was not jumping around, being loud or anything that the normal three year old would do. She was really acting like a big girl, but because she moved every once in a while during the time while getting her nails and toes polished, the lil old cockeyed lady that was working on her attitude was just radiculous. Me being the person that i am, I was really picturing myself in Olive Branch police department, but God!!! Im so thankful for the spirit of the living God falling fresh on me...Never will I return..

I have went there on 3 different occasions and on all 3 the nail techs did each others nails. They spoke no english during my entire stay. I know that I will not be going back there.

I just got a gel manicure done yesterday around 5pm and by 7pm it was peeling off. Today they are all off. Not sure what the issue is, but this has never happened before.
