Ask for a gel pedicure and they gave me a regular pedicure. The girl did a great job on my feet but I felt like they did what they wanted to do. If you dont offer the service just say that! Also the one lady kept pestering about getting my nails done why would I get my nails done if you didnt listen to my pedicure request. It was my 1st time there and they said cash only that should have been addressed up front. Needless to say I will not be going back.

This is one of the best salons Ive been to! There are SO many colors and designs to choose from, and the prices are much more affordable than other places Ive been. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great service. My full set coffin nails were $35 but I didn’t like the initials I wanted on my nails. The “t” doesn’t look right.

Not enough workers and cant do detail design

This was the WORST service ever. Unclean, rude, and when i asked to stop my services and pay for what had been done already to just leave they locked me in until I paid for the full service that I they didn’t complete or fully receive. This place should be inspected and shut down!

Best service. I have been Been going here for about 2 years. I have never had an issue untill a couple weeks ago. A new employee did my nails and the next day I lost 2 they popped off. So I called and spoke to the owner who Ive known for 2 years and explain the situation. She told me to come in but I was going out of town so I could not. So I go in last week to get a full set with gel polish. She already knows how I want my nails what kind of nail Polish all of that. Im just gonna say she took care of me and made it right. She Remember that I lost 2 nails the very next day and she made it right with me. So if you want a good nail salon this is the place to go they will take care of you. That is why I will continue to go to her and take care of her when I pay.

Sometimes wait is long but I figure they are that good. No complaints. Love the way Emily does nails. I see a lot of women come in with attitude expecting to be moved to front of line. They dont play that and Im guessing thats whats gone on with the 1 star reviews. They give it back if you offer it.

Horrible customer service! Only taking cash payments so I went to get cash. When I came back they said no kids allowed even though Other kids were picking out nail colors. The building is small and crowded and looks worn down. If I could give zero stars I would

Im never going back there!!!! The guy overcharged me 2 different times. When I brought it to his attention he insisted it was an honest mistake. I always tip so I didnt make a big deal about it.They have added a new, young, male technician who is horrible with shellac. The last time he polished my nails, it lasted 3 days before started peeling. After my pedicure tonight they sent him over to polish my nails. I didnt want to be rude but I wasnt willing to have to repeat the visit in three days either. I ask if I could wait for a different tech to polish my nails and I was told no. I couldnt believe they thought they could force me to accept terrible service!!!! NOT today or ever.. Of course I was overcharged $4 AGAIN. Its simple math people...Ill never come here again!!!!!

Please take your business some where else. If I could give a zero rating I would they don’t deserve this one star. Went into get a nail fix due to it me bumping my nail into something that made it crack. Barbara advised me that I needed to cut my nail down which I was fine with. Until she decided she was going to cut it the way I came in. My real nails are long under the fake nail. I asked could she soak off the nail instead of cutting it off since I knew it was going to hurt if she did it her way. Barbara got upset and told me no if it hurt you have a infection under your nail and if they soak it off it was going to burn. The reason it hurt was because it was cracked from bumping it which was the reason for my visit.First off she hadnt even had a chance to look at my nail since I have acrylic all she can see is the crack. Went to another nail shop who I didn’t have to request to get it soaked off they just did it. While it was soaking off I didn’t have any burning happen. Took off the nail and no issue with my real nail or no infection. Nail techs like Barbara that cut off nails with nail clippers only doing it because it is convient for them since they want to hurry up and do the job and go to the next person. If you go to a nail salon that will cut off your acrylic and real nails off even if your getting a new set before soaking them off please get up and leave.It’s more than one nail shop out here.

I was rushed and they only had 2 people getting there nails done then i asked for french she said 40$ for shellac french and it looks like crap pink smear clearly visible like i leaks under my nails and she didn’t even care how it looked under neath my nails i’m giving you hard working money for this shit! NEVER COMING BACK!!!! DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! FIRST and my LAST

SO rude, SO rushed even with an empty waiting area. My first shellac manicure looked like my 4 year old nephew did it, so, went back tonight for a Shellac polish change (exactly 1 week), 3 of my nails have cracked & chipped after 5 hours!The place is dirty. Their service is rude, & the younger male nail technician (when I specifically asked for another, but was turned down) has the most disgusting hand hygiene including nasty nails with dirt underneath, open sores & cuts as well.I don’t have an option to give less than one star. This place is dumpster fire.

They dont deserve even one star. First of all I went to get a fill they didnt acknowledge me. While waiting some lady walks in says she needs a nail repair sits down and gets service. Im like what the hell really? I had been waiting 30 minutes and she walks in after me and get service? So I left. They will never get my money.
