There was no wait when I arrived the staff was friendly. However the service provided was horrible my nails look a mess i will never go back. When i told him he was willing to fix it however he blamed me for the blotchy nail polish. Saying I hit something which i didnt. What he attempted to fix was never fixed i was tired of telling him what was wrong. I paid 80$ for a gel fill in and a basic pedicure with regular polish. I called because I was confused on the price i did look at the price list on the page. He told me for everything i stated(which is the service i had just gotten) it would be 75 but he charged me 80 before a tip! If my nail shop wasnt so crowded I could have gotten a new full set and a pedicure for70$. And my nails would have been done right! Im just seeing the horrible reviews but please dont got!

Male owner possibly the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve experienced it directly and observed him with other customers. I walked out during my last visit. Too many options to deal with unkind owners or employees

DO NOT GO HERE EVER. THEY ARE AWFUL. SO RUDE. SO SLOW. The guy that did my nails literally slammed my foot down. When I said “ow” he said “then put your foot there”. Not only did I have to wait 45 to get a pedicure, they were extremely rude the entire time. Not professional whatsoever. And the actual pedicure was below mediocre. Please don’t waste your time OR MONEY!!! 0/10 do not recommend. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.

This was my first visit there. I got a mani/pedi. The employee are really friendly. She even repainted a couple of nails that got messed up when I went to the restroom. Great Service.

I Want to do my nails, well only Paint my nails and the man said You have to make an App and I said Ok when do you have available and he say I can not Attended you Sorry. And He wasn’t busy He Just keep saying sorry Ma’am. And he NEVER gave me a day or so for the appointment. Really Bad. Never go there again.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I have EVER been too. The man is very rude. I went in as a new customer as was treated very poorly. I will never return and never recommend!!

I NEVER leave bad reviews— but I will never go back to this place!!! I went to them about a week ago because my normal nail place was closed on Sunday’s. I told Kevin I wanted Ombré dip nails and he told me they would cost $55, which is higher than I normally pay but I agreed anyways. 1st off— they weren’t even close to ombré. They looked more like French tips but the lines were not the slightest bit straight. Me being the nice person I am, I told him it was okay. The he proceeds to put a normal top coat on top instead of the proper coat for dip nails, I mentioned that and asked if they would last as long. He said if they didn’t I could come back and he would fix them. What happens in a matter of days? The top coat starts peeling off. I go back to him and it still hasn’t been a week at this point. He tells me he will fix them and instead of soaking them off he RIPS them off which broke all my natural long nails off. I asked him why he was doing it and he replied “the soak off takes too long”.. I’m thinking okay maybe to you but no where else has ever had a problem with it and now my nails are shorter than they have ever been. Afterwards he proceeds to put more dip polish on and then midway gets the only other worker in there (a female) to do it and I’m telling you the truth when I say it looks like a kindergartner did my nails. Dip polish is dried up all over my fingers and my nails are jagged because they didn’t shape them— it looks TERRIBLE. Then they had the nerve to ask for me to pay (which I was confused bc I thought he said he would take care of it for me since my previous nails were messed up??) and didn’t even bother to apologize for the way my nails looked before or how they look now. If I was a shop owner I would NEVER send someone out of my shop with the way my nails currently look. I strongly discourage anyone going there based on how how I was treated and the current state of my nails! Never again!

I went in to get an acrylic full set and a pedicure. The water was cold rather than warm as I was waiting to get my feet done. Also, my full set was the worse full set that I have ever had. I felt like it was extremely rushed. The workers are nice though.

Ok they get a star for my first visit... but I went to KEVIN, a week after I had my nails done. I arrived at 10 minutes until 6. They close a 7. I wanted a set but the problem was that I needed to do a soak off. He stated to me “you know it will be 7 before we can start because you have to soak off.” Basically BIG mad at me because I wanted a service. The young lady (I don’t know her American name) dismissed me from service because I she didn’t want to do them either and displaced that with her nasty attitude. I would not recommend them. And quite honestly, they didn’t treat me, the customer, like a “god” as they have advertised. Let’s see if this gets posted on reviews!

Went here today, everything was good, service was great. Wait was... ok, about 15 minutes though. The man was really nice, he sang to me and said my mom was beautiful and I was too. Brightened our day. BUT, the nails were... off. Not the same size, and not the EXACT shape. But other than that, FREE COKE, PEPSI, AND CANDY! 😂😁

The owners wife did my nails ! I had the deep powder done and they still look AMAZING 5 weeks later . The owner is hilarious! The shop is clean ! Other staff were very nice ! My new nail salon ❤️

I got my dipping power done here and it looks a hot mess. My nails look too thick and some are missing power on the side🙄 just a hot mess. I gave them a try but it was a waste of time.

Excellent atmosphere- so bright. Service very efficient. Very friendly and service-oriented.

Friendly staff but they tend to get distracted easily. Were very kind, however, the nails are were not the right size, not fully painted, not entirely on the nail itself, and very fragile. Within a week the nails began to break off without any effort.
