I got my nails done on Sunday. I came to this location based on the reviews. I had seen that some people had problems with their nails cracking, but I wanted to give them a chance anyway. Today is Friday and this is what my nails look like. I came to the shop at 6:30, they dont close until 7 according to their schedule, but they told me that they were closed. When I showed the young lady my nails and asked her what did I need to do, one of the other ladies said that we only have 3 days to come back if a nail gets messed up. I work, so today was my 1st day being able to get back. And then the lady told me that I would have to pay for a soak off and for a new set of dip nails (45.00 more dollars). This is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning here.

Loved the old shop. This shop now has a new owner. She cannot do nails, if you tell her that she did something wrong, she gets a attitude. She is the only person that do the fill-ins so the wait time is ridiculous. Truly a waste of money.

I arrived today at 12:15pm. Sat with my feet in the pedicure water until 12:55pm. The technician had extremely long nails herself and that slowed her down ridiculously. At 2:20, over an hour after she started, she was done with my classic pedicure. I left and drove to another salon on Goodman Rd and got my manicure done there. I refused to stay at Sakura a minute longer or give them any more money. Very disappointed.

They respected social distancing the establishment was clean it didn’t take too long even though the quality of the work would make you think it took hours

My friend and I came to get our eyebrows threaded and this was one of the few places we found that offered that service. I explicitly asked to simply clean up my eyebrows and keep them thick. She pulled about half of my eyebrows off; it took over a month to regrow them. I have no experience with their nail jobs but I do not recommend their eyebrow treatments.

My time is valuable to me. I shouldnt have to wait over an hour to be seen! Why arent there more employees present?

Great service and no wait. Came into the facility and they greeted me with a smile. Very polite and got me seated very quickly. Did a great job on my nails as well.

My feet feel wonderful, they honored my request for cold water without questions. She did everything just as I asked. I will return in two weeks.

I wish I could give no star. The lady cut mewith the drill which is so nasty because they do not properly sanitize. I noticed they didn’t even have bacteriacide which is the blue stuff you normally see with the brushes in it by the sink. I am a nurse who knows how fast microorganisms can spread, this was my sign right there to never return. This place is an infection waiting to happen. I am newly moved to olive branch and wanted to give them a try but never again. They also charged me $50 dollars for a full set with shellac polish, which I get often and only pay $40. When I asked why the extra 10 dollars she said because of my shape. So I paid $10 extra for coffin shape. Please save your money and possibly your life DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT ! This comes from someone who gets there nails done every two weeks. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE TO THIS NASTY SHOP.

Went in got manicure pedicure and dip. Nails started chipping 3 days later, I called they said they would fix it when I got there I told them I just wanted the ones that were messed up fixed, they told me I just needed to redo all of them and it was going to be $20 to fix the ones that messed up! Will never go back!

Nail tech was friendly, yet not intrusive. I had to wait a little while for service. Too few employees.

I have followed a certain nail tech for years to every place she goes. I love this new place she is at, but there are a couple of issues. There is not enough staff to cover all there clients. When i have gone in the morning hours there is not a wait, but if it’s after 2:00pm, there is a wait when you only have 4 techs working and your a walk in place. I have seen numerous times people walking out because there is such a wait and they are just sitting there waiting. I love that they don’t make their clients feel rushed while they are doing your nails. If you go on the weekends there are more techs there, they are losing money during the week by not having enough techs there. It seems it would be smarter to have some more techs during the week come in and work from 2- close instead of losing clients because there is only 3-4 techs there doing nails and pedicures and other clients are walking out. Just a piece of advice from a retail owner.

This place made me wait almost an hour with no communication despite my asking. They ignored me. They sat me at a dirty station and never wiped it down. Theres other peoples nails all over the counter. Still sitting here waiting. Its been inexcusable. Do not come here unless its empty.

Lovely to waste an hour soaking my feet instead of being asked to come back another time. Complete waste of time. I’m sure the nails are great, but this is ridiculous. Everyone in there was waiting at some point over 10 min.

I paid 38 dollars for a pedicure and to get my nails painted with no manicure and it looks good. They offered me beverages asked if I wanted my nails cut or filed. It was pretty good.

This is THE BEST place to get mani and pedi and eyebrows done!! They are all so sweet and nice . They did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and have always done good on my nails (dip ) and regular polish.They always take their time and are very friendly. Wonderful place I always go back often !!

I went there about two weeks ago or less. Got a mani, pedi and dip. Well over $100. The top coat started peeling two days after then they started chipping on 3 nails. I could tell the young lady wasnt that experienced because her process was different than what I normally seen. It was my first time there and last especially when two nails broke and I havent had a nail crack in over a year. Nice people and environment but...

So much fun. Great place to have nails and toes. Ann was the best

3 hour wait for subpar nails. Was talked out of what I originally wanted by the nail tech Jessica/Jackie . I wanted Ombre dip and she recommended the marbel b/c it was cheaper. Ended up being $75 instead of $55. When I asked her she denied saying it and didn’t offer any help. SHE wasn’t even my nail tech. I spent 3 hours and absolutely wasted time. And it’s very pricey. Lucy was great but she didn’t offer a solution. She even heard her talk me out of it and said nothing.

Went with my 11 year old daughter. We picked out our polish, I filled out on computer for my daughter classic manicure & myself a classic pedicure/manicure. We both picked out regular polish. While Im getting my pedicure they are doing my daughters nails. I go to check out they say my daughters was $47??? Ok then I question them. The lady says, she said she wanted gel. I told that lady first of all I picked regular polish & second shes a child why didnt you confirm this with me??? She told me she could only discount $5 because they already did it. I will never go back. I felt like I was cheated. In the end my daughter said they never asked her that but Idk. Very unhappy & they didnt even apologize. Like Im just supposed to pay it.

First and last time I go to this place. The girl I got had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask someone how to take my gel off my toes. Her filing and cuticle cutting was horrible. So I asked if I could get the manicure done at the same time as the pedicure because the girl was taking so long.They started laughing and couldn’t believe I asked. They do it at my usual place in Atlanta, so i just asked because I knew it was going to be a long day. Another sweet girl came over and offered - despite management - to do my hands while my feet were being done. However, the first girl asked the second girl to take the gel off my toes because she didn’t know how. So they kept flip flopping around.The second girl was very good, but told me she had only been there a month and had been working somewhere else in Memphis for 4 years. However, she was so particular that it took her forever to file and cuticle cut my hands and feet. Normally I would’ve been fine with that, but had already been there an hour and a half and we hadn’t started painting yet.So, I had to skip a few steps in order for them to finally paint my nails. Honestly, she did a subpar job. I have bumps in one nail, but I told her not to worry because I just wanted to get out of there. I asked the lady up front if it was normal to be there for over 2 hours and she said that it was normal with the second girl I was seeing. Come to find out when it was time to checkout, the bill came to $100!!!For what? Time spent there?! Turns out it’s an additional $30 for gel polish on your toes. WOW! My regular place in Atlanta takes about 1.5 hours and I spend $75 every time. I asked to talk to the owner lady because I was not going to spend $100 on the worst experience I’d ever had and she refused to give me any discount. I was so upset because I couldn’t afford $100 and couldn’t leave a nice tip because of that price. I’m usually a big tipper.I told the owner that I would never come back and she said “Oh well.” She said it’s fine that I was dissatisfied and would never come back, but she finally took off $5. My mom-in-law introduced me to the place and thought they would treat me right. Shewill never go back either.GO ELSEWHERE! Horrible place.

Although the staff was friendly, I probably will not return. I got the dip and my nail broke in half the same day.. so I had to file it myself to salvage it since I work the whole weekend & I couldn’t get it repaired. Unfortunately less than two days later, I am assuming the top coat that was applied over my nails are peeling? My nails look horrible and I wasted $40 for something that didn’t even last a a full week.

Best nail salon in Olive Branch. Always get a perfect mani or pedi. Even when theyre swamped, they dont rush through the service. Worth the wait and the price.
