I normally prefer to do a thorough hand wash and wax at home, but in a pinch Ill seek out a self service bay. The bays were clean, efficient, and got the job done. Julio was helpful in rectifying an issue I had with the change machine. Id return again for a quick wash when I need it.

I started coming here years ago solely for the convenience of a quick oil change but can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about this place! The staff is so professional & thorough, & they are patient in taking the time to explain recommended services & how the mechanical systems work to car-illiterate humans like me. Prices are very fair too. 10/10 would recommend!

I showed up without an appointment having not realized I needed one. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodated me anyway. My car was filthy after a 3 week road trip with three young children, you would never have known by the time they finished cleaning the interior. It was like new!

I previously had a full detail of the interior of my car done here. I just recently had an express detail as a touch up and they do phenomenal work. My car looks showroom ready every time I leave and I am so impressed.

We had are cars detailed inside and out, they did an amazing job. I was shocked how well they were able to get the dog hair our of my vehicle.

My oil change went quite well. The young man was very polite when instructing because I was not allowed out of my car because of Covid precautions. I think I liked it better this way. I was able to see what he was doing under the hood of my car. He certainly deserves 5 gold stars.

Paid for 150 detail, overall the car was clean but missed in between seats and the rims were not completely clean. Not a lot of time was put into the service resulted in a sloppy job.

I typically work on my own vehicle because I use it for a business occasionally in the winter I’ll have them do the oil change and various other fluids. With the warmer weather I’m back to doing it myself and I noticed two things from the last service they did. Transfer case oil change they mangled one of the bolts on the 4wd transfer case and on the engine oil change not sure what they did either under tighten or over tighten the bolt because I have a leak coming from the bolt area now maybe a cracked oil pan from over tighten. 2016 vehicle with low miles. I won’t be going back to this shop ever.

Just had my Range Rover hand washed....no wait, they took me right away. Great job and reasonably priced. Detailers were polite and professional..... wouldnt go anywhere else.... best in the shoreline!

After reviewing their website, I attempted to get my car cleaned at this facility. When I arrived I was ignored by the staff, there were no signs indicating where to go. A man in the car that pulled up behind me rushed past me beating me inside. (I should add that I am over 40 weeks pregnant). The woman behind the counter told me she was only taking appointments, which was not posted online and that she was only going to accommodate the man who skipped me in line. When I informed her he had skipped me in line and that appointments being required were not posted on the website, she shrugged. Being 40 + weeks pregnant, I am not able to come back in 3-4 days, nor am I able to perform the services on my own vehicle. I left this facility in tears with no resolution. I cannot imagine treating anyone the way I was treated today. I definitely will not be returning to this business again and am extremely disappointed in the staff.

Went in for an oil change. Mechanic then proceeded to take out air filter without asking in order to get an additional sale. Not only did i not ask him to take filter out, he couldnt be bothered to put screws back properly on filter housing. Left two screws out where he couldnt reach in with the electric screwdriver. SLOPPY, SLOPPY, SLOPPY. Wont be going back anytime soon

On a day when it is 90+ degrees outside, you are requiring everyone to stay in their car during the oil change? That is 100% unacceptable, I left and am sitting in Honda’s waiting room now. Poor customer service and shows complete lack of care and compassion for customers in the middle of summer during a heat wave. Pay someone to sanitize the inside of your location and maintain proper social distancing, you are not that busy that the waiting room would become overcrowded. Too many other options that will allow you to sit in comfortable air conditioning during a heat wave to settle for this places practices. Good day!

Quick service. Friendly staff. The reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because the oil change package advertise it also include interior vacuum and window cleaning...so neither was done I was disappointed about that. Now I’m debating whether should I go back there in the future. I hope the filter and oil was changed.

They are very congenial and efficient here. The vacuuming is my favorite part. If you have to get parts replaced ( lights, filters, wipers...) their prices are a little steep so recommend doing those yourself, if you can.

It appears to be fast and convenient to get a oil change. And the list of services they included makes you feel your spending your money and time wisely. But, I left yesterday pretty disgusted with the service. I am 100% positive they tampered with my battery, in order to charge me $133 for a new one. They claimed it died, when I never had a issue, and after I left the business I never had a issue with my battery either. I can just imagine how many customers they got over on with this SCAM!! So they offer inside vacuuming as one of the bonuses. They did a crappy job vacuuming the front of my car, and Didn’t even attempt to vacuum the back at all. I have a coupe. How much time could this have taken them? This Makes me wonder what corners they are cutting on the list of other things they “say” they are providing. Along with how well they are doing the oil changes. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!

I was first at the door and only needed an oil change. They popped open my hood. 15 minutes goes by and I go over to see what they are doing to my car and all I see are guys working on the vehicle behind me. The guy by my car is standing talking to a guy in the other lane. Another 10 minutes go by and the guy working on the truck behind me finally comes up and test my battery. Really, I’m first in and I’m waiting while they work on the vehicle behind me. This is a first come first service place, or I thought. 45 minutes for an oil change because they worked on a car that came in after me. Poor, poor service. Thinking of opening a 10 minute oil change place here and will have a thriving business.

Stopped in to get some pricing on express car washing and oil/lube services. I was short on time and ended up getting the “express full service wash” and was very pleased with the outcome. It took maybe 30 minutes. I didn’t catch her name but the brunette cashier working the desk was very friendly but more importantly was clearly well-informed about routine maintenance I should consider. I also appreciate that customers can see into the garage as the entire upper part of the wall is a window. Will be returning for an oil change.

I’ve been taking all of my vehicles here for years for oil changes and car washes...the service is excellent and fast, I never find myself spending more than about 20-30 minutes here. The staff is very friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, particularly Julio and the cashier Jennifer. I refuse to get my oil changed anywhere else!

I was in the touchless wash and it stopped half way through.i called the office and they said do you mind going through the cloth wash.i said sure and they put in a code and sent me through. To me thats great customer service! Issues sometimes cant be avoided but the way they are handled makes a difference

The oil service is fantastic. This visit, I used the Touch Free car wash and it does everything except clean the front and rear of the car. Had to clean the rest of the car by hand once I got home. It wasnt worth the price of the wash. The car doesnt have any after market add ons.

By far the best car wash in the greater area! Service is nothing but immaculate and it keeps me coming back every time. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a regular wash or any type of servicing!

So just be aware, your paying 3 dollars to clean your car on your own. It says clearly 3 dollars for 5 minutes, but they then pull a fast one on you and give you only 4 minutes causing you to have to take more money out of your pocket. This place is a rip off. I would find another car wash or wash it at home if I were you.

I was surprised this Sunday my usual $110.00 oil change they only had two people changing four cars oil - not only that it took over 45 minutes I got to watch the owners son walk around with a cell texting or what ever around the bays (OSHA) and inside the cars while waiting. A real shame once that was a impressive shop I got to leave with 10lbs low air since they didnt check my tire pressure what are we paying for????Sorry for your loss in productivity and Overall Quality. If you wanted a detail go for it no wait times....

The touchess car wash at shoreline quick lube did a terrible job on my car . I left the car wash muddy and spotty. What a waste of 11 dollars. If you have any kind of dark color car look elsewhere because the only thing this car wash is good for is undercarriage .

I have a 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport. One of my fog lights were out. I called before hand asking if that’s something they can do. (Replace the bulb) They said yes. I arrived. Waited a hour. For the guy to come out and tell me I have to go to a dealer. They can’t figure it. I told them I YouTubed it and it doesn’t seem hard at all. They just shrugged. I went home and replaced it my self in 15 mins with No automobile experience. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSSINESS?

The oil change side of the house is great. Im and out. Skip the car wash, you are better off waiting for it to rain.

Go for a simple oil change, ask how much, am told to pay at the end. No biggy, figuring 40 max. Nahhh 71 dollars for all this extra like vac etc, which i didnt want. Which didnt even get done for that fact

Good place for a quick car wash

Short dark haired receptionist was way less than cordial. She was impatient with my answers, stared of into the distance when waiting for my reply and stared coldly with a smirk at the end of our transaction but did not speak. She was pissed because I asked questions regarding coupons and for not knowing exactly what I wanted the minute I walked in. Beyond rude!

Quick quality service. Drive in drive out. They check all your fluids and filters vacuume your car out and fill up your washer fluid. Its a little more than some of the grease pits out there but you get what you pay for. Four stars only because it is a little pricey.
