The entire car purchase process had a family feel. My agent Laurie had everything processed by the time I arrived at the dealership. The car was also beautifully prepped. I had to text her when I got home. π The business manager Ben was like a friend I knew from middle school. He explained every financial option available. The GM gave me a fair number for trade and was very respectful and made fun of my Boston accent. I would drive over 2 hours to buy a new or used car here anytime and I suggest you do as well.
I had a great buying experience all the way around. I had Laurie for a sales person. She was great, I would recommend her and Valenti VW to anyone. She made the buying process so easy and was great all the way around. She was great, she didnβt put any pressure on me at all. I also was very happy with the finance guy. I canβt say it enough it was all around a great buying experience. I will definitely purchase another VW from them again in a few years when Iβm ready to trade it in.
Jason and Bob are both kind and dedicated professionals. Jason provided quick, on-the-spot knowledge of vehicle features and was easy to speak with. Jason was prompt in answering questions via email and text messages throughout the experience. Bob went the extra mile to figure out how to register my vehicle directly in another state and made the process seamless for me. The VW Old Saybrook team exceeded all expectations. Great service and an amazing vehicle in our 2021 Atlas. This is our familys first VW and its looking like a long-term relationship!
Valenti Volkswagen has the best customer service and they take of their customers. They knew I wanted a Toyota Hybrid and they had one in stock and was able to work with me on my new car. I love my car and the great service they provided and only took a short amount of time complete the transaction! Thanks Dean and Scott! Iβll always come back to this dealership!
Scott was an exceptional salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable and insightful. No pushing and overall a comfortable experience. I found everyone was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.
Scott is a fantastic salesman! He got me exactly the car I wanted at a perfect price! Set up my car insurance for me and got it registered and plated the same day. The whole staff is very nice and welcoming. They always take good care of me and my family!
Scott and Dean took great care of us! They were SO patient and kind. We love our gorgeous new car and cant wait for all the adventures itll take us on!
Such a great experience, Tim and his manager made it so easy to find the perfect car for me with the best possible pricing! What could be a stressful situation was made very seamless. I would 100000% recommend buying your car from this location and I will be coming back again in the future!
If you are in the market for a volkswagen, go to Tim Emrich!! He was super friendly, and helped me navigate trough the whole car buying process without any sales pressure. I was able to pick up the car on time as promised and everything was fixed withoiut hesitation before buying. I highly recommend TIm at Volkswagen of Old Saybrook.
So happy to have gone with VW of Old Saybrook! I was fortunate enough to work with Laurie and Dean. I appreciate the time and care given, Iβm so grateful! Everyone was extremely kind and respectful! I would 100% recommend working with them!
I had the best experience buying my first car from a dealership! Anyone looking for a new or used car I highly recommend VW of Old Saybrook!! Tim helped me out in every way and had me all set up and on the road in a day!
Madison in service is excellent and helped me out in a pinch. They took care of everything they said they would, on time, no drama. Good solid customer service.
Worst internet purchase experience thus far. Would not recommend distance purchase with them unless you have a way to inspect. FINAL UPDATE IS AT T BOTTOM OF THIS POST.Below is a list of things that went wrong. All of which have been documented by the shipper and myself.1), having over 80 emails and a handful of phone calls with the general manager I have received 4 additional pictures and I cant confirm they were even the pictures from the actual car sold.2) We have agreed on a down payment using my credit card. But they over charged me in the process. They did refund the charge, but if it would have went over my balance, would they pay for the fee?3) The sale of the vehicle included a Portfolio Protection service for either 5 years at $199. This is a optional anti-thief service, as stated on the contract. When I called to deny this service, one of their head managers said I have to have it otherwise they cant sell me the car. Fortunately, their general manager apologize and agree to refund me with a check, but I have yet to receive it.4) Shipping of the vehicle was relatively quick but their lack of preparation and details really shows. First of the car, the car shows up dirty, which you would not expect if you were buying in person.5) There are scratches, dings and chips all over the vehicle. interior and exterior panel gaps. It is clear that the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected, and it was not disclosed during the sale at all.6) This is a CPO vehicle, that means everything should be working on it, but instead I have a broken tail light housing, and a non-functing brake light.7) The car is missing all of the rubber mats, one of the keys and owner manuals, updated GPS map which I have asked for previously.8) One of the most irrigating thing was that they have sold me the wrong car. In previous over 80 some emails, I have specified this has the features I want. The car delivered didnt have everything I have asked for. The sale person admitted making a mistake based on incorrect personal experience, instead of going to check the car for customer.9) After contacting the dealership in regard to all these problems, the dealership offers to either take back the car or repairs all of the issues, retro fit the missing features, send me anything that was missing and send me a small compensation and provide a loaner car if needed.10) After having driven the car for barely over 40 miles in 3 days, the check engine light came on. They are informed again and I am still waiting to hear how and where do I take the car to for the repair.11) At no point I feel like they had me as a priority, especially after knowing all of these issues, my displease and the urgency to have my car ready to go due to my house hold move. I will continue to update this as it develop, I do hope I didnt buy a lemon and Volkswagen of Old Saybrook will do the right thing and fix all of this.Update after 2 weeks receiving the car:One week after we have received the car, the dealership had deceived to take the car back, because on one in my area want to deal with the retro fit of a OEM camera. The car was picked up in a few days and I was told I would have my refund by mid following week and I will have a receipt in the email. I have not seen the refund or the receipt.LAST UPDATE: After having returned the car to the dealership. We have received a check from them after waiting for about 3 weeks. In short, they did not ensure the car was ready for sale, didnβt pay attention to what they are actually selling, more concern with making profile by charging me made up fees, not following thought with what they said they would do, tried to wash their hands with after missed promised. Over all the business practice was really bad.
Dealer first couldnt accept an ACH transfer to purchase a car. Fine, happens. Dealer moved the plates over... then got us new plates when registering the car, losing us our custom plates. Then didnt cancel the plates, making the RMV think we still had our old car, requiring us to re-insure a car we didnt own anymore. However, they fixed all their mistakes in a timely and professional manner, and im happyThe car itself is fine.
Excellent sales with Scott. My dad got a new truck at a VW dealer and they could not have been more professional and no pressure. Great experience π
Laurie and Bob made the car buying process SO easy. We went in just looking at different options, however, we told Laurie what we were looking for and she brought us over to our new car! They were very pleasant to deal with and worked with us. We were joking around within minutes of being there. We HIGHLY recommended this dealership. You will not be disappointed!
Madison Patt was exceptional! Extremely caring, and professional. Thank you!
Great people! Gave me a fantastic trade in price, no pressure to buy! Great service
The sales staff was great to work with. There was no pressure, and they were very clear about their pricing and incentives.I was able to get a clear, itemized out-the-door price without any of the usual sales tactics.I also appreciated that the car was ready for me to look at upon arrival after I had called ahead. It turns out the car I went to look at that day wasnt a good fit for me, but this dealership will be at the top of my list when Im ready to buy something else.
Best Day Ever!!!! Thank you to Scott, Bob and everyone at Valenti VW for putting up with βbubbly Brynaβ all day!!!! Me and βAppleβ are going to be very happy together!!!!
Still waiting on tags 2 and half months after purchasing vehicle from out of state. Initial dealings were fine but cant drive a vehicle almost 3 months into buying. Very frustrating.
Best car shopping experience Ive ever had! The staff are patient, honest, and willing to bend backwards to satisfy their customers. I travelled over 3 hours to buy a certified pre-owned VW Passat from them and Id do it again in a heartbeat. Shop at Valenti VW - you wont be dissapointed. A special shout out to Lauri - my salesperson. She was kind, caring, and thorough. Thank you π
Laurie and Dean were a pleasure to work with.
I recently purchased a used Honda CR-V through Valenti in Old Saybrook. Gregory Bellinger was my sales person and I was so happy to have had the chance to work directly with him! He was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. I would definitely request to work with him again! The dealership did a great job ensuring that all itβs customers were safe and practicing social distancing and taking precautions where needed. Much appreciated! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!
Great experience with the awesome OSVW team. They have won a new loyal customer.
Great customer service, I wouldnβt bring my car to anyone else.
Excellent service experience. Didnt try to sell me any unnecessary services and they were honest and up front about cost and time expectations for repairs. Communication was great throughout, never left wondering what was doing on with my car. Would recommend to others for service needs. Thank you again Valenti VW service staff
Very good service! Everyone was very nice !
12/28/2020 I found a very specific used vehicle on their lot I wanted. I called and spoke with Tim in sales. I had informed him that because of that specific vehicle I was going to make the hour drive down and if it checked out buy it. I even called a second time to verify I was heading down. Well our pal Tim decided once he found out the car was in limp mode and not mechanically sound to test drive he would just keep that a secret until I was on the lot. He then suddenly had a list of other similar vehicles... figured he could bait me into looking at other calls since I was already on their lot. This is problematic for me because the whole reason I am trading in my 1ton pickup truck is for a smoother ride due to back issues. Exactly how I wanted to waste 2 hours of my day driving around to look at a broken vehicle. Thanks to Tim, I never have to worry about wasting another 2 hours returning to this dealership again, way to go Tim!
I always enjoy the people here. Nice and accommodating. Work is done right and the prices are competitive.
Excellent service. In the middle of a long road trip, and we noticed a noise coming from the car. Gave them a call explained the situation and they told us to come in, even though they had no availability to take the car in. Saw me immediately, had 3 guys take a look and got me squared away. They knew they wouldnt be able to make any money off of me that day, and they probably figured that since i was on a road trip, I likely wont be back up anytime soon - and yet they still treated me excellently.Ill be singing their praises to all my relatives and friends still in the area
After waiting for an hour for my oil change, I realize the car hasnt even gone in. Ended up driving away. What a waste of time. I will definitely be contacting volkswagen of America.
Went in yesterday, interested in purchasing a new car. They have a lot of AUCTION Volkswagen Jettas that are 2012-2014βs that theyβre selling for $14,000-$15,000. You could a 2016 or 2017 Volkswagen Jetta- (with low mileage) for that price, OR less at any other Volkswagen dealer in Connecticut! Stay away! RIP OFF!
Amazing Dealership!! Exceeded my expectations w/stellar customer service. Warm & friendly!! Worth the extra 30 mile trip for me!!
Greg Bollinger was my salesman, and I thought he was fantastic. Not a hint of the stereotypical used car salesman behavior. He is a normal person, genuinely concerned about what the customers needs are, no attempt to steer me toward a more profitable car. When I told him that the car wasnt quite right for my needs after the test drive, he simply asked, is there anything he could do to earn my business - I said, no, I need to keep looking, he said thanks and that was it. He respected me.This was a long-distance transaction (I am in Maine). Using email and phone it ended up being very easy. We agreed on price, there was no monkey business with the numbers, it was all honest, straight-forward. Too bad the car wasnt quite a good enough fit. But Ive asked Greg to keep an eye out for the perfect car for me.I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone looking for an excellent car salesperson.
Very good experience in purchasing our Tiguan SE R-Series recently. We worked with Scott Fogg who was responsive and answer all questions. Most importantly, he was able to locate this Tiguan series and have delivered to Old Saybrook Volkswagen. Price negotiation was fair and transparent. We really like the car and glad we worked with a local dealer given our pending move here.
Easy shopping online, I got a great deal on a certified jetta.
Amazing experience with the team at Valenti VW yesterday in Old Saybrook - Tim E is a true professional, and was extremely helpful in my purchase! He took the time to really walk me through all facets of the purchase, car specs, and financing options.
Great VW dealership. Traveled from New Jersey. Great people no-nonsense. Ask for Tim
Do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a 2011 Audi in December and was told it had the Audi Powertrain Extended Warranty. The car just broke down and I was informed by Audi that it only has the emission warranty. They are a bunch of crooks.
Would not recommend non payment of vendors
I had my 3 yr service performed recently and the service was done completely and on time as it is all the time at old Saybrook VW. I have had them service 4 VWs over the yrs with great satisfaction.
My first service experience with my 2019 Atlas went very well. I like the video report that I received from the technician. The service advisor I met with addressed my questions and concerns quickly and professionally. And the coffee in the waiting area was hot. If the wifi service was faster then this would be a 5-star review.
They do not pay their vendors
Purchased a Jetta from Scott. The whole experience was great. No pressure or games.Very knowledgeable and professional. Fair pricing with great service. The sales manager was great and Dean in finance was fantastic and made it happen! Canβt say enough great things about Valenti. The sixth car my family has purchased there. Why go anywhere else?
Went to this dealership and informed the Salesman of my 2 simple rules, 1-I was on a time limit, and 2- I didnt want to talk to the Sales Mgr. under any circumstances and I would leave immediately and not be back if he/she came out. I asked if he understood my conditions and he said yes. The car I drove I found favorable and high on my list, However, as I was ready to leave the Salesman spoke to the Sales Mgr., who came over to meet. Bingo, they lost a possible sale as I will not return.I set these rules as a simple method to evaluate a dealership and their methods towards Customer Service.
Sales department great. Maintenance dept not so much. They sold me a Beetle 2014. Every winter I have to get it towed to VW to have ice pumped out of the pipes because it wont start. When I ask the service dept how to stop this from happening they said its just the way the car was built. When I told them that my neighbors dont seem to have this problem, Doug the service dept head told me to get their VIN numbers. He apparently doesnt believe that a Beetle doesnt need to be towed for not starting the moment New England hits freezing and its just the price of owning a Beetle. $250.00 every winter to have ice taken out of the pipes. God forbid I go home for Christmas and leave my car in the airport parking lot for a few days! Apparently VWs cant do that in New England according to Doug.
Once again Scott and Dean came through with the perfect car matched to our situation. Cant thank you guys enough for your hard work to get us the best car for our needs. Scott always courteous and professional and complete expert on all the bells and whistles and very in tune with our needs. Dean always courteous and professional and always ensuring our goals are in mind when making a decision on a car. The time you guys takes to ensure the customer is taken care of is amazing. Bought my first car from Dean almost twenty years ago and I never looked back. Thanks again guys!
Great job by Scott and Dean again! Bought numerous vehicles from these guys and they always do such a great job and give you a great price. I would highly recommend you to check them outππ»ππ»
Very good experience! Laurie, Bob, Dean, and the rest of the crew at Old Saybrook VW were phenomenal and I highly recommend this dealership! We are very happy with our new Tiguan! Thank you!
Once again, The service department was incredibly supportive, and accommodating! My service was completed promptly, even though I showed up late, due to a medical problem. The staff: Kathy at the customer desk was kind and kept me updated with progress with car. Sean; also has been tremendously accommodating.Matt, service manager, was informative and very understanding about a few issues and gave me a few suggestions on how best to move forward. The Mechanic, Brad (and others) has always been very informative, asking and explaining possible repairs and possible alternatives. The parts department & the additional support staff have been friendly and I formative.Even the waiting area is always clean & comfortable enough to do some work and they even make fruit and other items (coffee water soda etc) available. What can I say, ....Im 55 yrs old and Old Saybrook (Valenti) VW, is the BEST service department Ive ever experienced!!
I canβt say enough positive things about this dealership. We had a problem with the car and had to service it at another dealer who could not find the warranty records. A quick call to Dean, who is in finance and one fantastic person who doesnβt try to pull one over on you, a real distinction to other dealers, and he verified the warranty coverage. Itβs a pleasure to actually call the car dealership long after you bought the car and have them take care of you! When you buy a car at Valente you buy a car and a relationship! I would highly recommend you visit VW of Old Saybrook!! Ask for Dean!!!
Do you still believe in the magic of Christmas? I do...and the team of Valenti VW are the reason why. Please allow me to humbly ask for a moment more of your time to explain the situation.Picture this. You leave home (NC) for a 550 mile journey to see your daughter and her boyfriend in CT for Christmas. The moment you get to CT, the Check Engine light comes on. Its late in the night and the next day is December 23rd. How will we ever get back home on schedule?! Valenti VW, thats how.We got the car, a 2012 Jetta, to them late in the afternoon of the 23rd. They were only open a half a day, so to speak, on the 24th. The problem required major mechanical work to resolve but fortunately they had the part in stock. Could they get my car fixed in half a day, on extremely short notice right before Christmas? It would be magical if they could! You guessed it. They did! What an impressive experience! From the Service Manager Matt to the cashier at the end. The team at Valenti VW was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and just down-right nice! There is of course a special thanks to our Service Writer Jeremy and the actual mechanic Andrew who diagnosed and repaired the car. More than just a mechanic in my humble opinion. Maybe more of mechanically inclined, highly knowledgeable and competent technical guru. The entire process was flawless and truly operated like a well oiled machine. Just simply a super experience especially given the circumstances! So I ask you...Was it Christmas magic that made all this possible? Or was it just simply the super team at Valenti VW just doing their thing as always?
I came here with my wife looking to purchase the new Atlas Volkswagen S E L because I couldnt find one in NYC and I have to say they were amazing. Our sales man was Dalton. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant. He answered all our questions. The whole staff treated us like we were family. They even had a BBQ and offered us burgers and dogs . We finished up with Dean who was great too . The whole experience was great. Would easily recommend and return. Not only did they get us out of there as fast as possible they have a great selection of cars to .
Very friendly staff and the service department is top notch. Very reasonable to go there for an oil change.
Once again VW of Old Saybrook has done an outstanding job of servicing my wife and I in the purchase of our third Volkswagon from their dealership - our thanks go out especially to Scott in Sales and Dean in Finance for making this transaction both seamless and enjoyable. Again, thanks for a job well done. PS - we love the new Beetle.
My daughter lives in Boston. She was visiting when ABS light and warning sound went on her Jetta. I called Valenti VW of Old Saybrook. They are amazing. Told me I could bring it right in. They were professional, respectful and extremely accommodating. Their waiting room had fresh fruit, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water.
Didnt visit but response is very fast too car ads great prices couldnt work out a deal but great dealer to buy a car
The service and sales departments are fantastic. Very professional, very courteous. They go above and beyond, sometimes at their own expense.
Outstanding service and quick turnaround. Looking forward to our first trip back for service. A+Scott is a true gentleman and Brian could not have been nicer.
Had a great purchase experience at VW of Old Saybrook. Scott was great to work with - friendly and professional. Trading my car and negotiation was fast and easy. Would recommend to a friend. Very happy with my tiguan!
After bringing in a 2006 2.5 Jetta in for work the remote key fob or door unlock buttons now pops the trunk and gas cap. I highly suggest you steer far far away from this dealership.
I have found that both sales people that have helped me here have been friendly and took the time to explain all of the new gadgets in the latest models. I have always been happy with the service department and VW offers a great service program
If I could give a negative star, I would. The service department is so incompetent, from the service writer, Gary to the Service Director, Matt. I really canβt comprehend how they hold their positions with the lack of knowledge and horrible customer service skills. I had brought in my vehicle for a check engine light, did not receive a courtesy vehicle and they had my vehicle for a couple of days. The day after I picked up my vehicle the light came on again. I brought it back and everyone was of no help from the writer to the service director, all the way to the General manager, Dennis. Please donβt go here unless you want to waste your time and money, than needing to take it elsewhere to actually resolve the issue. Due to my loss of time and being so frustrated I will be in contact with VW of America.
While checking my phone looking for a car for my fiance checked out Volkswagen of Old Saybrook to my surprise what an excellent team from sales Laurie Troye which greeted us so kindly to Bob Patt the Manager worked hard to get an affordable note and Dean Nocery the business Manager we felt so comfortable looking forward to years of business with them.Thank you so muchMing and Kelly
My wife and I were very satisfied with the treatment we received when purchasing our new VW Passat. SCOTT and Dean took very good care of us.
I purchased my VW sport coupe in 2011 so have now dealt with this dealership since. All I can say is their repair staff and, for me, Shawn, the customer service person who always assists me, is simply outstanding. No matter what is going on with Shawn, he is pleasant, courteous, helpful, explains things and answers all of my many questions. The fellows who have brought me home and picked me up are professional as well. I am very happy with VW/OS. Mary Matthews
Absolutely fantastic service. The VW technician - Brad- was able to diagnose issues on the car within minutes. The entire service team worked together to make sure I was back on the road and that my interim transportation needs were met. As a result, I was able to make all of my medical appointments and get back to Vermont in time to keep weekend plans in place and make it to work the following Monday on time. I love my VWs and Valenti is an amazing dealer.
Had the pleasure of working with Dean and Tim to get me and my fiance into a 2019 jetta..Tim our sales person made us feel very comfortable and had us try the jetta se,sel and Rline we chose the Rline..Dean was also totally involved with the whole process..Dean worked his magic and got us on the drivers seat and worked very hard to keep things within our budget..Dean your the man..I would highly recommend and worth the trip to go down to valenti Volkswagen of old saybrook and say hi to Tim and Dean and have them get you into a new Volkswagen and tell them phil sent you...Tim and Dean are very professional. No pressure and they made everything easy....
Great service department!
An excellent service facility with nice personnel who give the extras. Always a pleasant experience for me and the car has been well taken care of on each visit
Great little shop. Clean building and friendly staff.
Great experience all around! Not pushy, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!!!
The experience of buying a new car can be an exhausting one but this was not the case at vw in old saybrook our sales man Scott Fogg was attentive and efficient. Our sales manager Dean Nocery made the process one that I look forward to doing again In the futureI would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to have fun and enjoy the car buying process
Honest and thorough...the employees at this dealership are very professional!
Best deals sales person laurie was great
I brought my 2004 vw Touareg from a close friend who had originally purchased the car at this location when it came out. I had gone twice to do an oil change since i bought it and on my third visit i realized i needed a thermostat. I asked the gentleman at the service how much it would cost me and he said $2000 if the timing belt was also in bad shape. The manager asked me how much i bought the car for and when i told him he said i overpaid because its an older model(even though my friend took really good care of the car and the guy in the service department pointed out how many visits there were since he first got the car). Although it currently has less than 100k with everything (but the thermostat) in great condition, the manager offered me 2k for the car and went up to $3k. I was so close from buying a vehicle they had offered me but i knew my car was worth much more considering how well it was taken care of. I called my friend and he was very disappointed at the way they called it junk, a car which he had bought from them and paid them to do repairs. The manager named dean was very disrespectful to me the next day for telling the previous owner and luckily i was able to reccord him on my phone. I must say the person on the service department and sales guy name scott were classy and i either would have fixed the car or trade in mine to get a new one, but the manager ruined everbodys day and basically thats how you lose 2 customers on the same day. I walked out, paid my $126 for them to diagnose something i already knew(bad thermostat) and hopefully they learn how to treat their customers.
Friendly, no-pressure full-service dealership that keeps the customer first and making sure that every interaction builds a valued relationship
Nothing but rude. Refuse to fix your vehicle. Worth the ride to Hartford VW.
Tim was very helpful and sincere, Ask for Tim to be your salesman
This incident occurred more than 3 years ago, but a poor customer service has no expiration date.At the time I was looking for a new car (obviously) and was very interested in the Golf TDI. A friend had loved his, and I was partial to diesel engines anyway. I emailed the dealership to answer a few questions that I had before making the trip down, and after getting some replies I informed them I would be stopping by on a Saturday for a test drive.I show up for the test drive as planned, but I spent 45 minutes wandering the lot and showroom, unable to get someone to speak to me. I had never experienced anything like it, normally someone is on you as fast as possible. I assume that the dealership has an interest in making sales, so the only thing I could think of was that they saw a 20 something man in blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt, and assumed I was too low-class to be worth their time, That maybe I would be happier shopping somewhere else.So in the end I bought a new Subaru, and will never revisit this dealership chain or even the Volkswagen brand ever again.
Very friendly and helpful service!
So I purchased a used certified car here steering wheel controls donβt work visor keeps falling off the car shakes when you hit the brakes I tried talking to them the next day and they told me what do I expect itβs a used car. check all other reviews about this place I should of. Terrible customer service here I never seen anything like it. That 100+ check list does not apply at this place they check everything without looking I should of listened to the the reviews on the other websites
I have never dealt with a worse dealership in my life. I bought the TDI Golf Wagon - 2015 - they went and put a SIMONIZ GLASSCOAT to the tune of $597.00 - this was not authorized by me...... secondly, when I contacted them to buy my car back, they declined....... Never ever will I ever buy from them again or recommend them.
I bought a Jetta diesel from this dealership back in 2010. After we finalized the price, I came in to sign the paperwork. The salesman tells me that they added a mandatory coat of Simoniz Glasscoat to the car without asking my permission or telling me. The Simoniz glasscoat added $567 to the price of the car. I was set to buy the car, so I just accepted it, but now wish i had just walked since its clear from other reviews that they are still pulling this trick all these years later. Very dishonest dealership linked to a very dishonest car company.
Best VW service in CT!! I wouldnt take my new or used VW to any other service team.
Good service. Very helpful and sincere.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS! Company will rip you off and they donβt care and will mess with your care to make you go back and spend more money!
Very helpful and friendly staff
Very disappointed in service. Four visits to diagnose problem. Estimate was almost double of another authorized Volkswagen dealer.
I buy my cars here
Great service!!
Very nice people
Friendly, professional, responsive, no pressure, and fun!
Not bad
