So Ive been going to Bella Nails and Lashes for about two years and have never left a review! 0.o I go every three to four weeks and see Jenny. She always takes SUCH good care of me and her gel manicures never chip or fade. She also is always open to my design ideas and executes them awesomely! Highly recommend if you need work done :)

I love this place and Kelsey is the best nail technician Ive ever had! Shes a perfectionist with great attention to details and talent. I would not go to anyone else! Shes also a sweetheart and very kind to my daughter when I bring her. My pic of my nails with dip and french manicure is two weeks old.

The nail tech was the rudest, most unprofessional, hateful person I have had the displeasure of dealing with for a very long time. Apparently they have a policy of no cell phone use, which I was unaware of. When my daughter called to check in, the tech actually stopped working and would not resume even when I ended the quick call and was simply looking at my phone. I said you can continue and she refused. She asked if I saw the no cell phone use sign. I had not. I asked why she cared if I was looking at my phone, I was not talking or texting. She gave me the most hateful stare I have ever seen and instead of giving me a simple reasonable answer as any professional should have, she just stared at me and said it is our policy, DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT? I said no of course; I was in the middle of the service. She then proceeded to twist my hands, file dangerously fast and be short tempered with her instructions. A truly heinous experience. With nothing to do other than listen to the ridiculous conversation from the other employees, I resorted to counting her freckles and moles, noting her poorly tattooed on eyebrows, sad fake lashes and terrible, damaged nails. In addition, she did a poor job on my nails, no surprise. My advice-find a salon who actually values their customers and teaches their come and go nail techs some manners. There are many wonderful places to go!!

Great service, clean, and accommodating. Large selection of colors, and quality work that looks great and holds up.

Got my nails done not even a week later my middle finger on my left hand broke off(horizontally). You can clearly see one side is way thinner than the other. Today my pointer finger on my right hand broke horizontally deep into my nail(halfway).

Kelsey has done my nails for about two years now. She is a perfectionist and has always had helpful suggestions for my nail/cuticle biting. I love my nails now. My daughter and I have had pedicures and I have had eyebrow waxes. All around great service. Their COVID safety precautions make me feel safe when I’m there.

Always great service. Techs are friendly and Ive never felt like they were rushing to get to the next person. Lynn pays attention to areas that need extra attention during my pedicures. Best I have gotten at any nail salon.

This place is amazing and I love the whole staff! I’ve been going here since 2008 and I’ll never go anywhere else. Also love that the owner backs her employees when KARENS come in and treat staff like trash. I’m glad that I won’t have to witness anyone treating the staff members poorly and I can enjoy my appointment without someone complaining. There’s a reason Bella is the best salon in KC for their service and nails!

Love Bella Nails!!! Where to start...first, their salon is impeccably clean! The staff is always kind, their nail techs are amazing, and I wont go anywhere else! When I bring my daughter for their princess mani/pedi she has a wonderful time and loves her nails. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I wont go anywhere else :)

I have used this place for several years and absolutely loved it until the last month. I was not happy with the service. Nails looked sloppy when done. I contacted them and the agreed to redo my toes only which was fine. When I went in the one staff person argued with me on who did my nails poorly and kind kind of snotty about it. I later called MANAGEMENT to nicely let them know. Today I called for an appt and the told me I could not come because I had some kind of altercation while in the salon.

Love this place. My wife and I come here on occasion and have always felt very relaxed and refreshed after the pedicure. My favorite technician is Jenny. My wife’s favorite technician is Emma.

Lynn helped me in a very last minute emergency and I really really appreciate it. It was my first time at this salon, but I will definitely be back!

My kids and I had pedicures and they did a good job. My kids nail colors didnt last more than a few days which was disappointing but the actual pedicure was great. No kid size chairs though but they did put pillows behind my littlests back to help her reach the water.

They do a great job, with fair prices.

I will not be returning as today was the final straw. I had been there 2 times within the past year. I had a rough day today and was excited to treat myself to a manicure. As the lady is doing my nails, she was trimming of my nails with a scissor like tool and cuts me so bad that blood is gushing out of my finger. The bleeding wouldn’t stop and she had to put super glue on my cut. Not to mention, she WASNT WEARING ANY GLOVES. I left paying the money but very very upset by the turnout. I now have antibacterial medicine and a bandaid on my finger.Also, the whole time, she kept complaining how small my nails were. I explained to her that I have to keep them short for weightlifting. She then continued to complain until she was done with me.

Everything about this salon is top notch. From the minute I called to make my appointment to having my nails done with beautiful unique designs to checking out.... everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and attentive! I highly recommend Miss Jasmine as a nail technician. She does a wonderful job and is fast and creative.

Went in for a pedicure with my mom. We were both pleased with the experience. We had an appointment and were seated right away. Our techs were both friendly and did great work. The calf and foot massages were wonderful. They could definitely find a more effective way to display their huge assortment of polishes, but overall it was great and we’d go back for other services in the future.

Emma was awesome. I get my nails done at different places often and she had her own little special touches that I havent received else where. I also love the small women owned business. I like the owners standards and the care she puts into her business.

I had an appointment today. Since I didnt know that the manicure I wanted was a gel not a dip they didnt schedule enough time for me. I even came in 15 mins early because they asked me to. If they had been even a little bit polite I wouldnt have cared. But they were rude...so rude. Talking about me IN FRONT of me like I wasnt there. They push me over to a manicurist that doesnt know how to do the manicure I wanted. Im not going back and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever again.

Very friendly, had no difficulty getting an appointment for gel polish and manicure, they did a decent job. Place is very clean.

They have so many guidelines in place to keep everyone safe! Cleaning of the pens you use to fill out a questionnaire, washing your hands, and putting the nail polish you touch in a little plastic cup for them to clean.

Nail techs were rude, I was there for a dip manicure and it was done dry, no hand soak at all....I believe the woman doing my mani was the owner of the shop.....she kept digging the nail file into my fingers and digging her nails down into my cuticles, which were dry and the whole thing was quite painful.....she never had me wash my hands so when I got to work I still had blue powder on my fingers.....I also asked for some simple flowers and leaves to be done on my ring fingers and they dont look like they go together the leaves are very strange and I cannot really tell what they are supposed to be.....nor can anyone else....I would NOT reccomend this shop to ANYONE!! I certainly will NEVER go there again!!

Best pedi Ive ever had!

Alright, gonna be honest here. I used to go to Bella when I was younger and it was great. However, I went today and was sorely disappointed. Customer service was less than satisfactory, and I am not happy with the way my nails turned out. They are flaky and uneven. It basically looks as if I did them myself. I hope this was just a fluke, and that I came on a bad day.

One of my favorite nail places. Usually pretty busy, so Id recommend getting an appointment. They are good at staying on time for appointments.

Fiance and I go here for pedicures. Girls are great, feel refreshed and relaxed when we leave. Highly recommend.

I always very much liked this place. The people had always been very sweet and had done a fabulous job. I went there recently to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady who did my nails didnt even talk to me and was very distracted. The lady that did my toe nails was fabulous though. They were very busy that day so I just had contributed the lack of communication with that. The day of I had three nails peel off completely and also noticed that none of my nails were even. The next day all of the nails but one peeled off. I called to advise of this and was told this is because I didnt get gel. I made an appointment to get them fixed and was told I had to come in asap to get them fixed. I made an appointment but had to cancel as my wedding is in two days and I simply do not have time (have other appointments) and had not planned for this to happen. I called to try to work with them to see my options and was told I could not get a refund, no one apologized that this happened and did not even seem to care that it did. I asked if I could get my nails done after my wedding and this was agreed upon but they seemed very angry and annoyed with me. I stayed on the line to schedule a future appointment but was hung up on. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and will not go back. This was my favorite place.

They are really really good at what they do. On the downside they are really hard to get into dont just think youre going to walk in there and get right in. You better have an appointment or know somebody anyways cuz I sure cant just walk in. Maybe theres something more to that I dont know not for sure theyre always friendly but being a trans woman you never know. Anyways make your appointment and be on time cuz 5 minutes late theyll cut you off they dont work with you cuz their schedule is tight theyre busy but theyre worth it they are Good.

They always do a great job. Ive had several mani/pedis and always been happy. The staff is friendly and professional. Its the only salon I go to!Edit: Today I had my first visit since covid. I was aprehensive, but Bella has done a great job! Masks, temp checks, health screening, and several other measures have been implemented to keep patrons healthy. They even have chairs on the sidewalk outside so you dont need to spend any more time inside than necessary. Ill definitely be back soon.

Id give it a 5 but due to how busy they stay, I dont feel I know enough to give the 5 stars. I walked in just after opening at 10 a.m. on a Saturday. They are already packed and booked until 11:00am and I could only get a plain mani. I liked Nikky the gal who was my tech. She was friendly, engaged me in conversation, and a good tech. I like that most of the techs are fluent in English and you can hold a nice conversation with them. I will make an appointment and go in for a full experience. I think its a very good place. Its very clean as well as up to date!

Pedicures have always been great here! This last time I went to get a dip my nails have been chipping ever since the day after I got them. I normally love going here but I was not happy after my last visit.

I have been to Bella several times, the 1st time loved my nails, the 2nd time wasnt as good. After a week my nail broke. Went in to get it fixed and they made me feel like it was a inconvenience for me to be there. So after about a month, I removed my nails and decided to give it one more chance (3rd times the charm) My nail tech, Sonny, was AWESOME! She took her time and was very attention to detail. Made sure all my nails were the same length and shape. Sonny is great. If you need someone who will not rush your nails, Sonny is who I would suggest going to!!

If you want loyalty and good service this is NOT the place for you. After 2 years and lots of money spent with them, they will cancel your appointment after 5 minutes. FYI, that’s their policy. (That’s a traffic light while going out to Olathe for them.)In my two years there, I’ve had one good nail tech who is unfortunately under poor management. Every other one I’ve had the pleasure of meeting has either been good and fired, terrible and begrudgingly doing their job, or will actually laugh at you when you don’t know their nail lingo.I’m usually a positive person and have written many great reviews for local companies who value your business and WANT you to come back. This, this isn’t that type of business.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Im from Ga and was here in KS for work. I searched nail salons on Google and Bellas came up with good reviews. Im not sure of the lady who did my nails but she was pleasant. I didnt like that fact that I couldnt leave a tip for her on my card and I didnt have cash. But I plan on going back before I return home so i can give her a tip.
