The owners are wonderful. They remember your name and are accommodating. The cannot do fancy styles however will try anything you ask. Pedicures are awesome!

This was the best gel polish I’ve ever had! Anna was my manicurist and she asked me multiple times if I liked my color and took the time to make each nail perfect. She even filed after. She was so kind and careful. They have plastic up to protect from covid as well. I also met ivy and she was so sweet and welcoming. I’ll never go anywhere else because this was the best service I’ve had!

This is easily the best gel manicure that Ive ever had in my life. Make sure to call and make an appointment and they will get you right in. They made sure that I was 100% happy before I left and they have lasted. I have had a cracked nail and she made sure to fix it before she painted it. Make sure you bring cash for tip because they cant add a tip on your credit card.

Ive been getting my nails done for a long time and honestly this is the best salon I have ever gone to. They are nice, clean, and relaxing. I am new to the area and tried a different salon originally that did a horrible job, but they were able to totally save my nails and my acrylics look amazing now. They are totally honest about any service you might want to get, and do spectacular work. I scheduled my next appointment as soon as I was done with my current one because my nails look so great and I really loved those working here. I could not recommend them more!

Very good and clean salon. They really take time to take care you. They don’t rush. After they done with your nails, they give you your files and buffer to take home. They don’t reuse them like a lot of the nails salon I have been through. They offer your water or soda for free. Appointment are prefer. Don’t can not accept tip on credit card so make sure you bring cash. I would recommend this place to all people I know.

We made appointments for Pedis since other reviews said that was best. We were able to get in the day and time we wanted. They were clean and professional. Our technicians were wonderful and I will be going back again.

Decided to bring my mom here to get her a pedicure before she started her cell chemo, the experience was not the best. The lady was rough, an in a hurry. Even after we asked her to take her time, an be more gentle we got the impression we made ourselves unwelcome to come back. This was suppose to be a memory we would keep, a mother bonding time. An it was anything but that.

Had the best time! Went with three friends. They did our pedicures all together. Offered refreshments and hospitality was amazing. Pedicures were thorough yet gentle. I have been to KV Nails and Wax since they open in early 2015. They always respect and treat their customer like family. They always do the good job. Im was one of the customer at the salon when the rude, means and disrespectful customer came in that day. The manager in to nice to her. If i was the manager, i will ask her to leave the salon and dont ever come back base on her behavior like that. I wont allow that crazy attitude happen in my salon to affect my other customers. She (the means customer) is the one no matter what you do, you can not please her. I feel bad for the manager to run into that customer that day. I feel it and sympathy with her.

I’m come in KV Nails and Wax for about 3 years now. I’m not kind of a person that want to involve into any social media until today. I’m was one of the customer who was watching the whole story going on between the manager and the very rude, disrespectful customer. I’m have not seen any body Like that in my entire life.. She was not only yelling and mean to the manager but also to all the customer whom was there yesterday as well. I’m have been there for over 3 years, they always take time to do my nails, they value and respect their customer. They are always make sure that their customer happy when they left their salon. They always take time to take care your nails. Honestly to say that I can not stand to see when the customer mistreat the manager like that. I just don’t understand when you disrespectful like that and why you expect people to respect you? I don’t like the part that they try to team up and try to mislead or guide the one customer to the wrong way. You have to see to believe it. If any people looking for a new nails salon, all I can say is trying this one and you will not disappointed. Believe me.

I found this nail salon through a google search as I live out of state. I booked all three appointments online. When we arrived we were greeted with a very warm and friendly smile. The staff was extremely helpful in choosing nail colors. I had Ivy do my dipping powder manicure and she was outstanding! It took less then a hour for the entire soak off and new manicure. She was very informative about the products and did excellent free hand nail art. The other nail techs did a amazing job on the gel pedicure and the princess mani and pedi for my little girl. I highly recommend this salon to anyone! Make a appointment as they have lots of repeat customers and are very busy. I will definitely be using this nail salon when I am in town again. If I could give this place negative 100 stars it still would not cut it. This Nail Salon doesn’t own up to, booking on top of customers. They aren’t truthful an it’s highly disappointing, that they are dishonest to their clientele. I called their number booking an appointment for 2 people getting acrylics at 5 and the girl who took my order home call confirmed of that and said on saturday. We ended up getting there and they said “we have other people at 5” when I clearly called them myself. they argued and kept telling we were wrong and luckily I had a phone call log from them and showed proof but they still didn’t take us. they also were talking over us talking and that’s not ok to interrupt/talk over the customer. they later said the final no and we took out money elsewhere. the customer is always right and those people were just disrespectful and and flat out rude. never going there again.replying to your recent reply. the “young daughter” who for one is me talking to you and two is 17 years old so yea I do know how to make an appointment and three is not her daughter so don’t make assumptions about people you don’t know. Also the misunderstanding is I hear that I heard Saturday at 5 o’clock maybe I heard that because you guys don’t have good english talking and should get some lessons or else you will make a bunch of mistakes over calling. Also lastly the owners should NEVER talk over their customers like we just witnessed, so unprofessional! One small point we don’t care if other customers look at us and talk about us because if we the CUSTOMERS are upset about something we WILL try to get to the bottom of it. So yea we did find a FANTASTIC place that took us in after that horrible scene you got us into and will for now on go there. Sorry not sorry.

Disrespectful, deceitful, and argumentative. Just three of the salons shortcomings. My “FRIEND” & myself along with my 6 year old daughter BOOKED an appointment at this Nail salon Tuesday after viewing multiple locations online, My “FRIEND” an I browsed their website located their number and contacted them. My “FRIEND” - Who is NOT my DAUGHTER, which I never claimed her to be. Which I clearly stated while in their disappointing establishment, made the appointment. She is not a child, she is a young adult. Who is more then capable of making an appointment on her own, with out complications; on her end. In fact, she’s entrusted on a daily basis with the care of nine infants at the preschool in-which we both are employed at. Now the appointment, which we most certainly did book was for Sat the 20th at 5:00 pm. This day was intended to be a “Fun-Filled Girls Day Out”, which after arriving here fell short of. Upon entering the Salon, we felt to be rudely greeted; and before words could be spoken, my first Impression from the nail tech was we were un-interested business. Which leads, to why I’m writing this Review. Stepping up to the counter for check-in, we found out how this nail salon really does business! “Appointment Stacking” - Known as when a business Over books, Double books, Or does Overlapping appointments.. in hopes to fill a slot just to secure your business, be damned the Customer.Disrespectful - in whole, the situation was handled poorly. From the beginning the women questioned us as well tried to speak down to us. Multiple times the women contradicted herself, from “I didn’t take any phone calls” - “I was the one that took the call”, but I didn’t book an appointment. - “I remember the phone call, but it wasn’t for acrylics”Now before you get on here, an reply saying this didn’t take place like this, an that there is two side to every story. As you tried to do with My “FRIEND” I started to record, once I felt the situation become hostile. So this story can’t be two sided, but only black-n-white. Now I DON’T believe Customers are always right, but when they have irrefutable evidence to back up their claim then you have to admit you made a mistake. Clearly not here, though. My “FRIEND” nor I Could get a word in edgewise, even when we clearly tried to show the proof of the phone call, an explain the fact that our phone records all calls with the assistance of the App TapACall-Recorder; it fell on deaf-ears. This all leads into the fact that THIS COMPANY LIED! My FRIEND, that made the appointment, decided she’d write a review. The review wasn’t Clear enough, for the women to understand. The women, which I currently found out happens to be the owner believed the the Review to be posted on behalf of my friend by her ownmother. When clearly it wasn’t it was in fact posted by the My FRIEND herself!!!! Now I’ve tried to be polite, but I’m not sure if the owner is all there. Maybe this accounts for the DOUBLE BOOKING, the fact she thinks MY FRIEND is my daughter, or that now she thinks MY FRIEND is her own MOTHER online writing her own review. All I know is I won’t be back, an they have lost loads of possible new clients due to the way they conduct business. If I could give negative stars believe me I sure would be!!!!EDIT:Whole truth...Clearly you are ignorant, apologize for that. I was the one that was attempting to call, NOT MY FRIEND!I saw how you spoke to my FRIEND, through her review. My call was only to educate you, that you had once again had everything all fumbled. Came in with a group of 4 girls, total. 2 mani-pedis and 2 pedicures. They were down one staff girl, but they still remained to give each person the upmost service and treatment. I look very young, like Im 16, and everytime I have gotten a pedicure, Im done in 20 min while everyone else takes twice as long.This place is by far the best salon Ive been to. The massage was great, she didnt miss scrubbing dead skin off (like most other salons would skip). I had Anna, and the way she even painted my nails was done with percision. I watched her paint my aunts nails, and she gave her the same focused care. Amazing. I will definitely come back.

Unlike the other salon that I went in Olathe. Excellent jobs, very clean and they really take their times for your services. They give you files and buffer to take it home. They dont reuse files and buffer like a lot of the salons that I went. Your money will worth here. They also have the punch card which I like to save money. They have their monthly special on different services for every month. This will be my new nails salon. We need a nails salon like this in Olathe.
