Will tell you monthly pest control haha yeah right. 2 pools, laundry rooms & fitness centers haha only 1 laundry room most of the time, the rest nope. Management never walks around & looks at the property so most buildings are falling apart. Maintenance staff is great when Management will let them do stuff.

Ive stayed in $30 economy hotels better suited than these apartments. In the FIRST WEEK there our heater quit working in 20° weather, the ac unit is fried and doesnt work, there were dead roaches in 2 rooms. The floorboards are unfinished, the floors werent even cleaned and had paint everywhere, all the windows have leaks and dont shut properly. And the front office pushed it aside like we didnt matter

Absolutely horrible management, will sit there and call you a liar. It’s obvious that they do not care about the safety and well-being of their tenants. So if you were looking for a safe place to live I do not recommend this place at all. If I could actually give it no stars that’s exactly what I would do.Also I do not live here but I have children that live here. And this is where my review is coming from.

Nice and spacious apartment. To make things better, the management and maintenance crews at Brickell are great. After you report something through the convenient online portal, the management will fix your issues within a week. Great place, great maintenance and great management.

Love the space in these one and two bedroom apartments!!! You can’t beat the rates or the customer service!! Definitely worth checking out!

I’m living there right now and their hard to get hold of specially when I need to pay rent and I put in a maintenance that they need to fix my ac because you can smell the mold when you have it on and I’m pregnant I’m about to have a baby in 2months and it been almost 2weeks nobody haven’t came out to fix anything yet

Customer service is trash, you call about a problem they tell you it doesn’t sound like it’s a problem to them. All they care about is money I’ve had a bunch of situations happen, let’s not mention the roaches.

Tayler is professional and quick to respond.Affordable apartments next to everything restaurant s Walmart etc.

A nice place, great management team, and quite affordable for being so close to downtown, I do recommend this to anyone looking for a good experience in Oklahoma City.

Units look nothing like the pictures a bunch of liars. Update : my heat hasn’t been working for a month now so over these apts in theMiddle of a snow storm no heat or running water for 8 days now don’t move here any type of anything everything gonna mess up

The property may not be prefect but the staff is hard working . The management team has taken steps to insure that I am in the know as far as upcoming events they may be hosting as well as any issues that I may have . From time to time there may be a small miscommunication but I always am very confident in the staff that It can be taken care of to everyones satisfaction .the staff is always wonderful with my animals and other pets I own whenever they have to do any work in the unit .6/2/2021

If you love yourself at all you wont move here. There are SO MANY roaches its unbelievable. We had to throw everything away. Most of the entrances to almost all of the buildings smell. They shut the water off during the day with zero notice for maintenance. The water fluctuates in a way that makes it unsafe for children to take a shower. Gunshots at least once a week. The pools where open about a month and turned Green it takes MONTHS to get anything fixed and management is vengeful and insufferable. You will hear EVERY word of your neighbors conversations in the bedrooms and vise vera. Also most of those pictures are not representative of an actual unit. The appliances are much less nice and none of the units come with a microwave. The bathrooms seem to be about half that size.

Great management and maintenance people! They remember you by name and your pets! Great apartments fresh modern look with light grey walls. They make sure to not let any bugs show their faces as they do annual lest control! Recently moved in and havent seen a single bug! Highly recommend looking at these apartments as it feels like a home.

As far as I am concerned, the Leasing staff and Management are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and of course the complex. Its a very quiet area to live in. Most stores and eateries are within walking distance. Public bus transportation to the downtown area is in the front of the complex.As a new comer to Oklahoma, the staff welcomed to the city. The highway is near. Plenty of parking area. My apartment was rent ready. It was convenient for me to get get the rental process going from out of state. The rents are reasonable. I would recommend the complex for sheer convenience alone. Keep up the good work Brickell...

I have lived here for two and a half years. The rates on the apartments are very reasonable, and the staff is always courteous and smiling. The manager is always coming up with different parties or activities to try and engage the residents and show their appreciation. I have recommended this complex to my friends.Karen Robison

Went in earlier today to view an apartment. Jayline was a pleasure to talk with and was very prompt showing me the model unit. Absolutely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.Was also very helpful during the leasing process considering my unusual timing for needing to move in.All in all, a great experience.

I will not be renewing my lease when it ends. It takes months for maintenance to actually fix something in my house. Don’t spray when they say. See bugs everywhere. My fridge needs to be replaced because it has been flooding my kitchen. They have “fixed the issue” about 5 times now and nothing has changed. The only good thing is they work with you on rent and that’s it. This is not a place I would ever call home.

Ive been here for about six months now and they still havent given me a freaking mail box. Plus they started ignoring my finances calls but will pick up when we all on my phone, they dont know my number.

Brickell II PART ONE( review discusses: Bed bugs, pest control, mice, air conditioning, and more)*** DISCLAIMER: this is a long one so get a snack and buckle up!We moved here around the beginning of March/ end of February. We first talked to Melissa ( the property manager). She was very kind and talked to us about our situation. The only downside was that there was no model for them to show us. I then asked if the had any photos. No. None taken. None saved. We had run out of time to look at anymore places and we were desperate. So I said sure we’ll take it but before we signed anything I wanted to see the place.The day of the move in came and we showed up to the leasing office. We still had not signed yet. I wanted to see what it looked like before we made our final decision. The lady in the office (not Melissa) said that our unit still wasn’t ready. It hadn’t been cleaned. She then began trying to talk us into going over the lease and signing while the cleaning lady finished up on the unit.I was fine going over it but I wasn’t signing until I got to physically see the unit. She finally “caught my drift” and took us to see it while the cleaning lady was in the process.We walked in and I was immediately disappointed. The tenants from before absolutely TRASHED this unit. And I had only seen the living/dining and kitchen space! The cleaning lady saw the look on my face and she assured me that she was going to take care of everything. Made me feel a little better. I then went down the hall to the first bathroom. It was alright. Much better in comparison to the other area we had just seen. The first bedroom came next and it was decent too and with new carpet. Then the master bedroom and bathroom came next..... I walked into the bedroom and noticed that it was decent sized and new carpet. The blinds had old cola drops on them. The closet was large but narrow and the water heater is almost directly in the middle of the walk space. The was an old diaper and a beer can some broken hangers and a bunch of other trash behind it [water heater]. Jesus lord these people were gross. I also noticed a few small bugs. I assumed they were roaches. That sucked to see but I thought to myself ‘it’s fine. You’ll by some bug spray and it’ll all be okay.’Then I walked into the “master” bathroom. I used quotations around master because I have to turn diagonally to get through the opening. It is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. I knew immediately that romantic nights with my love weren’t going to be possible in the shower. And I’m not even talking about sex. I mean there is literally only enough room for one person to uncomfortably (and yes I mean uncomfortably) stand in that shower. To make matters worse I saw more small bugs in the bathroom. Way more than I saw in the closet and a lot of them were mostly on the shower walls. Again I figured that they were just roaches; I’d get some spray and it would all be fine.Now remember before when I said we went over the lease prior to doing the walk through? Okay. So the whole part where they go through every page and explain everything was completely rushed. It felt like she [ the lady in the office ] was trying to get us signed and out of the office. However, when it came to pest control she said that they do routine pest control sprays every other month. I remember this vividly because I said out loud to my partner that this place did the pesticide sprays just like the place we were currently living at. That made me feel much better. She then asked us if either me or my partner had ever had any problems with bedbugs. I said no never. I’m not gonna lie up until I started living on my own 4 years ago I thought those were a myth. Like it was something parents made up to keep their children in their beds. At this point I knew they were real but still had never seen one. And I didn’t think much of it. She did say that we’d be responsible for any issues involving them. I said so we’d have to replace our stuff ourselves? She said yes.PART TWO is continued on Brandon Smarts review

I was shown a model that was updated and had more space. When I moved in it was nothing like the model and features were not added as I was promised. When I first moved in (July 2018) my air conditioner didn’t work for over a month after constantly informing the front desk. My heat has been broken since I moved in, after me asking four times it recently (December 2018) got fix. First two months in the apartment, my apartment had a bad smell, but I believe that had something to do with the air conditioning issue.My clothes got stolen after using the laundry mat.Mailboxes are HORRIBLE!!! Couldn’t find my mailbox, when I finally did, I also found out they gave me the wrong key. My apartments also towed my car without notice and didn’t give me a reason why, I still don’t understand why, but they told me where it was at.But rent is cheap, I had a one bedroom, but electric was separate. It’s not all bills paid but I was able keep up with payments and sice this was my first apartment I had to pay double the deposit amount and the application fee. It took them over 2 months to get me moved in because they have a lot of management changes so they lost my info but when I called about, I started the process again.

I moved into brickell and it was the best decision I made. i love it here the management is awesome and the workers r great. i would recommend anyone looking to get a place to come here

Ive lived in these apartments for twoyears now and am only leaving to be closer to my job. Despite a change in owner this complex has been great! The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, my only complaint (a minor one for me) is that in some apartments the sound from the highway are noticeable but this hasnt been a problemfor me as its only just noticeable. Give Brickell a shot!! I bet youll like it!!

So far this apartment complex has been a dream come true for me. Very affordable, location is great in whatever direction you head in, and the staff are as helpful and nice as they possibly can be. I cant wait to see where the apartment complex will be like in the coming months but I have no complaints thus far.

You Cannot find anywhere in the city with this price AND with this quality. Jayline answered all the questions I had and gave me an apartment that fit my needs. The brickell staff as a whole works well together ensuring a good experience or fix when there isn’t one. They provide positive community events and I always see smiles every time I go. You can really tell they take their jobs seriously and care about the residents living at the brickell.

I just moved in on August second and I honestly love love love my new home I’m happy that I choose Brickell the people I’m the office are nice and help as soon as you ask about something hands down my favorite

Worst apts. to live at!! I lived here from 2012-2017 at first when they were The Esperanza they were better but after becoming Brickell it was a total Kaos 😒👎 I was changed to a first floor apt. and got infested with roaches and fleas!! I didnt even have pets!! Oh and that isnt all, we even got mice!! A lot of them and when it rained the humidity would travel inside and eventually we got mold in the kids room 👿 worst part is that my kids got asthma do to it. Building 1276 apt 125 to be exact stay away people sometimes just because theyre cheap doesnt mean theyre worth it!!! Your health is first! Oh and FYI mice carry typhoid....

The manager and the maintenance cant be beat.They get caught up on things eventually. We have been through floods and all kinds of things. Thankful the maintenance guy helped after this mess.

The Staff is amazing and had movmoved Mountains for us to move in our home.. And the A/C is unbelievable and I love it sooo much!!! Just wished we moved here at the beginning of the summer to more use to it. I deeply recommend this place..

This complex is a joke my bathroom flooded all the time the bath tub is always backed up. Ive seen mice multiple times i set up traps caught a few but there were too many to catch. Roaches are all over the place no matter how clean i kept the place. I told them so many times and they did absolutely nothing about it. I sprayed the whole place myself 3 times but didnt help at all. My fridge stopped working twice had to throw everything away. I wish i could post pictures here. Anyway if you love mice and dont mind sharing your meals with roaches this is the place for you

I lived in Brickell about 2 years ago worst place to live my apartment was infested with RATS not mice. Management never did anything about the rats and plumbing was also really badI would never recommend these apartments

If you move in to brickell apts youll move right back out the pools are nasty the mailboxes are broken down sewage runs every where. The management is very rude if your not their pic of their apples then you are sour lemons your oppion on how the place looks and is ran means nothing. There is a dog lease law but what a joke. Dogs poop right in front of your door and you say any thing to the office and all you get out of it is a smile I would not recommend this placeto my recommend this place to my dead dog let alone my worst enemy think twice before you move here

It is the worst place to live, it has a plague of mice and cockroaches, you call the administration and they are slow to respond. I had problems with the air, the electric current, the heaters and the bathtub the paint got out and it has mohose. I do not recommend it to live.

They charged me for a rentals insurance fee when I already had one then didn’t take it out till after 3 days and imposed a late fee on me when it was their fault, the manager Melissa should be fired, she’s just so biased and doesn’t know how to talk to tenants, simply rude.

Entrance smells like a sewer, broken fridge handles and cockroach goldmine.Decent air conditioning.
