My mother been living there for over 2years and she told me she was ready to move because they dont fix anything and it takes along time for them to even apply back. Then she said to me today.they have a new maintenance man and he is straight forward and down to earth. And I dont know his name.but thanks again for looking out for my mother because you only get one.

Literally the worst place Ive ever lived. Not only did I constantly deal with sewer flies, but there was raw sewage that would come up out of my toilet and bathtub, raw sewage around the apartments in various places, really terrible management that threatened me verbally when I called the health department on them(they have changed management companies now and I hear these people are much better), iv drug needles in the parking lot, drug users knocking on my door at random times wanting to borrow something, trash containers overflowing because the management didnt pay the bills, constant water shut offs due to maintenance issues, constant issues with disposal and dishwasher (raw sewage coming up in the drain there too), roaches, fights in the parking lot, people breaking into vehicles, gun violence and the final straw for me was holding a 14 year old child as he died after being shot to death.I truly hope the new management cleans this place up... but it is what it is, a terrible place to live.

When I first moved in the management was very rude and never replied anything this place was going down hill till Annette come on board she a very nice woman to deal with........several after that. But now it seems like we have a great management they get the stuff done that needs to be done. And they came in to a disaster and there making approvements. I love the new management.

This is my first time leasing apartments and they honestly made it so easy for me the staff were very nice and they worked with me as much as needed and I love the apartment already if you’re having trouble with finding a good apartment these staff will and can help you!

Very unprofessional! Office person is rude and will change up agreements

During the ice storm we needed to be moved due to wiring problems. The staff here insured that we got into another apartment with no delays or problems. They made it happen my new apartment has no issues and I am very thankful for the staff working with me and my past due amounts. If you need a place and good service come here they will give you the best they can to make you a home

Avoid this place.So the owner said that the Community Director would reach out to me have not heard a thing. The owner needs to come see how his property looks like and the apartments. It is a fight to get anything fixed.Whatever you do dont rent here at all. They lie to you, and no work gets done. The property has trash everywhere and they have apartments broken into. They show you a nice apartment and it is not what you get. There is no pool or anything for families to do. The laundry room is closed so if you dont drive or have a way to go to the laundromat you cannot get your laundry done.

My friend lives there with no heat and water leaking everywhere. She’s deaf and they have ignored her since November and have not fixed anything. I know because I have been contacting them! Don’t move there.

Not $99 to move in, it is $334.00 and very very rude when I called. If someone doesnt like her job then maybe quit? I send you lots of love and light honey.

I called the commons apartments to do a rental verification, the connection on the phone was very poor it was cutting out and she was talking very fast while spelling her email so I did not catch it after the 3rd time I asked her what the rest of the email was she hung up on me so I called back she did not answer so I called off my cell phone and I asked to speak to her manager she said she is not in I asked her why she hung up on me and she said I gave you the email 3 times it’s not my problem so I asked her do I need to drive it over there to get it done and her reply was “you can do whatever you want”. So I did just that and drove the rental verification with the signed authorization over to the property, when I walked in she just looked at me and I asked her if she worked there she said yeah what I can I help you with I asked if she was the manager she said no I asked if she was available she said no so I asked are you the one who hung up on me and she says yes when went to her desk I showed her the signed form she said okay my name is Carol I think she said and I told her I was going to make a complete her reply was I DONT CARE!, I asked her if she could please do this rental verification I brought the signed authorization form and everything she said okay I told her I would wait for it she said no I’m not doing it right now I’m busy I said okay laughed it off and went on she then yelled while I was walking out don’t come back here I asked her was I trespassed she said yes and I told her she would have to do that through the police and would she like my name she finally just went inside. I am just writing this because I would like someone to please contact me about this situation it was absolutely ridiculous and in the end she said she was going to do it cause I laughed off the situation, we are professionals and we manage peoples homes the public should be able to deal with kinder people.

Management has improved, front desk customer service is awesome. New security provides a safer environment for families. Some maintenance issues but they try their best. Reasonable prices for living conditions.

I am a new resident to The Commons and everything has been great. I have one of the remodeled 1 bedroom apartments and it is great...spacious with new appliances. The neighborhood has been quiet and its turned out to be a great move for me. Great jobCharles

So, yesterday which was march 31 2020 i got notifications from experian stating there was an account added to my credit. Apparently the commons are into credit fraud. I moved out of the apartment complex march 30 2019 and turned in my keys april 1st 2019. The debt collector they fabricated my lease agreement with stated that their paperwork shows that i moved out may 22nd. I asked copies of paperwork stating that i signed any kind of lease agreement to stay past april 1st and havent heard anything from anyone yet. Ive already spoke with an Attorney because this is clearly an act of fraud and i intend to see it all the way through. For anyone who is considering living there, dont. Because they are horrible in every obvious way one can imagine. Oh, and im sure the only reason they setting themselves up to be sued is because of the review i gave on the day i was moved into my new place last year. I guess the truth hurt a little.

My mom is 66 years old and has mental and health issues. This property promised her an apartment on nov. 7 2019 my mom paid the deposit and waited and waited it is now March of 2020 and they are still giving my mom the run around on the return of her deposit money. We have now went thru 2 managers 😒 just give this elderly woman her money back since she still has no apartment smh. Tyler Morgan needs to come see about his property

I have lived at the Commons for almost a year now. What originally attracted me to this place was the cost. You cant beat the $99 move in and 25% off for the first six months. While it is not the most posh place in OKC, it holds its own. The new management is timely with concerns that residents have and often love to receive feedback on how they are doing. The complex is making strides in improving the surroundings. Whereas the office used to located in one of the apartments, they have now converted it to look like a conventional office. If this is a sign of the renovations and changes of what is to come, I am definitely looking forward to the positive changes that are on the way.

I moved into my apartment a few months ago. Cheap move in cost and great staff. Have made new friends with my wonderful neighbors. A good move for me!

Trashy but a good place to live

The leasing agent Candice M. was friendly and walked me through the leasing process. She was knowledgeable and very honest and open about the improvement of property.

Ive been a tenant since Oct 2015 we now have new management which is great because theyre doing a lot of remodeling, yard work,working with tenants. I mean its looking better and better everyday I love the hard work that all the employees are doing in the apartment.

This place is a joke my daughter and niece has lived here since january they had payed rent with money order forgit to take stubs off put it in night drop box and now they are saying she didnt pay rent so they are trying to make them pay it again or evict them nothing was fixed at the beginning of the move in shower barely works

I just moved in and I already feel at home.I have noticed that the last few apartments that I have be having good luck with is Tag Multifamily. so, I for one am from now on sticking with the places they own.

Since the new owners have been here, a month, they havent sprayed, fixed my leak, my oven hasnt been fixed yet, and theyre never in the office. Maintenance has been to my house two or three times, so I know they know whats going on. My next door neighbors, vacant, apt has flooded so bad water is coming out the front door... this has gone on for a couple of weeks now.

The maintenance on staff is amazing the husband /wife team really took care of me and my family within the hour fixed the water issue and were kind and courteous such a great apartment complex.

The flyer sent to all residents offering $$ off rent for proof of POSITIVE reviews. (Mentioned by previous reviewer.) Notice that program has been stopped put on all doors a few days ago. You probably won’t be seeing any recent positive reviews, unless TAG multifamily/ The Commons at Sunnylane make up fake ones – which they will probably do. Read the attached flyer! This place is a trash pit. For some reason, other apartment sites are describing some fantasy property when mentioning The Commons at Sunnylane. There is no pool, there are no tennis courts, there is no security patrol or security escort. The buildings are falling apart. The laundry facilities -- well, theres a room with a sign on door saying everythings out of order. A recent sign. For most of the past several months, they just let us waste quarters on machines that never worked. Noisy place. A lot of fights and domestic screaming matches. A lot of trash on grounds. Police are here a lot. Office turnover is really high -- except the office manager who should probably be the one to go. Maintenance is completely incompetent (and basically non-existent). Plumbing is bad. GET OUT and GBYE FELICIA. Spend your $599 a month anywhere but here. The TAG multifamily website is also suspicious. (TAG owns Commons at Sunnylane.) No address, phone number. Dont waste your time or money on this filthy, stressful slum. Whats really sad (and scary for the kids) is that theres an elementary school across the street.

This place is trash!! I just moved in on the 15th of last month!! I can’t get them to fix anything!! I call and go into the office every other day.. they give you fake promises about fixing things. The maintenance men leave trash in all the hallways after there done.. this list can go on and on!
