I’ve lived here for a year now and when I first moved in the management group was very unorganized, not working everyday or in the office and never returned calls and the maintenance man never fixed a thing. ** NOW they have a whole new Management group as of Aug 2021 “estimated date” and a New Maintenance Man and have turned things around completely!!!! The manager is on duty and in the office during open hours and the new maintenance man has come and fixed EVERYTHING in my place that needed to be repaired and he is a really great maintenance man and KNOWS HIS STUFF. The manager in office now is impressive! The property is being fixed up, the pool is clean…. There is a curfew for kids at night so they are not running around unmanaged. The lawn and bushes are manicured consistently. She addresses any concern you have immediately. I appreciate the change and enjoy living here NOW. I hope this Management team stays!

They assumed I moved out when I took a trip out of town. They changed the lock on the door and misplaced a couple of my belongings while I was locked out. I returned back home on a Friday night and wasn’t able to actually get my belongings until the following Monday. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, the maintenance man comes and goes from your unit when you’re not present.0/10 experience working with these people. This was also my first apartment and I’m a hard working college student as well, so one could see how this apartment was such an inconvenience.Also my apartment flooded and I contacted the office, in which I didn’t receive a response to the issue for weeks.

The apartment complex is under new management, and now the trash actually gets take out regularly. The NSF payment issue that took months to even get a straight answer out of the last landlords was quickly resolved, and maintenance requests actually get completed now and in a reasonable time window. Overall the living experience is much improved by the new and IMO better landlords.

Ashley Park Townhouses are not worth the stress or patience. I have lived here for months with people coming in and out of my apartment unwelcome. They allow dogs and don’t have tenants clean after them. My neighbor has a dog and I hate it. Another thing to add to my Oklahoma problem!

These photos are pretty misleading. The area is dicey and surrounded by apartments that are really run down. I don’t know what these homes look like on the inside, but they are not as pretty as the photos on the outside.

So far, its been a month and its pretty nice its a lot better than our last place and its quiet and nice and just comfortable. We really enjoy it.

This place is need of help!!! Just moved in 3 days ago,Rent is 600.00 and paid 6 months in advance!! And all Ive done is killed roaches ( 2 cans of raid and roach hotels),had problems with the a/c, all the cabinets are falling apart due to termites and age, the windows need replacing, and the list goes on!!!! About ready to ask for my 4000.00 back and move out!!

If it was a -5 option thats what it would have gotten. Very unprofessional and do NOT accommodate for uninhabitable conditions in their units. They have a just deal with it attitude.

I have had alot of problems but it has all had to do with the short hand in maintenance and that is super frustrating but out of all the apartments Ive been in the staff has always gone out of there way and they are amazing and sweet ( Amy & Hannah ) they keep in contact and let me know when theres any problems and helped me with so much!I 100% recommend them they just need more help.

MY ACCOUNT PICTURE IS THE PICTURES OF MOLDY VENTS THEY HAD. I have more pictures of the vents with BLACK MOLD they just sprayed with bleach mixture. Im sure itll be back in unit 2646 if youre renting that apartment check your vents! They keep taking my pictures down but Ill keep posting them. They never gave us our promised $400 deposit back and said if it got lost in the mail they werent responsible!!!!

First of i want to say is that this place is great. I like the staffing there, Amy Cruz, Ana Munoz, and Henry, are awesome people. Ashley Park is a place where its quiet, tenants keep to themselves. I can say that when there is an issues with my apartment and i need things fixed, it gets done within a timely manner. There very understanding of life issues and are willing to work with you. I cant recall how many times they have helped me. Im very thankful for their help. So to who ever is reading this if you want to be part of family when it comes to your land lord then Ashley Park Town homes are for you. So when you stop in ask for Amy or Ana, and see what i am talking about. you will not be disappointed.

I’d recommend 9/10 to anyone looking to move in here! Like most places you come across, it has some issues. However unlike most places, they get them fixed as soon as possible, without argument! The management is great and the maintenance employees are right along them. This complex is top 3 for sure.

The bad reviews Ive read are either someone being extremely too picky for the price you pay to live here (LOW prices) and about stupid stuff like aesthetics. Yes, they put a thick layer of paint over everything to make it look newer... who cares.When I first moved in, the management seemed awesome but was not at all. They applied a move-in special on my account, didnt tell me about it, and pocketed the money. They were slow with maintenance requests. Since Adrianna became the manager, she had drastically changed things. She might *seem* like shes being uptight about things, but shes simply doing her job. She follows all the rules. And shes been left with a mess to clean up since the last manager was doing everything wrong!I think that for the price, you cant beat this place. I havent ever had any issues with neighbors, when I need something fixed it gets fixed. Theres some trash outside sometimes that I assume is just blown over from the dumpster. But I dont really have any huge complaints! NEVER had any bugs, which is a huge thing for me. Overall a fine place to live.

Great place to rent at affordable prices. Manager and staff were always available when I needed them. The Apartments are well maintained and kept clean. Certinaly a better community then a lot of other places I have stayed at. Would recommend to anyone that needs a place.

I have been a resident for over 2 years, I moved out but now returning. Ashley Park is home to me. Everyone in the office is very helpful and cares about the residents. Any issues or concerns you may have they are there to listen and help. If you are looking for a safe, well maintained place to call home, this is your place! Dont look anywhere else.

They are definitely one of the best places around town to live. If something breaks ( which we know happens from time to time ) they are always ready to get it fixed ASAP. The staff there are always nice and very respectful. Only good experiences for me.

They are nice townhouse apartments. I just moved into one of them. But the only thing I didnt like was I was lead to believe it was an all bills paid. But after we moved in and had paid the next months rent about the 14th day of that month we had gotten a note on our door saying that we still owed money and I had found out that it was the Electric bill that I was needing to pay. If I was told that I had to pay electric then I would had got it turn on in the beginning when I first moved in. But other than that it is a nice place to live.

I went to visit my brother here and he has bed bugs. He recently moved in from my house so I know he didnt get them from me. His neighbors have the same issue. Theres also a part of the ceiling that is caving in from previous water damage and what looks like mold in the corners of the shower and vents. My brother has asthma really bad and hes been to the hospital 3 times in the past 2 months where before he had his asthma under control really well. They also let dogs roam around the property without leashes and when I went to help him to his laundry there was only 1 working washer and 2 working dryers. This property is very poorly managed and unsafe. I plan to help my brother get a lawyer to get out of the lease and leave for his health and safety. No one is ever in the office and when they are they brush him away and tell him they cant do anything right now. He waited almost 2 months to have them fix his heater. I didnt read the reviews before but I wish I had.

This place could be a wonderful place to live, it has so much potential to be great. The place i lived in was large, spacious. Its an old complex so it has its downfalls. The major downfall,the manager! The last time I spoke to him before I moved out, he couldnt even stay awake....oh and before i forget, for all those that do live there, or plan on moving there, make sure you talk to the girl in the office, shes good about getting things done.

Do not rent here. I told them about my ac leaking 3 months ago & they just now got it fixed. Due to it leaking so much it cause the carpet to mold. I told them about the carpet & that my daughter 9 month old was getting sick from it. And here we are a week later still with mold in our carpet. I even told them I wasnt paying rent until it gets fixed. Anywho, I will be calling the health department tomorrow as well as an attorney to make sure I wont be done wrong. Also we have told them multiple times that we need our apartment sprayed for pests, we have ants, water bugs, & poisonous spiders everywhere in our apartment.

It is a very nice place. The staff is so nice . I would tell everyone about it. Thanks to Amy cruz for letting me know about it . and the rent is very reasonable too.

I want to start off by saying the managers are rude an not helpful But If I could I would give them ZERO STARS being as I pay 800$ in rent I expected more because I am a current resident here for 4 months now an during my short time here I have had 2 apartment fires due to hot water tank, an a flood an after the first one they appoved it okay but still another fire while we were all sleeping, They are lucky I got up to go to bathroom to see it or my kids in the back room would have burnt due to negligence, The new dishwasher that I got was used with old food still in it an broken, I have delt with cockroaches, bed bugs, an mice, Nothing has been done in our apartment since we moved here... It wasnt move in ready no door knobs, no door handles, no cabinet knobs or drawer or drawer knobs... It has been one thing after another... I had a maintenance man just walk like he owns the place as I was naked getting dressed... I have ran out of water an it didnt work for 3 days... Had to throw away a brand new baby bed cuz the infestation was bad an they said they sprayed it already so I AM BETOND DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I AM GETTING OUT OF MY LEASE AN LEAVING.... this is UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff here are excellent and some of the most friendliest and welcoming people. Any issue we’ve ever had, they were there and took care of it immediately. They stand by there word and I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone.

Heater has been out all day office phones are not working and I have small children including a new baby. Submitted an online request, sent an email and still havent heard anything ! Ill change my review once this gets fixed

Would be a nice place to live but they have bed bugs..for the price they charge, they should care more bout residents and health concerns..and try to solve the issue. I also ended up losing all my furniture due to this situation.im very angry with what went on..i reported and reported the house need sprayed..it cost me alot of money trying to replace everything i lost...

Maintenance here is a joke and so are the people in the office we have been here since begging of October (its mid January now) and we have been telling the office about the same problems since day 1 of us living here (broken window mainly) and they keep telling us that its on order I found out today by one of the managers today that it hasnt been orders yet. Our mailbox wont lock and hasbt locked in almost a month and we tell them about it once a week and they keep putting it off we have made a few noise complaints and they dont care. I do not recommend anyone living in this place unless you wanna live with broken stuff. Worst place to live

My friend moved in there alittle over 6 months ago. The roof has had multiple leaks since day one. And he has to pay his other friend to babysit the dog while maintenance is in his apt. Well apparently the last several times they were supposed to fix the leaks, turns out they never went in his apartment to fix the leaks. They said they patched up the roof outside. But the roof is still leaking in the same spots and now one is oozing a weird brown liquid.

We were lied to from the beginning, told we had to sign a 13 month lease on an apartment that wasnt worth one month. Froze our asses off in the winter because they didnt care to fix the heat, sweat to death in the summer because of the same thing. All of our vents were filled with mold and all they wanted to do was spray Bleach into them once and forget about us.Ive even had maintainance men show up drunk and high to fix things in my apartment. Ive also been waiting since I moved out of this hell hole (3months) to receive my deposit back and I keep getting ignored. Save yourself the trouble and move into the apartments RIGHT across the highway PICKWICK is professional and their apartments arent disgusting. Dont settle for dealing with Amy and Anna these chicks are the opposite of presssional.

I moved in about a month ago and I brought my pit bull with me and I was asked to remove my dog because pit bulls were not allowed so I gave my dog to my family to watch for me. Even tho I didnt think it was fare. I was out walking around the complex and I saw the female manager Adrianas husband walking her big pit bull around. I asked him why they made me get rid of mine and he said that she said it was either her or the dog very rudly. This is ridiculous that she gets to have hers and I cant have mine. The other manger here has always been nice and respectful and Adriana wants to abuse her authority ..its irritating

My experience at these apts have been awful these past 6 months. I had a maintenance walk in my home 3 times without knocking & I have called the police. The lady in the office Amy had told my daughter she couldnt swim because of her swim shorts. Yet theyre 100% polyester swim shorts. She also has her son swimming in the pool & she is not a resident. Pool is for residents & their guest. Her response is well Im the manager. I gave my notice to move out, a verbal & written notice. I also paid 2 months of rent after I moved to break my lease. But she tells me she has no proof but I have my receipts & copies of my written notice. I dont recommend these apts.

Where to begin, if I could give this place a negative number of stars I would, I currently live in this...place.... First of all the staff are super helpful and friendly before you move in, we we shown a shell of a 4 bedroom town home, we have six children and needed to find a place quickly, the leasing agent told us that by the time we moved in the entire thing would be remodeled, new flooring, appliances, even counter tops. We were told that because of the tornado last year there was water damage and everything needed to be replaced. We were living 3 hours away, so we took them at their word that it was going to actually be how they said it would.... MISTAKE! We had to sign the lease before seeing the apartment because of work scheduling.... MISTAKE AGAIN! I had told the leasing agent we wanted to do a six month lease and again took her word on it....MISTAKE AGAIN! We ended up signing a one year lease and when we finally got to see the townhome, the new flooring was already scratched and peeling in several places, they completely missed a spot by one of the bathroom toilets and had to come fix it, the first time it rained there was an inch of water on my floor because the door was practically falling off. The air conditioning unit did not work properly and I called and went into the office for two weeks straight telling them that it wasnt working properly, their solution was to send their air conditioning expert to spray it with water and vacuum the water off, which only succeeded in compounding the problem, even after telling them (my husband even went as far to draw a diagram) that the gunk in the unit needed to be blown out so the unit could actually pull the hot air through to cool it, one of the last times that they came to check it the leasing agent and their expert came and told me 85 degrees was a normal temperature to have, even though my TWO units ran constantly. Finally my husband gave up on them and got an air compressor and blew it out himself, and shocker it worked. They painted the entire shower, and two bathroom sinks with exterior paint, they replaced the sinks after my nagging and tried to get the paint off of my shower which made no difference at all. NONE of the appliances were new they were the same exact ones that were in the shell we were shown, and surprise the dishwasher didnt work, that took two weeks to get another USED dishwasher! Well I take that back they did replace it, but that one didnt work either, so then they hooked up yet another used one, and luckily that one did work. After emailing the main office in Texas they finally came and put a new door on, but not professionally of course and there is now an oddly shaped dent in the wall by the frame that is filled in with caulk. The plumbing is abysmal and if they have to fix something to do with the water they have to shut off water for the ENTIRE complex because the plumbing is ancient. The toilets do not flush properly, probably because they are dated 1972. My husband had to hammer down the tack strips on the stairs because their professionals did it wrong, and no one ever came to do it even after asking several times, and my children were scared of the stairs. Door bell doesnt work, no porch light, there was a high speed police chase literally in front of my door, they say no dogs over 25lbs but I have seen a lab, pit, husky, and giant dog poop everywhere. There are all kinds of weird people that walk by and it is not a good neighborhood in my opinion. Oh and come to find out that the townhouse has actually been vacant since 2009, way before the tornado. I am putting in my 60 days notice tomorrow and I can not wait to get out of here!

They dont fix anything you report. They pretend they fix things and have the tenant looking like their lieing. The office people Amy and anna. Just lie in your face and shurg. Their shoulders. DO NOT LIVE HERE. they have old appliances in the units. It took me 2 weeks to get a fridge and 2 weeks to get my key to my mailbox. They are nothing but frauds and slumlords. Look elsewhere. Youll be paying way more than you expected. For nothing but a headache.

We waited awhile to get tge apartment we didnt get the apartment we was waitin for the office lady is really nice but the up keep is horrible we cant move anything in because roaches are everywhere i dont want to bring anything in its disgusting n frustrating they told us us someone would come spray twice we only been here a month nobody has came yet our floors were dirty paint was still wet and in some areas it still is we didnt have a mirror n when they brought one it was from a another apartment and was really dirty there will be a baby here any day and its really frustrating that they want 800 dollars for rent but cant meet us half way with the upkeep

Its funny that after a year I still get calls from this place. Tenants that I reluctantly moved in and definitely feel sorry for. After my health issues and the way I left this complex I had hoped to never be burdened by this place again but its like a bad nighmare that just continues to follow you. I am not proud of the lies that I told to get people to move into this place as a leasing agent. Telling them that their familes were in good hands, knowing that in fact many of these apartments had black mold, new carpet that had been laid over padding that was many years old and full of dirt and pet dander. Sub flooring that had been poorly repaired, air conditioning that would flood every time it was turned on and never properly repaired. Cabinets that needed to be replaced be instead were painted over. I forwent my morals and ethics for a job. And in turn put other families in jeopard. For that I have paid an ultimate price in karma. I beg for forgiveness for all the families I placed in that hell hole and I hope that they can eventually find peace from there. Krishna and Adara is nothing but Money hungry and will do nothing but lie cheat and steal from good hard working people!! STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY PARK!!

These were the best apartments for the cost, good location and management was super nice! They answered when I called and were never too busy to help out when I needed it!

Giving this place one star is being kind. I lived here for 13 months and it was the biggest regret of my life. From the beginning, my apartment wasnt taken care of. I moved in at the beginning of November and was told everything worked, the last tenants had no issues whatsoever, etc. Once it got cold out, we quickly learned our heater didnt work. We reported it and it didnt get fixed until freaking February. We went almost 4 months of freezing temperatures inside and outside our home because they simply didnt care. Fast forward to the summer and we went a whole month without air conditioning when it was 100 plus degrees outside. Theyll get to it when they get to it was the response we got. Professional huh? Not to forget that the leasing agent almost gave our apartment away bc she forgot we put a deposit down on it. Luckily nobody else wanted it & that should have been my sign to keep it pushing to another complex. Upon further inspecation, we found the dishwasher was full of dead roaches. The baseboards of my apartment were covered in dead roaches that were painted over. We had missing tiles downstairs in our dining and living room and cracked tiles upstairs in our bathroom. They couldnt even be trusted to fix our towel racks so we could hang our towels up. We documented everything and kept going bc we thought it wasnt anything too bad. Cut to the fall before we left. We found out that our neighbor had moved out bc of a BLACK MOLD problem in her apartment. She paid to have someone outside of the apartments come and check it out. They wouldnt fix the problem so she left. I should have done the same. We checked our vents and documented every single one of them bc they were filled with mold. We had the maintenance come out finally and he wasted maybe 10 minutes in my apartment pretending he was cleaning it out. He used watered down bleach in an old Windex bottle, which I documented with pictures and videos. This place is nothing but trash. I waited it out and even cleaned up some of the issues myself. Now, two months after my lease ended, Im still waiting on my deposit back. My lease stated we would get it 30 days after. It will be 60 days tomorrow. Please dont waste your money here. It really isnt worth it. They dont care about anything other than collecting rent. They will give you the run around when you call and pretend theyre doing something about it. Do NOT waste your money or risk your health for these apsrtments.

We moved in around the beginning of December. When we signed the lease with the lady we originally spoke to she snuck in the contract that there is asbestos in the ceiling. We continued to give her work requests for issues with the apartment and she made us think it was the manager who had not been approving them but it had actually been her not putting them in at all. We came weeks later to check up on our requests since it had been so long since they were placed and we found out from the manager she had fired the assistant because she had not been putting requests in or doing her job right. When it started getting really warm out we found out the A/C was not working after going through 90% of winter without heat and having to borrow electric heaters from family and friends to not freeze. When we asked the current manager to fix the A/C she got rude with me and said They will get to it when they get to it.. My roommate had to call back and threaten to sue because we had other work orders for our dishwasher (which has broken and flooded over 4 times since moving in and didnt work when we moved in) and other small things around the apartment (some doors dont have a latch and will not lock or stay closed and the towel racks have never been put up and fixed) that had been in place for over 2 weeks which is the time limit they have to fulfill the requests put in and my roomate said that they can come fix the A/C when they come to fix those. We constantly have to call and threaten to sue yet we have maintenance that literally lives 4 doors down from us. When they moved in after we had been living here already one of them got a motorcyle that doesnt work and constantly had to have the battery charger with their truck. They would rev the motorcycle for hours right until noise curfew, multiple times a day, for at least 4 days a week. This went on for months and finally we made complaints to the office. They kept telling us that since it was before 10pm they couldnt do anything. Finally my roommate had to threaten to call the police for the manager to speak to her own employee about not doing it so late and so often. Now were dealing with an ant infestation, they sprayed which was them sending someone in and them putting pest killer on the kitchen window, the floor by front door, and the floor by the back door. I have a picture of my coffee cup I sat down the same day the sprayed and it is full of ants. This place has been NOTHING but problems. The new management they advertise on the buildings and the maintenance are the most careless, selfish, and stubborn group of people I have met. If I would have known this place was so bad I would not have signed a lease here.**UPDATE**Since I posted this view I have since moved out. The mold issue was temporarily fixed by spraying a bleach mixture into the vents. If you look at the pictures listed in the Google page I uploaded a screenshot I took of all the vents with mold while we lived there. We made sure any repairs needed for the apartment had been taken care of by us and they had moved new tenants in not even 2 weeks after we moved out. We have been moved out since January 8th and STILL have not gotten our $400 deposit back which we were promised to get back in FULL. We were finally told by the current manager Amy (who continued to pass us to her assistant Ana) that the check had been sent from corporate 3 weeks ago and at that point there was nothing she could do anymore and refuses to give us her District Managers number. If you value your health and sanity DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.We are SOO fed up and ready to leave these apartments. The apartments are not up to code, and we have had TONS of problems which are worsened by the fact that maintenance rarely comes to fix it unless you nag them incessantly. Just to give an example, it took 7 notices in just the first 2 months living here for them to fix downstairs flooding from a bad pipe leak!!! The circuit breaker went out and killed BOTH our computers from surges but they are not responsible for the damage. Our door locks are terrible. The pool is closed pretty much half of the week. UGH.

I think that there are so many great qualities about this place. The manager is amazing and with the maintenance guy on leave he has really stepped up and is there for all the residents and his crew. If hes not on grounds helping with apartments, hes in the office This place has been my home for years and I love it. She said if she finds out that I try to talk about my lease with Pedro, the property manager that she will evict me??? Whats going on here????Everything was fine and now Im being threatened?I went to put a work order in and the other new lady was being friendly but she even made weird remarks sexually, showing me her tattoosI remember Pedro always being at work and always working 7 days a week and trying to cover everything that needed to be done,obviously seeing how dedicated he is after the owner physically assaulted him has my husband and I flooredI hope that what the new boss said to me is true because If she does take over the other manager has a lawsuit on his hands and I personally have on video the owner pushing him on the sidewalk and punching himself in the face. And I will be more then happy to give it to cooperate Thats how the owner treats the one person thats always here? Thats how you treat someone in front of their employees that have serious respect for him and work just as hard as him?I expect to see changes and not from this new lady who came to my house who was rude to me personally and talked about the manager in a context about things things that are too questionable to post on a website ( who goes knocking on doors Ana mad mouthing other employees)?Ive always dealt with him and I know for a fact that he has always put his job first 7 days a weekmy husband asked Pedro somethings about it that we see is unfair like her getting a 4 bed when he has 4 kids, pedro said dont worry about it and that he was happy to just do his job?!? Obviously he is for some reason faithful to the owner who got up in his face but as a resident Im not going to stay somewhere that they treat their members of management like that.I have family in 6 other units and I will be glad to talk them into going else whereIve been in management my whole life and Im disgusted by the way they are treating him and will be more then happy to post the video I took of the owner cussing at him and assaulting him in front of all his employeesI will also be happy to screen shot the text from the baby sitter admitting that she made false accusations against him just to get Christine the old assistant out of troublePedro makes this a peaceful place to live and if anything changes It will be a shame, we love it here and we love how the staff has always treated us, we are just taken back by finally seeing what theyve had to deal with from upper management, its really disheartening

Apt is ok, however the pool has Not been open except the day we moved my brother in. Last of summer and a perk for living in apts. is a pool. Its been closed every day for over 2 weeks

If I could give this place a review without giving them ANY stars, I would. & as someone who is CURRENTLY living here, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this review seriously.To start with, we ran into problems the day we even signed the lease. We had been in contact with the leasing agent for at least a month about our apartment. We got here & what does she tell us? She almost gave our apartment away bc she forgot we switched to one with a bigger floor plan. Could have costed us a bigger electric deposit since we had already switched ONCE with OG&E. From there, it just got worse. We waited two weeks to even get some of our furniture upstairs because despite calling multiple times, they wouldnt give us five minutes to take down our stair railing. On top of that, we are six months into our lease & there is still problems that havent been fixed that we put on our initial inspection. Filled the sheet out & the woman I gave it to, never put it into the system. We went almost all winter without heat. It was well into January when they finally came out & fixed it. & yes, we called at least once a week. Now that its basically summer? My air conditioner goes out almost every other week. ridiculous. Everything in this apartment was painted over. Our towel racks (which were reported our first week & still havent been fixed) were painted over & broke off the wall with just one towel hanging on them. There was dead roaches painted over in my roommates room. The drawer in my kitchen fell down with glass items in it bc it eas painted over instead of fixed. Theres paint spots all over bc they were careless. The carpet comes up so easily & on top of that, theres chunks missing in places. Our dishwasher was full of dead roaches because housekeeping couldnt be bothered to look into it before they rented the apartment to us. Our refrigerator came without all of the shelves & when we requested they come out & put some in, they left them outside our apartment. Our downstairs bathroom wouldnt flush without overflowing for a month & a half. It had feces in it the whole time but maintenance didnt care. Pest control came a day late this month (being the only month theyve come out since we rented) & basically didnt do anything. My apartment is infested with ants. Still. After they sprayed. Not to mention, the maintenance men are unprofessional. I left a dirty pet carrier outside my apartment bc we transported our dog & it was gone the next morning. I reported it & told them to reimburse me for it but what happened? It randomly showed up later that day telling me someone had just taken it. I keep seeing these reviews saying for the price, theyre good apartments.. WRONG. Im paying almost 800$ to live in a place that doesnt care about our well-being. Paying 800$ to live without basic air conditioning & heating. The neighbors we had when we first moved in? Were wonderful! I absolutely loved them but they left bc they had MOLD growing on their ceiling for months & they refused to fix it. I watched the maintenance men cut the part of the ceiling out & throw it in the creek by my building. Its ridiculous. The only thing that seems to matter to these people is their money. I honestly wish I had read the reviews of this place before we rented. Needless to say, we cant wait until our lease is up. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Its already been three months since i left that place and that guy called Pedro still has not giving us our deposit back and his just giving us the run arounds and the reason we left apts are not up code and i have seen where they paint over mold and our apt. Would flood ever time it rained and if you would give Pedro a complaint to get something fixed he would never take care of it. Also the washer machine never work. Please do not stay in those apts he takes advantage of those people who have to go to school there . your better off staying under freeway.

I honestly dont know what could be worse than this place. The fact that I have to give this place even one star physically pains me.When we moved in, there were already a handful of problems. There was a hole in my bedroom window, the hot water didnt work in the other room where my roommate and her infant were staying, and the front door did not properly close.It took almost a month for anything to be done about the window. We moved in mid February so you can bet it was freezing in my room constantly while everyone else was getting over-heated. I tried using duct tape, a blanket, anything!The day that they came to fix it, I was running around in my underwear, like people do in their bedrooms when the heaters on blast. There was no knock at the door. Just the bang of a ladder against my already breaking window and a man climbing up to sneak a peek! I was outraged. When confronted, he said he didnt have to tell us that he would be fixing it. I would understand if it was the roof, but this was my window into my bedroom!!! Thats absolutely violating! I decided I didnt want to deal with it so I told them I was going to leave to do some errands and Id leave the rest to them. When I got home, me and my friend were talking, letting her infant crawl around and my animals were about as well. I went over to check the new window to find shards of glass thrown about the floor, my bed, and my dogs bed! Thankfully I caught it before I walked on it or the infant or any of my animals! I picked up all the shards big enough to see, but for a few months afterwards I cut my foot on tiny pieces of it.The hot water issue still hasnt been fixed at this point. But we keep bringing it up at least once a week.Next is the door which didnt close all the way. We were told it wasnt their problem because they had just replaced the door with a new one. Which they obviously did not. You can plainly see that they painted over the numbers of a different address, and the metal trim on the bottom to seal the door is very obviously broken and lets water in whenever it rains. We replaced the knob, but still have to slam the door and wake everyone up just to get it closed.The hot water still was not fixed at this point.A few months later (3 1/2 months in now) ALL the hot water is GONE.Suddenly, they want to get right on it.The first couple of times they tell us they dont know whats wrong and they cant fix it.Well, thats just not good enough.After more inspection, they find the coil has corroded, so they replace it. But there is also a leak. They dont fix that and the coil corrodes again. Back to square one.So after complaining for 3 more weeks (4 months in now!) they replace the water heater.But, we still dont have any hot water!!!So they finally say they think the problem is that we run the AC and hot water at the same time.Apparently that was blowing the fuse to the hot water tank.So they have to add a whole new part to the fuse box.Weve had hot water ever since then.About a week after that was finally fixed, our AC starts leaking, and pipes from my roommates bathtub start leaking downstairs. I always thought the plumbing in this house sounded old, so this didnt really surprise me.The AC was practically pouring out water, so we called the emergency maintenance only to be told that it wasnt an emergency and not to call again. So the next day we call the office and report it..A week an a half later, we finally visit the office and demand something be done. We had called constantly and always been told tomorrow. We laid down all the extra towels we owned and some of them were molding because we cant afford to use the washer and dryers in the laundry facility. Someone finally came and they claimed to fix the AC and told us that the dripping from my roommates tub was our fault. I know she lays a towel down on the floor when bathing to soak up the water, but when we went up and checked, the towel was gone and the floor was soaked! Also, the AC is still leaking. They lie, manipulate, and use you! Rent at your own risk!

These apartments are long time victims of POOR MANAGEMENT. Honestly the owner of this property is probably tapped out from expenses caused by tenants and the children they spawned tearing up the apartment and the grounds. I think these apartments are somehow way off on its geographical location, LOL they should be on NW 10th and in between MAC and ROCKWELL if you dont believe me take a ride. POOR OWNER he probably cant get rid of it either.

Ok me and my wife and newborn son moved here at first it was ok as i liked the town house feel then the roof leaked we called several times and they never fixed it.. then out of nowhere our ac (thats in the ceiling) caught fire our cars were broken into several times and they would never do anything about it...please whatever you do do not move here

Wow! I cant even say Im shocked seeing all the reviews after only living here for roughly three months. I currently live here and I can say Im very impatient waiting until the lease is up. First and foremost, me & my roommate were given the run around in the very beginning and they kept pushing things back. Move in day its like they just rigged everything to get us to move in fast. There were splashes of paint on the wood floors that no one bothered to clean up. A lot of things were not fixed just painted over which I have witnessed maintenance do recently. Let me start by stating the first issue I noticed was the front door. It looks like it has been kicked in before and they fixed it enough to where it locks but you have to slam it really hard to even get it to shut. The bottom of the door is messed up and the wood where the door shuts is horrible.The dishwasher in the kitchen falls forward when trying to use it. There was a complaint to the office about one of the bedroom doors not shutting up stairs and the toilet in my bedroom not flushing. I would have to flush it three times for anything to go down and not only that it doesnt flush when you press the handle down, you have to press and hold the handle down until it is completely finished. Thats gets annoying. Also my sink or shower in my bedroom started to leak and I noticed it leaked into the ceiling downstairs to where it turned brown. Went to the office and made a complaint nothing was done. It also stinks in my bathroom because of the water leaking and drying constantly. It is wet under my sink so anything underneath there also is wet. Went to the office and made another complaint about the water leak and all they did was paint over the ceiling today where it was brown. How disgusting is that? Ive had enough already and I can easily see this is going to be an issue. I have a two year old daughter . Obviously that has been and issue that never gets fixed but only painted over which can grow mold. Me and my daughter and my roommate can get sick but does the office care? Not at all to just paint over it. That needs more than a paint job. Its brown.Its just so much I could say but in all honestly do not move here . Save yourself the frustration because this is a lot of money to be paying to live somewhere where your well being does not matter just your money .seriously can not wait until my lease is up. Ive seen enough already and this place is beyond unprofessional .Not to mention anytime maintenance comes to attempt to fix things he leaves a mess and doesnt care to clean it up such as he did today in my apartment. This places deserves no stars at all. Ive noticed places 200$ cheaper and have amazing reviews and beautiful apartments. I cant believe I chose to spend a year here. Thats what I get for not doing my research. The management are also liars pretending as if they havent heard or seen anything people are talking about on the reviews. Management knows just as well as I do me and my roommate have been in the office or called numerous of times.
