We use Foxcroft to house over 40 employees this winter and they have allowed for the heater to be out in the entire complex for 15 days now. Our company is absolutely disappointed in management at Foxcroft. There have been nights when it is 17 degrees outside. They have not offered to relocate tenants and do not answer phone calls or emails. Weve extended grace many times, but they seem to not value our business.

Thats was the worst apartments I have ever lived in, Thank God we moved out.

I love this apartment. Its nice roach free lots of space and the water doesnt smell like raw sewage. I recommend Fox Croft apartments to everyone.

The worst apartments we have ever lived in! There is constantly people outside howling and making a bunch of noise in the middle of the night! We found lizards in our apartment!! They have roaches and the office staff are some of the worst people we have EVER had to deal with. The maintenance men came into our apartment unannounced multiple times, they wouldn’t even fix anything just rig stuff and it would go out again in a week!

This complex is terrible, theres barely anywhere to park, water seems to get shut off every other day for a while. Also its not very fun to have to take everything out of your pantry and cupboards bi-weekly so they can spray for roaches. The apartments are ugly, you can find a better place to live for the same price. Youll probably regret moving here.

No good people

The ladies in the office are very welcoming, upbeat. Very helpful and answer all your questions and needs quicly. My family and i are very happy to be here, and love our apartment. The court yards are so spacious great for your kids to play in, clean and pretty. It is family and community oriented which we love.

We havent had a working furnace in our unit since before Halloween. Tomorrow is New years Eve. They gave us 2 space heaters and that was that. Nobody is fixing it, and they literally dont care a bit. We have a baby in the house, but its not really their problem I guess. Absolute sh*tshow. Also, mice, roaches, spiders, bedbugs, water shut off almost weekly. Its awful.

I love the spaciousness and amenities of these apartments. Xiomara is great, she cares and makes tenants feel important. Maintenance is great too. They get right on top of any issue.

I love living here, they are always so professional and willing to work with their residents. you truly feel at home and taken care of here. and xiomara in the front office is always a shining light in my day!

Love Xiomara in the office. She takes great care of my friend who lives in these apartments. My friend has disabilities and xiomara goes above and beyond. The apartments feel safe and are well cared for!!

Would give more stars but my rent deposit was never sent back to me after the apartment manager said that Id get it back IN FULL in a month. It hasnt been sent SINCE DECEMBER 01st!!! It is NOW MARCH!!! Give me back my deposit!!!

This place is awful. Wind blowing through the windows while closed with curtains drawn. Dirty with stains and cigarettes burns upon move in. Cigarette burns on counters. Apartments are painted with a sprayer and they dont tape or cover anything. Electric and cable outlets in 2nd br dont work. The supposed free cable is only antenna tv. Heater was a joke needed the heater on 90° and oven on broil with door open. Bathroom and closets were freezing. Hot water for shower runs out in 7 mins. No hair washing, shaving and showering. Got stuck with shampoo several times. Better locations for same rent.

Unfortunately, it is not as expected, one comes to the office to report a problem and they never solve it and the manager says that she cannot do anything here in those apartments. I do not recommend living there, they do not have good management

Of the worst in apartments these are the worst, I do not recommend it, you will die of heat in summer and you will die of cold in winter and the administration will not do anything aaaaa and be very careful because they are already putting each people in !! Its scary to live there, very unsafe.

It is not what I expected👎I thought that since it has good score and good comments it would be an excellent place to live but on the contrary I only hope that my contract ends to leave because apart from the fact that the apartments are very hot and the Wi-Fi signal is bad until the woman in the office ( Xiomara) has been rude to me0⛥ I definitely do not recommend them
