Really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone was extremely professional and my son said the tooth extraction didn’t hurt him at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My 13 year old just loved this place! The Dentist was very nice and explained to you what needed to be done where you could understand and you weren’t confused and answered any questions you made had. He was funny and kind and he made my daughter feel comfortable and she wasn’t nervous going to see them. The staff was was awesome! As well! This is a great place I recommend this place to everyone.

Went for a consultation to have my daughters wisdom teeth removed. We saw doctor Patel who was excellent and spoke to both of us with equal respect and concern. He explained everything that would happen before, during, & after the procedure. The receptionist called to explain our insurance coverage and costs and to schedule after submitting and she was very kind and competent. The day of surgery went smoothly and my daughter says everyone was very nice and talked her through a moment of panic before they sedated her and she fine. For that I am extremely thankful. Knowing that even when I am not there the concern and integrity of this staff is excellent. She has had very minimal pain in the few days following. Dr Patel did an amazing job.

Look elsewhere place is horrible, I’ll never refer anyone friends or family to such place. There times never are close to schedule appointments, many occasions I’ve waited over an hour and half to be rushed out the chair to services being done incorrectly, ended up seeing a different dentist who fixed there mistake.

The office staff handled a canceling mistake from someone in the office very quickly. I was ok waiting on the dentist after the X-rays. She was very nice and explained everything. She even stated I just needed a regular cleaning.The long wait caused a delay with my cleaning. She came to take me to her office and appeared aggravated for having to stay late. She then informed me that Im not supposed to book an x-ray and cleaning at the same time. I tried to inform her that I have always schedule both together to avoid taking off two days from work. She quickly replied, “I have a family!” I replied, so do I, and the only difference is youre getting paid, and Im losing pay. At this time, I began to feel uncomfortable as she then stated, “Well, the person got in trouble for doing this!” I began to feel horrible for being the reason someone was written up.She began to inspect my teeth and started, “I dont know why the dentist said you need a regular cleaning. You need more and it costs $130, I agreed and signed for the I believe a deep cleaning. She then stated I have three pockets (I think) and it would cost $45 each. I agreed. At the end she was nice and gave me another appointment the following week.This is why I couldnt rate my experience a five star. Undue stress and discomfort was placed on me to deal with. YOU SHOULD NEVER DROP YOUR GARBAGE ON CUSTOMERS!!!!!

The office is very pleasant, helpful and friendly, from the front desk to all the way to the Doctor. The Doctor is very professional, caring, gentle, friendly, sweet and very knowledgeable. Im blessed to have a great Dentist that I can trust. The Doctor explain everything that needs to be done. The Dental assistant to Doctor makes you feel very comfortable. If I can give zero to this practice I would! The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They switched my appointment without any consideration of my time and schedule, and when I called I got the most disgusting attitude from the staff- The girl kept getting loud and talked over me the whole time I was on the phone instead of apologizing, and trying to make things right. I will never return to this practice again, what a shame!

I went to this dental office for 1 reason. A crown had fallen out and I wanted to have it replaced. Within 1 hour, they took a full mouth xray and the dentist gave me a complete exam. Nothing was said about my tooth with the broken crown. Next thing I know, I am looking at a full treatment plan for over $10k! Not what I wanted to even discuss. Bad business, cramming all that down my throut when all I wanted was a repair.

Staff are a great asset in making any company/business successful. Town are Dental of Forest Hill has been over and beyond caring and very professional from the receptionist to hygiene assistant, the biller and coder and especially the dentist!! Is been a very long time that I received a callback asking the well-being of the patient. I would recommend this office to everyone I know that needs oral care! Thank you for your kindness, and to the young lady that provided instructions in after surgery to wheeling my daughter to the car putting my daughter in the car and buckling her up...kudoos to you madam!

Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation. They took an X-ray of the front of my face, and then told me that they needed a better view of the side, requiring a Cat scan. I declined, and agreed to the alternative which is removing the top part of the tooth and leaving the bottom. I was told I would need to wait at least two weeks for my dental insurance pre-authorization to come through. They tell me they dont take medical insurance period. They said they would call me as soon as they get it, and that they may send it to me first, and if that happens to call them. A month goes by, I receive no call or anything in the mail. I call to see what the problem could be. The phone operator tells me they have had the pre-authorization for a week now, and offers no apology or explanation for why they didnt call me. The insurance is covering very little of the procedure. I decided to get a second opinion. I find a surgeon that takes both medical and dental insurance. They take a panoramic x-ray of my teeth (that goes all away around my head). The doctor tells me there is no need for a cat scan, and that a panoramic x-ray machine is pretty standard equipment for any oral surgeon. They compare what my two insurances will cover, and give me the best price. The price through the same insurance at this place was about half of what towncare dental wanted me to pay out of pocket. Do your research, dont just go to the first place you are referred.

I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and when I went in for my pre -op appointment Dr.Patel was so nice and straightforward and explained everything to where I felt like I trusted him to do the surgery on me . best decision I made to choosing a maxillofacial surgeon.

Every body is so nice and they know what there doingI never laugh so hard in a long timeI’m in a little pain but is to expectedDr is awesome she is funny and sweet, they make you feel like you know every body for a long time.

Towncare dental of Forest Hill is a really great dental center. I’ve been looking for a dentist for the past year, and was very happy with my experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Always a great experience there. It may not be close to where I live now, but it is worth the trip.

I had all of my teeth pulled and implants installed, I went to this office for permanent dentures. First they lost my paperwork that I handed directly to the dentist and it took a month for them to ask me to get them the paperwork again. (thats another month without teeth) Then I went to get the tracers installed for the first impression, and they only had 7 of 8 tracers, (another week of no teeth) Then I went to get the last tracer installed and the first impression and they didnt have the torque wrench for the tracer and proceeded to tell me that they couldnt do the impression because the dentist was taking personal leave of absence. One of the employees told me in confidentiality that they didnt have faith in the dentist or the office to do a good job for me and to go elsewhere.

My experience was horrible. The staff was nice except for Dr. Udell. He told me that the work he did on my teeth was nauseating. I had a full upper roundhouse. I was not satisfied with the work he did and I did not like the looks of the teeth I received. To this day, I still feel clostrophobic with these caps he put in my mouth. They feel and look terrible. Shortly after the work, my front teeth chipped off at the bottom probably from being too long or too big for my mouth. Also, now I have cavities under my caps. Two teeth fell out from having cavities underneath. I am facing having to get all of his work taken out of my mouth and now will have to get dentures. It has been horrible for me. And it was very expensive for me. I wish I never had him work on my teeth.

After the experience with my last dentist (see review on Tender Care Dental), I was not looking forward to trying someone else. The dentist asked me what concerns I had, addressed all of them, and formed a treatment plan. The support staff sat with me and went over each item on the plan and what the cost would be so I wasnt surprised. The office uses modern technology which really improves their ability to treat people. Office staff was kind and courteous. Looking forward to finishing my treatment!

Pilar is such a sweetheart and has always been. She allowed me to take an important phone call during my cleaning. She was patient in waiting and followed up to make sure that everything was okay.

The staff is nice enough but forget about getting any info about what being done I asked for one thing and ended up with something else with no explanation as to why I havent seen or heard from the dentist that took my teeth. Now forced to ware glue in dentures I cant even get those when promised . I didnt think this process would be so unsatisfactory You should get some kind of customer service when paying thousands of dollars and trusting people with your well being.They can do much better in this office.They advertise as state of the art but its all very slow and basic.

What a rip off!! X-ray my teeth, tells me this little Fischer Ive had on back of front tooth most of my life was cracking and I needed to put a crown on it! Had 2 second opinions, because this didnt seem right. I was correct nothing wrong with tooth at all! And they pull the ever popular we cant just give you a regular cleaning, you need deep cleaning!!! More phony charges!!.

I first would like to say I may have done 3 reviews in my 50yrs & really don’t like to be negative because people are people & we all make mistakes. But make no mistake about this place. 2015 Had toothache I go there & they do a whole exam & then I sat for over an 1:30min I asked & was told they were going to tell me about all what’s wrong & how much when I only wanted this tooth remove. Even after I said something I sat another 30mins & I had enough 3wasted hours. Present day I give another chance, Much better at first Doc was nice until it was time to take care of my now two teeth all was done with exam & was then taken to the hallway then shuffled to desk to be told we are going to do a cleaning 1st I said no how about the two extractions Oh ohhh she said I need to get the chart, then another employee said we can email it all to you I said SURE & there was that empty feeling again BUT I said ok & an appointment to have the teeth removed; Yes & you’ll get the email by noon tomorrow. Guess what still no email my teeth still hurt bad &?the nerve of that office asking for a Review sure TownCare Dental. The 1st & 2nd Worst experience of my life for a Dentist. The whole operation is to get folks with good insurance & or money and go to work on them that’s how I feel, Dentist said that one &?this one and that one are infected and that one but no Antibiotics. That place is busy but I can’t understand why. Never again even if it’s free. Sad some humans just don’t see others as humans.

I freaking love this place, Tanisha, the front staff, and the doctors are the best. My husband and I are new here and our expectations were beyond exceeded. I was in and out in about an hour, no complaints.

I must say this is by the far the best dentistry I’ve ever been to. Every individual I spoke to was very kind, patient and informative. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and eager to return. Dr Z made sure he explained everything in detail and Ms.Pilar was the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever met. I especially love that they work with on payment plans, very convenient. Thank you Towncare dental for by far the best dental experience yet, I WILL be back and will recommend everyone I know.

This is THE BEST dentistry I have ever been to. Every single one of the dentists that have worked with me have done an excellent job and do their best to make sure you are comfortable and that you are left satisfied. The same can be said about all of the dental assistants and the staff as well, they all show a sincere care for all of their patients and above all want everyone to have the best dental health.

I love this dentist so much. All of the dentist are great. Dr Gaby made my smile worth smiling again and she definitely knows what she is doing and talking about. Dr Z seems very patient and also explains the proper treatment plans. I recommend these people indefinitely. I hope they are around as long as I am because I plan to follow up regularly with whatever they recommend.

The staff were amazing. I had a more complicated dental emergency than I anticipated and the staff did everything in their power to ensure I left as a satisfied customer.which is an understatement. I can’t praise them enough. What an awesome TEAM!!!!

Worst experience in Forest Hill, WPB office . Rude language staff, very bad customer service,They went to perform a procedure without asking me if I agreed and without telling me how much they were going to charge me.They also sent an invoice later where there was a charge for an unspecified procedure that after contacting them they deferred to me that it was a security procedure by the covid19, of which I was never warned. The treatment and the image of the office is terrible and at no time are they alone to attend or listen to the suggestion so that other people are not scammed in the same way, to which they replied that at the door it says it when the most that it said in the door was that we are implementing security protocols but that at no time did I tell the patient that he will have any charge, because in the current circumstances security protocols are implemented in all places, in markets, stores, in the end his response was insurance I do not pay it and you have to pay it and by suggesting that they communicate it to future patients, the answer was at the door, it says so. Bad experience and very bad treatment to the patient, no friendly customer service, rude language I do not recommend visiting that dental office.1 star because is impossible post 0 star

I’ve had horrible experiences at other dentists so I was really nervous when I came in for emergencies extraction of my wisdom tooth because I was in so much pain ! Doctor Patel was EXTREMELY NICE very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! All the staff was very nice and friendly! Would definitely be returning! Thank you so much 😊

My daughter got her 4 teeth removed and I was very nervous but she came out perfect she was like it didnt even hurt and they were soooooo nice I personally REALLY liked the surgeon, he was very patient and nice as well. Every person I have had the pleasure of meeting has been kind and helpful!!! I have not had to wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes before they call me back. And, so far, it has been pretty painless.

Not a very good experience, I made sure to discuss on the phone that I was calling to schedule a teeth cleaning and that my insurance was up at the end of the month so there was a sense of urgency. I asked the lady on the phone if they would accept x-rays from my previous dentists office and inquired as to if they had a 3 year or 5 year policy for how old the x-rays had to be. The receptionist reported as long as they were within the past 9 years its fine. So I schedule the appointment. Im in the waiting room almost 40 minutes. They take forever to get me back my drivers license and insurance card ---- I had to ask for them back after they brought me to the room. Then another several minutes go by and the doctor comes in although she did not introduce herself as that. She did the biggest joke of an exam Ive ever experienced and Ive been going to the dentist regularly my whole life. Then after about all of THREE minutes of the exam they say lets go ahead and schedule your cleaning. I was very confused because thats what I thought I was getting done today!??! Turns out NO - They want me to get more x-rays so they can bill my insurance and make more money when we all know someone can clean teeth without x-rays (which they had copies of). It seems like money-making propaganda BS. It being a holiday week and my insurance terming by the end of the money there was absolutely no way Id be going back to get that teeth cleaning. Waste of an hour of my life, got NOTHING accomplished - and now this office gets to make money off of MY Insurance policy. Super absurd experience. No one wants to take ownership of the poor communication and I received absolutely NO help on this date.

Daicia was extremely welcoming and made my experience so comfortable. Gaby explained to me my issues and was very friendly. Best dental experience. As a touring musician, I have had to see many different dentists in many different states. By far, Towncare Dental has done the best job for me. Its the best my teeth have felt and looked in years.

The majority of the staff is quite friendly which is why Im giving two stars. However, the receptionist is dishonest and for that reason I will not be returning. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. Since I just recently got my current dental insurance, the receptionist told me that it wouldnt cover the cleaning and I would have to pay $165 out of pocket. When i asked her if I could just wait until my insurance covers it, she rudely said well its not Going to be in a few weeks. The waiting period is one year. Now I was 99 percent positive my insurance has a 6 month waiting period, which means I could schedule the appointment in about 5 months.The next day I called my insurance company to ask and they confirmed that the waiting period for the deep cleaning is 6 months, not 1 year. I honestly feel like the receptionist thought I was stupid or what, but I dont appreciate being lied to. I feel like she tried to pressure me into doing the procedure right away so I could pay up. Forget it. I will shop around different dentists to get a better price or otherwise wait until my insurance will cover the procedure. I will not be going back here.

The only reason I am giving a 5star rating is because of one exceptional employee they have named Donette. She is friendly, efficient, empathetic and always made me feel welcome. There is another front desk girl there that when you walk in you feel the negativity coming from her.

Went to this office for years and put up with SO much before I gave up. The revolving door of physicians were usually good, but the office staff is rude, degrading, and uninterested in providing even decent service. Neglecting to even bill my insurance and forcing me to pay by threatening to send me to collections. Literally never have they answered the phone or returned a message. I have waited over an hour past my appointment time and been treated like a piece of garbage because I was mad about it. Obviously overbooking with no regard for patients time. Quite over priced, I can barely get anything done before my insurance is maxed out. Will provide you with a treatment plan and then tell you that those prices arent correct anyway. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere.

Dr. Lynn and her staff provide consideration that is not only personable, but attentive to dental details. The monetary savings is more than fair and reasonable. For once in my life I can afford to follow the Doctor’s order when it comes to the needs of my gums and teeth. Thank You Dr. Lynn and Daicia for your exceptional quality of care!

Gabby is the best dental hygienist. shes very caring to your need and does a great job with my deep clean. I always see her for any cleaning that needs to be done.

Dr Bruce was amazing. Sometimes even adults have anxiety when going to the dentist. He thoroughly explained everything beforehand, which was very comforting. His numbing technique is great, I didn’t even mind the injections!

The Staff at Town Care Dental of Forest Hill, from the receptionist to the Medical staff, do their best to make you feel comfortable with whatever your Dental needs are. My Hygienist Pilar goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable while performing her skills with great care. The entire staff there should be commended for all the good work they perform there on a daily basis.

I Was Recommended To This Dental Office And After I Read All Reviews Its Time Management Get Rid Of The Rude Staff And Start Fresh. I have only been there once but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was going to be a crappy place, maybe because they take my crappy insurance but I was extremely pleased with their level of professionalism. My cousin is a very respected dentist in Doral and he was even impressed with the high quality x-rays he saw. He agreed with the doctors suggestions. Im very happy I chose them.

Gabby Medina my hygienist and Dr. Lynn were amazing, friendly, and informative. They would be the only reasons I would recommend Towncare Dental. They both did an awesome job on my mouth. I havent been to a dentist in years andThe receptionist was over whelmed with calls and the 3 other women (secretaries) just sat there gossiping while I waited 25 minutes to ask a simple Yes/No question. I arrived 10 minutes early and I wanted to know if I could I go Across the street and be right back. I stood at the window for 25 minutes. And I kept trying to get their attention but when ever they looked in my direction they would just turn back around and talk. Disrespectful. Only one young lady was doing anything up front.The only reason I am giving Towncare Dental a 4 * rating is because of Gabby Medina and Dr. Lynn . If it wasnt for them I would give Towncare Dental a 1 * rating. Because the receptionist and secretaries are the first people you see and meet. No one wants to come for a service and deal with rudeness. No one comes to be ignored. That just makes people want to leave and not return.

My kids have been coming here for decades and recently my wife and myself are also satisfied customers. Its unfortunate that some people give them bad reviews because they cant afford these treatments or their insurance simply dont cover them. So, i would suggest anyone check their insurance benefits first then you will be very very very happy with their services....AMAZING TEAM!!!!

Does not matter how friendly the dentist is, this place is a scam. They tell you over the phone that whichever service they give you is fully covered under your insurance, even asked twice to veryfy; and then AFTER your consultation, X-Rays and what not they slam you down saying you owe them $300 and they explain they can’t tell you if you’re covered by your insurance unless you’re there, WELL YOU DID. Someone is lying here and it is not up to me to figure out who. Quit pulling that scheme to get people in the door! There’s 1m ways to advertise successfully with something you lack, HONESTY. The reason I am so confident saying this is because I am reading several other reviews of people whom have had this happen to them too. Stay away from this place, who else knows what they are attempting to fool you with.

I had never in my life had a good experience at a dental office until I found Towncare dental. From the front desk staff to the providers everyone here is kind and helpful. I ended up coming here for a dental emergency because they were the only ones who could get me in same day and I decided to switch to them because of the amazing service and care. Due to my poor oral habits and horrible past dental visits I needed quite a bit of work done and everywhere else I had gone was like oh its $10,000 when do you want to schedule?` and I anwsered um when I have 10 grand hanging around. But at Towncare Ive already had half the work done that I needed and have only had to pay maybe $1,800. So for me its literally been a small fraction of what everyone else wanted to charge. They take their time to make sure your needs are met and make the expierence as pain free as possible. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend trying Towncare!

I must say, my experience here with the team was quality controlled. Starting with my initial visit (xrays and planning) the environment was assuring. The team was kind, compassionate and professional. I was delivered excellent customer service!The second visit was pleasant even more! There was no wait and the procedure was conducted with ease. First off Gabby the hygienist is such sweetheart and very good at her job. I believe Dr Delgado is also very good and also very good at explaining everything and sweet too.

Why are dentist and doctors offices the worst?? Do you guys even realize that you would be fired anywhere else? As soon as the Uber of dentist offices shows up youre out of business. you supposedly emailed me my X-rays, didnt get it. I spent 10 minutes talking to the receptionist about how I can’t come back on another day and I’d rather pay the minimum payment without insurance and pay the rest later, she agreed to only to say oh but we can’t do all three teeth today so you’re gonna have to come back like it was fine - I JUST SPENT TEN MINUTES SAYING I CANT DO THAT.

Every visit to Town care Dental, whether for regularly scheduled maintenance or an unexpected emergency has always been met with professional, superior, friendly service. My hygienist Pilar, she is amazing. I refuse to see anyone else. She always takes the time to make sure I am comfortable before she starts any work, etc. Additionally, she always takes time to ask about my family and how is everything’s going. To me, that shows that she actually cares and doesnt just view me as another appointment. And also Dr. Patel and his assistant did a great job on my in plant and he deserves 10 star. If youre looking for a great dental office that truly cares about your overall experience, go with Town care Dental of Forest Hill.

I have always had my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I’m a new patient at towncare dental forest hill and I went in for X-rays and I was told I needed a deep cleaning. It’s not a cheap procedure. My insurance would cover most and I would have to pay over $200. I call up and I asked if I could just get a cleaning that my insurance covers and hold off on the deep because I’m out of work for the summer and they refused. So Im moving on.

Dental part was excellent, but I did not know and was never told about a 201.20$ bill at the end of the appoinment for a deep cleaning, was not giving an option of payments or anything. Not a very nice surprise

This place has been family to me. I’ve been coming here since 1991, that should attest to the amount of care and service I have received from them!Dr. Lynn (dentist), Pilar (my hygienist), and staff have been the most delightful to work with. They both have gentle hands and make sure you are comfortable when your in their chair.The front office staff has been attentive and on point when scheduling. They send text reminders to make sure you don’t forget, which has happened once or twice in the last 26 years, happens to the best of us. You never have to wait more than 10 mins to see your specialist which has made coming here a breeze, you’re in and out before you know it.I would highly recommend coming to this office for all your dental needs!

I had an oral surgical procedure done on February 17, 2018 and it was a great experience for me. The staff and doctor were awesome. As a healthcare professional, people say we are the absolute worse noncompliance patients. I was scared but they calm me right down. I had very mild pain 7 hours after the surgery which motrin took care of. The staff checked on me Sunday evening. I am proud to be their patient!

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU - I was told I needed additional cleanings (debridement) which was not covered by my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for. I was also told my condition was severe enough that if this procedure was not done it could result in tooth loss AND it would need to be done multiple times and assessed after each visit. They told my wife the same thing and strung her along paying an extra $140 per visit. Never have we heard anything close to what this dentist was saying - in fact, every dentist we have gone to over the years has praised the health of our teeth and gums. So after having the debridement done as a precaution I was told upon my next visit that it needed to be done again. I went to a dentist we have used before for a second opinion and was told my teeth/gums were just fine. IF YOU ARE A PATIENT AT TOWNCARE DENTAL PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST.

My First visit with Dr Lynn, she was super knowledgeable and caring. I dont care for dentist.... PERIOD but her and her assistant Daicia made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in DETAILS. Dr Lynn is the first dentist to EVER exam me like a physical including throat glands, tongue, jaws and actual photos of my teeth (not just xrays)! She addressed my problems and gave her recommendations but wasnt super concerned with my issues which is a good thing in my books. Daicia was able to fit me in with the Hygienist for a cleaning on the same day as well, I was so glad to get that out of the way so that I can proceed with my treatment plan. She will be my dentist from now on!

I went there already few times and I want to say that the doctors are really nice and from the person taking X-ray to the doctor checking you and taking impressions are very energetic and friendly, very happy with the service thanks

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I called to set up an appointment to get a consultaion for my wisdom teeth extraction.I gave my insurance information to make sure the procedure was covered. After I saw the doctor, they said my insurance does not cover their consult or the surgery. I had to paid $90 just for seen the doctor to schedula a surgery I cannot get in there because they said dont take my insurance after they said they do. DONT TRUST THIS OFFICE. They yelled at me because I asked why they dint tell me that before my consultation

Really great experience at Towncare Dental. Donnethe helped me out with the paper work. Service was fast and got a deep cleaning no problems. Bilingual staff Spanish and English.Dayelin took my X-rays and explained everything I wanted to know. Dr.Lynn was also very nice and informative. Delanie the treatment coordinator was excellent and fast and filled me in for a deep cleaning with Gady(hygienist). I was a little nervous but Gaby got me through it no big deal.I Highly recommend this place to everyone.
