We have lived here a year and a half and have nothing but praise for the staff. They are pleasant and respond quickly to all requests. The complex is always maintained immaculately and all maintenance requests are handled promptly. You wont find a better place in OKC.

In the short time that I lived here Emma provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was ready for move-in at moments notice. I had to move out to due military orders. Definitely would recommend Park at Tuscany Apartments for anyone questioning to move-in.

Was a great first impression with personnel on day one, it stayed professional, outgoing and overall a great experience from application procedures to getting keys. Excellent service.

I enjoyed my time with Park at Tuscany. The office staff were very polite and hands on when needed. I never had any issues with communication and the maintenance team worked promptly with all of my work orders. I highly recommend giving this property a chance.

It took a month to get the kitchen light ballast changed and our kitchen sink faucet fixed. Once they finally came and fixed it we were happy with the quick work.

Well, we reported the issue a couple of days ago through the after hours emergency line bc our toilet was constantly running & we were afraid it would over flow & the shut off valve in the back did not work at all! Also, the toilet rocks back~n~fourth bc the seal on the bottom that connects the toilet to the floor, that white seal is what’s missing & maybe that’s why the toilet rocks around so much & maybe that’s why the lid to the tank doesn’t fit right? We aren’t Plummer’s so we don’t know! When we ask the guy who fixed one part if he sealed it too? He just left he didn’t say if he did or not. He did looked over worked & very exhausted. I really think he didn’t hear us asking him. They need to hire more guys Tuscany makes enough to hire ten to fifteen guys!

I lived in these apartments 2017 through may of 2019. Staff was always great and it was overall a pretty quiet and clean place. Pools are awesome, dog park is great, and its a convenient location.Recently though, I had a package get shipped there and I am no longer even in Oklahoma. Caitlyn (sp?) took my phone call and was SO HELPFUL and SO NICE. The fact that I dont even live there anymore and they were still so great is what made me write this review. Thanks again for a great 2 years and getting those packages for me!

I’m only giving 3 stars because the staff has been great, otherwise it’s a 2 star.I can’t wait to get out of here! Absolutely NO privacy. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear other residents above you through the supply vents urinating and flushing the toilet . I can even hear the adjoining tenants using the bathroom through my bathroom wall. That’s something I don’t wanna hear!I’ve had to make numerous noise complaints the whole 9 months I’ve been here. Kim has been great addressing the issues, but she can’t fix the structure.I can even hear the tenants dogs in the 3rd floor unit and I’m on the bottom floor.I’m a previous Case resident from a complex in Edmond, which is why I stayed with Case. This complex structure is cheap. I had no privacy or noise issues there.

The management team is always responsive and the maintenance team addresses even the little things promptly thank you.

We looked at many complexes before choosing The Park At Tuscany and I have to say it was because of how inviting and friendly the staff was on our initial viewing. Super nice and quiet complex.

We mostly enjoyed our time at Park at Tuscany. The staff is responsive to tenants, and workers are friendly and courteous. Other tenants could improve their Pet Parent habits and pick up after their dogs. It is not that hard to take a bag with you and Fido and keep the complex clean for others. Finally, the complex should fire the grounds crew and start over.

We moved from out of state in June of 2019 and lived at The Park at Tuscany for 5 months while we looked for a home. We had a 2B/2B apartment with an attached garage which was great. The staff was wonderful to work with. Our small dog enjoyed taking walks around the property were we always saw cute little cotton tail bunnies playing. It was also very quiet - which was nice. We also loved the location, so close to everything. Would highly recommend!

I lived at the Park at Tuscany for approximately one year. Overall, it was good service from the front office staffs in terms of delivery, responsiveness, and repairs. They receive feedbacks from residents in a timely manner and organize events that people could participate (before Covid pandemic happened of course). They were also flexible with Covid protocols and send regular emails about any updates. One thing that the complex could work on is how one front gate is always opened throughout the year, but the area is relatively safe.

I lived here for two years a few years ago and it was great.Tired to come back and they didn’t care who I was or that I had left them on good terms.Scheduled an appointment today, drove an hour in the rain with a baby from Norman, arrived just to find out they had leased the apartment I was interested in. Didn’t even receive a phone call to cancel the appointment . Very inconsiderate and I will absolutely never consider living here again. Management and employees in leasing office have definitely changed and are not the same kind and considerate people as before. Gustavo was rude and inconsiderate. I never post bad reviews but I am really upset by this..

Park at Tuscany is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! The apartments are spacious and modern. The staff at the front are some of the nicest people who actually care to answer questions. Getting stuff fixed usually takes either the same day or the next day, which was great. I’m sad to be leaving them, but my fiancé and I are moving to a house. I would definitely recommend Park at Tuscany to anyone looking for apartments in NW OKC. The prices, location and friendly staff can not be beat!

I moved Into my apartment in February and have had an excellent experience! I have had two small maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was well cleaned when I moved in and all the appliances and fixtures were in new or like-new condition. I love my new home!Update: it’s been 10 months now and my review still stands. I love living here and definitely plan to renew my lease. I would definitely recommend that you stop by and take a tour!

The staff were all EXCELLENT and made my time here very much enjoyable. The only things I can think of that were irritating (and no fault of the management team) was that not many folks picked up after their dogs which was an issue when walking my dog. I picked up more poo from other dogs than I picked up for mine just trying to help out. The other thing was the gate at the dog park didnt latch all the way unless you really struggled with it. I found out the hard way when my dog was playing and hit the fence and it flew open.Other than that my time living at Park at Tuscany was awesome!

We’ve lived here for a few months now and it’s been a wonderful experience! Neighbors are friendly and the staff is truly caring. We’ve had a few maintenance issues that have been taken care of right away, which would’ve never happened at my old complex. Thank you to the great front office staff and maintenance for actually caring about your property and residents. It’s very nice too having the dog bags all over the place it makes it a lot easier for those of us with dogs!

We have lived here 8 months and we are so happy here. The staff is awesome, from the manager and the office gals, to the maintenance guys! If you want a place where you are totally taken care of and enjoy a beautiful apartment in a peaceful setting this is the place for you. Our pets even get there own doggy park here! I really wasnt expecting to get the smoke alarm fixed since it wasnt considered to be an emergency, but Gustavo made it happen. When I returned from work it was such a relief to not hear that beeping noise. Those alarms dont hum out lullabies, the noise is supposed to get your attention. So I was dreading to sleep 2 additional nights in the chair in the living room with the bedroom door closed to try to muffle the sound. Thanks again, Gustavo!!!

Loved everything about our experience until we moved out. We couldn’t be there for a walk through but we got a notice in the mail that we were billed a ridiculous amount for cleaning fees. We had been there for 3 months and took great care of the place. Have been trying to contact them and discuss but they have yet to reply to our voicemails.

Love, love, love this place! Ive lived here for a year now and couldnt imagine a better place. They are very good about maintenance and the grounds are always so clean. The location is perfect for someone in their 20s, like me. I can step out on my balcony and smell all the delicious restaurants that are close by. The mall is walking distance, which is always a plus! The staff is always so helpful and understanding.

The staff is wonderful, to say the least! Wyatt was nice, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth set up process! If Wyatt was not available, the other staff jumped right in and helped answer any and all questions! Highly recommend!

My experience at Park at Tuscany has been nothing less than amazing. From the moment that I expressed interest in choosing their complex when I was in the shopping phase all the way to the point where it is coming around time to renew a lease. Although some people look at apartment complexes as temporary I will cherish the experience I have had here for a lifetime. The staff stay on top of things such as maintenance issues and I find it quite delightful that they host events around the summer time when the pool is open to encourage tenants and families to get out and have food and fun and meet their neighbors. This is not a biased review but a review of utmost satisfaction.

Ill tell you what, it takes a lot to please me when it comes to apartments. When I first came to visit I lived on the other side of the mall from them in a crappy area. So I wasnt sure how small of a distance between there and here is. Ill tell you what, that small difference changed a lot for me.This complex is ONE of the best Ive ever been to, they are actually gated WITH access codes. The last place i lived in was gated the gates stayed open 24/7. Boy was I wrong, this place is awesome, the staff are great and friendly, all around this is #1 place Ive ever been truly happy with.The parking areas are not crowded or filled all the way up. Also plenty of lighting in every walk way / parking area. Im super happy I made this move, look around at the other complex, but always READ THE REVIEWS. Youd be surprised how many times a review especially multiple of them can change your concept on living in a certain area

This is such a beautiful community!! All of the staff are helpful. One of the girls who works there, her name is Sarah. She is so sweet and easy to talk to, she is super helpful! I would recommend this community 100%!! Fabulous place!!!

The complex is beautiful layed out. They have an amazing staff who are always will to help you. They are friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door.

I am more than overjoyed with my experience from Park at Tuscany! I have had my fair share of apartment experiences, because this is the fourth complex Ive lived in. However, this complex is, by far, the greatest. The girls in the office are the nicest and maintenance requests get done very quickly! I just renewed my lease after living here for a year. I couldnt say better things about this place. The two times Ive had a maintenance request, the staff has resolved the issue immediately. I feel save with the on-site security patrol at night who is always available if a problem were to arise. The incredible lease manager, Lisa, has gone above and beyond from the day I signed my lease and consistently during my stay here. I couldnt be happier where Im at! If youre looking for a safe, beautiful apartment home with staff who genuinely care about their residents, this is the place to be!

The screw holding the patio door handle fell out & went missing. Maintenance brought me another screw & the tool needed to install it myself since we’re still in isolation.

I highly recommend this place all the time. I moved out of my house and was only planing on being in an apartment for a few months from fear of past experiences, but just signed another lease! This has been my favorite place Ive lived so far. The living room and kitchen is huge for an apartment! The staff and maintenance are above expectations! I’ve lived in apartments in Atlanta, San Francisco and Oklahoma City. I checked out 5 other apartment complexes when I arrived in OKC. I selected this one. I rate the Park at Tuscany as top notch. It’s been my home for over 1.5 years. It’s been my best experience at apartment living. Its conveniently located. Everything is close by, virtually within walking distance, from banking to shopping to eating out to medical and dental care (a couple miles away) to the local cleaners to a great local Gold’s gym to a really cool cinema, and a really neat Barnes & Noble’s café and bookstore, to basically everything. The folks who manage the place are friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in providing top notch service for residents. Lisa and all the folks in admin have been responsive, good natured and helpful. I particularly want to commend Monisha. She is the definition of customer service for apartment living. She’s the heart of the Park at Tuscany!

What makes a good apartment to live in? Lets break it down;1.) Is it clean and well kept?Not only is your apartment clan and above standards but it unlike most apartments, it keeps up with the times. You dont feel like youre living in a place thats been around for a long time and trying to keep current. This is probably becase the complex is reletively new. And from a newcomer, you probably wouldnt know that its older than 3 years. The grounds are well kept and beautiful as well.2.) Is the office / maintenance staff quick on their feet and helpful?110%. They are fast, friendly and above all else helpful with every need.3.) Are the prices frair?Given the times, location, and condition the complex is in, the prices are very generous. A tad higher than others, however how could they not be?4.) Is the location around the apartment appealing?Walking distance from the mall and fine resturants. 3 Minutes from the nearest target, wallmart, and other stores. What more could you want?Boom goes the dynamite.
