Horrendous application process. I had to follow up with with my past landlord and to arrange an exchange method for verification. I sent over pay stubs, logged in and sent screenshots of work forms and statements that showed my start date and wage. I had to log into work number and download a personal file that is NOT authorized to be given out to anyone for any verification purposes because they refused to go through the proper channels. (quite unethical business practice and possibly illegal, not sure) They mentioned to me that a paycheck with the accompanying paystub information is NOT employment verification. On top of that on day 22 of the application process they stated a brand new requirement we require a full year of employment history which was never mentioned in the previous 21 days during the application process. The frustrating part is I sent so many hours collecting the data they keep asking for and wanting more and more.I explained I have had over 10 plus of positive rental history. On a side note I actually been a leasing agent before so I know the process and the documents needed. Never have I seen such a disorganized leasing process. What I was able to pick up on was that the application process is done off site and the leasing agents are simply gathering information, they are clueless as to the information they collectively need or likely it changes case to case based on the corporate agent processing the application.I do regret applying here and putting all my eggs into one basket. I eventually was denied due to not providing a continues year of employment history. Given I just moved here and now have 5 weeks of pay stubs I can easily get housing elsewhere. I chose to be safe during the pandemic and lived off savings so that is why I dont have a full year of employment given the pandemic gap. Likely that is a red flag because if your willing to quit your job than work and risk your life so your X% more likely to default on your rent which higher than they want.I dont blame them its just business, but anyone reading through the old reviews about the application process being impossible it can be if you dont fit their probabilities numbers just right. which just keeps out the rift raft or likely to skip rent. Unfortunately im deemed as rift raft for the first time in my rental career since 2004. I havent felt this young and irresponsible in decades. haha. On second thought, that alone warrants a second star. touche.

I would not recommend this apartment ever.I moved in October.They had rushed cleaning and shampooing the carpets to where it was still wet when I moved in.Not only that but the carpets smelled like dog and dog urine, and anytime you’d sit or walk across the carpet with socks on, you would get dog hair on you.I DO NOT OWN A DOG.Their solution was to shampoo the carpet again without vacuuming.It made it smell like wet dog.I had to gripe until they would get me new carpet and new tile because they did not deep clean anything in this apartment.There was trash outside when I moved in, and when I did the work order for my storage closet to be fixed, it still hasn’t been fixed to this day.There’s mold on the ceilings that looks like it’s been covered up.My bathroom vent is sticking out and the solution to fixing it it’s screwing a board over it so it doesn’t fall.And when they did try to fix it, they left debris behind.Also when a maintenance man came to work on my toilet, he left my apartment door unlocked!!!!!!!They only keep the front of the apartment complexes clean but not the back apartments.Trash everywhere.They don’t have the grounds keepers pick up the grass when they mow, so therefore it gets in the street & when it rains, it clogs up the outside drains by the parking lots and makes it flood.Idk how they don’t put two and two together.Also the security is terrible.First night I moved in, my neighbors were arguing outside my apt after curfew.Called the office today because my neighbors were arguing & fighting to where the apartment was shaking and they woke me up from sleep. But when an office guy came out, he asked me if it was still going on because he didn’t hear anything when he walked to their door.Because it totally sounds the same from the outside door compared to living under them.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

This place is horrible. We had just bought a house. We didn’t have to move for another 2 months so we asked the office if there were any penalties for moving out early. Chase one of the people working the office assured us that there would be no penalties and that it was a good idea to move early as they had people wanting to move into the unit. They even told us we would be getting our last months rent back if someone ended up moving into the vacant apartment. So we moved into our new house and forgot all about it. 4 months later we get a call from collections saying we owe the last month along with a few other “fees” apartments like to add on. We got no phone call or any letters regarding this from the apartments themselves. Do not trust these people. They will lie to you.

Absolutely the worst. Only got one star because zero wasnt an option. Can not get out of here fast enough.

I have to say this is by far the best place I have gone to! Great customer service! From the moment I walked into the office they made me feel welcomed, and were very friendly. The assistant manger manager was the one to assist me, and she was great! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment! Great apartments and staff!

Country Creek is a lovely, community based complex. The management is kind and understanding.I see a few bad reviews here regarding management. Please understand before moving here that there are a few people managing a complex that has almost 0 vacancies and 20 buildings. Sometimes it takes a reminder to get things done, but they are always prompt on the things that matter the most.

Wonderful place to stay! The office staff are very friendly and understanding about anything. They do community cookouts and fun stuff for the kids and pets. The maintenance crew is also very nice and courteous and if you need something fixed they usually do it same day you report it. All my neighbors are nice and friendly and there is plenty of parking. Awful laundry facilities. They dont maintain it AT ALL. There are never enough washers and dryers not to mention the dryers dont actually dry your clothes. Went to the laundry facility today and there was a washer sitting with water to the top and clothes sitting on top of the washers. In the summer the laundry facility gets super hot and no air conditioning.Also their apartments have absolutely no storage space.

Awesome people in the office, and awesome maintenance. Ive never had any issues with my apt. I did lock myself out once. I drive a truck for a living and left my keys in the truck that was an hour one way drive. Maintenance came an opened my door pretty quickly for how late it was. Office people are always friendly to me. One thing for sure you wont go dehydrated in there. I would recommend family and friends to stay here.

Everyone in the office is SUPER nice!! I have been here for job training and believe this is the only apartment that offers job clause where you can break the lease if you have proof of your job transfer. You will still need to give a 30 day notice though.This is a small quiet community where people live like a family. We have a pool party on the first day the pool opens in summer with free pizza and mini concert by our neighbors.Walmart neighborhood is across the street. Asian supermarket is 2 blocks away. It is really convenient to live here. A lot of good restaurants nearby.I had a flat tired last week and our neighbor helped change it into a spare tire despite the rain. We were extremely thankful for that.AWESOME and cool people live here!

DO NOT PAY THEM A DEPOSIT BEFORE YOUR APPROVED!!!! The first thing they are gonna try to do is get you to pay a 200$ deposit to “hold the unit”. Then if your not approved or change your mind they will say they can’t refund you because they held it, and missed out on renting it to Someone else. Even though you were waiting on them, and they’ll tell you that the refund will be refunded if not approved. DO NOT TRUST ADAM.

They are LIARS and THIEVES - even if you just apply and don’t end up moving in they won’t return your deposit! I applied but decided they were EXTREMLY small and very little thought was put into the design of the units. Also, there is no storage space at all!! Drab and dull units. I found something MUCH more suitable and they REFUSE to return my deposit! How BROKE can you be! Thank God I dodged the bullet of moving into this place!!

Great area! The complex is located by lots of businesses. Maintenance always responds to apartment related issues fast, usually within the same day. New and improved office staff makes my stay here even better. Would love to see a gym and assigned parking in the future :)

Highly recommend country creek apartments to anyone. Their Management is great, very quiet, and friendly... not to mention affordable. Anytime Ive had to get something fixed around the apartment, they are quick to come out and fix it.

I have been living here for going on 3 yrs. The office and maintenance people have been great. Any issues I have with my apartment they have been quick to get it taken care of. I also enjoy the free plant fitness membership. They strive to make it a family environment. 😁

I have lived at Country Creek Apartments for over a year, and I absolutely love it here. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. They have on-site laundry facilities that are clean and affordable. The new playground area is a hit with my grandchildren when they come over. The manager Mandy and her staff are always helpful and friendly. The maintenance men work hard at taking care of any maintenance issues that arise. Come see for yourself, youll love it here too.

Country Creek has really been great to me. Mandy has been accommodating ever since I moved here in August. I haven’t had any issues getting things fixed and done. Also a very affordable place to live!

We have lived here for over 2 years now. It is a nice and quiet place to live. Had a different manager for a while and had some problems then, but now we have the previous manager back and things are even better than before. If you have kids there is a new playground that all the kids love. They have a pool and great laundry facilities. I highly recommend Country Creek Apartments.

I have lived here 1 year and its very quiet, clean and friendly place to live. They have a very clean pool on site and clean and safe laundry mat on site. I would highly recommend if your looking for a family oriented apartment complex come join us.

Would recommend these apartments to anyone. Mandy, Adam and the entire staff are nothing short of amazing and would do anything to ensure the tenants are well taken care of and I feel confident saying that after 3 years of being a resident here.

I have to give this property 1 star in order to submit the review, but it will never deserve anything more than zero stars. My dad has lived there less than a month and has had his truck broken into TWICE, has caught his neighbor trying to open his front door to see if it was left unlocked and is completely surrounded by people partying and constantly doing drugs. He went to the office to discuss the issues and just simply wanted to end his lease for his safety, but all the office told him was to just ignore his neighbors and gave him the number to call the security company THE NEXT TIME SOMETHING HAPPENS! He’s lived there for less than a month and his A/C has already went out, the toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet and the mirror in the bathroom completely feel off the wall and shattered everywhere. This property is a complete joke, the office staff and management are worthless and I seriously hope you read this and instead of wasting your money on these trashy, roach infested apartments, you consider your safety instead.Update a week later nothing has changed still as ghetto as ever

I have been living here since August 2017 and I am enjoying it. The office staff are great and maintenance. When I moved in only had minor things that needed to be done and they where very prompt to get things done. Another plus you get a free gym membership the length of your lease and discounts to different restaurant etc.. I highly recommend this place if your looking to move in the South/Moore area.

This is one of the best apartment complexes out there in Oklahoma city. The staff are excellent, they greet you with an handshake and smile and hi. The rent in affordable. Two thumbs up.

The best apartment experience I have ever had, period!!! Mandy the office manager and her staff are 2nd to none when it comes to making their tenants happy. They will bend over backwards to help in any way they can, the apartments are extremely well maintained, I had new carpet and new tile installed in my apartment before moving in, fresh paint and cleaned exceptional well. The new security Mandy has brought in has to be my favorite thing about Country Creek now, they are always visible and diligent from sunset to sunrise.

These people are terrible at they’re job and said I want to stay there 15 months when I NEVER recall told them that when I said I want to stay there for one year and now trying to charge me more money than I pay for and I will never come back to country creek I recommend nobody move to those apartments and maintenance and apartments are terrible also they’re staff as well

Would NOT recommend at all, they’re a joke! They get you all excited have you paying deposits plus app fee before even being approved! They don’t return the deposit if you’re not approved or choose not to move in! The units are also dingy and really small! Everything in the units are also small and full of old utilities.

I moved into country creek apartments last October and just signed a new lease for 12 months. Since they got new management team, the apartment for totally done a 180. The new management is very friendly and always happy to help with any problem I might have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone moving to the Moore/ South Oklahoma City area!

I love living here. Management is always so nice and understanding. The complex is very well up kept and if there’s any maintenance needed they’re out the same day.

She really takes the time to listen to her tenants. I am giving it a 3 and my opinion may change over time. So far its kinda what you would expect from an apartment complex as far as things like parking space, pests, etc. There are much worse places for sure. The price is reasonable. I havent had anything crazy happen yet. Im giving it a chance and seeing how things turn out.EDIT: After about almost a year, i can say things did get better. The management team here has made sure of that and i just want to thank all of them. They treat me like family and are willing to listen to their tenants. The pricing is very decent and its in a good area. I have recommended to friends and people i know. Also, i will be renewing my lease

Ive been here over a year, the old management wasnt great but now I couldnt ask for a better place emto live with an awesome management team and staff. Mandy is amazing and so is the guy, Zach maybe? Anyways maintenence is quick and you can submit requests online or on the app as well as pay rent. They are constantly improving the place like landscaping, sidewalks it looks like and will be repairing something I was promised when I moved in that still hasnt been repaired but hopefully soon. The new saltwater pool is quite nice as well. I also have to say the prices are very reasonable considering the area and all the amenities close by and access to 35 and 240 within a few miles.

This is a great place to live! Mandy the office manager is the greatest! She knows everyone’s name that lives here and is very engaged with the residents! Love them all!!!! Always willing to help you out!

I have lived at Country Creek for several months. I love it here, clean, quite, no bugs, office staff is great, maintenance great. No complaints!

I moved in in August 2014 and the first year and a half was fine-I was paying cheap rent, so I knew not to expect amazing. But the last year and a half has been a JOKE!! Management changes all the time, same with front office, so they cant keep their finances straight. I got a notice I owed money and when I called the management got upset with ME for being mad I owed money that I didnt owe! I regret renewing my lease this year and will probably leave as soon as I can. Also, they keep jacking up the laundry cost

I lived here for a year and had no problem with management or anyone while there. Once I moved out is another story. I was not aware of the cleaning fees that I was going to be issued. I was given a $261.55 bill. My security deposit took care of only $100 of that, so that left me with a $161.55 bill. I took my check directly to the office on April 16. After 2 weeks my check had not been taken out of my bank account, so I called the office. They told me that they had made the deposit. 1 week later my money still had not come out of my account so I called again. I was frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. Someone told me that a person from corporate would actually be there that day and would call me back. No one ever called me back. Had to call a 3rd time and finally someone gave me helpful information. Had to email corporate and explain everything that happened. Waited over the weekend and finally today (may 8) had to call AGAIN and they said that they have record of my payment but no check and that I still owe them the $161.55. I asked for a receipt and they said I cant have one without giving them another check, even though they have record that I made the payment and I have a copy of the check I gave them. So they lost my check, handled my situation very poorly, dont call you back when they say they will, and just all around have poor organizational skills. I Enjoyed my time living there, but after my experience with moving out, I would not recommend anyone live here. Take your money elsewhere.

Im going on my second lease here and I love it they are a bit pricey but you get lots of discounts at places you frequent. Its very quiet and the staff is awesome

Clean complex and units. Other tenants are respectful and nice to converse with. Management is amazing, easy to get along with, and care about their tenants needs.

Everything was fine while i lived there. After i moved out i owed $29. Paid that amount in march and 2 months later in may country creek sent that statement to collections even though it was paid. Called 3 different times to speak to manager but manager was never there and of course to chicken to call me back. Now im having to waste my time getting a $0 collection yes they sent it in as $0 off my credit. So watch out when moving out because apparently the staff does not know how to keep proper records.

Terrible service...Some of the girls at the front office were nice. It was the manager that ruined my experience here. She believed since she was from corporate she could talk to a resident how she wanted. Rude! Not willing to help!So when I was wanting to move out I knew there was an early termination fee. Which I didnt mind paying. After paying and what not I turned in my apartment key, but my girlfriend still had the spare which I told them I would return to them as soon as possible. (A few weeks go by). I return to give the spare and was told I never filled out a form saying I didnt want to extend my contract. That I needed to give a 30-day notice. So they assumed oh lets put his contract as month to month. So now they said I would have to pay the rent for that current month and the following since I didnt leave a 30-day notice...they will try and screw you. If you do decide to live here I recommended getting copys of any paper work you fill out for them.

Since I have to give them a star. I lived there and moved out because the fridge broke 3 times in one month and I lost tons of money in restocking and losing groceries. They sent me to collections after I left and the bill had been paid in full. I will be going up there personally to have them look up their records and hopefully they did not lose them.EDIT: They did lose them. They had told me someone was stealing money and had ripped out my page in the record book they had. But they couldnt prove I had paid. Luckily I had kept my side of the receipts and I was able to send my verified payment to collections and get it scrubbed from my record and reported for false reports. WHAT A NIGHTMARE

Be sure you get everything in writing. Have the manager go through the walk thru when you leave. Read all the fine print.

You get what you pay for! The office is barely open so if you need something in the evening quite honestly forget about it. Half the time the washers and dryers are out of order. And I think majority of the summer last year the pool was filthy. Needless to say I got out of there.

OMG, If you are tired of pesty neighbors, unreasonaable staff and not-so-great community surroundings then Country Creek is the place for you/your family! One of the last communities left that seems as if its based on good ole southern hospitality!!! When we moved in we got all kinds of stuff. Like coupons to restaurants, FREE gym membership, FREE pizza from a nearby restaurant, discount coupons for several other places; they have raffles, chances to get money knocked off your rent, they have awesome gatherings in the office and pool area on holidays including arts and crafts for kids, food, dessert, games and best of all neighbors getting to know one another as well as staff! Its a great location with everything you need from clothes, to food, to fun within 10 min. great for single and families!!

1 star if that, problems never get fixed the mangers are lazy. Can’t read properly every time I turn in my rent they can never find it and always try and late fee charge me. Run as far from here as possible!

Ive Been A Tenant at this apartment for 5 Years living with my mother and a Year living on my own, Ive Been Asking for a Breeze way Light outside of my apartment for a month and. Half now and Still NO light I have even talked with the office crew about how Unsafe this is for me Leaving to go to work at 3A.M.

We have rude and neighbors. One lady accused us of having our dogs bark late at night when we don’t have dogs and they are upstairs. People can’t have aggressive breeds but yet I see people walking in and out of their apartments with pit bulls, etc. my car was broken into about 4 times had money, gun clip, handcuffs and etc stolen out. The “security” is never there at night. When you want to do laundry and you can’t put money on your card because the office is closed weekends and I work Monday-Friday 7 am to past 6pm which is when the office is closed. Horrible maintenance. Barely any parking.

The management & team have been nothing but nice and great to us weve only been here since May but no problems at all . Idk about the old reviews & tenets but my stay has been great maintenance making all repairs that are needed .

Country Creek has been my first apartment, and I have to say that my experience has really been great so far, the management and staff is really nice and really do everything they can to make sure that there residents problems or anything of that nature are resolved. Think again before moving into thees apts!! If I could have left a zero star I would have The Maintenance is the worst ever I reprotrd a very small issue in my bathroom ceiling just a few months after I moved in and well 12 months Later it was a hole LOL leaking.. then when it came time for me to renew my lease sure I understand there will be some kind of rent increase but they wouldnt honor the rate on the paperwork they placed on my door if I would renew the lease. When I went to the office it was like $75.00 more. LMAO. Then Now my Deposit they sent it to the complete wrong address and they tried to send a registered letter to a post office box. OMFG its a P.O.box there is no one there to Sign for it. Now Im being told its my problem not theres pretty much good luck. Trust me its not the money at all. Its the point thats no way to run a business at all. I personally know at least 4 Or 5 people that live and they will not be renewing there lease agreement beacuaee of this as well..There is an old saying in Business If a customer has a good experience they tell maybe one person about it and about that business. And if they have a Bad experience well they Tell every one they see and know about there experience with that business!! IE Country Creek Apartments, OKC. So think real hard before you move hereThere customer service is lacking to say the least !!!

I lived in Country creek for like 3 months, after the tornado in May 2013, my apartment flooded, my roof caved in, they ripped up carpet to dry the back half, I had to literally live in my living room. They did nothing to fix anything but to dry it. I complained at the horrible manager, my gma did, & my dad did before they let me out of my lease cuz they wouldnt let me change Apts for the same price, THEN made me pay like $100 for dirty stove and other little stuff. They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Ill be honest it was not the best experience with apartments that I HD but some of the resistance were nice. Most kept to themselves, there was constant management change and not much professionalism going on with most of them.

I Have lived here going on 3 years now and the maintnace is slow, they have an infested building that I have been complaining about for over a half of year. I have asked them to spray set out traps but yet still nothing. They tell me they will be out to spray in 2 days they have told me this twice since the new management has come. I have informed them that I have 2 little kids that cant be in this environment..but they still tell me I have to pay a new deposit to move to a diffrent building. Next step is to send the pictures to the corporate office.

Mandy and the whole office staff are amazing!!! I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and they all go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

This place is trash the office management is trash i would not recommend these apsrtments to anyone. Their thieves. The have a late fee 75$ they also charge a court cost by the 15th thats 93$ then they also threaten you with a writ fee of 116 if they have to enter your apt. I asked why they have so many fees their response was they have to pay themselves i was like wow unheard of... So please save yourself from the disaster staff and place called robbing creek

Dont live here unless you want bed bugs, maintenance men who cant fix anything and leave your lights on all day when they come into your apartment, and rude/dishonest management. We shampooed the carpets when we moved out and they sent us a bill for carpet cleaning. When we called to complain about it they told us the carpet cleaning was for what the naked eye couldnt see. so yeah, piss on this place.

Ive been here for four years and this is the best management since they changed the pool to salt water. An laundry is a dollar an they added a park for my boy
