Very nice if you keep to yourself. havent had air in like 5 days and its really hot. Although we do have an air conditioner but it would be nice to sleep in my own room if they fixed the air. Would be nice if there was someone in the office when you need service, because who would want to be In this heat? No one picks up the phone when you call. Made multiple complaints, still no air. Wish they would please fix it.

I have lived here for 10 years and its terrible now and thats due to the new property manager Ms. Vicky. I have mold in my apartment right now because my garbage disposal is broke and after 6 months she has yet to send someone to fix it. She has a bad attitude and even when you contact Herman Kittle they dont respond! Maitenance are all weed heads and hang out by the pool and smoke. They close when they feel like it. When my lease is up Im done. I have been living in mold and roaches with broken toilets since she got here!

Its really bad here. Its not safe for kids here or parents. If I where you do not move here.

New apartment had a few dings in it like my rooms door wont shut and had hoped off the hinges. Out tile is cracked. My tub leaks. But the staff are great comunity is great and friendly. I have been here 3 months now and am enjoying it a lot

I moved in a month ago and I love it my carpet in the apartment was beautiful also the staff is great nice and wonderful customer service it make a big difference when the staff actually care and they do i moved from a mouse infestation and I have not seen one mouse that is so awesome I love it here. I was so pleased I thank Tyesha so much for helping me out with the whole process she has been a joy to work with!!!!!!!

These apartments are trash, they have rats and roaches, the complex I was living in have mold every where, when it rain the water will flood in the unit, and intakes maintenance man 5 hours to come clean up the water, when I told front office I have mold they told me I didnt have to pay, but then when I moved out, they told me I had to pay the months of rent that they told me I did not to pay, because it was all verbal, they made it seem as if I never told them my unit at mold, I would not recommend no one to live here,

I was told on a Thursday that I might be able to get in an apartment that day. I received a phone call the same day saying that my backround was approved and to come see how much money I need to pay. I spoke on the phone with Shawna and she said I need to come pay the deposit and were waiting for compliance to get back with her.. I told her Id pay the deposit after hearing from compliace and, Im glad I did because its Saturday and I called them because Im already arranged to move in and they told me I wont be cleared till Monday because of an error... I was never informed of any errors. If anything this place has bad business dealings.. keep that in mind if you decide to fork over any money.

The maint. crew work very good and were very nice took care of all my needs

My entire stay was horrible. My downstairs flooded, an my apartment had mold which kept my kids sick. I had knee surgery so I couldnt jus up an move. Then they raised the rent. An I had trouble makin it, they would not even work with me on that. Im a struggling single mom on sec 8. Still after me complaing an calling the office to stop the flooding. I kept getting the run around. So I decided to move. An had to pay for the other appartment, an asked for an extension . An was not granted.. talk about no compassion. They dont have it they move you in a in un livable appartment . I felt trapped cause I couldnt jus up an move smh

Internet is god awful....oh and this. Kids behave but buildings are roach motels

Was visiting new years eve and heard gun shots at midnight. I didnt notice feel safe.

Dont let the looks fool u. Hate it. . Once my lease is up im moving

I live here the pool opens when they want it too which is bull we pay to much for us to have to go pay to swim elsewhere they take there time fixing things and the office only has one person to deal with all of us 1st apartment ever not looking for another ever had my grill stolen off my porch

I had to go back and edit 🙄 One of the worst mistakes I ever made moving in these apartments . The Maintenance sucks over here they Spend so much time in single women houses over here instead of fixing anything The residence throw their garbage all over the apartment I literally seen one lady throw a dirty diaper out of her window outside !! The roaches are bad they are going from Apartment to apartment and so is the mices

I have been calling,leaving emails and put in at lease over 5 work orders about the dishwasher its still broken I the three children a newborn a 9 yr and a 6 yr which is asthmatic the dishwasher will drain and there is mold in it also I will be calling my section 8 case worker to day because its obvious you guys dont care about your residents but yall are quick to try to evicted people and charge late fees
