We moved to OKC last year in the middle of the pandemic, we leased our apartment sight unseen and that was due to the great help and advice we received from Tonia. We explained to Tonia that we didnt know anyone in OKC so we were depending heavily on her consult and honest opinion to make our decision, she understood and took all of our wants and needs under consideration and when we finally arrived we were more than satisfied.The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are friendly, the community is safe and Tonia is even more helpful in person than she was over the phone. Needless to say we signed our lease to remain here for another year.

We’ve lived here for a year and a half and we love it so far! The unit is beautiful and everything works! And grounds are always well-maintained.Tonia in the clubhouse is amazing - she helped me find a perfect unit before we moved from across the country and because of her I picked Stonehorse over all the other options in OKC!

The apartment complex is great my first experience I had was excellent very helpful. However when I went to sign my lease I dont feel like the young lady gave me any in depth information. I have to ask what the gate code was, no information on gym code trash etc.

We lived here for just under 2 years. Had a great experience. The maintenance team was quick to take care of any issue not that we had them often. Staff is incredibly friendly. Felt like home our first tour

After 2 weeks I have no complaints. It quiet the people are nice and my dog loves it.

From the time I first walked in till this day. The Assistant Property Manager, Tonia made me feel so welcomed. She made my move-in process so very simple and easy. She was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had pertaining to upkeep, amenities, area and even my lease. Will always go above and beyond for her residents. As far as the apartments go phenomenal upkeep and great sizes and options. Also right next to the mall and other restaurants, so can’t really beat that. All in all very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I just moved in a few days ago and the process was wonderful. Tonia is very helpful and friendly. I’ve met several of neighbors and are they super nice and the community is reasonably quiet.

Where do I start?I am a bit flabbergasted by the way things are handled here at this property. I had a scheduled tour with one of the leasing agents. I believe her name is Martasia. (She is extremely sweet, might I add. She welcomed us in with open arms. This was greatly appreciated considering that my spouse and I came in from out of state just to visit).Our pleasant visit quickly came to an end but not because of her, but by what appeared to be a complete stranger or perhaps a gentlemen that was not able to live on property. This guy busted through the door, completely FURIOUS! He had no respect for her or my spouse and I. Even though we were clearly sitting at her desk speaking with her, this gentleman rudely interrupted. The agent tried to remain calm and apologized to us, and asked us to bare with her while she attempts to simmer things down and get to the bottom of the issue. The more she attempted to reason with him, the worse it had gotten. He absolutely was not hearing it. He began to yell louder, residents and other visitors were coming in at the time of this issue and she kindly turned them away and informed them that she would follow up shortly. (Which was extremely great customer service. I have no idea how she remained calm throughout this all but her focus was keeping us safe and the residents. Along with the image of the property)After things continued to escalate, she kindly asked the gentleman to leave, which he refused. He than began to be rude to my spouse and I, and at the point we decided to leave before things had gotten anymore out of hand. However, we did stay nearby in a parking lot to see how long this would go and to also make sure that she was okay. We called the police roughly around 10:54am. 30 minutes had gone by and you could still hear this gentleman yelling. Despite him being inside the leasing office, and us being in the car. I’m not sure if I’m more shocked at the fact that police had YET to arrive, or the fact that he was still in there and there was no manager in sight. No male workers in the area to help. This young lady was literally in there fending for herself and it makes you wonder just how often this goes on.We continued to watch Martasia to the best of our ability, since police had yet to arrive. At this point, I’m assuming she had found a way to lock herself in the room that was behind her desk. After a while, we were unable to see her but the gentleman was still in the same spot and still yelling. He eventually went to the sidewalk but stayed there. More people came to come to the leasing office but they eventually turned around so Its in question rather or not he said something to them or if they were just startled. Police have still yet to come at this point. We ended up calling again but we’re informed that they are still on the way. Not long after, a woman showed up in a cream white SUV. I’m not sure who she was. She had on a yoga fit and appeared to be on the phone laughing. As quickly as she was walking, I assumed it was either help or someone of importance. But shame on her to be on the phone with anyone else but the agent. There’s no way it could’ve been the agent. The agent still had not returned out of the back room, due to the guy still being there.Overall, our experience with Martasia was absolutely awesome. But I’m a bit disappointed that we were unable to view the property due the disturbance. I’m also even more disappointed in the lack of help that she received and the fact that she appeared to be working by herself with no form of protection nearby. Shame on Stonehorse crossing!I hope corporate sees this and I hope her manager does something or at least give her a raise. I couldn’t imagine our daughter going through this

Fast! This is the best maintenance team I have experienced in my lease/rental history. It is refreshing! The team is knowledgeable, expert-minded, friendly & trustworthy.

The maintenance crew was great. Their crew fixed all my issues quickly. Unfortunately, the office staff was not that helpful. Often residents did not pick up after their dogs, did not have their dogs on leashes, or would leave trash out by their door for days. Often the staff would send out emailed reminders informing residents of the rules but did not enforce them. If you are not going to enforce your rules stop sending your emails or leaving paper reminders on our doors. The worst issue was all the break ins into our cars. When I called the office to let them know my concerns the representative said there was nothing to be done... I do not recommend this place. It is not worth the high price of rent you pay for the service you receive.

I think the community is just great! I was very happy there and met a lot of people. All of the staff and maintenance people are very friendly. Our only problem was the age of most of the tenants. They were all young people and although I met a lot of people, we didn’t have much in common. We are older and was looking for a place with people our age that we could afford. We finally found it over here in Yukon, Ok.

I lived at stonehorse ever since they opened up about 2 years ago. Every apartment complex has a couple bumps in the road as the years go on.. we did experience a couple break ins while living there and the staff did their best to fix and resolve the issue to make sure everyone felt at ease. Parking was a bit frustrating at times, a lot of people would park behind my garage. I can definitely say I never once had a bug problem, nor a noise problem while I lived there like a lot of complexes have!! The people I lived next to were always respectful.The office staff were always kind to me (Lisa, Tonya & Wyatt are the best!!) and maintenance had my requests done easily within 24hrs if not the same day, they are also very respectful.Thank you Stonehorse!

Moving temporarily from a new home to an apartment could have been a daunting task; however, the staff at Stonehorse Crossing made the transition easier. The apartment complex is excellently maintained and the floor plan met our needs better then expected. There’s a reason why Stonehorse has minimal vacancies. Service counts!

Wonderful Staff and Nice Grounds! Cassie has been particularly wonderful throughout the entire process. From the initial tour to the move-in date she has always been very responsive and kind. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are spacious with great amenities. I enjoy that the location is tucked away in the middle of Penn and May. You are still close to everything without being right off the road. Overall very happy with my experience so far!

I’ve been living here for a year and this is a wonderful apartment complex. The management team is amazing, supportive, accommodating and I honestly could not imagine living anywhere else. My wife and I are definitely recommending all our family, friends, and co-workers here because I know they will love the community and the management who takes care of their residents. I’ve lived in apartments owned by Case and Associate for over a year now and I’ve always had top of the line service. The apartments are extremely nice, if anything ever needs fixed it is taken care of quickly, and the employees are so friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with them! Now being in Stonehorse apartments, everything is brand new and the space in the apartments is exactly what I needed. There is so much cabinet space for all kitchen items, the pantry is so spacious, and the closet is the perfect size. Not to mention there is a beautiful pool as well as grills to cook out right in the middle. What more could you ask for?! I would recommend Stonehorse Crossing to anyone who asked, or didn’t ask! 😉

Lisa, Rocky and Cassie are the people I usually talk to the most and they’ve made the process so easy and took all the stress from moving away. We 100% recommend staying here. A great place to live. The front desk and maintenance are very caring and take good care of residence. Especially Wyatt, he is a people person who is always helpful, cheerful and thoughtful. He does more than a good job.

My mailbox before was TERRIBLE to try to open. I was getting so frustrated. Now it opens perfectly and it was fixed so quickly after submitting my service request. Thank you to whoever fixed it and Wyatt for taking the initial look at it and telling me to submit a service request for it.

This complex is by far the best Ive ever lived in. Extremely well managed and the office staff as well as maintenance guys are great. Its quiet, safe, and I can rarely hear my neighbors. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.

I love this apartment. Everything about it! The kitchen, the bathroom...living room. I have a one bedroom, one bathroom...it’s spacious. It’s quiet...staff is friendly. State employee discount! I’ve stayed in a few apartments and this one is the best thus far! I’d be dissatisfied going anywhere else!

We love living at Stonehorse Crossing! The staff have been very friendly and accommodating since we first came in. The finishes in the apartment are high quality and well done. We put in a work order on Saturday and they were out Monday morning to complete it. The only negative is no one picks up after their pets. The dogs parks are awesome but there is tons of dog poop. They do have pet waste stations with bags throughout the property for residents to take advantage of. Overall, we would highly recommend moving here!

I pre leased my apartment 2 months before the construction on the property was finished and they turned out better than expected! Cassie and the rest of the staff were wonderful! From keeping me updated on move in dates to helping choose the right apartment for me sight unseen.As far as the actual property goes? It turned out pretty amazing. I have lived in multiple apartments in the Quail Springs area and Stonehorse is just in a class of its own. The pool area, gym and clubhouse are beautiful. The apartments have a lot of character and a very home feel. Definitely can see myself being here for awhile and would recommend anyone check it out.

After recently moving to Stonehorse Crossing, I have been very impressed with the staff and the complex as a whole. The units are in awesome condition (as expected for a new complex), the complex is in a great location for food and entertainment, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very beautiful complex. Only set backs were moving into a brand new apartment, and already having paint scuffs on the ceiling and walls... as well as dried paint left on the carpet. Also, having a parking spot right in front of the sidewalk steps leaves us walking through the wet grass/red mud, leaving carpet stains to clean. Everything else is wonderfully designed in my opinion. Very happy to be here.

I think it is a very neat community. The apartments are very nice and I am very happy. The people that work in the office are very helpful and are very friendly.

Great so far. I guess my unit didn’t get a final walkthrough. Moved in on Saturday and had to wait until Monday to get blinds for the living room, so was little awkward that everyone could see into my unit. Thin walls and can hear anything up stairs if you have anyone above you. Constantly hearing footsteps, closing of cabinet doors, talking, and flushing of the toilet is annoying. But it is an apt so kinda expected I guess.

You will not find a better company in the greater OKC areas to do business with, everyone is friendly and the maintenance staff employees are sharply dressed and quick to fix any problem that may arise.(Plus they fix it right the first time).Lisa- (property manager) is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have and runs a professional staff to assist with any office needs.The grounds are very maintained and the community is quite during the respected hours. If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex in the OKC area this is the one for you. I found this complex applicable for my wants/needs and my closest could be rented out for a second room it’s so large, the floor plan works perfect for me. Vaulted ceilings in my living room makes the space feel very open.

I moved into SHC on Mar 1st; I was formerly a Resident of Park@Tuscany which was nice but when It was recommended to me to pay a visit to Stonehorse Crossing, I was BLOWN AWAY! The apmts are SUPER NICE and the LOFT UNITS, WOW! The Staff is amazing! Lisa, Cassie, Glena, Wyatt are AWESOME!! Down to earth, friendly, helpful, and Honest!! Stuff are always very friendly and helpfulMaintenence person Kenny came rightaway and fixed the door way which I had a problemWith rain water leaking. He has fixed it very neat and firm. I am sure I wont have any more problem with rain.Also, there was a little spot on the ground that you can not see when grass are high. One day one of my foot fell in and neraly heart myself.Kenny also fixed the spot rightway.I am very happy with their services.Thank you
