Having resided at The Warrington Apartments for close to two years now, all I can say is yes.The Maintenance staff responds promptly and delivers immediate results.The grounds are maintained and groomed with care. The front office is receptive, friendly, and genuinely aspires to deliver tenant satisfaction. The pool is always crystal clear and welcoming. A+++ all the way around!

We recently just moved in and everyone has been great. I started my inquiry a few months ago and Nicole was extremely helpful with making my decisions. If it weren’t for her and Bobby I probably would not have given it a second thought. The grounds are kept clean, the area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Phoned in with a extreme problem. Water pouring through garbage disposal. I had confidence enough in them and they did not let me down. Within 6 hours, unit had been replaced, place clean and never knew anything was wrong. Hats off. Great job guys!!

Office ladies are very nice and made my move very easy. Very nice apartments also.

The best thing about this place are the people in the office. They are so nice and quick to take care of you. I just loved visiting with Ms Debbie. If I walked by w my dogs she’d run to the door to love on them and give them treats.One thing I wish were different were the people downstairs who allowed their dogs to do there big business downstairs. I think if they allow their dogs to do it they need to pick it up. Made the whole area stink. 3 times being told and you are out of there!But that is about it! Loved the time we were there!

In less than five minutes he was here to fix and replace my front door light. He is always friendly and does a great job!

Been here for my first year and never ever had a problem. Maintenance is super prompt, during Covid they offered to help those with issues paying (hope this worked out well for people), the apartments are well kept. Cant say enough nice things about this place, but I had a good experience with another Case & Associates property on Meridian and South 22nd. Not the cheapest but you definitely get a deal for what you pay for. (NOTE This was a 5 star review but am updating now, see below)(UPDATE) Just as a note, Im not sure if its all units but these units have a fundamental flaw. The centralized air (on the top floor single units) are not vented. They appear to be exposed straight to the roof so your AC will be severely limited in both cold and warm weather, so dont expect temperatures of 0 to hit above 55F with full heat or 100F weather to drop the unit below 78F barely.

I had lived at the Warrington for over 4 years. The maintenance guys were great, but the front office likes to over promise and under deliver. Upon signing my 4th lease to stay in the community they offered me a free carpet cleaning as a bonus for staying with them.Well due to the ongoing pandemic I was unable to claim the carpet cleaning. I figured they would just use that when I moved out so they can get the entire area without anything in their way. Unfortunately that is not the case. They have since said that I will not be given the carpet cleaning and would be charged the full amount to have it cleaned.I have everything in writing they refuse to honor their promise.They will also delete all your comments and posts on any social media if it is negative. Do not trust what they have posted.

I submitted a request for a shelf over my washer/dryer and received a call about it the next day. He said he was sending someone to measure the area, an go get a shelf and install it.I thought it would be that day, but it’s been two more days now and ... no shelf.I’m not complaining, I just really need that shelf.

Warrington Apartment is more than a residence; its a wonderful community. The apartment is spacious and includes all the essential appliances with reasonable rental options. Also the pool/patio with grills area and 24 hour gym is top notch. The maintenance of the apartments and grounds is consistent. I can enjoy my neighbors and feel secure thanks to management due diligence of community relations. I appreciate the management and staff for all they do in providing me and my family a wonderful community to live in.

Great place to live for however long. Staff is really kind, extremely helpful, and completely understanding. The maintenance is fast and professional. And all the neighbors youll meet are awesome. The pool and apartments are just icing on the cake. I would recommend the Warrington Apartments to anyone.

With the exception of the swimming pool trespasser issues during the summer, we are very pleased living here.The office staff and maintenance department are quick to spring into action whenever I submit a maintenance request.Santiago works tirelessly to keep the community grounds free of trash AND the dog excrement left by careless dog owners.Overall, we are satisfied and enjoy living here.

This is a nice place to live. They are always working to keep things neat. The apartment is a nice size and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.We have recently changed units, managers and maintenance were all so helpful in our move. Would highly recommend Warrington Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Ive been a resident for a year and Ive had a good experience. The staff is always welcoming and work orders generally get handled within 24hrs. My only cons are its an older complex and where my bldg is located, I hear the MacArthur street traffic all day and the walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors. The price is pretty compatible to nearby complexes, but I would say they do need to start thinking of renovations.

These apartments are fine if youre able to avoid any maintenance related issues in your apartment. The rent is reasonable, the grounds are kept up, and the staff is friendly enough when you pick up packages. However, If you have maintenance related issues, good luck. Ive lived here for about 1 1/2 years and Ive had to deal with a leaking roof on two separate occasions, both of which were terrible experiences. Most recently, it took them over 1 month to fix the roof. I received no communication from the office during that month, unless I was the one that initiated it. They even closed out the work request after two weeks, without taking any action. Their idea of fixing water damage and mold on the inside of the apartment was painting over it. Its completely ridiculous that someone would find this type of service acceptable.

This is the best apartment Ive lived in so far. The place has the best office staff, super nice (Ive had some horrible past office staff experiences at other places). They remember my boyfriend and I every time we go talk to them and seem like they want to know us rather than just collect our rent like some places Ive lived. The community is nice and friendly. Ive noticed people stay here for a long time as its been the same community generally since Ive been here (coming up on 3 years I think?). I like the layouts of the apartments too. We lived in a 2 bedroom and then a 1 bedroom but we looked at both styles of 1 bedroom and they were all pretty nice with lots of room. Very pet friendly and everyone is good about picking up after their pets. The few instances where people started getting lazy the office was quick to send out notices reminding people its a fine if they dont pick up after their pet and that usually gets people back on track. Overall if you have to live in an apartment I would suggest here. Good location to everything, nice office and maintenance staff, great amenities (pool, 24 hour gym, grills to use, etc) good prices compared to nearby stuff which can get to be 1000+, and offers a discount for Paycom employees (on top of that is 8 minutes from Paycom) so if you work there this is a good choice since other close complexes can be fairly pricey since this area developed.

Great place to live so far. Just moved in 2 mos ago. Really poor looking on the outside though. Supposedly going to update the outside in the fall, just hope the owner doesupdateIve been here about 1 yr and a half....there were improvements made to the outside, my rent increased by $100.00 a month because the property insurance rates have supposedly increased...with this INSANE and sudden rate increase I will be moving on to another property, so if you decide to get sign a lease expect future increases...for $100.00 I recommend going to a property with remodeled units to make it worth the increase because these apartments are still very dated on the inside with the wood panel fire places and old smelly carpeted bathrooms....definitely not worth $800 a month, may as well be in a house!

I havent heard anything back about my request and the roof is now stained with water damage.

Great fitness center with a barbell and some weights. Two of the barbells are broken and Im hopping they get fixed. Also the weight machine looks kinda broken in a few places, but I havent tried to use it. Otherwise great so far!

Great community. Fast maintenance. Friendly office staff. The walls are thin so you can hear quite a bit but overall good complex.

Overall experience here was awesome. Other Case and Associates properties should take notes from the property managers here because they are fantastic.

I have lived here for over a year now and the quality of care the company puts into this place is as unmatched as the great price! I was so excited to renew my lease.

Management is great and the grounds are clean. Things were fixed quickly when I requested them. I liked their covered parking as well, even though parking was tight.Only major issue me, my wife, and one of our close neighbors had was the crew of guys the management hired to fix a building that caught fire earlier that year. We all had multiple car thefts the time they were around. All the cars that got hit were all the ones by where the workers were at. The workers also placed cones right in front of our paid covered parking spots too for several days. The whole ordeal was extremely stressful and infuriating.I never had any issues there for the 3 years we lived here though.

Been there three years. It is quiet,clean place to live. If you have any maintenance issues the staff is on it very quickly.

We love it!! We have a two bedroom tow home and its gorgeous. Gated, Vaulted ceiling, fireplace, quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful pool!!

Noisy neighbors upstairs with a kid that stomps constantly morning noon and night. I keep hearing how he’s being called butIt’s almost as if no one has said anything. And if so there’s no rules enforced for long time residents.
