These apts are not bad, its some tenants, who are aiding & abetting roaches, by not keeping house, causing them to invade neighbor homes which should be a crime. A new set of blinds cost 4.74 at Walmart. Children are no excuse to be inconsiderate of your neighbor.New Management & maintenance are pleasant. They are working diligently at debugging, reconstructing & beautifying our community from within out. Its the tenants, all individually, who has to pull their share of weight.

These apartments is not worth the money they are badly built with mold out side the walls and in side very loud then they are kicking people out on section 8 because its not passing inspection iam telling you dont wont to get stuck in a lease agreement with these apartments dont let them pictures fool you that they are showing you on line not worth the money windows leaks very badly when it rains warning dont do it

Ignore the haters. Before the pandemic the apartment complex was fantastic about bugs and pest control. Theyre doing what they can right now to accommodate everyone while also staying safe. Every neighborhood and complex is gonna have kids and bad neighbors. We had a mold infestation and not only did they offer us a different unit, they paid for us to move into our new unit. Tanae (apartment manager) is well versed in the FHA and ADA regarding service animals and has been super nice. Id def recommend this place Been here almost 3 years and we love it.UPDATE! The original owners sold the complex and the new owners are not going to continue their contract with OHFA, so section 8 residents have to leave by October 2023. This company bought two other properties as well, so OHFA has sent out over 300 letters to people that are now going to lose their homes.

Management is rude, property is not kept up. Have problems with bugs. Tenants keep trash everywhere. Building walk ways a d stairs nasty. I would not recommend, price went up and they are not worth it.

The management is horrible (tanae) dont get scorpions because shell say its bedbugs accuse you of kicking your own door in even with a police report. Not worth it.

Section 8 living at its finest. How would you like to pay $700 for your one bedroom or $880 for a 2 bed, while the project thug next door to you on section 8 has a voucher and pays $598 for the same apartment? Well, thats the beauty of these apartments. I suggest taking your hard earn money elsewhere and do not live here, you will regret it. If you enjoy hearing every noise from your upstairs and downstairs neighbor, enjoy numerous children yelling and screaming around your apartment unsupervised, drugs, crime, being stalked at night by thugs, worrying about your car being broke into, and paying full price while your section 8 tenant next door enjoys your taxes paying for their section 8 rent. Then this is the place for you. I did not resign my lease due to safety concerns and i will not look back. Overall, this place is not the worst place to live, but you can do much better for the price. Trust me living here is a bad choice.

They always fix any problems that I have. Someone comes and cleans up the trash outside every day. Maintenance always seems to come right away to fix anything. Management is very helpful and likes to enforce rules for the pool and curfew. It doesnt get too loud where I am, and all of my neighbors are decent. Ive been there for almost a year and no major complaints. I would say stick to yourself like anywhere else.

When I first moved over here..it was nice and quiet but now its all kinds of criminal activity....one person was even shot and killed a few months ago. I will never suggest that anyone moves here. Management sucks....well some of them do. The neighbors are loud and rude and management wont do nothing about it! This place sucks!!!!

In our one year of living here we had two brand new bikes stolen, a brand new kia stolen, and a 2008 Lexus hood scratched up. The neighbors sat outside smoking squares being loud all night. Everytime I had an altercation they would call the police on me, the guy who worked all day and paid rent. Not sat around collecting checks from the govt. The landlord even told the police I wasnt supposed to be living there, after she had me sign a contract sayin I was the one paying the rent. Great place to live if you want to go crazy or love to hang around a bunch of double zeros.

They have a really bad roach problem and trash is everywhere.kids run around all night knocking on doors and running away...smh dont move here!!

The apts are horrible...BEWARE...Cars gert windows buster out and broken in too...police are always there...a man was shot in the parking lot...the apt staff is rude
