They have an amazing range of property they manage!Though I have not had the change to rent with them yet... they where very helpful and quick to respond to have questions that I had.Unfortunately in the end nothing really fit my time frame I was moving but Im definitely keeping them in mind for the next time!

I was very pleased with quick responses to property inquiries that I submitted. The team utilizes various forms of contact when hosting tours. I am amazed with the portfolio of properties they manage. The team is very professional. I think the over experience was nice. If the opportunity were to ever come available again, to work in downtown Oklahoma City, I would most definitely give them a call.

Lived in one of their buildings for the past two years. Its been hands-down the best property management experience Ive ever had. If youre living in Midtown/Urban OKC, there really is no other choice. Any maintenance request was handled same-day or within 24 hours at the latest.

I’ve lived in a Midtown Renaissance building for almost 2.5 years now and love it. Management goes above and beyond to communicate with residents and keep properties in great form. They do a great job making it feel like home. Maintenance also has quick turn around.

Before moving to 1212 Apartments with Midtown Renaissance, I was a tenant under Real Property Management. Midtown Renaissance is by far a superior company! Jana and Tabitha were amazing to work with and maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. I literally had someone at my door 10 minutes after the online request was sent. If you want to live in a place where your best interest is in mind, you wont get nickel and dimed, and have a property management staff who is always friendly, look no further. If I wasnt moving out of state, I would continue the relationship with Midtown R.

Midtown Renaissance has been my favorite renting experience during my time in Oklahoma City. I have now lived in two of their properties and have been pleased with the friendly staff, amenities, and location of both properties. They offer high end rentals at a great price in some of the best areas of Oklahoma City! very pleased.

The worst rental company I’ve experienced. Please read your leases very carefully. We are in a second story office and pay common fees, but have no idea what they do with them. No landscaping. Sub par security. And, the final insult was that we had pay to repair our air conditioning unit. I’ve rented from several OKC and Edmond companies and what is typically included as part of the rent is extra. Their office management team is incredibly rude. The Midtown area is amazing, but stay away from this rental company. Or, make sure that you get excellent legal advice on what to remove from your lease.

By far the best property management group Ive ever dealt with! Wrapping up my 2nd year at The 909 and I have loved being a part of the Midtown Renaissance family. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and the team is incredibly kind and accommodating.
