Pats Tire and Auto in downtown OKC (Goodyear) is amazing! I have been in to their center for multiple issues on our cars, and they always treat us well. They are up front with their diagnostics, and their costs are affordable. They really do go the extra mile in customer service. They even offer rides to and from my work when my car is being serviced. They recently repaired a flat tire on my wifes SUV at no charge! Absolutely good people. I highly recommend them!

I was traveling through Oklahoma City when my truck blinkers stopped working. I arrived at 7 AM and explained my situation and politely asked if anyone could check the blinkers. The gentleman at the counter said he could not get it until sometime in mid to late afternoon. My request for help with a safety issue was ignored. I found another garage that helped me on my way within an hour. Goodyear has been my tire of choice. It may be time to reconsider that.

They had me in and out in less than 24 hours for repairs, and were so incredibly kind, friendly, and professional! Their location is also great. Pleasantly surprised at how quick the repairs were and the cost was super reasonable. My new go-to mechanic for sure!

My experience with Pats Tire & Auto Service - Downtown was probably different than most, but it was just about the best experience Ive ever had at this type of business. One night around midnight, I popped a tire downtown. I had my car towed to Pats (it was simply the closest shop), and left it there for the evening. When I showed back up the next day to try to move the car to a different location, I found myself stuck there, as the shop had just closed and my spare tire was completely flat. BUT, as Monty and Wesley were cleaning up and trying to head home, they saw me out there struggling. So they took the time out of there day, after a long shift, to get the old tire off, but the new one on, and air it up for me so I could take it somewhere that was open. It was so kind and completely made my entire day. So thank you again, Monty and Welsey! You deserve a raise.

My boyfriend and I came to OKC for the weekend and got a flat right when we got to the city. We checked out tire places and pat’s tire and auto was the closest. Having been from out of town we needed to have the tire replaced ASAP to be able to leave the next time. Even though they were busy and were only open 8-12 Saturday they made sure the tire got replaced. Couldn’t be more grateful for Monte and the rest of the staff!

I had a flat tire leaving work. I stumbled upon Pats Tire Auto Service Downtown. I spoke with Carla the front desk worker and informed her about my flat tire. She directed me towards a mechanic named Monty who identified a nail in my tire. Within about 30 minutes I was in and out with a fresh patch on my tire. No hassle was needed like a lot of auto services like to throw at you. I will be back if I ever need something done again.

This place works with SSVF to repair mechanical issues for veterans according to SSVF guidelines and approval they provide transportation where you need to go once you drop off your vehicle AND pick you up and take you back to get the vehicle once repairs are done. Ive never had service that felt so personalized because not just any staff member handled my repair from the time I walked through the door for the first time until my repairs were completed. Every call every detail was directed straight to the same gentleman and he kept me up on every step of the process and was eager to get it done. Probably some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced I definitely felt like my vehicle was a priority even though it looked like every bay was filled with vehicles as if they were swamped. And the repairs didnt take that much time. I highly recommend this place. The smiles and good attitude among the staff was very apparent and genuine.

My experience with Pat’s was nothing short of exceptional. I had a screw in one of my tires and they worked me in quickly and had the repair done a couple of hours later. I became stranded at 2 am in need of a tire repair. I called my insurance company as my policy includes towing. The tow truck never came. My sister and son were with me. We sat in the car for 5 hours until 7am. Luckily I was stranded 1 block from this Goodyear. I was their 1st customer that day. After a very trying night, the manager, Sam, made sure we made it home safely. He told me not to worry about my car as he would take care of it. True to his word, he phoned me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready. I highly recommend this Goodyear. They have a new customer for life. Thanks Sam.

Recently I found myself with a flat tire when leaving work. Needed to get repairs before driving home. I stopped at Pats Tire and Auto and my tire was not fixable. They put on the spare for no charge then quoted me a price for a new tire. Did not falsely tell me I needed more than 1 tire. I brought my car back next morning and left my car. They took me to work and picked me up when it was finished. They were all very nice and professional. Their tire prices are competitive. Sam was the person who helped me and I really liked and trusted him. All was very convenient. I highly reccomend this place.

Ive gone to this location for years and always had great customer service until today. I called to see if I could get an oil change and was told I could if I could drop off my car. I said I didnt mind waiting and could even do it later this week. I was told they were too busy and it would take quite a while. Called a competitor with equally high ratings and was told come in anytime and theyd have me in and out in 15 minutes. Guess whos getting my business now.

My tire pressure system kept going off one evening. The next morning, I took it to Pats and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Amazing. They greeted me immediately and took a look at every single tire before airing up the one that was running a little low. All the guys working were professional and courteous, which really is rare these days! Had to go pick up our fathers cremated remains and as we hopped back on the highway hit a piece of tire and blew out a tire. Drove right over and they got right to work to get us back on the road. Had time to kill and got a great recommendation for lunch from the guy who fixed our tire. He was super friendly the whole time and the price was awesome. Definitely would recommend

After our car broke down Friday night and had it towed to Pat’s, we were desperate Saturday morning for help. The general manager Monty answered the phone before the business even opened to help us. He was able to get our car looked at quickly by the amazing Ernie, get the part that we needed, and even get us from our hotel to the garage to pick up our car (thanks Carla!). The whole team was absolutely amazing. As we were traveling all the way from Virginia, we don’t know what we would’ve done without them. We can’t recommend them enough!

I was on a trip to Missouri with my 87 year old mother when my tire pressure light came on. Wandered around until I found this Goodyear shop. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Discovered a small screw in my right rear tire. Service tech checked and filled all the tires, then pulled the right rear. Ended up the screw was very small and in the meat of the tread. No real damage. He pulled the tire off the rim to be certain. Verified i was good and put the tire back on. I worried this would be an unexpected expense. They smiled and told me to have a good trip. They charged me nothing. I cannot say enough about the guys at this shop and how friendly and customer oriented they were. Made that mishap nothing but about a thirty minute lay-over.

Caught a flat at 330p today and called to see if I could get some quick help and Monty told me to come on down they could make it happen, mind you they close at 4p. Long story short... Chris was extremely helpful with patching it up and airing the others. They didnt have to stay over 4 oclock to help but they did. They were both genuinely classy gentleman helping a out someone in need. Highly recommend as the customer service and quality of work is fantastic. 5 stars.

A bit over a year ago, my wife took her car in to Pats downtown for an oil change and they offered a free spark plug check... The next day, the car stalls on the freeway off-ramp. I drop the car back off at Pats and tear them a new one, but they promise to fix whatever they did. They have the car for the whole day and when I come to pick it up they insist theres nothing wrong but theyll happily put in new 150k mile spark plugs for $300 (in a car with 120k miles on it already!?!), replace the mass air flow sensor for $150, and do a throttle body cleaning for another $100. I take the car and leave. Fast forward to last week after more stalls and poor performance and the check engine light pops on. I google the error and it turns out they tore the engine air hose! The hole is right between the mass air flow sensor and the throttle body so Im sure they knew but didnt admit it. Instead of bringing it back to them to be gouged, I bought a new hose for $20 on Amazon and have it replaced in 15 minutes! I understand that accidents happen, rubber hoses get brittle, and this probably wasnt intentional. Instead of admitting it though, they took it as an opportunity to grab for more money! Their upselling and pushing unnecessary services is horrible on most days but trying to do it with an issue like this is beyond unethical and just plain dangerous! I already have trust issues with mechanics and other service people exactly because of companies like Pats so unfortunately I cant say Im very surprised, but this is a warning to everyone to avoid them and take your car somewhere else!Edit: Despite their poor record keeping (I have paper copies of the invoice from last year) its telling that they dont even bother to deny the problems they have. Rubber hoses dont magically spring 3 inch holes untouched.

I had a flat tire and they let us take a portable air compressor from the store to my apartment so that I could air up the tire and drive my car to the shop (I live only a block or so away). My tire was patched up in no time and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend Pats!

Do yourself a favor and put this address in your gps and just start heading this way. My wife and I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue that had two simultaneous problems happen and were about to pay Bob Howard Nissan in Edmond an outrageous amount of money to fix the issues we were having with our car. My dad recommended Pats and we immediately picked up our car and headed this way. The issue was fixed in 3 hours and total cost miraculously went from us about to pay $700+ to less than $20!!! Best decision ever even though we paid $150 to Bob Howard for a diagnostic already. Knowing who is trustworthy and going to take care of you is priceless.

Its hard to find time to take your car in for service when you drive it every day for work. Pats makes it easy with shuttle service to work and back if you drop off your car! I was very impressed with the customer service I received when I called and they even offered to pick me up from work as soon as the car is finished. I will definitely come back for future maintenance!

Took my car in to get my brake pads replaced. They looked at it for almost an hour and they determined my brakes actually had at least 5,000 miles left before they had to be fixed. They aired up my tires too, all for free! I really appreciate their honesty and dedication to customer service.

Kevin is rude! When I came in I asked for prices on four tires. After he “checked” my tires he insisted I only needed three! I told him that with my car (VW cc and low profile) it was never good to not do them all because it doesn’t drive right. He INSISTED I get three. And guess what?? This woman was right and Kevin was wrong so I’m spending the THIRD DAY THIS WEEK sitting here while they install the fourth tire that I asked for the first time!! I will not be back, nor will I recommend Pat’s. Not only that, but only after four days from the installation of the first three tires the tire man didn’t know which tire he was replacing??? The red dots are all still on and there was only ONE tire that was a different brand....which other tire would it be???? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Brought my car in for inspection -- turns out my engine is blown. Ugh.I didnt get charged for the diagnostics, nor for getting an estimate. Could have been easy to charge me $50 like other businesses do, but they did this free of charge.HOPEFULLY it will be a while before I need repairs on my eventual new car purchase soon, but if I do Ill be sure to come back to Pats.

Great shop. Honest people, they do good work, and are extremely courteous. I had an issue with my transmission and they did all the legwork getting the warranty on it figured out and have fixed several flats on my fiancé’s and my car for free. They offer to give you a ride to work/home if you have to leave your car there for an extended period of time.

I showed up almost a full hour before they opened after noticing a flat on the way to work. Monty without hesitation came out to check on me. When I explained my situation he immediately offered to go ahead and get started. After also speaking with the manager Frank I can assure you I have never been happier with the customer service at an auto repair shop! Highly recommend these guys are top notch!

I am not from OKC and was in desperate need of an oil change. I didnt know where to go for the best service, so I took a chance with Pats and was delighted! Everyone was so lovely, including my salesman (#007, sorry I forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure my car was in its best condition. I will be going back in a few months for additional services and will be recommending their business to others.​

I pulled in after my tire light came on. They immediately checked and filled up all four tires without appointment or charge, and notified me that one tire was significantly lower than the other. Two days later that tire was indeed low again. They took my car, again without appointment, and patched the damaged tire, again at no charge. Fast and efficient. And great customer service.

I have to say, Ive never left reviews on any place that Ive been, but I have to give kudos to the team at Pats Tire & Auto Repair. When my car wouldnt start I called them and they were able to see me the very same day, even though they were already so busy. This is absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced and I plan to return to this location for all my future business.

I drove to Oklahoma City last month to buy a 1990 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, and it had a massive gas leak out of the filler neck. I found a universal part online that people have used on these cars and bought it, brought it in and had them check the car out. The hose took trimming on both sides to fit, but the guys at this shop took the time to get it perfect, and they didnt charge much. A 10 hour drive home and a month later and its working perfectly! I highly recommend these guys.

My car was having issues and I work downtown, so I thought I would take it to Pats. They came highly recommended by coworkers. As I described the noise and what my car was doing, they were attentive and did not talk down to me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or uncomfortable at all. I left my car there for the day and they offered me a ride to work, no charge. It was a pretty day, so I walked. They called to let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to fix. The price was reasonable and they didnt try to up-sale or find something else wrong with my car. It was fixed and (knock on wood) I havent had any issues since. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT ANY AUTO REPAIR COMPANY! I will never go anywhere else, as long as Pat and his team is here!

Professional and kind service!! I was in downtown Oklahoma City for a conference. My air pressure light had come on while I was on the highway. As I got out of the car in the parking garage I noticed my rear tire was very low. Unfamiliar with my surroundings, I found Pats Tire & Auto Repair on Google just a few blocks away. I called, told them my situation and they worked me right in. My tire was ruined, but under warranty, so they gladly put my spare on so I could get home. They wouldnt even charge my for doing that! If I lived closer Pats would definitely be my go to tire store.

I had a bad experience. I took my car in for simple tire work and they told me it would take 2-3 hours. I called them 2 hours later and they asked me when I needed it done by. I told them asap, but within reason. He then said it would be 2-4 more hours. When the finally called me they told me that my tire that had been losing air didnt have anything wrong with it. The tire was completely flat four days later. When I took it in again they found two holes. They seem to have a communication breakdown between shifts or something.

I had a check engine light that I took to them to look into. After they investigated Frank called me. He said there were a couple throttle sensors that could be replaced. One flow and one accelerator. Instead of just replacing these and charging me 120 they cleaned them and accelerator components. He said it was driving perfectly after that. He said to drive it and let him know if it starts acting up. He covered the bill and told me no charge for anything today. Also, they offered several times to drive me to work. I told them I can walk since I work just a few blocks away but one of workers finally convinced me to let him take me to work. Spectacular service!

Starting off my appointment was super easy, called and I was able to get in the same day to get a tire patched and to save myself the time I figured I would have them change my oil as well. They offered me a ride back to work, which I thought was nice but I just work up the street so i figured I would walk. This is where the bad experience begins.I called after four hours to find out my oil change was completed and my car was ready to go. Nothing was mentioned about my tire so I asked them about them tire because I need new tires soon so I asked them how the patch went. I was then put on hold and the tech tries to upsell me on a lot of unnecessary work instead of answering my question. First thing was my Brakes, i have pads at home that Im trying to make time to install but I didnt tell him this. I told him not to worry about the brakes for right now thats when I was told my brakes are metal to metal and are squeaking. When I told the person over the phone that I havent heard a peep I was told I dont believe that. I was then told my windshield wipers that are streaky that I changed two months ago. I was upset so I told them to patch my tire and that Im coming to pick up my car. I get that a part of this kind of business is to let customers know that they have other service they need to have completed but when Im paying you to do two things. I expect those two things to be done. If this was handled differently and I was notified earlier that they found some issues I probably would have told them to go ahead and service what they needed to.Now, when I got home I popped my hood to see that part of my air intake was not clipped in. I dont feel comfortable with letting this repair shop work on my car and I hope who ever reads this review you save yourself the time and money.

If only we’d had online reviews 25 years ago. Am I holding a grudge, not really but...They did a timing belt on my 90 Lexus way back when. After the repair and the drive home to 15th and Robinson 🙄 there ended up being about a 1/4 quart of fresh oil under the car. Crawled under and saw the oil pan had been crushed upward. Called and was told we must have ran over something. Ended up paying you another $225 to fix it.Having done that belt on that car years later myself I learned one of the tricks is to loosen the motor mount and jack up the engine a bit for better access. The easiest flattest thing you see under there is the oil pan. I chose a different location knowing that jacking an engine up on the equivalent of a meat loaf pan is a bad idea. Haven’t been back since.

Slow service that doesnt try to keep the customers updated on the status of their cars! They said it would take 1 hour to replace 1 tire. I waited 2 hours 45 minutes, of which they kept telling me it would be done soon. If they made the mistake of ordering the wrong tire, then shouldnt they let the customer know and update them?? But I got nothing after waiting for 1.5 hours. So when I finally asked them, they told me they got the wrong tire and thats it. after waiting another 30 min, I asked how much longer it would take and they said 20 min. Another 25 min AFTER what they told me would take only 20 min, my car is finally done. Replacing just 1 tire should NOT take almost 3 hours. I have been to other places that replaced 2 tires in 1 hour. Will not be going back.

They gave me peace of mind by ensuring the repair was made in around 15 minutes and being incredibly kind throughout the process. Around a month prior my oil change light turned on and did not notify me of how low it was until my car would potentially be damaged if I kept driving. I had to drop it off instead of going to lunch during my break and they had it completed within the hour. This is my go-to place in Downtown OKC when I need help with my car. Last month at lunch, my cars engine light went on and it suddenly started chugging. Luckily I made it to Pats and they were able to order a part and repair it by the time I got off work at 5:00! Today I stopped by and asked them to check the air in my tires and they were so friendly and helpful. I also always get my oil changed there. Great people, great service!

Have been here numerous times and they always never dissapoint. I bring all my vehicles here because of the knowledgeable staff and great mechanics. Would not go anywhere else and plus its locally owned and operated. Dont waste your time and money at those national chain stores when your money will stay here in Oklahoma. They also treat you like family.

I needed a little service and called to check pricing and availabilty. Jeremiah answered the phone cheerfully and assured me that they could handle my needs. The price quoted was excellent; way beyond fair! when I got there they quickly solved my problem and gave me a better deal than the phone quote! I know where I will buy all of my tire from now on.

We were from out of town and our tire gauge light came on. We came across Pats tire and auto center. They fixed our tire problem quickly and didnt charge us since it was just a seal problem. The grinder/pizza place and the memorial site within walking distance made the stop even more worthwhile. Wish we lived closer so we could make this our regular auto repair shop.

I will always take my car to Pats. The service and prices are great! I have never been talked down to at this shop and whenever a problem arises, the employees are very good at explaining the issue to me. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who values their car and money.

This place is great! While driving into work this morning, I managed to pick up a rather large chunk of metal in one of my tires. It was bad enough that you could hear it leak. Luckily, for me, Pats is conveniently located in downtown OKC so I was able to drop my car off within walking distance of work. Theyre also open early so I didnt have to wait. I thought for sure that tire was done for, but they were able to get it patched up within the hour. The employees were friendly and they even offered to drop me off at work. I will be using this place for future services after this experience.

Great, quick service! I got a flat tire nearby and they were conveniently a few blocks away. Jonathan and Monty took care of it and I was back on the road in around ten minutes!
