Used once, AC still not blowing correctly. Called again, twice. No response, though promised by my insurance company they would call me. Four days later, Nope, Nada, Nothing!

Called on Thursday about a hot water heater needing to be replaced. Talked to Gary. He said sure, we will get out there. Called back on Friday, was assured they would be out before 5 . Its Saturday afternoon, I have called several times and left messages. No return call, never showed up.

I called 7/21/14 to have someone take a look at my moms A/C unit. the lady that answered the phone was very polite and said she would pass the information on to someone. she did that very quickly, within an hour or so, a gentleman called and asked about the problem. he stated he would make my mom his first stop on 7/22/14. he called this morning when he said he would and was there at the time he said he would be...he had another gentleman with him and both were very polite and answered any questions that were asked. he could have charged mom for parts but didnt and was worried about a part and hoped doing what he did to the A/C unit would fix it....if I have anymore problems, they will be the first ones, and probably the only ones I call...thank you for getting there so quickly

This gentleman scheduled me for an appointment after my A/C went out. He assured me he would be there in a few hours and would call on his way. He never showed or called, so I called him a few times 8-10 hours later, but he never answered. I also left him numerous messages, but he couldnt find the time to respond. Great customer service, Bryant Plumbing! I really appreciate it.
