Alex was able to get me in just 3 days after one of my vents began smelling like cat pee (straight ammonia!) and I had to turn my whole system off. I was originally a little concerned bc he communicated by text and sounded rushed on the phone, like he was on a job and I wasn’t sure he had gotten me scheduled, however he communicated in plenty of time the day of our appointment during the two hour window he said he’d arrive, letting me know he’d probably be late. He worked on a Sunday, brought all of the equipment and two air filters. He quoted me an accurate estimate on the phone ($33 per vent, $100 if he had to clean the blower, another $25 for some other thing that I didn’t end up needing) and showed me why I needed the extra $100 cleaning (the blower was caked with mold). He initially had to leave to get more chemicals than he expected to need due to the nature of my home’s problem, and arrived later than expected, but given that it was a Sunday, and that his work seemed incredibly thorough, he tried to make the process as quiet and unobtrusive as possible, he was polite and kept us involved in decision making and in the price from start to finish, AND he completely got rid of the ammonia smell from my air system, I am thoroughly pleased. Further, he was $75 cheaper than the national company quoted me over the phone that couldn’t show up until April. Really impressed and highly recommend.

The water line that collects the condensation was clogged so I tried to clear it up. Unfortunately I cracked the pipe right up to the unit at 1030 pm. EEEEEK!!! I frantically looked up ac guy repair thinking Ill have to wait the next day and behold I saw comfort home expert open til 1130 pm. Im sorry but I forgot the gentlemans name came by and fix it less than an hour. I was so happy. Thanks a million! I will definitely have them on my speed dial.
