First appointment I made they forgot about it and never showed. The second appointment I made, I had to wait 5 days and when I called to verify if they are coming out they couldn’t make it again and it would have be another week “sometime”. When I have tenants in my rental suffering from Oklahoma heat, this just isn’t acceptable.

I have had two emergency calls for my HVAC unit in the last 12 months. My system is over 12 years old and Comfort Incorporated has been responsive put my system back to work with minimal cost. The first failure was the master board. It was replaced and the system has worked flawlessly. This week my 12 year old thermostat failed. I called and the GM Todd called me back in about 10 minutes. The install for the new thermostat is complete and once again my 12 year old system is working. The crew at Comfort Incorporated is the best. When the time comes to replace my system, they will be the company I call to install a new system.

This is a very good company! This is the type of company where they would send you to another company if they thought they could get the job. Very open, honest and exceptional in work ethic and quality!

Called in to describe an issue I was having and Todd was able to assist me remotely identifying an incredibly simple solution to my problem! Incredibly impressed and will solely be using them moving forward!

Had them come out to look at replacing a duct. They were two hours late, and then once they came the guy looked at everything and said he would talk to his boss and get back with me. It’s been weeks now and of course he didn’t get back to me. They advertise that they offer duct replacement, but in reality if the job requires anything other than selling you a new unit, they want nothing to do with it. Sad the HVAC industry has turned into such a scam, atleast in Oklahoma City.

These guys beat all the competitors prices, found a system I wanted that dont normally carry, and worked very hard to put a system in a difficult small space. I will ask for help from them again. Good Job Comfort Incorporated.

My family and I have used Comfort Incorporated for over 6 years. Comfort Incorporated has done work on 5 different homes for us. As a home builder, we have utilized this company for our new builds as well. The customer service has always been exceptional; they go above and beyond to make sure we are aware of price, what work is being done, and they gladly answer any questions we may have. We were always treated with respect from the owner and technicians. If you are looking for a heating and air company in the Oklahoma City metro area, I highly recommend Comfort Incorporated.

Had them come out to check for air leaks in my house. Paid $125 for them to use the thermal gun. They told me I needed to install another air return and that they would get back to me with an estimate. This was in January. Ive called them twice and still have not heard back.

These guys are excellent! I signed up for their Comfort Club service 3 years ago & have been very pleased with it. They come out twice a year to check over the systems & replace the filters. They even fill out the paperwork for me to mail in to ONG to receive an annual rebate for getting the furnace tuned up! The once or twice I have had trouble with one of the systems they have been out the same day to fix it.This year I needed to replace a system. :( Todd, one of the managers, came to my home & did some calculations and provided me with multiple options that would best fit the area. He found me an awesome deal on a new top of the line inverter system for nearly the same price as a traditional fixed speed system. Install was quick & easy, no mess! Other than a now cool home, I would have never known they were here.Definitely worth a call the next time you need your heat/air services!

Of course, as soon as it turned cold, I went to turn on our furnace only to find out it was creating a very loud noise due to a very bad problem. I called Comfort Inc to come out and they sent Daniel. He was very polite, professional, funny, and very knowledgeable. My unit is 30 years old and I didnt want to have to replace it just yet. Even though it was to their benefit and an easier job to replace the unit, they went out of their way to find the only part left in Oklahoma City that fit my unit. It was then repaired and runs like a charm again. Moving forward, I will personally use and refer Comfort Inc to my friends and family. A huge thanks goes out to Daniel and Comfort Inc!

Comfort Incorporated Oklahoma City responded immediately to my service request. Todd sent their technician, Mekko D., who efficiently and professionally evaluated and repaired my out door central heating unit (the temp outside was 6 degrees). I had heat to my home in the very minimum of time. In all regards, as far as I am concerned, the standard in heat and air service, is set by Comfort Incorporated.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Comfort Inc. The staff is friendly and helpful. What started out as a very frustrating situation was met with caring people who understood my situation. When they came for instillation they took great care to be clean and considerate of the house. They informed me every step of the way during the process. Just a great group of people to work with. Not to mention a great furnace!

The first time I used this company, I had already called several other places without any call backs. I have a two year old and it was going to be mid-90s that day and Saturday, so I was desperate to get my air conditioning fixed. They came out 8am on a Sunday, which was amazing since I called them at 6pm. Since then, I have not used any other company. I’ve now had them come out twice this year (I have an old system), and my grandma has had them out as well. This company is very reliable and anyone I have talked to have been really nice, understanding, and can usually come out within 24 hours. Great company with great people!!! I will definitely keep referring them to my friends and family!

Todd and Chad went above and beyond to get our air conditioning unit running again. Im no longer in the doghouse because they were able to respond quickly and keep our family comfortable in the house. They were honest and truthful regarding our AC, we had a few other companies out to the house and they all wanted to sell us new units. Our family is grateful for these guys and this company. My husband and I have used Comfort Inc. for a few years now & they continue to be helpful as ever. Weve been a part of their yearly maintenance program for about 4 years & have really enjoyed the benefits it has offered. While its only been twice that weve needed to call on them for a service call, each time they come out that same day! Over the weekend our unit had quit working, Monday we discovered the compressor had fried (possibly during a recent lightening storm); luckily the system was still under warranty! The staff at Comfort Inc handled everything with the warranty company and by noon on Wednesday we had a brand new AC unit outside & a cool home.The staff, both service technicians & office, are always friendly. One of the managers, Todd, is always super personable and easy to work! If youre thinking about joining a maintenance program or are currently having central heat & air issues, I recommend giving these guys a call.

I moved back to OKC in January, coldest month of the year, and my heating system even though it was brand new was not working very well. It was soooo cold. I Googled and found someone who does energy audits on homes and they were the only one that came up. I called, they came out and they were wonderful. Truly! They used a special camera that shows where the cold is coming in as well as inspected the duct system and the mechanical parts of the whole A/C/heating system. They found lots of things wrong and one was that they system had not been permitted nor inspected by the City and was a big mess. It would not have passed inspection. I showed the builder the report and they jumped on getting it fixed right away.Todd, the guy that did the inspection was super nice and even though the builder didnt elect to use their firm to replace the duct work he was willing to talk to the people who did do the work and tell them his thoughts on it all. Free!!!! He returned my calls on a timely basis and was just so helpful on the whole project.I, most definitely, will call on them and refer them anytime I get the chance. Hi quality work, hi level of business ethics.

I am on the plan that schedules someone to come out to maintain my heater and air-conditioner with the turn of each season.This will be my third season with them and I couldnt be happier.Never pressured to buy anything (that would be a deal breaker for me).Mekko thoroughly checked my heating unit this trip and he was very thorough. In addition, he washed the filters in my outdoor air-conditioning unit since the season for that is winding down.I strongly recommend them and I couldnt be happier with the service Mekko provided.

Excellent Service, they are expertise of their job. 3 years ago they installed a new high efficiency furnace and they are the ones who has been doing the maintenance on our furnace. Richard was our first contact for the estimate and installation, he thought us a lot what we need what we dont and what is best for our needs in our home. He came and inspected himself as well after the installation. After the installation, 3 years he provided best service with his top of the line crew. His company and service they provide amazing, trustworthy and they are definitely the most honest. Today Daniel was our service provider from ComfortOK team, he did an amazing job by showing up on time, informing and explaining about what was the maintenance about, what he has done and the importance of the periodic maintenance. I do appreciate their business and service. They do care about their Public reputation and definitely care about customer satisfaction!!!

Called needing welding supplys they were great and went out of there way to help me at no cost i would recommend them as my first choice i have delt with most of the okc contractors and by far this place blows the rest away in custemer service and to be genuine in caring to be human, some thing often forgoten by most these days.

Comfort Inc. responded quickly to my request for a replacement condensing unit by surveying my existing equipment and giving me several options without trying to sell me something i did not need. Price was very competitive and equipment was installed in a timely manner.

I called them and needed someone ASAP, its hot... they came same day even though they were booked. The service technician was excellent! he was very friendly, clean and professional. My only complaint is their pricing. 242 to fill my ac with freon, yes it was 2/3s empty but I still feel like that was high. The leak wasnt fixed because that would have been another 160. I just have to pray that it will last until next year. Overall I liked the company but again I was a little unsatisfied with their pricing.

I called around noon for a loss of all heating in my home. The temp in my house was 51 degrees. Mekko arrived at my home and just wanted to talk about what was happening with the system. After lisrening, he grabbed his tools and came in to look at the system.This guy was amazing. He explained, specifics on what was happening with the system. He did a few tests and found the problem was a bad fan motor. He did not try to sell me a $5000 (or more) replacement system for my 12 year old unir. He did not try to tack on a bunch of nonsense. He for the quotes and we got the repair done. When he re-installed the fan assembly, it was somewhat louder some noise that he was not satisfied with. He pulled everything back out and made some adjustments until the sound he heard had gone.Menlo was nor only a consummate professional but very knowledgeable and courteous. He displayed a great deal of honesty and integrity as well. This company supports military veterans as well.Will not ever use any company for HVAC needs other than Comfort Inc.WONDERFUL COMPANY.Ask them to send Menlo for your call!

This has to be THE WORST customer experience ive ever gotten in my LIFE!! i called to schedule an appointment as a paying customer and get completely shut down and told that they will not service me, than the owner, a mr. Steven i believe calls me back as requested, and showed me no care in the situation, asked me if i felt better after complaining. well no, i do not.. also tells me that the wonderful thing about america is that i can find service elsewhere.. well yea i am absolutely going to find service elsewhere!! after being treated like that, im going to make sure that this company gets no business!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!so i filed a complaint yesterday, and i guess that no one at this company cares enough to do anything about it?? sounds like im putting up another bad google review and im calling carrier to file a second complaint on this company, this will continue until i feel like this company has proven themselves different with your customer care

Quite the contrary I called and asked them if they were certified and was hung up on by the woman at the front desk. I then called back and was hung up on by the owner of the company. Very poor customer service and they sound like the only qualification they have is as an expert spittoon spitter. This company can go shove it! just like they told me over the phone.
