I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to send a technician within 3 hours after I called. The receptionist was very nice and kept me updated through the whole process. The technician listened carefully to my concerns and promptly made a diagnosis of the problem. He took care of the problem within an hour of arriving. My unit is located in the attic and their were no complaints about getting up in the attic. The only thing I found weird was that they did not take credit card payment on the spot. They send you a bill over the mail and then you have to call to pay with credit card over mail. Not a major inconvenience. However, if you are very busy it is just one more thing you have to do. In my opinion, price was competitive to what I have been charged in the past by other companies. Would definitely consider using their service again.

Had them come out and look at my leaking AC unit. They were able to get me in the same day and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour! The tech was honest and professional and really affordable! I would definitely recommend EJs for all your HVAC needs!

Last night, the display on our thermostat went completely blank and our AC went off. We called EJs because they had come out a few years back, and we had appreciated their good and honest service. The lady on the phone was so nice and kind, she even helped me troubleshoot a bit. They were able to send a person out the next morning, and he came right when he said he would. Jason was nice, very explanatory and informative, and caring enough to help me understand what all he was having to work on. He was able to fix the problem, but unfortunately because of a prior installation from a different company the issue came right back two hours later. I called them again, and Jason came back and spent another hour up in our hot attic at no charge. I would highly recommend their service and work. Because I dont have much understanding of HVAC stuff, I need to know I can trust who is working on my house, and I could easily tell and now do trust them. Thank you!!

I am very pleased with the recent installation of my Heating and AC system they completed the install within hours. EJs has been servicing my old unit for years always repairing without over charging or trying to sell me another unit. This is a very well ran company and I highly recommend their services

Mike is the best!!!! I was in a time crunch to process a VA loan with a provision to update the heat and air before move-in. Mike was the only person in Okc that would/could make it happen.

Kory the service guy was very fast with the problem, and was also very fast fixing it. Super nice and even killed a huge snake while he was out there. Highly recommend this place

These guys were great! We got multiple estimates from different companies to repair a control board and EJs came out, had the control board in stock, repaired in 15 min. And all at 1/3rd the cost of what the highest quote was that we received. We will definitely use these guys in the future.

I have been using E.J.s for 10 years and they have never disappointed me. During the last cold spell the temp got down to 15 degrees below 0 and our furnace stopped working at 10:00PM that night. I called E.J.s the next morning and they said I was 29th on the list and it might be the next day before they could get to me. An hour later a technician called and said he could come by in about 30 minutes if that was okay.I will always depend on them to take care of my heating and cooling issues. We purchased a new unit in October 2018 and had a few problems with our thermostat but Im here to let you know EJs never dropped the ball with helping me. It took a few trips to finally figure out the issue with the stat but it is finally fixed. Task was to relocate a return vent and add a new supply duct to existing system. Justin gave me an estimate within 24 hours.Work was done promptly and courteously on a Friday. Our experience dealing with EJs was excellent in every way. We had a new heating and air conditioner installed (American Standard) We are very pleased with how it works Quiet and efficient. We were also happy with the cost using a rebate from OG&E and American Standard helped a lot. I would suggest very strongly if you need a new unit contact EJs Mike & family first.
