Travis was awesome. Was earlier so that was great that I didn’t have to wait around from 10am-2pm. He was very polite & friendly, he was knowledgeable about the issue and had us up and running very quickly.
The technician came and said they sent the wrong crew and they had to get in the attic to see what the problem was and would be back Friday. Called to confirm appt. and Krista was very rude said the supervisor said they do not fix that item and to follow up with the the home warranty. The technician couldnt tell what was wrong, so how do they know they dont cover the item? I did not get anything to show what was done or what was wrong. The Horrible Service!!!! I would give them a 0 if I could.
Travis was awesome in addressing my issue. My upstairs room was not cooling at all and would get into the 90s even during the evening. He was on time and worked diligently to get the problem addressed. Fortunately, he already had the replacement parts with him so there was no need to wait. I can now feel air coming through the vents and see the temperature lowering. Great job!
Was told technician would arrive between 8 and 12. No call. Called company was told at 1214 he was on his way. At 3pm still no call no show. This used to be a reliable company, don’t what changed, but this is no way to treat an established customer. I would recommend you choose another.
American Home Shield sucks, ac went out on Friday in the dead of Oklahoma summer The soonest available service time was Tuesday. Travis Perkins from All Comfort Specialist Heating and Air was prompt informative and experienced. He troubleshot the ac in minutes and found that the capacitor was bad. Had one on the truck and replaced it. Now we are back among the living with ac. Would highly recommend.
No call/No show for our appointment today. We have been without A/C in the 90+ degree heat for almost a week now. We called our Home Warranty company the evening our A/C went out, and they set us up with this company the next day (on Tuesday). They said the soonest they could schedule our repair was Saturday between 2-6pm. We have gone without A/C since Monday, and it is now 6:30 on Saturday, they did not call nor show up for our appointment. We have tried calling every number we can find listed for them and no one answers any of them. No answering machine or voicemail. Weve called our warranty company and they are also trying to reach them with no luck so far.I do not recommend them as per our experience so far, and will be requesting a new contractor for our service.
Travis showed up on time and was very pleasant, clean, and prepared to diagnose and repair my ac. He had to replace something and had it up and running smoothly in no time! I’m very pleased with the service I received from All Comfort Solutions.
They were great, I was referred to them from my Home Warranty and they were wonderful. They came out and were unable to service my system as it was frozen over but they set the system up to defrost and got me scheduled for the following day to repair the system. I would definitely use them again.

Spent the last thee years lying to me about their installation being correct. When the third company told me the same thing was wrong that I’ve been hearing for three years, we gave up and got another company to fix it. Unit went from running ten hours a day to two hours a day. They will lie directly to you to get out of correcting their mistakes. Costs me thousands.
My AC went out 8/11/21 we had to wait until 8/16/21 for them to come out to fix it. First tech was not even at the property for 10 mins, says its a bad wire replaced it and went on his way. On 8/18/21 it went out again we are still waiting for an appt! We had one set yesterday on 8/24/21 between 3-6 but no one showed and no one called! We called them multiple times yesterday but no answer from the company. So we called early in the morning today 8/25/21 just to be told that the tech did show but no one answered the door which is a lie, and we have to wait until tommorow to get someone else back out! When we asked to speak with a supervisor we were told you can look for another company and they said if younwere a new customer you would be waiting even longer very poor service. Hopefully this repair person comes out tommorow on time and fixes us. Or we will have issues.
These guys service and warranties are unbeatable. everyone is knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what needs to be done and why. I have not seen that in a Service Company these days anymore and their prices are lower than youd expect and they come out quickly and Im 110 miles away!

Had to wait 4 days for them to come out in the first place then all they did was add freon without inspecting where the leak may be. The AC stopped working the next day and now i can’t get a callback. I’ve left 2 voicemails and sent email. Website says they are 24 hrs but obviously that’s not true. I would not recommend this company.

He was both polite and extremely knowledgeable, additionally he maintained current Covid19 protocols. After the service he sat with me and explained everything he did, including correcting a potentially hazardous situation with gas pressure. I highly recommend All Comfort Specialist H&A to anyone needing service or regular maintenance. Ask for Donald, he is great.

Our Home Warranty Company dispatched this company to us twice. Our first experience wasn’t horrible but it also was not the best customer service. Per our warranty, we are supposed to receive a call from the assigned contractor within 24 hours. After the 24 hours went by and I hadn’t heard from this contractor, I called them. I called the 24 hr number 3 times without an answer. Once a person did answer, I was spoken to rudely and the man would only respond to my questions with the answer of ‘we will call you Monday’. I was calling them on a Saturday and put the request in on Friday. We ended up cancelling the request and paying out-of-pocket because he couldn’t even tell me if I would get an appointment on Monday...just that they would call.Our second experience was far worse. All Comfort Specialists came to my home and ‘fixed’ our problem of our trays under the unit filling with water. The repairman in my home was very professional. He is not our issue with All Comfort Specialists. Our issue is this...the very next day in less than 24 hrs, water was coming through our bedroom ceiling right under the unit they ‘fixed’. We contacted the warranty company again to explain the situation and to provide this company an opportunity to rectify whatever mistake happened. Once again, this company did not contact me within 24 hrs per the warranty agreement. I contacted them after more than 24 hrs went by to try and see when we were slotted. When I spoke to the scheduler, she let me know they had not set me up with an appointment, but she could see the schedule and we wouldn’t be slotted until Friday...today is Monday! The issue we are having is that we now have damage to our ceiling, carpet, and walls and this company in no way tried to rectify the issue, when it clearly was their issue. When I asked the scheduler why they didn’t feel this was more of a priority and why they didn’t feel pressed to correct an issue that clearly came from them, the response was, ‘You are more than welcome to contact your warranty company and get a new contractor.’ No apology or any willingness to work with us.They are correct about our ability to get a new contractor and we have, but in everything I have seen on the website for this company and responses to any bad reviews, they start by saying customer service is a priority. Unfortunately I do not believe them. If it were true, they would have jumped at the opportunity to rectify this issue and would have apologized for any inconvenience this caused.If you do get this company assigned through your warranty company, I suggest you contact them immediately and get a new contractor assigned.
Would not recommend they came out and redid drain line and charged me $660 not even 3 months later water is leaking on floor.
This company was assigned via my home warranty. I had a repair request for the fan motor on the a/c was shutting off and not cooling the compressor. I requested service on 7/20 through the warranty company. This company was scheduled to be out on 7/24. They arrived earlier than the time given which was good. I’d had the unit off all week so when I turned the unit on the fan kicked in and was working. Instead of doing any diagnostics I was informed that since the fan was working at the time they couldn’t do anything. Instead they spent their time trying to sell me a new unit. I tried contacting the home warranty company but the had 1 1/2 wait times for customer service. I left a vm for them to call back multiple times but no call back. I ordered the parts and replaced the fan myself with the thanks of you tube videos. The lack of the tech not even bothering to diagnose the problem is what getting the 1 Star review. If they can’t even try then I can’t recommend them.
The contractor (Travis Perkins) who works for All Comfort, was absolutely amazing!! The quality of work was impeccable and the customer service was incredible!! I would highly recommend this company for any repair needs in your home!! Im grateful for a staff member that was trustworthy, diligent, and dedicated to finding resolve!!
Our home warranty sent All Comfort Specialists out multiple times to try to service our unit, but it continues to have water pouring out of the outdoor unit daily and cannot achieve even 70 degrees any longer inside, even on mildly warm days (and we have three units in the house). The technician that came out today claimed that the system was operational and there was nothing he could do. Apparently an air conditioning unit dumping water in any weather and not able to hit 70 degrees is acceptable to this company. Most important of all, however, is that he spent less that FIVE minutes looking at the unit before deciding it works perfectly. (I have recorded evidence that his entire time at our residence from start to finish was less than fifteen minutes.)He became mildly irritated when we politely asked questions and described how perfectly the unit was working in any temperature prior to our initial service request. He then went out to his van for a few minutes and when he returned he angrily handed me a copy of the service agreement (thoroughly confusing me) and stormed out saying were welcome to a second opinion. When I simply stated in my confusion But I dont understand... he replied Im not doing this! and got in his van and drove off. Very unprofessional service.We have never treated any service person in our home with anything but the utmost courtesy and respect, usually offering up any food or drink we have...also we have never had such an openly hostile and confusing interaction with a technician in our lives. As you can see by other reviews above, we are also not the first to have this experience with All Comfort Specialist. While the previous technician and receptionists for the company were always extremely polite and helpful, until they hold this particular technician with an attitude problem accountable, I would suggest people avoid this company when possible.
Don (ALLCOMFORTSPECIALIST) came out in a timely manner before the allotted time and was able to trouble shoot and fix the heating unit in under a half an hour. He carried on a friendly conversation while educating me on the unit. Further, he made sure that I was safe while I was with him. Don is the kind of guy you want as a next-door neighbor. He seemed like the guy who would go above and beyond for anyone; friend, stranger, or otherwise. He seems like a real asset to the company and if you ask me? He deserves the raise!!! I will keep your company in mind for next time!! If someone comes out to fix any HVAC at my house, please send Don!!!
I have a home warranty. They assigned this company to service my A/C. I called to schedule, they said they would call me back. They did call back that afternoon and said they would be out that evening. After around 8pm, I called to verify they would be still coming out. I was assured they would still be here. The next morning, I called and they were surprised their tech didn’t show up. The said they would get them out on day 2. Well they did, the tech hosed out the unit. Hooked up the gauges and said everything was fine. He explained older units are less efficient and I should consider a new unit. He quoted me $8500. I called around and can get a Quote on a new unit for an average of $4500. Day 3 I hosed out the unit, he didn’t come close to cleaning the coils out. Still not cooling. Day 4 I hired another company not through the warranty. I needed 1 pound of freon and my home is finally cool.
First of all, I was so pleased to have a real person answer my call when I called on a Sat. afternoon . Then, Travis came to my Broken Arrow residence ( drove up from OKCity area ) the next day ( on a Sunday !) in a snowstorm to fix our furnace ! We were quite impressed !! He was timely, professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it ! Our house is warm again ! Great job to Travis and Thanks again for going the extra mile ! We sure appreciate this company !!
All Comfort was sent by our home warranty company to do needed repairs that were discovered during an annual PM. The Tech, Don, could have made some money changing parts but instead determined there wasnt a need a walked me through why. Very professional and I appreciate the high integrity.

Huge kudos to the team at Air Comfort Specialist on a job well done. They installed my upstairs HVAC a few years ago and when I had a problem with condensation drainage unrelated to the install or the system itself (I had a clogged pipe downstream from the unit), they came out within a couple hours of me calling.I couldn’t ask for a nicer tech either. Bryan arrived and had the problem identified and pipe cleaned out in a matter of 15 minutes and I was back up and running without issue. He could have had me call a plumber because it truly wasn’t an HVAC problem but instead he chopped the pipe and replaced on the spot.These folks took care of us in quick time when we needed it the most. It’s appreciated!

These guys went beyond what I had ever expected!! I have used many Heat and Air companies with my remodeling business in the past. I cant brag enough on them. They were prompt and efficient on everything. Even changed a bad breaker at no charge. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

We are in a new-to-us home that came with a one year home warranty. So, a few weeks ago when the downstairs AC went out, we set up service through the warranty company and All Comfort came out. The problem was easily found and fixed. This past week, the upstairs unit wasnt working so I set up another service call through the warranty company. There was no way to really put in a note that it was the other system this time, so the work order came through to them as a repeat visit on the first service call. This would probably be interpreted as the first visit wasnt successful, which was NOT the case.The guys, Tony and Pat, came out this morning, quickly realized it was the second unit and began to diagnose the problem. I had turned off the system as soon as I realized it wasnt working, and then we had the big rainstorm that really cooled off the whole town, so luckily by today it was much cooler upstairs. Knowing they were coming this morning, I turned the upstairs system back on and by the time they arrived it was cooling.They helped me change out the filters, made sure everything was working fine, and placed stickers on the systems with the company information so it would be easily found if they were ever needed again.I really appreciate their response and professionalism and courtesy. We will definitely continue to use this company!

Worst customer service in 100 degree when my drain for condensation has been clogged called my home warranty for service. They assigned my call to your company. I called and explained my floors were getting damaged from issue, when I explained this to the woman on the phone her response was turn off your air conditioner. In 100 degree heat really. Then I was given a service schedule for tuesday from noon to 4pm. 7:20 pm I was contacted with a 30 minute notice. I called 3 times and could never get a basic eta, I was told before 6pm the last call I made. I have worked customer service for almost 30 years and I can be understanding when I am kept informed, but this is the worst customer service I have experienced. I am contacting my home warranty company to suggest removing you from the provider list. Dennis came and diagnosed the issue in 3 min and fixed it in 5. He is awesome it is the companies office customer service that causes issue
We had an excellent experience with this company. They were on time, courteous, professional, and extremely respectful. While they explained that our unit was old, they did not push a whole new system on us during their visit. In fact, they waited until I specifically asked what they would charge to replace the system to tell me any details in that area. This company provided a very hassle-free experience while completing the job in a timely manner.
These guys absolutely do not have customer satisfaction high up on their priority list. They work for the warranty company and that is it. They came out a total of 4 times for the same issue, one of which, the tech was confrontational, made me feel threatened in my own home, picked up his tools and walked out. The told me the first time out that it was not fixable and I needed to buy a new unit from them. After a second opinion, the warranty company sent the back out to fix it. Instead of replacing the not working 12 year old R-22 heat pump unit, they wanted to replace a condenser, and leave the leak they found. I would STRONGLY recommend no one use this company for anything!!
Solid company with certified technicians that stand behind their service. They were willing to answer questions and come out at any time of the day or night. I will only recommend the best for heating and AC service. All Comfort Specialist are well ahead of other HVAC companies. Trust me you will not regret it! Get the job done right the first time!

I had a terrible experience with another company. But All Comfort Owner, Mike, and his guys, Troy & Brad, did the repair (a leaking line), replaced coolant, and did it efficiently and quickly. They were all pleasant, courteous, and showed up on the dot. And they will be doing my regular maintenance from now on! This company just restored my faith in product and customer service.

AHS sent All Comfort Specialist Heating and Air out today to fix my A/C that wasnt cooling. These guys came out and found out what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. No trying to up sale just fixed it and my 19 year old A/C has my house ice cold. Thank you All Comfort Specialist Heat and Air.

This company was sent to us through AHS upon our request for a second opinion. They were very timely on scheduling the appointment, were on time, professional and courteous. They returned the second day with the parts and completed the repair. I would recommend them for any of your heating and air needs.
We called our warrteny company and they sent out you all. We are pleased with the service and honesty of the workers. We got a new unit and so far are happy with it. Thanks
Utilized their services via our home warranty. Had several negative instances occur. Our coil had a leak and needed to be replaced. It took 9 days for them to get the part in, then when they arrived to install the new coil, told us the wrong coil was ordered. Two days later the correct coil arrived, had an appointment scheduled, then they called that morning of the appointment to tell us they did not have the part. Please keep in mind, I was taking off work and using vacation time for these appointments. Strike three was when the technician installed the new coil, I asked him to pump down the unit (basically, save the existing Freon in the unit). I knew we had about 12 pounds in there because we had just had it topped off a couple days prior. When he showed me the bill, he said he had to put 16 pounds of Freon in (R-22 which is $85 per pound). I asked how much Freon he pumped down and said about 5 pounds. Quite unbelievable to me....so what happened to the other Freon? Where did it go? How are you only able to save about 5 lbs? Then, we were also charged $208 for a float switch. They said that was their standard rate. Overall, it was not a good experience and we felt that they were not honest with us and that they were trying to gain more since we had the warranty. I would highly advise not using them.
I had a similar issue as others have stated with them contracting through American Home Shield. I will say that they were courteous, but I was told my a/c had sprung a leak (it was 20 years old) and that it and the heating unit would both need to be replaced. They told me to sign on the line to get financing for the new units and they were installed that afternoon. They work great, but the problem was that they told AHS that only the coil needed to be replaced. They never told me this or gave me the option, so now Im stuck paying $8,000 in monthly installments for who knows how long when I could have had the whole thing covered under the warranty. Ill be looking for a second job to supplement payment from my full-time job to make ends meet. Thanks a lot.
Noting good to say, show up late and say they will came back on Monday with the part to fix my heater, but no call or nothing after a very cool weekend.

Weve been using All Comfort Specialists for about 6 years now. We always get great service from them but today they may have saved our lives!. When the ACS guys came out today to routinely check our heat and air units they discovered the roofing company had not replaced the vent to our gas heater from a roof install 3 months prior in December!! Tony spotted it right away and said I hope you havent been using your heater! Well if course we had. We had been filling our house with toxic gases for months and were completely unaware! Everyone in our household has had various symptoms of CO poisoning but we attributed them to various other things. I am so thankful the ACS team had the experience and expertise to catch that. Worst case we could have died or burned our house down!
The man was on the phone most of the time. Seen to not know what he is doing. Very little to no communication as far as telling my Whats going on how long he should be. Its been a 2 to 3 weeks from the 1st time they came out & in between time I had to call the company to check on the status of my work order. Just poor customer service in my eyes
Very irritated with this company!!!!Due to the bad diagnostic they gave on my AC Choice Home Warranty wouldnt cover any of itThey were at my house for less than 30 minutesAnd within 5 minutes of getting the denied repair they were teying to sell me a new unitTotally ripoff companies!!!!They said ( Travis ) the compressor had a shortageAnd guess what? I called another company for a second opinion and it was only a $75 part
This company was the only one to call me back on a Saturday to come out the same day during our last cold spell. They arrived quickly and explained to me the situation, issue with my heater and were able to replace a part of the heater at that time to get my family heat. Thankyou All comfsort specialist!

American Home Shield sent this F rated (BBB) company to my house. They miss diagnosed my issue as a major system leak ($2000.00 issue) and said it was pre-existing. AHS didnt want to cover it. I demanded a second opinion and the next company found a simple O ring leak. The guy replaced it and topped off and checked my entire system and found no leaks. Works perfect now and only cost a few cents for the O Ring. Buyer beware, they have a reputation for diagnosing simple repairs as a major issue. They are F rated for a reason.

I only give them 1 star because I cant give them less. They were sent by our home warranty company. Neither time they came (to diagnose the problem and to fix it) were they anywhere near on time. They forced us to pay them $89 to dispose of our coil which was leaking even though there are no regulations in Oklahoma that says we have to have it disposed of by them. They charged to rerun a drain line when all they did was put in an air float valve and they mark up the coolant by 1167%. Any complaint or attempt to discuss the issues with them was met by the statement “either do it or we won’t fix your unit” I will never ever use them again and I hope nobody else does either.
These peoples came out to our house and said that our four year old account unit has some leaks and is low on refrigerant. American home shield called us saying it will be $700 fix had 2 code violations and r22 refrigerant. We opted for a second opinion and low and behold it was just low on refrigerant and it wasnt even r22 refrigerant to begin with . They overcharge and over estimate anything related to AHS so they can take a bigger cut. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Like other people have stated they were sent to my home through the home warranty company and they just quoted me $9100 to get a new unit.Requested a second opinion and immediately the other company noticed that part of my duct work wasnt connected to the furnace thus causing me to basically heat the attic instead of the house.No one had been in the attic in the meantime but you would think the technician with this company wouldve noticed something like that. And would had suggested that it be fixed instead of jumping to the most costly option.Glad I requested a second opinion as this company just tries to take advantage of people. They will never provide me service again and I reported them to my home warranty company.
I also have a home warranty through American Home Shield. I called them and told them I felt like the duct work may have a leak because of very weak air flow. The tech came out, claimed he hosed off the unit, said it was very dirty. It had just been cleaned in May. He also noted that the freon was also low but to diagnose the leak, another work ticket would have to be issued by AHS. I was charged $75 for the first call and when I called to request they come out for additional investigation I was told it would be another service call fee. Since I had a speculation it was the air ducts, he wouldnt or couldnt do it on the same call. Maybe the fault lies more with AHS than All Comfort but the other company that came out in May charged the freon, went to the hardware store to get filters, hosed the unit off (I heard the water turn on and off with them, but not this company). He also left the cover off of the exterior vent, which I just discovered this morning (the service call was last Monday). The other large access vent was not even entered. That is the part of the house that has the worst air flow. The air conditioner is less than two years old but the previous owner did not leave those details with me. When I first moved in September 2016 I had a private HVAC company come check it and he said he could pull the warranty. This company said they could not since they dont have a contract with Goodman. I just feel like they could have done more, especially with it being a weekday. Very frustrating.

They came out the very day I called and had me financed and installed a new central heat and air conditioning unit in a few hours. Very professional!
One star really is too many. They did shotty work now wont stand behind it. I would avoid like the plague!

I agree with the first poor rating. We apparently needed a coil replaced and charges to upgradeto code standards for $783. BUT, they tried tosay our unit would go out very soon and we would need a complete replacement for $6500 out of our pocket, even though we have a home warranty.
Had them visit my residence to look at a simple problem with my air conditioning. They told me I just needed a brand new $4000 unit. Today I just fixed it myself with a $10 part. Completely useless company stay away!
