Just over an hour after I called to request service a technician was at my house. Both the gentleman that answered my call and Skylar (technician) were wonderful. Rates were more than reasonable too. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them! Very impressed!

I dont usually write a review but the outstanding experience I had with Hibdons deserves the time spent writing it. I called them last Friday for a repair and with the underlying intent of maybe getting a system replacement. The lady that answered my call was attentive, cordial, and ready to help and while I explained my problem she was making the arrangements to have a tech sent to my house, great so far. I wound up meeting Skylar after he called and made sure the timing was good to arrive at my house. He arrived right on time, listened to the problems I was having with my old system. He told me the suggested repairs, the cost, and how long it would take and thats when I asked about a system replacement and in short order after explaining all of the options he had the quote that was more than fair and set up the time the following Monday. He did this after confirming that the supplier would have all of the parts that were needed, A*! The exceptional service continued Monday when I received a call from Hunter and Brandon (Outstanding) the installers. They immediately explained what the process would be and how long it would take. They got to work right away and had the job done fast, correct, and cleaned up as they went along. In this current world that we live in with non-existent customer service and companies just wanting to make the quick buck, Hibdons is a breath of fresh air. I (and my wife) now have peace of mind when it comes to our climate control and you can put a price on that and thanks to Hibdons, its a bargain.

The ac went out on one side of my duplex rental property so I called Hibdon Heating and Air, after I was stood up but a larger company who only took calls through an answering service. It was the best AC repair experience Ive had. Dianna who answered the phone at Hibdon was super polite and helpful and she got Skylar out to look at the unit the same day so my tenants wouldnt have to suffer in the heat. Skylar quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the run capacitor and the ac is working great now and blowing out ice cold air. They did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them and Ill be reaching to them for any future ac repairs and needs.

Hibdon not only provided the best price on my new ac/heat system, but they provided the best Sevice experience. I dreaded shopping for a company to replace my 16 year old system when it went out the last week of July with high 90-100 degree temps.Brandon, Zach, and Alex were all professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have used a few HVAC companies since I moved to Oklahoma City in 1990. I have had the displeasure of working with a certain business that advertises heavily on television that told me I needed to replace my entire unit when three other companies suggested that I only needed freon. The technician, Alex, explained everything in great detail and gave me a very reasonable price compared to the other bids I received. I was honestly blown away by the quality of work for the price, and I will no longer call anyone else. I appreciate the honesty more than anything, and I will no longer be calling anyone else for a bid. Highly recommended

AC stopped blowing cold air, so we did a google search. I dont typically go with the first business I see, since so many 5-star ratings are bought these days; but we read a handful of Hibdons reviews and felt comfortable. Skylar showed up within about an hour of my call, and would have been here sooner if he hadnt had to drive to Edmond FROM EL RENO. ON HIS DAY OFF. He found the problem quickly and got it fixed up, but also offered a ton of helpful information about our HVAC system in general—important stuff I never would have known otherwise. And he answered all my questions like a person who actually likes their job. It doesnt get better than that.

Hibdon Tech Skyler was very professional and helpful with attempting to install a exhaust vent hood in a newly remodeled home. However, Hibdon Manager Chad for some reason declined to move forward with the install. The install would have taken some time and would’ve been expensive, which I was willing to pay. I guess Mr. Chad doesn’t like money???? Terrible management decision. These HVAC companies are out for the quick and easy $$$ right now. Mr. Mgr couldn’t even call me to discuss the outcome of their decision, he had his service tech call me. Poor Management!

Skyler assisted me with a service call yesterday. He repaired a gas leak with my HVAC unit and added freon. What a fantastic employee. He is personable, polite, respectful, thorough, flexible and and excellent communicator. He came and serviced our unit during the pandemic. He related that he remembered our kids arent too far apart in age. We chatted a bit as he worked and found out we both are moving into new homes. We had our upstairs heat go out in the middle of the day and the temperature quickly rose to 90 degrees inside! When I called the lady who answered (I do not remember her name) was very nice and got me on their schedule quickly. I had a call from our service tech Skylar within 20 mins of my initial call. I love the texts letting me know where he was in route. Skylar arrive when he said he would and was awesome in helping us find out what was going on. Which ended up being a pinhole leak. He was professional, honest, and respectful. I am very pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. I am happy I chose to go with Hibdons. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.After a few day from our first repair we began having the same issues. Our leak was more extensive then we originally thought. We ended up replacing our condenser, evap coils, and line set. Before we did this Skylar came back out and did his best to find the leak. He was just as professional as his previous visit. Im confident he did everything he could for us before giving us some options to continue. My husband was in contact with Chad several times. Who was amazing as well. Giving us all the information we needed promptly. When we decided to replace parts. Chad reacted quickly sending out techs asap. Which ended up being the SAME DAY! Skylar helped me with my heater right before the winter weather came to town. I was having issues with my a.c. blowing weak/warm air. I called the company at 10am and had a technician at my house at 4 pm. The person I spoke with over the phone was helpful and professional. I was sent a text with my technicians name and picture which I thought was cool. I was even given the ability to track him to see how far he was from my house. Mike showed up and did a heck of a job. He explained everything he was doing, showed me what he was doing and explained why he was doing it. Mike was very knowledgeable and took his time but worked with a sense of urgency. These guys are great. My AC went out last Saturday... a weekend of all times. I was freakin because I thought Id have to wait until Monday for someone to show up and it was hot in my house. They offered same day service, so I thought Id give them a shot. They Answered! They were very nice and had someone at the house within 30 minutes. Pernell Stewart was the technician and he was very nice and professional. He had my AC up and runnin in no time! Did not charge extra service fee because it was a weekend.
