Setting up was easy, but everything after that was NOT satisfactory. We had to install a hot water heater because ours no longer worked. They scheduled it for a 12-2pm timeframe (so one of us had to take off time from work). They were later after 330, Then after they got here decided they didnt have the equipment needed so they had to leave for 1.5 hours returned about 5. They return and completed the job by 915pm. We were told to give coupon to installers and they would apply to our bill. They didnt know how to do it so they called the manager and they told them how to do it. Then approximately 4 days later they denied the coupon from their own web page and will not honor it. So they sent a bill for more money. So we questioned it. The manager spoke to us and said they would get back with us and have not to this day. Today they sent us the bill again. I assume now they Do Not honor their coupons that they accepted at point of sale and dont care for the customer as no explanation is given just a demand for money. Do not trust this company. We gave them a chance to fix this error and to own a mistake on their part with no care to us the customer.

I had to have my unit replaced April 2020 and have had issues with my unit leaking in my house since it was installed. I called to let them know how bad my AC is leaking because its rotting my floor underneath it and making my entire bathroom smell like mold. Every time I call about the issue Im told it will cost me $200 to travel and diagnose. Im still paying for this $6,000 unit! Ive only had it a year and had issues the entire time. I was told when they installed it that I wouldnt have to worry about water because the drain would catch all the condensation and keep the area dry. It doesnt! Its not just condensation it sounds like running water under there and I have to keep a pot under to catch the water!! I shouldve known they were trouble when they tried to charge me for services they didnt do in the beginning! If you use them make sure you check your bill and see what theyre charging you for!! And expect to pay hundreds to simply have them look at an issue

Airco was able to come out within 24 hours of my A/C breaking down. It was repaired within an hour and has been keeping us cool ever since. Pricing was excellent and technician was very professional.

Overall professional experience. The actual part they replaced cost less than $15 dollars, but my final charge was $228. Guess diagnostic/ labor and driving over was $213.Original diagnostic was $99 plus tax, (after5) extended hours is $120.I was charged for extended even though they where able to see me at 1:, 2:, 3: etc. .

The work was professional and the technician was helpful. The contact with the me lacked much. I was told of the parts that I needed and that the parts were ordered. After that, I had to call after a month to ask about the parts and the service. I would have appreciated being kept in the loop of communication.

I would use Airco again because Jonathan was fabulous. Ive never had a service person go above and beyond like he did. Im very pleased with the service and the price.

I have always used Airco for my furnace and air conditioning maintenance but, not anymore. In preparation to sell my house, I called them out to check my systems. I was told my lines were blown out etc. I paid for more Freon and switching out filters. Three weeks later, I sold my house.during inspection, I had clogged drain pipes, and heat wouldn’t come on. Had to pay for the panel, to start the systems 800 plus. Had to call a plumber to clear out drain pipes. I complained to airco and they took 100 dollars off the new control panel. I told them, I had the maintenance and Check done, for the sell of my house. They gave me the run around with, I only had the air conditioner done not the heat. Blah blah. Even if that were the case, wouldn’t they know, the drain pipe, was completely clogged and water leaking???? They had a loyal customer but, not anymore!

Left on good terms and ended up with a $150 last check. Scum bags will do anything not to pay you.

Very knowledgeable technician (Hunter) who quickly resolved the main problem and an additional few minor ones. Service was excellent and the cost was reasonable.I am now considering an annual maintenance plan with Airco.

Thermostat was not responding and was replaced. Told us it could be something else as well but wanted to wait and see if this fixed problem and it did. I don’t trust most AC companies however this one is the best to work with and they won’t try and upscale on you

Our lines froze during a severe winter storm which caused a line in our home to bust and flooded our home. We called them and they sent out an apprentice by himself. He stated he only did drains and could not help with our issue. When asked to look at a clogged drain he stated would would have to make a new service call as that was not on the current ticket. He stated we needed a smoke test on our vent to be able to diagnose the issue further. We were charged $99 for nothing being done. The apprentice apologize profusely for not being able to help us, and we appreciated his efforts (for what he knew) but are frustrated with the plumbing company for knowingly sending someone by themselves who is still learning the job. We later had a different company come out and it turns out we had a hole in a line to our washer. They also fixed the drain in our bathroom during the same call unlike Airco Services. If you ever use this company, make sure to ask if they are really sending a journey man or apprentice. But for us, they are a definite no-go.

Very quick response getting an electrical install quote on 11/13/20. Guys started work on 11/23/20. They showed up between 10 and 11. Figure out what they need. Drive to town to pick that up. Leave at 3:30pm. It was like this the whole time! They rushed trying to get the job done before Thanksgiving. They came back the day after Thanksgiving to finish. Yeah! 6 weeks later, still no inspector from the city. Per Airco, there was an issue with the permits. Finally have an inspector out on 1/9/21 (Yes! A Saturday!) he wants a few things corrected. The guys come back on 1/13/21 to do those corrections and didnt finish. They did stay until almost 5pm. Call them today at 10:45 to ask where they were and were not on the schedule until tomorrow. So over this. I get there was an ice storm and some delays but this is a bit much. I probably wouldve felt a lot better about the situation if we didnt write a check until the final inspection and lights on. But they were sure quick to get that processed (cleared the bank on 11/25). Doubly mad because we paid extra for a VIP membership!! Lesson learned. :(

My husband and I had a new Lennox heat/air system installed including new duct work and a couple of new vents! The techs did an awesome job and we are extremely pleased. The system is very very quiet and makes our home cozy. All we can say is Kudos to the great team of professionals! Thank you!

We had heard good things about Airco; so when our heating went out during some of the coldest weather our area has seen, we called Airco in the hope of at least getting on a waiting list. Jose from Airco was at our home within two hours. He immediately identified the problem and had our home warming up within 20 minutes. Based on this first experience with Airco, we feel fortunate to have found Airco, and we know whom to call the next time we need maintenance or repairs.

Had a water pipe burst on Christmas Day no less. Gave Airco a call and they responded quickly and sent a technician who made the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable individual. Super nice, also, since this call took him away from his family on Christmas Day. Very pleased with this company.

Installed 2 new 5 inch air filters at 2 of my furnaces and installed 2 new iwave air purifiers in the furnaces. They replaced a transformer at one of my furnaces. I signed up for their VIP membership to get discounts. Nobody is perfect but when mistakes are made they are quick to fix them so I’m very happy about that.

Great customer service. We had a leak and flooded closet. They came out same night where as their competitor wouldnt be available for over a week.

Mr. Rigby, the service technician arrived on-time and was able to troubleshoot why my HVAC system wasn’t producing any cold air. The problem was with the wiring and not the Freon as I had thought. Went from thinking this was going to be a costly fix, to a more than fare 1 hours worth of work service charge. Great service!

We had a pipe break in the hard freeze. Called and they put us on the schedule for next day. Hear on time and fixed. Friendly and professional and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!

I have a Moen shower faucet that needed the cartridge replaced. After being told by another plumber that they couldn’t get Moen parts and I should remodel my entire bathroom and use Delta fixtures I called Airco. Airco assured me they could repair Moen, came out verified it was cartridge and replaced it all within in an hour. I will be using Airco for plumbing going forward

Highly recommend! I was having issues with my home generator not working when the power went out. Our technician, Derrick, was so nice! He got it up and running and even did a complete maintenance check to make sure I wouldn’t have any other issues for a while. I can’t speak more highly of him and how professional, thorough and nice he was!

Albert came out on time, explained everything to me and let me know if he saw anything during his routine maintenance. He seems very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure to answer any questions I had.

Did a good job when it came to doing an air conditioning service, so when I had a slab leak I called them for the job. They didnt want to repair it in the slab so they ran a new pipe in the attic. Noticed they didnt insulate the new pipe in the walls up to the attic and now that its cold it is now frozen and I have no hot water at this time and dont know how long we will have to do without. Would not recommend them for plumbing.

I called them because I figured my unit needed a shot of freon, which I cant do. I was told it would be a $79 fee to look at it, but if I chose to have it fixed that would count towards the repair. I was not offered the opportunity to approve the repair. He just came in and said it was a bad capacitor and he cleaned out the compressor. I could have replaced the capacitor myself. So, $212 for replacing a $12 part (I googled the cost of the part) and cleaning out the unit is quite a lot of money I think, but since he had already done the repair, what could I do at that point? Cant have him unfix it. Update - Amy called me to explain the charges and told me I wouldnt be able to find a dual run capacitor for $12 and she was correct. Its almost $20. I found my exact one by putting in the part number from my bad capacitor that he took out.

We recently moved to Oklahoma from Wisconsin. At the beginning of the year, we had a different company come out and service our furnace. We were told that we needed a new furnace, which really didnt make sense. We have since been using Airco, and have had two of their technicians reassure us that we did NOT need a new furnace. We are so grateful for businesses who use honesty and integrity, and we highly recommend this one!

Jeff (and his apprentice Sam) performed the job with exceptional professionalism and thoroughness. They took the time to completely explain the detail of the work involved with resolving my issue, and when they were finished, used disinfectant wipes to clean the floor and surfaces of the bathroom they worked in. They both used shoe coverings before entering my house and kept gloves and masks on the entire time.

Airco did a great job and was top shelf in every way. I called my “regular” service company and they said they would call the next day to schedule my emergency repair. I called Airco and they responded and had the issue fixed in just a few hours. By the way, this was on a Sunday evening during a holiday weekend.

Was without water for a few days and couldn’t figure out what was going on. Called Airco, got scheduled that day and within a few days I was on the schedule for a new water heater. They were fabulous about communication and clear about pricing/details. Will be using them for all HVAC needs and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

I am very impressed with doing business with this company. I bought the annual maintenance package offered to me last year when I was having thermostat problems and had a technician out to replace it. Last Friday was my appointment for the a/c maintenance. They are SO easy to do business with from start to finish. I received a reminder text before the appointment and a phone call the morning of along with a text from the company with a picture of the technician that was coming out. The technician arrived on time, exactly as pictured, and was very courteous, informative and thorough. It’s nice to do business with actual experts that back up what they advertise.

The technician, Jose, was very professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had the part on his truck and was finished within an hour of his arrival. Our heater works great and we are very happy.We were lucky that we discovered a problem before we had some very low temps. We did have to wait for two days to get on their schedule.

My AC went out late Sunday, and when I called early in the morning for a repair, Airco was there and had a tech to my home the same day. The tech was professional, informative, and on time. He explained the problem and fixed it in one visit. Cost was reasonable and I was very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Airco again in the future.

A/C Went out on eve of 1st 100 degree day...I expected a day or two before I got a fix. To my surprise...they were able to schedule me same day...not only that, but after scheduling me for evening appt..they called back and got me in only 40 min or so after initial call. Tech was professional and did great job....parts were on hand and replaced quickly. Great job/service!!

The Airco Service Tech called to let us know he was about 30 minutes away. His arrival was well within the time frame we were given when we set up the winter check up on our heating unit. Tech was very thorough in his check up, and when he was finished, he gave me a detail overview of the checks he performed and the state of our unit. Your company installed a super efficient heater and air conditioning unit approx two years ago. You have also replaced all of our duct work. We have been very pleased with all your work and service. You have great techs who know what they are doing and are very friendly people.

Dont call Airco; call your dad.Airco charged me $99 to come out for 15 minutes, fiddle around with the garbage disposal, and then threw their hands up and said, well, guess it should be replaced. We can do it for $400.I called up my dad - he came over and fixed it in 10 minutes.

Our AC stopped working upstairs last night and I set up an appointment with airco today. They were wonderful to work with. Timely, kind and informative at every touch point! They were very kind to my two year old who wanted to follow along for the whole repair process.

Our AC went out in the heat of the summer. I called AirCo and they were very friendly, gave me some tips to try and were able to come out the very next morning. Duane showed up on time, was very professional and informative. He got our AC back up and running quickly. We are very appreciative and pleased with AirCo service and will continue to use them!

What a great experience! They never pressured us to get a product. It was presented as “these are the options and these are some perks that go with these, take your time make a decision and let us know.” They we’re on time worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

Contacted this company for an estimate on repairing my A/C. They only wanted to sell me a new unit and had no interest in the repair even after verifying via text( that I still have) that someone would get back with me for a repair estimate. Do not contact this company unless you are prepared to purchase a new unit. 2 stars because the gentleman that came to my home was nice and professional.

I left a message in the evening and they touched base first thing the next morning and had a technician come out that morning, he was able to repair my fireplace which no other company could, they also charged a reasonable price

I am posting an additional review because I had Airco Service Co replace my HVAC after meeting Rick Prock. He was so knowledgeable and kind and listened to me. Did you hear me? He LISTENED to me! 😊 I had it replaced 5 yrs ago and due to shoddy workmanship it was not cooling adequately. Rick and his team never bad mouthed the other company and just fixed his work. And now my home is so evenly cool and comfortable. It was some of THE BEST money I have spent. Rick was always available, answered my many texts immediately and a joy to work with. I think Airco should change their slogan now to; “The company you know AND LOVE!” I am so happy now. Thank you!

As usual Airco sends professional associates out to fix your problems. I used them to replace my AC unit about a year ago, which has been wonderful. This time I used them to fix a leak under my sink and replace a couple of sink rings. Great job. Airco should be the people you use for everything they do, AC, plumbing and whatever else they do. Use them you will not be disappointed.

AJ diagnosed the issue and was able to fix my furnace in less than an hour. He explained to me in a very easy to understand manner what the cause was when he was done. He was very friendly and knowledgeable (with over 40 years in the industry). I would definitely use them again. Very big thanks.

I called Airco Service when my a/c froze up. They were able to come out on the same day and get it up and running again. The technician Toan did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

I have a seasonal maintenance agreement with Airco and have been very satisfied with them. I had the misfortune of having a run capacitor blow out during the 4th of July weekend, which meant no A/C. I called Airco and they sent a man out on Sunday. Because I was a customer they did not charge me a weekend/holiday up charge and on top of that they gave me a discount on the parts! I am very pleased with Airco.

Airco came out the same day I called and provided me with 3 detailed quotes for systems that would fit my budget. After we selected the system we wanted they started the very next morning replacing our old system. We had air conditioning by the afternoon by noon the second day the furnace and ducting were all in.the install crew was very polite and efficient and they cleaned up absolutely everything. There were no extra costs or hidden charges, we are totally satisfied with Airco and their product line.

Customer service was courteous and responsive, they got us in that day, on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The technician was very friendly and thorough, got us up and running quickly, and explained the problem to us.

Airco ALLWAYS delivers what they claim. A real person answers the phone and they have professional HVAC techs (who follow PPE protocol) and stand behind their service. Today Jake & Archie not only serviced my HVAC systems they diagnosed a intermittent problem secured the parts and had me up and running in a reasonable amount of time. After the maintenance and repairs they checked the quality of the air to ensure had no trace carbon monoxide. How nice is it to have a service company show up, do the work and ask to be paid AFTER the work is done.Follow up: Discovered a small issue with install of new control board. Jose was out shortly after I made the call and diagnosed and made the correction with 15 min of arriving. Like I said AirCo stands behind their work.

We are extremely pleased with how professional, customer orientated this company is, and quality of product. We found out they also do electric and plumbing and we will absolutely use their services for that as well.

Were new to the area and dont know which businesses to use yet and we had a water heater issue. By chance, my wife found the number to Airco so we could ask for advice. It was only a pilot light issue which shouldnt be rocket science, but mine just would not light. Long story short, I got it lit while I was on hold from the first gentleman who was contacting a technician to guide me through some tips. As I was telling him to never mind I finally got it to light, the technician was already calling me. Everyone was so courteous and helpful, so I now know who to call when I have a real issue. I would HIGHLY recommend. My condenser froze up on the first “hot” day so my wife called Airco to come out. First time using them. Hunter came out the very next afternoon, checked everything out and determined our coil was very dirty and in need of some love. Thankfully Hunter was there to give it the love it desperately needed. He clean the dirty dirty coil and checked our Freon levels along with gave our system an overall looky see. Thankfully that was all we needed, so our horrible disaster ended completely different than our worst fears. Thank you Hunter and Airco. Will definitely use you again next time.

Both services were very good. Explained everything that they were going to be doing or did. They didnt try to do the hard sell with me like other companies have in the past.

We have used Airco Service for several years and are usually fairly satisfied with the work that is done. Whether it is HVAC, Electrical or plumbing, across the board the work is always above par. But this most recent experience with our HVAC Spring cleaning was quite outstanding. Our technician (Ethan) was prompt and professional, which is to be expected. But, the cleaning he did on our two AC units was outstanding. We talked through some issues that came up with our older AC unit, without feeling pressured or obligated to purchase anything. Ultimately it was an above average experience. Thank you Ethan, for a job well done!

This place is all about doing whats right for the customer! There is no pressure for sales on the commercial side or the residential side, the main guy in charge is extremely well-rounded, extremely smart and cares about customers in a way that I have never seen in the 14 years of doing this. I highly recommend using them for your residential or commercial needs! They are really big in Tulsa as well and they are big because they do the right thing. They work on LITERALLY anything and everything you can imagine from ice machines to high-end furnaces to whatever the customer needs - because that is the most important thing that this company is founded on and continues to uphold this philosophy to a very serious degree.
