Went in with the hubby to get a pedi for a date night. We got the works, absolutely amazing!!! Feet wrapped in hot wax, legs massaged with hot stones 🤤 this place is THE best!!!!

All the people that work here are amazing at what they can do I am thoroughly pleased and impressed every time I have been there and I always recommend people to go here Im taking a week 5 people and I will tell you what their pedicure is so fantastic but above all it is clean clean clean the bathroom is spotless and the entire business is very well-kept

No point in making an appointment. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment and they didn’t even start on me yet so I left. :( nobody even said sorry for the wait or let me know what was going on. I will not go back.

Second time going to this place. Went in last week for a fill and one of my nails popped off so I went back to have her fix it. 6 women came in after me and all of them were seated and had work started. She sat me in a chair to wait and 45 minutes went by. I have no problem with their work, but for a salon who is so overly concerned about making sure they have returning customers, you would think that they would honor first come first serve. It made no sense that I couldnt get 1 nail fixed while 4 women came in for pedis after me, and two women came in for a full set after me - all e getting serviced except me. Im honestly hurt and disappointed. Tipped the cost of a full set the last time I went. They wont be getting it out of me again. This sucks because its so hard to find a great shop. Back to the drawing board.

Very bad. They cut five of my fingers when they were doing manicure. Then they said they do it for free and apologized but when I got home I found they didn’t do a good job at all. Maybe because they think they are doing it free for me. So I think they are very unprofessional.

I got my nails done today. And an older guy had white hair, did my pedi. I asked him to leave the callouses on my big toes alone (due to running) and he filed them until I bled. He also causes minor bleeds (2) on my other foot (not picutered) when removing the cuticles. Not the biggest deal but still. He also had long nails the dug into my skin leaving marks.The girls who did my dip nails was amazing! Very kind and did a great job. She is the only reason I’m rating this place decent. If you go just don’t let the old guy with white hair touch you and you’ll be fine.

I went in to get my nails done and I showed her the picture of how I wanted them and she did them beyond perfect and just like the picture. Absolutely loved the service.

I love and miss this place. Back when I lived in Utah, I used to get my nails done here. Not just because the service was great and my nails looked amazing. But because the owner and her employees were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. Can’t wait to be reunited with my favorite nail lady!

Everyone commenting about the place being filthy are NOT lying. This place is disgusting, I came in and they sat me where a lady just finished getting helped. They used the same tools and didnt wipe anything down and then after me did the same for the next customer. The entire desk and floor was covered in a thick layer of nail dust and god knows what, the lady was even walking around bare foot. I washed my hands so many times after, I felt nasty! If youre interested in getting an infection from dirty tools then this is the place for you!

Sara at Nails and Pedi has been doing my nails for just about a year and a half, she is amazing. Tha staff is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Nails and Pedi to anyone looking to get their nails done or have a pedicure done.

One of the workers was kind and cared about you walking out happy. I asked for something they dont have a lot of experience with and after I did they all were talking about me in front of my face. Place wasnt very clean, but had decent pricing. You get what you pay for.

I actually came when they were the most busiest and without a appointment. They were nice and friendly and didnt forget about me. They knew a lot of regulars and always happy to see them. The lady did a nice job with my acrylic nails. I didnt have special designs just 2 coats and top coat for $35. She did exactly how I wanted it. Thank you!

Ive been here before and they did a great job. This last time they cut me with the drill, the nails are all uneven one of them was thick in some spots and thin in others and a few of the nails was completely crooked. Im not sure what the deal was but she didnt even apologize that she cut me and just rushed right through through me I think this is why they turned out to be such a disaster but I will never ever ever go back there again ever, and I advise others not to do so either. Wish there was a way to post pictures.

Terrible customer service but my nails actually turned out pretty well. I had an appt at 2:15 and about 6 people were helped before me. I didn’t leave until about 4:20. This was only a fill, I cannot imagine how long more would take. The woman was rushing doing my nails and running around and kept stopping to do other things. She made my finger bleed from filing. and then she was FaceTiming someone else while doing my nails. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

If you are new to the area and looking for a place to get your nails done, do NOT go here. My sister and I decided to try them because you cant believe all the reviews posted due to some times there are just those who like to complain but these are true. Nothing in the salon is sanitized, the staff is RUDE and insulted my nephew who is special needs and was just sitting (being really good for once) and watching youtube, the lady who did mine and hers cut us with the dremel, and she didnt even bother to check if all of our nails were the same length! I now will be fixing my sisters because she didnt think to check either. Then they DEMANDED a tip from us and I told them no, the service was awful. Please.... Dont go here

Very, very dirty. They dont sanitize tools or tubs. The floors and massage chairs are very dirty. I wont come back.

Sometimes good & sometimes not so good. l have had my nails get so hot & burn from when she is using the dremel, that I had to pull away even after telling her a few times. This happens about a third of the time. Also plan on filing your nails after you leave about half the time. Today was a very not so good service day. After she had painted my nails, I waited for 40 mins for her to finish the top gel.They had a lot of people walk in for Pedis. I understand when it gets busy. There were 3 of them working. I waited for 40 mins then went over to let her know I needed to go. She came over put the gel on, put one hand in the machine. Then she walk away & back to the pedis. I had to wait for her to come back to have my other hand done. Keep in mind I had been there before any of the pedis had walked in. I did not even get the oil on my nails or the hot towel which is part of the service. Plan on sometimes being there for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Service 3 stars, and they did a good job on my nails most of the time, it . Once l became a on going customer, The service did go down.
