I loved jumy nails I got super cute gel nails and a manicure I went there with some of my friend very friendly and willing to do what you want on your nails I will definitely be going back again

She took me in at the last appointment and stayed late to finish. They are wonderful sweet people with kind hearts. They did a beautiful job on mine and my daughters toes. The paint on my daughters didnt last as long as mine but she goes barefoot outside so maybe next time well get gel.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter with jumy nails, got there but they scheduled the wrong time. Didn’t offer any options to come back at another time. This nail salon has very poor customer service both with scheduling and providing an alternative to the solution for their mistake. Won’t use or refer them in the future.

Jumy is awesome. She is so personable and also does a great job on nails. My husband and I went to get manicures right before new years and she did an amazing job.

The pedicures were ok but the manicure was terrible. Jumy filed my natural nail so hard that it left indents. Its been a couple weeks now and the marks are still there. She left nail polish all over my skin and didnt clean it off. For the price it was very unprofessional and sloppy.

Jumy is a great business person. I had just come from a different salon who was unwilling to help fix my nails. I asked if they had an opening and was told they didnt. Jumy was on the phone and as soon as she was off she stopped me in the parking lot to let me know there was miscommunication and she could do it. This just shows that shes willing to go above and beyond. I was frustrated going in but once realizing that she was able to fix my horrible nails, she truly made my day!

What an awful and poorly managed salon. Its sad that I have to edit my 4 star review.I used to go to this salon because of the location. It is not the cleanest nor nicest salon- thats quite obvious, but its close & easy to get in for a fill. Two wins in my book, thats for sure.I viewed myself as a long standing client, but I should have known better- the girls couldnt ever remember my name.What finally pushed me to find a new salon was the owner herself. While doing my nails, I told her they looked crooked & were too thick for my taste- she assured me she would make them perfect in the end. I politely attempted (quite a few times) to show her the issues and inconsistencies with her work, but she assured me they would look good - thin how you like.After she finished, I again told her I wasnt very happy with the end result & she quickly told me it was because you fingers crooked, but then she told me I could come tomorrow and she would fix them. I left with poorly done nails. I was so embarrassed.I returned the next day and Jumy (the owner) flat out refused to to fix my full set of nails, that she did herself just the evening prior. They were vastly uneven, crooked & some were already lifting. She then accused me of ruining them myself!! I ended up NOT getting them fixed there or even a refund because she was so rude.

They do an amazing job!!! But they are not the best nails. I think if you want a nice, easy salon then go to this salon!!! I know a lot of people say they are messy and gross. But I dont think so! For the price, it is worth it!

Very unpleasant experience. I went there for my first time with a friend. Their pedicure was expensive considering she didn’t even cut my nails. I added a photo of my toes after I got gel put on them and you can very obviously tell she left me nails crooked and the polish sloppy. She didn’t do a good job. The gel polish was all over my skin. I couldn’t even file it down and fix it once I was home. It just peeled right off. So disappointed. I would have asked for my money back if I had come alone.

Jumy is the best manicurist around! She is very friendly and funny! I really love my nails and her company as well. I would highly recommend her for your nails and she gives wonderful pedicures as well

I absolutely love this place! I took my niece to Jumy Nails for her 10th birthday. It was her first time ever getting her nails done. We were treated with respect and the staff was very friendly. I couldnt be happier with my visit. Both mine and my nieces nails look so beautiful. I will definitely return in the future.

Simply the Best!!! I always have a great pedicure and massage. The ladies are always happy and fun. And they speak English, which is a plus! Great place for a diabetic to get a monthly pedicure.

This was an okay experiences my first time. I was given a gift card to go back by a friend and again it was okay... I am still looking for a places that does great nails, and has great customer services in the Ogden area.

Just left jumy nails and I was very happy. They treated my 3 yr old daughter and I like family. I was there close to closing and they were super happy to accommodate us. Im extremely happy with both of our nails and my pedicure. I will make this business a regular stop for my nails and pedicures for my daughter and I.

If I could give this salon ZERO stars I would. My experience ended with Jumy, the owner, literally chasing me out of the building yelling, F*UCK YOU, HOOKER! Not once, but twice. Classy.I went in to get my acrylic nails filled and shaped- it ended up taking nearly two hours and I was late for a class, so I just left- the next day I called and spoke to Jumy about my experience and she demanded to see my nails, so I scheduled for later that evening. I went in and she kept making excuses for the nail tech that did it before, saying that because shes Asian, her English isnt very good. I told her it was no problem and she continued working on my nails. She then told me that if I wanted them fixed correctly, Id have to pay more money- I explained how I had already paid the day before and given a generous tip to the girl as well. I then asked that she just fix my nails as well as she could, because I didnt want to invest any more in my nails that will only last two weeks. This made Jumy angry and she started to raise her voice at me. I tried to diffuse the situation, saying it was fine- but Jumy wouldnt have it. She said I was ungrateful and made her mad. After this she got up and LITERALLY chased me- a pregnant woman- out of the building- Honestly, I should have called the police- I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN, and I really hope youll save yourself from the same type of experience. I cant believe this place is still in business. Im still in shock from what happened.

I just left there and was very happy with my experience there and will be returning. Those of you who post ugly comments should not return. Nobody wants that kind of clientele.

I am giving 1 star so that this review will be posted but not worth a star.They used MMA on my nails that wont come off with out extensive filing and my nails where huge and lumpy and way to long after multiple times telling her that I wanted them shorter after the lady tells me I do nice thin nails will never be going back and after the 2 hours of filing and around 45 mins of scraping and soaking my natural nails are a mess and they hurt. They should not be allowed to do this.MMA IS NOT FDA APPROVED And is dangerous and highly poisonous if you are in a nail salon and they use unmarked or hand labeled bottles leave. And they should never use a dremel or drill on your natural nails or put the nail glue on your nails. All of this happened to me.

Owner was trying to rush me through and chose to use the dremil on my nails making my nail beds sore. Nails did not grow out properly after 6 months

My name is not Charles as posted, I am his wife. It has been a while since I was at Jumys. And I wont be returning. I have been spoiled by Pella Nails in Sandy, UT. For over 2 years now I have tried to find a nail salon that would do as good. So far that is not the case. I am still searching. I have gone to 4 now. Jumy and Tammy Nails have done the worst job ever. I asked for a Spa Pedicure and they dont offer anything but a basic. I asked for a pedicure that would include a salt scrub and hot stone massage. They said they do only a basic. By then my feet were already in the cool water. I should have left then. I asked for warmer water and was ignored. She cut my cuticles with no cuticle softener or oil. At Tammys they used a callus shaver instead of a file! (Jumy did use the callus file, which I did like). I was apprehensive and deserve the destroyed heels for not speaking up! When I left both places my feet were worse than when I arrived. My socks stuck to the skin tags left over from the shaver!!! Today, 1 week later after Tammys, my feet look as if I walked through broken glass! Tammy Nails and Jumy Nails are a big NO! At Jumys they gave a bit better but all the lady did was complain loudly and angrily, about previous employee who left and started her own salon...was it Tammy!? Beware!!

To Charlotte or Cori Bou :I am not the owner but I was there the way then you nearly destroyed the salon and then took off when Jumy was on the phone with the police.You wrote an article about your alleged mistreatment but you failed to mention how you threw Jumys books and magazines all over the floor, screaming at all of us and threatened to tell everyone in your service to boycott Jumys nail salon. If you want to talk about your experience, lets talk about your experience. You came in to store the day before and insisted on making your nails EXTRA THICK despite our repeated suggestion to thin them down, saying that YOU LIKED THEM THAT WAY because they were made in London. After did the nails you had the nerve to come back, stating that you never wanted them to be thick. You then proceeded to pick at everything Jumy did all in a pathetic attempt to get a refund. Normally, Jumy may have refunded if you didnt have to lie about everything happened in the previous day.You know what, you should have called the police. Then you would have been arrested for destroying Jumys salon, screaming in our salon and nearly hit a mans car while speeding out of the parking lot when we threatened to call the police. You have committed at least Disorderly Conduct when you were inside the store, plus the reckless driving in the parking lot.The only reason Jumy chased out into the parking lot was because Jumy WAS ON THE PHONE WITH POLICE and they needed your license plate because you were going 100 mph in the parking lot.Jumys Nails have been here for nearly 15 years. She has built a reputation and clientele. Next you decide to lie to ruin a business reputation like you did to almost every business you provided a review on google, at least dont make it sound do unbelievable. A store owner chased you out into the parking lot and cursed you out, Really? How does such store stay in business?

I was told I could come get my broken nails fixed if I arrived before they closed. They lied to me. I got there 10 to 15 min before closing time and they turned me away. Apparently they dont want my business or any other business for that matter. The nail salon business has reached an all time low.

I went to get a pedicure and got it done by the owner, besides being very loud and unprofessional she used yellow cleaning gloves instead of disposable gloves, the next day my toes were red, hot and itchy. I ended up getting a pretty severe infection,

My acrylic Nails sayed for a week and the girl got acrylic all over my skin and made my nails really heavy because she put slot of acrylic on and 6 coats of gel so they were super heavy and needless to say I wont go back there again
