This was a completely different experience than last time I got my lashes done. Kadee is very knowledgeable and has the silkiest most amazing lashes. I got the full volume set and love it, I did have to trim some lashes a little for my own personal taste but they were very long and I was very happy overall!!

I had really been wanting lashes for a while and they turned out really nice, I’ve gotten so many complements and people asking where I got them . She did a really great job at listening to what I wanted since I wear glasses and already have naturally long lashes that get stuck to them, so she made sure I wouldn’t have that problem .

I came in for microblading having never done it before, the atmosphere was cramped and Kadee was not very friendly. The brows looked good upon leaving the appointment, but despite following her instructions they did not really hold very well. Also, even though I asked multiple times for the before/after pics that she took, she never gave them to me. Ill be going elsewhere.

Kadee is was extremely hard to get an appointment with. She changed my appointment two times. Then she also was 45 mins late for my appointment. She did a great job however on the lashes. They took an hour and 30 mins to do. I wish I would’ve know so I could’ve planned better.

I had a very mixed experience with Polished Image. I received a full volume set of lashes from Kadee. I thought she was very friendly and professional when I first met her, and her work space was absolutely gorgeous. Very relaxing and classy. During the appointment, she had a killer playlist that helped the time to go by; however, my issues came with the procedure itself. When working on my left eye, she put her entire arm over my face and leaned against my forehead and nose every time she placed lashes. It was extremely uncomfortable and I could not relax for a moment. She also slipped with the tweezers a few times and I was poked in the eyes. When the procedure was finished, the lashes looked incredible--I absolutely love the volume lash look and she did a fantastic job; but it took me a full ten minutes before I could stand up to leave, as I was so dizzy. I attributed this to lying down for so long, thanked her, and went on my way. The next morning, I could not sit up without feeling as though someone was shoving me to the ground. I was suffering from severe vertigo and nausea (I have never had dizzy spells or vertigo in my entire life). I was freaked out and consulted a doctor, who asked about my last 24 hours. She concluded that the extended pressure on my face, particularly the forehead, caused the vertigo. I was not able to stand for half of the day, which was not a side effect I ever expected. I reached out to Kadee, as I didnt want to blindside her with a review that was less than she expected. Immediately she blamed me and said that in no way was this her responsibility. She claimed that other people couldnt believe how gentle she was and often fell asleep. I wasnt trying to get money or free services from her; I just wanted to give her some feedback for the future. She mentioned that I was probably not compatible with this kind of beauty procedure, but I have had lash extensions before where the artist barely touched my face at all; maybe a finger or two on the forehead to steady herself, but otherwise nothing. Definitely not leaning against my face with such a harsh pressure. I felt Kadees text messages were very defensive and unprofessional, which is too bad because I really did like her during our appointment time. I was originally going to give this three stars, but after our interaction I feel like I must take it down to two. All in all, it just wasnt a good fit.
