I want to share my experience because I an extremely disappointed. My roommate and I went for pedicures yesterday at around 11am. We both got expensive pedicures 60 bucks a pop and I was left feeling like I got a bottom rung expensive. As my roommate was on her 4th leg and foot massage the guy who was helping me barely gave me a massage. Tells me after painting my toes that dont worry youll get a massage too. If I had known it was going to be worth a 30 pedicure I would have paid for that. They put wax on my feet after my nails were done. It was all out of order. Not only that but after the guy was done with me my roommate continued to be massaged while I was you can wait with her if you want. Neat, we came together and Im paying so yeah Ill wait, thanks. It may seem petty but I spent 122 plus a 30 dollar tip for a poorly done pedicure. If youre going to charge an absurd amount I expect the best. My nails dont look good and overall I thoroughly unsatisfied.

I took my daughter, and I to get our nails done. This was a treat, and something we havent been able to do for a few years. It was the most inefficient, time consuming, sloppy way of having my nails done Ive ever experienced. Not only that my daughters nails were basic black acrylics, and it took them 3 hours, they had to swap out people, and then STILL didnt fully cover the nail with the nail polish. There are multiple nails that do not have polish on the sides. Then lets add insult to injury, they acted like i was not going to pay them. Had me pay before they even finished her nails. Also the guy made some very rude remarks about why wasnt I paying him with cash, acting like my card was going to decline before I even got to the register. Definitely will not be going back! Worst experience ever.

Sloppy, uneven, and chipping after only 4 days. I would never return to this salon for nail services although the technician was very personable and friendly. There is no attention to detail; even the filing was subpar and resulted in jagged edges on my nails. For $30 I would expect a set to last at least 2 weeks. I can peel off the polish at this point because there are so many rough edges and spots with chips.

The ladies here are very good. They are so busy all the time so you have to wait but I usually will wait its worth the time and the money I save. Love the job they do on my pedicure walk in with ape feet come out with girl feet😂🤣

I waited for over an hour to get a set of nails! After I got them my fingers started to peel and then my hands! Went to the doctor and they told me it was the nails and product they use. I was mortified! I also noticed they don’t sanitize their stuff! Yuck! I will never go back! I’ve never had this happen when getting nails.

I love this place but I dont like how they charge the most for short acrylic nails with no color. For that price I should of got color and design. They pick what price everyone pays when your leaving

We went in earlier today and they did a horrible job on three of us. the guy that did my nails clearly did not know how to do nails and messed hem up horribly and was very rough. the lady that did my little sisters nails couldn’t even do a basic flower on her nails. my sister is 3 and she took them off bc they were not “cute”. i definitely do not recommend. it’s also very overpriced.

Beware! Shop in the Riverdale, UT Walmart. The nail techs use language as a barrier to trick u into paying high prices for lotions and gel nail polish. The price went from $20 to $50! There are men in the shop who speak English but they will not step in unless the customer gets angry. It was never like that, but it is now! The nail tech I had mocked me and refused to fix a scuff on my nails. Manipulating and not professional. If you decide to go there make sure you know exactly what products Are being used. Assume nothing!

Went in for a new set and decided I only wanted my nails removed after she was careless and literally peeled my skin off! Upon removing my other nails she ripped my ring finger down to the middle of the bed I would NEVER recommend to anyone. If it could be a one star rate I’d give it that. Money hungry & impatient they just want your pockets.

First time for my 9 year old Granddaughter and it was a fun day.

I’m giving one stars- I should give zero. But we had an appointment at 5:30.. when did they start us? Long after 6. And we didn’t leave till close to 8.I can’t believe anyone would look at this work and say they looked acceptable- I was told they looked like this because the color of the polish was “too light” hahahaha.But I will say- a better nail tech fixed them after I asked to just have the flower taken off and painted over- and she was great. Deserves 5 stars.But in all the experience was a big 0!Will never come back.You’re taking a chance coming here because obviously depending on who you get really makes a big difference.

These ladies are the best! My pedicures always last forever and they are great about fitting me in and remembering my preferences. Quick. Affordable. Great service. Two thumbs up!

I’m sorry but this place is absolutely not it. I went for a manicure and they did turn out cute. But two weeks passed and I got a fungus on one of nails. When I went they do not clean anything, so what it seems. Not to mention it smelled as well I don’t know it was the brushes idk. But especially with COVID they have to keep 100% everything is clean. Please do not waste your money on a unhygienic place!

I love going there I only get pedicures but theyre fantastic. My favorite pedicurist is Train. I am sure Im not spelling that right but I just love her shes really good she does a really good job with your ankles or hell she make sure that youre comfortable and everything is great shes just really nice. I have a really bad right knee and right hip and she always remembers as soon as she sees me and takes really good care of me.

My friend and myself come here often and always have a great experience with the owner and the older lady amazing work will today we had the older gentleman and one of the other men and they didn’t even ask us what service we wanted charged us 35$ didn’t do anything but paint our nails didn’t remove the dead skin off the bottom of our feet I even asked he said no, I asked for design he said no was horrible asked why it was 35$ instead of 25$ wouldn’t answer me I been here enough to know the prices and what they do and to be charged 35$ to just paint my nails is horrible I will not be returning ever again

Best nail salon around Town! I used to go to another place, but that one started to get way too crowded all the time. Da-Vi Nails had been recommended to me several times so I finally decided to try it out -- and Im so glad I did! I love that they actually spend time on your nails and dont just rush through it to get to the next client.

Had a deluxe pedicure today and it was fabulous! There was no wait when I arrived and nail tech did such a relaxing treatment! What a way to top off the 4 day weekend!!!

People are awesome! You can tell by the amount of return clients she has that she knows what shes doing. They did a gel French as i wanted - everything was perfect. :) You really should give a try this place, guys!

Hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in this city! Reasonably priced, and very comfortable. Ive gone three times, and theyre swiftly becoming my go-to salon. I highly recommend them!!!

When the lady started doing my nails, she asked me which pedicure I would like. I told her which one and she tried to up sale me to do the one that was 5 dollars more. I told her I would like to do the one I picked. Then she left me to answer a personal phone call. But before she left, she turned on the water and left it running. Now the water is over flowing. I was trying to get her attention because I didnt know how to turn it off and I shouldnt even have to. She finally looked at me and continued to talk on her cell phone because that was more important than the water soaking all of our purses and all of their machines. The guy working on the lady next to me turned it off as she is still into her conversion. It felt like forever until she finally came over to take care of it as she shouldnt have even left to answer her phone in the first place. I waited another 20 minutes for her to clean up the mess, the water was really hot so I had to take my feet out. When she returned, she never cleaned her hands or took off the gloves that she just cleaned the floor with. She started doing my toes again and then noticed she missed some water, she got on the floor to clean it and then returned to my feet still wearing her dirty gloves. As she is doing my feet she grabed my foot and put it in the air for the worker next to her to see. Not sure what was said because I do not speak their language but whatever was said they were laughing. Now that I feel uncomfortable, embarrassed and grossed out, its time to pay. She charged me for the pedicure I did not ask for. And after I left, I noticed there was still product on my legs. I will not be returning and I do not recommend them!

Loved loved loved this place! Super cute and clean with great prices. They have an amazing variety of colors thatll make it hard to pick which one you want. Everyone was friendly. This is definitely my new nail spot!

Serious difficulty with language barrier. My technician became angry with me for asking that she clean old polish off better and cut nails shorter. My husband was waiting for me after he did some light shopping. I found him standing leaning on his basket. He didn’t sit down because the chairs in the wait area are so stained they are nauseating!! The whole place needs a good scrubbing and an inspection from the health department.

Started a bit rough but this place is cute cute . works really well. She is a classy girl that takes care customers. She is also very funny! Basins get plastic covers for each pedi! This is a big plus. Keep up the good work.🌝

Went with a friend and got a no chip manicure for both of us. Both of our technicians were truly pleasant and professional to work with. We appreciated them fitting us in and providing excellent service.I do plan to return and continue to give them my business. Happy with how everything turned out.

My seat was broken. They lady doing mine had to keep stopping to answer the phone ND deal with other customers. She didnt finish taking on the previous polish i had on my toes so you can see it under my new polish and she forgot to put a top coat i didnt notice until I got home . Since I didnt have a top coat the polish has already begun to chip off . I aldo wasnt tood you can only pay in cash before hand .

Very disappointed!!!! My 13 year old daughter went in for a fill yesterday for her acrylic nails. The board said the price was $16 and up for a fill. When she was done the lady told her it would be $30. She only brought $20 in allowance money to pay for them and I had to put up the other $10 against my will!!! The full set she had put on 3 weeks ago cost $40 so we couldn’t understand why a fill was $30. The lady went on and on why it was $30 but we couldn’t understand a word due to the language barrier. Needless to say we will not be back as we found them to be very dishonest. We will find a reputable nail salon going forward.

I decided to go after a long day of work around 5:45 pm on a Friday with a coworker and the place wasnt packed. The owner asked us to start picking out a color and we were seated together within 10 minutes of arriving. I messed up one of my fingernails and toenails after she finished and she had no problem fixing it for me. Overall the service was great. I will be going here again.

The first time i went i got dip nails and they were 30$. i went again a couple months later and got dip not thinking i would have to ask the price due to the previous time. i got to the register and the lady said the price was 45$. my nails look pretty decent but i was a little disappointed in the prices.. i don’t know if i would recommend. they over pay and i feel like you can find better service somewhere else.

I was taking my friend there for her birthday to get pedicures done and the experience was less than satisfactory. They told us it would be 20 minutes before we sat down which was okay! Then they told us the tubs were ready so we go and sit down. We sat down at 3:00 and then at 3:50 we realize its almost been an hour and they arent even close so we were thinking about leaving. The lady comes over and was like we will get to you now because they could tell we were frustrated. We said we had to be somewhere soon. They said they could do it in 15 minutes. We asked if we could have some sort of discount for waiting an hour and they talked amongst themselves for 5 minutes and we couldnt understand them. They never said if we could have a discount and they kept ignoring us. We told them we were leaving and they got upset and said okay fine just leave. It was horrible.

I had a fantastic experience at Da-Vi Nails! I came in with a photo of a design I wanted and technician did an amazing job. I was very impressed and super happy with the outcome. You get what you pay for.

My sister and I walked in today for fills and pedicures. We love the way our hands and feet look. It was a great experience! We will be back! Thank you!

I have been to this place at least 3 times since I moved to Ogden and Ill keep on coming back here. Da-Vi Nails is super awesome; they knows what theys doing. I was in a rush one time. My technician she acknowledged it and tried to finish it as soon as possible. She finished my gel manicure amazingly in a timely manner. She said shes been doing nails for more than 10 years and you can tell by the way she files your nail, etc.I went back yesterday to get both a manicure and pedicure. My technician ( I cant remember her name ) also did a great job! Every person Ive had in the past does not disappoint.Definitely recommend this place and please do make an appointment in advance, because they are really popular and always busy! Also bring cash for tips!

I went with my mom and I had a picture of what I wanted and they pointed me to a color completely different. My mom also was just soaking her feet for an hour before they even started doing her pedicure, someone who got there after was out before her. I even had my acrylic nails done before her pedicure was done. I wouldnt say I would never go there again but I wouldnt recommend it.

NOT TRANSGENDER FRIENDLYI brought my boyfriend with me to get my nails, and the nail artist spent the entire time staring at him and asking incredibly personal questions, including ones about if he had had bottom surgery. After treating him like an investigative show, the nail artist became very terse and silent, and didnt even finish my manicure properly (shellac that started chipping the next day). Will definitely never return, incredibly rude .

Wow three weeks later and my gel nail polish is still intact! The color is still the same, no fading. Minus the nail growth, my nails look like they were freshly painted and awesome customer service. I will be back when I am in town!

K normally go to the location in Layton on Hill Field... Today I thought I would just drop in... Its a pedicure how can you mess that up... Well let me tell you... She cut my toenails so short a couple of them bled. She cut my cuticles, and was more concerned with talking on her phone then doing my feet. DONT USE THIS LOCATION!

My niece and I went while youre on vacation. Shes 8 years old and got a mani-pedi. They were very kind and attentive to her and also to me I got a manicure. Place was very clean and everyone is very nice. I would definitely go back!!!

Horrible experience. Two of us went and both were dissatisfied. Could not understand what they were saying. Just wanted polished toes and fingers. The polish was uneven, did not cover the nail, and was left on the skin. It was a mess. They were upset that I chose not to tip. This is my tip, an at home manicure would cost much less and look more professional

Worse experience went in thought it would be convenient since I was getting a oil change, but when the tech started to take my color off she was so rude anything I said she accused me of lying because I told her my normal nail salon was like 15 dollars cheaper and what was worse is she had one of her other lady techs call just to find out I was telling the truth made me so mad that I got up and told her I would never step foot in that salon again as she pleaded for me to stay. Worse experience ever sad thing is when I got back to the tire shop they said it was not the first time they had heard that.

It was so so good they my nails came of great just what I wanted O asked for a unicorn on my nail and they did so good painting it I didn’t book a Appointment and when I walk in they sat me right down 5 stars

Horrible customer service... I got told to wait half hour ... came back and they sat me at one of the nail tables waited another half hour ... I had to get up and leave because of work.... wasted an hour waiting all because they had no one destined for fills .... I wont be going back ...

If you want a set of gel nails, do not come here. They will give acrylic and charge for gel. They use gel polish over the acrylic and that is what they consider gel.The nails look okay, not great but okay. I wont get them done here again.

I dont know why so many people are giving bad reviews. I went there, and they were so sweet. I had my 10 month old with me, and they laughed and played and talked to her. I felt very comfortable. Ill definitely be going back!

My Deaf friend took her daughter there for her birthday, and they overcharged her by $126! They took everything off her card, and had the GALL to ask for $3 more! I JUST happened to be there and saved her. The gave me too much change back, but as they left my friend PENNYLESS for the next 10 business days while she waits for a refund to come back on her prepaid card, I figured that was the LEAST they could do. I didnt have the heart to say that her kids nails were already lifting either. Why upset her more?Pay attention to your bill. Not the first time a walmart nail place overcharged someone hoping they wouldnt notice. There are cheaper and more honest places in the mall. Save yourself the fight!!

Ive been coming here for months now! I absolutely adore this place! Amazing! I do mani, pedi and eyebrows and always feel pampered!

I normally love getting a pedicure here...but yesterday i left with a messed up flower design and an infected toe! I waited over an hour soaking my feet for a rushed pedicure even though i called and had an appointment. I think they lost my business :(

My biggest issue with this location is the fact that they always lie to you; no matter how long the wait is they tell you its only a 10 minute wait... but really its about a 10-20 minute wait until they can seat you down and then you can wait up to another 30 mins (this has happened to me several times over the past 3 years) before they even start on your nails. I keep thinking maybe things have changed so Ill give them another chance, but nope, no more coming here.

I love coming here, they are so friendly and so quick to get you in! They always make me feel great and do wonders for my feet!;) I definitely think I get more than what I am charged for!

I have been to this location twice the first time I had a great experience. The lady was very nice and we talked the whole entire time. She even put polka dots on my nails for free. Her name is Mindi, I would only go back if she did my nails. The second time I went in to get them filled and the lady did a really crappy job she didnt file my nails straight and I had to ask her to fix them and when I left they still werent straight. She gave me dirty looks the whole time, then she put the gel on and missed a lot of spots on my nails when I asked her to fix it she said no we dont do two coats only one and I insisted so she got her boss and I showed her boss and she told her to fix and then she had a bad attitude the rest of the time and when I was finished she didnt even put the oil on my nails. Worst customer service. I payed $20 for crappy service and crappy nails.

Bad job for high price.

There is NO such thing as gel powder I paid for full set and woman insisted they were gel and repeated they gel powder 4 times I said okay not knowing gell powder does not exist and almost every salon around is using acrylic powder and claiming its gel ........ hung up phone when I asked for refund and asked why they are lying to their clients!!!!! I paid over 65 dollars for them to ruin my nails and give me acrylic when I asked and paid extra for gel!!!!!!!! Never go here!!!!! They are fast because they are careless with the work and cut corners to make you come back sooner1 star cuz 0 isnt an option

It was great to be here. I waited my friends shopping in Walmart. I was worry when I checked this address on my phone but after come here it so different. The place was super clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Huong took her time shapping my nail to perfection. I will visit there usually.

My experience here was the worst. I sat with my feet in the water for about 15 minutes before I got service. The water got cold, so I took my feet out. The lady rushed and did a sorry job. I dont know if this is what its like around here or am I just spoiled from having professional service. I definitely would not recommend and no need to worry about me recommending any place around here. Service is sorry.

My wife and sister went here to get a pedicure and was told by Tai (the guys name that was given) that for the top level peddy he would include a free manicure but they would have to use the same color and pay for the gel polish which would be a $10 addition. After he walks off another lady (Trang is what she says her name was) started to ring up the purchase and charged full price and insisted they had to pay this and because the manicure was already done which is what they charge you for and the paint is free they had no choice to back out at that point because they already paid for paint whether they get it or not . We arent sure if they are running a scam but if they offer a price then switch out people after the work is done then your stuck paying the full price and not what the original employee offers. But of course Tai the guy that offers a deal is nowhere to be found when its time to be rang up. This place is shady and do sorry work to boot.

Got the deluxe pedi. Felt great, but when I got home i realized the lady did a really crappy job on my nails. I had a toenail that had a piece on the end longer than the rest, and the nail polish was just kind of slapped on! Not going back! Also im pretty sure the lady used the exact same gloves and tools on me as she did the last few ladies before me. Super nasty!

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had. Took my boyfriendfor his first time his was done in 15 min. My polish is all over my cuticles. Then I paid for a man and got a 2 min service with horrible nails. They could care less. Also I have little red sores on my feet.

Completely UN-relaxing and annoying. There were 3 ladies working and they all spoke loudly to each other the entire 1.5 it took for my pedicure. Another customer and I tried to speak but we could not hear each other over them. A disabled man came in for something and they laughed at him the entire time. I will not go back to this location.
