Place was clean. Massage chairs were nice. Service was quick. Not super easy to communicate desires with employees. I took my daughter in for a pedicure because we needed help with exfoliating dry feet. I told the lady that’s why we were paying for a pedicure but she still only spent like 15 min on the entire service. We both left with visible dry skin on the bottom of our feet. $30 bucks each for the basic pedi seems a little high for literally the bare minimum. Paint job was okay.

Daughter came in for her nails completely uneven. Didnt have the color she wanted . Over charger my boyfriend the guy hung up on me when I called them. Really poor quality. Service really sucked I brought her back in and the guy claims its cause of the length.

This is one of those things that me and my wife like to treat ourselves with at least once a month its good for your entire body I highly recommend anyone to try for themselves

I waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure, and every one but one person was free, they just went to the back and left the one girl to do everyone on her own.

I loved how my nails looked...for 2 hours. By the time I got home the gel polish was already coming off and leaving a gooey mess. I discovered this when I found the gel that hadnt been set correctly smeared across my skin. It was a huge waste of time and money.

This was the worst experience I have had they kept getting up and down as they were getting done they did not say hello. They did not ask what shape of nail I wanted, they gave me an awful uneven shape. Alittle girl was pressing buttons on my friends phone. And it’s been an hour since I had them done and one has already broke. And the man in there need to cut his nails and not stick his dirty nails under mine.

I love this place. I’m not much of a girly girl so I don’t get my nails done a lot but every once in awhile my husband thinks I need to treat myself and sends me to get a pedicure. Every-time I get a pedicure from here my feet always feel so good. I’ve been to a couple other places as well and those places has never made my feet feel as good as Q-nails can. I work on my feet all day and sometimes I just need Q-nails to work their magic and get my feet feeling back to normal.

I ALWAYS go here for nails. The guy is very friendly and so nice and always does my nails right. They do just go at their own pace but if you want something fixed girl SPEAK UP. Tell them to fix it if its wrong and i promise you’ll leave with the best nails!

I paid more! And I asked for a stiletto tip. Milky white color. Thats all. Tell me why I walked out with a square French tip nails. Not only that I didnt even want to look at my nails during the process because it hurts so much. First off, there was a lady who was already starting to do my nails and then all of a sudden she got up and switched places with this guy whom I forgot his name and he ended up doing my nails. He just rushed the whole thing, he didn’t even paint my nails all the way and the shape of them were not even at all. I paid over $50 that day for nails that looked like they cost $10. Never going back again.

I called during the COVID-19 situation too see when they would be open in the summer for my nails. The person on the phone yelled at me and said NO NO STAY HOME! I’m 15 and just wanna look cute for my birthday in the summer know some nail places may be busy. I think I will go to a busy nail salon now...

Went to get my nails done and to have my old ones taken off. The guy doing my nails hurt me and made fun of me when I said “ouch”. He cut my nail in 3 spots and made me bleed. He was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving after he took my nails off and didn’t have him re do my nails. Definitely won’t be going back!!

I noticed they took extra time and care on my nails, and honestly they did a better job than my old nail salon! Overall, the salon is clean, service is attentive and the quality of the work is high! Honestly the best nail salon I know in my life, in the world. I got exactly what I wanted and never felt like she was rushing through my manicure and pedicure even though I know she had a full schedule. My services were amazing. This salon is very clean!! I will definitely go back to her!

Tom says the wait is 30 minutes. Well it turned into 1hr 20 min no exaggeration. All the while he was working on 4 people by himself 3 got nails put on. All workers apparently on vacation which left him to half a$$ the work yet still charge reg price. Everyone else in after us was told the same 30 min even tnough he knew it wasnt. He was nice I will give him that but I will mot be returning. 😒

I have had to come back in three times to get my nails fixed within three days. One girl was very unprofessional. I spent 45$ to get this kind of service. I will never come back again and I do not recommend.

The pricing is backwards usually if you get your nails done and just get color its around 20 to $25 but if you dont get the white tips French nails it is like $35 so I mean they just were not what I was expecting if you are trying to save a buck definitely dont go there. if youre looking for them to pay special attention to your feet dont go there either they speed through it. But what I can say on the nails they did really good so before you go there I just rather you ask a few questions so you can make sure you know what youre getting into.

At first I admired the time and effort they put into my mani, however the pedicure from the beginning felt off.. this is my first time in years getting a pedicure at a salon and sadly my last.I bought new sandals at the Burlington next door and decided I would go ahead and get my toes done, literally 2 days later I got athletes foot. There is no way this was caused by me as my feet never smell, I take care of them and have been wearing clean new shoes.

Ive been going to Q Nails the past 6months. It’s a new record to me lol, because Ive stopped going to places if it seems like they skimp on cleaning equipment. And this place meets my demands, I feel secure in their cleanliness. I love how my nails look each time I step outside.

Extremely desapointed!! Wasted over 50.00 for a very poor job, the guy was very unprofessional, my husband and I wanted to have a relaxed pedicure, turned out a mediocre job. They didnt cut the cuticles or file the toenails, messy nail polish that felt off next day, i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that knows how a good pedicure must be done. Wont come back.

Staff is pleasant is why Im giving 2 stars.. but this place sucks!.. After she applied the acrylic she left tons of its excess gob on the sides and underneath my nail.. as well as left my nail skin underneath/sides glued to the nail.. I had tO ask her to remove it!.. and she did with no problem.. I think they are more about getting you in and done rather than making u feel comfy or caring about their quality of work..

When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said be back in 10mins. I waited 45mins on my lunch break and noone arrived... when I left I called on my way back to work and someone answered the phone, when I told him how long I had waited his response was ok... what a waste of time..

They did my daughter pedicure super quick and didnt even clean it up afterwards or put a top coat on it. The polish were all over her cuticles. The guy was nice but from the work I received was not worth going in there. Didnt even paint the full toe nails either.

The guy was welcoming and the female was not at all.I showed the woman a picture of how my daughter wanted her nail done and she said she could do it.The woman tried to add full set nails on my 13 year old daughter.My daughter wanted gel nails and add diamonds along with flowers on her ring fingers.Once my daughters nails dried the female thought we were done. I showed her the picture of what we were doing and she said, No! I asked her what do you mean and she said No again. I asked you can do it and she shook her head and then I asked can you do the design and she said no.Such a waste of my time, my money and waste of breath.The woman does not speak ANY ENGLISH. Not friendly. All she can do is paint nails which I did for my daughter. $35 for her to paint her nails. Not worth it.Do not go there.They need to be more friendly. Learn English so they can communicate efficiently. Rip off. They do not want to learn English so they can act dumb as if they do not understand so they can keep ripping people off.I hope they end up BANKRUPT.Liars. This place was the worst place I have been to. I gave this place a second chance with my own personal rule everything and of course everyone deserve a second chance. I went in the first time wanting a simple fill anyhow the guy doing my nails seemed distracted and in a rush. He would stop in between nails to check his phone by the time we got to the color he answered his phone and left for more than 10 minutes without apologizing the other worker rang me up. I didnt even stay to get the color. The second time I went in I needed my gel nails off thinking to myself there wasnt a way that he could mess up. I was so wrong. He didnt even care to listen to me requesting that he left my natural grow out the length it was. He took the nail clipper and cut them so short. He didnt drill them down like theyve done in the past he grabbed a tool to lift off my gel nails with. He did about two full nails and then once he got to the second one my natural nails nearly came off with the gel nail. I asked him to stop and walked out, please you guys dont ever go there. They could care less and honestly as a woman you should feel amazing to pamper yourself this isnt the place to do so.

Place was great. No cutting from filling, I didnt want to jerk my hand away from the electric filling. Much better than la nails.

First of all, my manicure looks really bad. They made me feel super uncomfortable. One man there was asking me personal information and was taking pictures from under the table of me. And another man was looking at my butt and watching me wash my hands and walk back. I do not recommend letting your children go there unless you are right next to them.

I dont see why you make appointments when all they do is accept walk ins and when you show up on time for your appointment you sit and wait for 30 minutes. I ended up leaving. I get walk ins are a big source of business but if you have appointments coming up donr accept walk ins.

Tried giving this place a chance again. Third time actually. Unprofessional who ever did my nails I don’t know her name, whole time she was on her phone. This time they didn’t cut me but they left acrylic residue all over my cuticle which dried up now it’s hard to take off. I won’t be coming back again.

If I could I would rate this a 0, I Absolutely hated this place. They Charged me $55 for gel acrylic nails that were done badly. They were not polite, no nail trimming, or filing. Ill never be back there again. My friend that also went along with me was very disappointed with her acrylic nails. I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed because I couldnt even type with how thick and wide she left my nails. The salon that fixed them even asked where I got them done, because it was done so poorly.

I had a full set of Acrylic nails done here & was charged $60! The advertised price in the salon was $30 for short nails! One week later my nails began to lift! I will NEVER go here again...they literally rip you off & over charge you! This is the worst place ever to get anything done! My pedicure I also had done looks terrible as well!

Went on a Saturday, there where only two workers. I asked for gel nails, they told me to have a seat. I sat for 30 mins at the nail desk. They kept seating people in the pedi water with only two workers, two girls got up and left while they sat down three more. The owner came in to check on them but did not provide any help to his workers and then left the store. I would not return.

Staff was friendly, but thats where it ends for me. I regularly get pedicures so I am pretty aware of what to expect. He spent lots of time massaging my feet, yet zero time actually clipping my cuticles or painting my toenails without getting any paint on my toes. Never took the time to clean the excess off either. I sat and watched as my niece had hers done beautifully by another employee. It was really hard to pay the full price of 25 plus a tip, knowing that I was walking out of the salon feeling like they looked terrible. Will not be back.

I had a questionable visit two weeks ok, but decided to give them another try today. As I suspected the young lady who works there has the worst attitude Ive seen in a long time. Not only did she open 10 min late, but I walked in greeted her, and she was like what do you want. So I greeted her again just in case she missed my first hello.....she again repeated what you want......I said are you ok? She said yeh, she then asked how can i help you. I said no thank you, you cannot and walked out. That type of customer service should not be tolerated. I wouldnt recommend this place to my absolute worse enemy. Whats sucks is that I tried to give her a chance to respond in a friendlier manner but that just didnt happen.WORSE NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER.......They are lucky the system wont allow anything less than one star!.

The worst place I have ever been to. My granddaughter and I went in for a pedi. Really 25.00 each no massage on legs, nail polish all over our toes. A two year old could have done it better.

This place is one of the worst nail salons Ive ever seen. It is dirty, terribly managed, and even worse than that they are consistently trying to rip people off. My wife has been here a couple time because its right near where she works in the mall so its conveniently close, but she will never go back. One time she was told 20-25 minutes, then they get her kind of started and then she sits there for almost another hour before they start. The employees arent in any kind of hurry, they could care less. The manager is trying to herd 15 people in saying 20 min. wait, while he only has 2 other employees working so you know they cant make that time. Fine thats bad, but even worse than that is when they try to use their poor English to rip people off. You ask how much is something, and they will say fifteen, but when you go to pay they will say no, I said fifty. Again, worst nail salon ever, total rip off, dirty, rude, and thieving.

WORST manicure I have ever had. My white tips are crooked, he left white polish on the sides of my fingers and my nails arent even filed. They are ragged. I asked him twice to file the nails and straighten the lines on the tips. Once he ignored me, the 2nd time he filed for half a second and continues on to the next finger. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble. OH...and their kid was running around the place and out in front of Burlington screaming and riding around on of the pedicure stools.. Kinda unprofessional. I probably wouldnt have minded as much if the manicure had been quality.

Initially wanted a Mani/Pedi..but when the service provider was done with my Pedi in a blink of an eye. I decided to pass on the Mani..Im cant tip poor service. I drive trucks for a living and my feet were extremely tired as I might be able to get a decent Mani Pedi when I am able to get one. Bad choice for a service. Then almost $30 for it. Lol!! What a joke..more worth $15..and my feet ashed up white as soon as I left the store. Never again!!

Im pretty disappointed in my last experience here. I asked for acrylic nails with white tips and for an accent nail in pink. He did all white tips, which was fine, but he was really rough when filing my nails and cut 4 of my fingers with the file. Id noticed one while he was doing it and he shrugged it off like it was nothing. It wasnt till I left that I noticed the other two cuts. I dont like those people who say Im never coming here again but I probably wont be going back. The customer service isnt that great and the nails are kind of sloppy.

My friend went there and was cut by the male technician on Thursday June 8, 2016. Then he put solution on the cut which burned severely. After that....she was told to go wash her hands. Upon her return, he proceeded to file that area without care.... or some kind of protection. The actual work was blotted and unprofessional. Just be aware if you plan on visiting this location.

Oh man. I should’ve yelped this place before I went in. I waned chrome nails. Look at the picture, first of all. Horrible job. What kinda BS chrome nails are these?! 😡 Second, the guy that did my nails was so rough, a week later, it STILL hurts! I gave them a chance to fix it. They just said they’ll give me a $5 discount. They charged me $55 for shellac nails. Definitely waaayyyy more than what I usually pay. I paid but did not leave a tip. And it’s honestly my first time not leaving a tip. Horrible place. Please let people know how horrible they are and have them step up their game or they seriously deserve to be out of business based on how everyone else’s reviews are. I’ve never seen a nail salon ONLY get bad reviews. Wow. 👎🏼

Went in for the first time yesterday wanting to get gel nails done ( I never had them before but was told they are thinner than acrylic ) the man up front told me yes they do gel and did my nails, I ended up googling the difference because they still had the thickness that I dislike, I did not get gel nails like I had asked for and they didnt even bother with my cuticles like most places do. I will not be returning here at all.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had with anyone doing my nails. The lady started off by putting on the glue with the nail then somehow the guy ended up doing my nails. He was sloppy with the acrylic and left it on my skin above and under my nail. Then he painted my nail and got it on my skin, then to top it off he said it will be done in 5 min, turned the fan on and walked away. I was sitting for 10 minutes waiting for him to come back when the other lady down got up from her client and came over and told me I was done. Done with acrylic and nail polish on my skin. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had at a nail salon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A special needs person. My mother and i went in for 2 pedis and 2 full sets. They told us it was suppose to be $100 then they didnt massage my legs for the pedi. They yelled at my 5 year old son to not look at their plant. Then yelled at him a 2nd time because he was sitting on his knees on a chair next to me. I road with my mother and she had to go drop someone off and was coming straight back to get me... They finished my full set and i noticed my nail was messed up. I asked him to fix it nicely and he yelled at me I TOLD YOU TO BE CAREFUL after he told me to put my shoes on because they were dry. My finger nails are just about all on crooked and after he fixed my toe nail and told me about 50 times he told me to be careful...he said you need to get out and go wait outside for your mom .Did you call her i told him my phone had died and he said again you need to get up and go wait outside also, they charged an extra $55 so it ended up being $155. The person who paid as a gift to my mother and i had special needs. Horrible service. I called and asked for pricing after my horrible service they said it would be $100 for what we wanted. So we called again spoke to the wife and she acted like she didnt speak english when we asked why we were over charged .

If there were an opportunity to choose 0 stars, I would have done so. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one who had a horrible experience. I decided to try this place at the recommendation from someone I didnt know on Facebook (First Mistake!) I have been getting acrylic or gel nails for over 3 years now and know pretty well what the procedure is. I asked for a sparkly red tip with the rest of the nail being clear. I sat there through the long process of getting my old nails removed, white plastic tips applied, and then watched as he used the red #11 powder to color the tips of my nails. Long story short, when he finished with both the red and the clear powders and filed and smoothed the nails, I noticed a total lack of symmetry from one nail to the next and speckles of red powder in the clear area. There was no even application of red powder and the curve of the line was anything but even or correctly applied. My hands and nails were covered with acrylic dust and debris and he reached out to apply the gel topcoat. I asked, shouldnt I wash my hands first? He replied no, and proceeded to apply gel over my dusty fingers. After curing in the light, I felt the nails on my right hand and every single nail had a lump or blob that was not smooth. I pointed this out to him and asked him to fix it so my nails would be smooth as they should be. He took out his file and filed the tops of my nails removing both red color and clear topcoat. I explained that this was not acceptable and that I wanted it to be fixed. (Second mistake!) He proceeded to tell me in his very bad English that I had told him everything was OK and that I was responsible. The only time he had even asked if anything was OK was when he cut the length of my little finger and I agreed the length was good. I told him the problem was that he had not done a good application of the topcoat (very sloppy and over unclean nails).At this point he was apparently done with me and grabbed my hands and using his nail clippers cut everyone of the tops off my nails (right down to the tops of my fingers) and used his tool to scuff the finish of every nail removing some of the tips and most of the topcoat. He actually cut so close to the nail on my middle finger that he cut the top of my finger which immediately started to bleed. I jerked my hand away and he stood up and walked away. I think he may have told me not to come back or something to that effect (as if I would) but his English was so bad I couldnt tell.Looking back, I think I must have thought he was actually going to fix the problem or I would not have allowed him to cut the tops of my nails and scuff the finish so badly. He basically was just being spiteful and wanted to totally destroy my nails. Someone like that should not be working with the public and should be looked at for mental issues.This was a very traumatic experience for me. I had to immediately find another salon to see if the damage could be repaired. The very sweet girl who helped me said she had never seen anything like this in her 10 years of doing nails. She said because this was just done and was fully cured under the lights, it would cause too much damage to my cuticle to remove them. She had to do her best to file them down evenly and make them look halfway presentable. I now have very short nails and one finger that is sore and bloody.If you ever even thought about possibly going to this place, please remember my experience and save yourself the trauma I went through today!

Was told multiple times he could do a “Marble” like design on my nails and my nails look absolutely atrocious! He had a photo reference to follow and couldn’t even follow it ! I spent $50 to wake up this morning and my jewels to be already falling off which we’re even match jems in the first place !!

When we went to q nails, my sister was going to get her fake nails off. We asked how much it would be, and it was $10. The guy was just sitting around, doing nothing, the place wasnt very clean, the fish tank was really dirty, so when he started to take her nails off, he pulled out some weird tools to take them off, and started to rip them off, me and my sisters thought that they would take them off normally, soaking them and them using an electric file, when he was taking them off and she was telling him that they hurt really bad, and he looked at her tattoos and said your tattoos hurt more, but those are 2 very different things! When he ripped them off, he actually broke part of her nail! He only got through 1 and a half nails before she couldnt take it anymore, so he through her hand down and saidthen I cant help you anymore and we left, we didnt pay cause of how the experience was. Honestly I wouldnt even rate it 1 star
