My hair turned out pretty good. I wanted a haircut and style. I only got a haircut. I felt like I was being rushed out the door like when you go to great clips or those dollar cuts.

I had a really great experience at this Salon. It was my first time coming in and Megan was an absolute gem. She did an all over color on my hair and was so pleasant to talk with during the process. I can not wait for her to do my hair extensions.

I have been a client of this Salon since they opened at least 14 years ago, first going to Shannon and then later to Sheena (Shannon moved to Germany). I wont trust anyone else with my hair and know that I will always walk out loving it and feeling confident. Sheena is incredibly nice but she will guide you to help maintain a current and trendy or a classic style. I never feel rushed and enjoy socializing with all the stylists there, it really is a treat. My girls see Shaylie there whom I also highly recommend and love.

I have really short blonde hair and Whitney did an excellent job of dying it black and adding some nice long extensions! My confidence level has gone up so far! The extensions are easy to style and blend with my hair well and my black dye hasn’t faded whatsoever! Definitely going back for a long time!

I got a great color and style from Britni today. She spent a lot of time on finding out what I wanted and got it just right. She always does a good job getting me a natural hair color and covering the gray!

I cannot say enough wonderful about Salon Satori. I am a regular client and have been following the owner for such a long time! Lynne does my hair and I can say without any bias or uncertainty that she has given me the BEST cut and color Ive EVER had in my life. I am not kidding or exaggerating. Lynne knows that long hair clients are probably a little more scared than most to cut their locks off. She makes certain to ask questions about what you want, and knows it is better to cut to a little than cut too much.I recently donated 12 of hair and Lynne was so surprised I was willing to part with that much hair - but told me I would still have a ton of hair left over, so we didnt have to chop off a little at a time. It felt so good to 1) donate that much hair and 2) know I would still have long hair of my own. It was very freeing. As I walked out of that appointment I didnt think anything could get better than that cut and color (went back to major blonde highlights) but she surprised me again! This last cut was above and beyond anything I could dream of. I can wash my hair very quickly and pull it to my head to sleep (if I want to) and wake up with my hair already loosely curled. You really owe it to yourself to try one of the great stylists at Salon Satori!!!

I’m sure the person I went to is a great stylist when it comes to hair types that aren’t curly, but I ended up with about six or seven inches cut off my hair when I asked for only four at the very most. No hard feelings, I just want my money back.

Cut own hair, was very hacked off and very unevenly around. Went in and Meg was nice enough to schedule an appointment same day walking in.Described the mess I caused, and ask if it can be easily fix.Gotta say, for one that is not interested in going to a salon for trust issues, Meg helped ease those negative thoughts away with the beautiful job she did to my hair. She did a very great job on cutting and leveling, my now short hair that I love, and I cant say thank you enough.

Salon satori is a wonderful place for a hair stylist or massage.

I went yo Mccall for a hair coloring. I wanted something strawberry blonde or a rose gold kind of color. I left however, with orange hair. At first in the shop after it was done i thought to myself that it was too orange, but i was convinced by my stylist that it would eventually fade into the color i origonally wanted. After paying $150 dollars! I went home to see that my hair was a lot brighter of an orange than i was participating. I scrubbed and scrubbed and even tried to strip some of the color out...no luck tho. She blames me because we had a detailed conversation beforehand. I showed her pictures and she showed me some as well. To my understanding it was going to be the same color as the 2nd picture (strawberry blond) just maybe a few shades darker similar to the one on the left (rose gold). I didnt however realise that meant a lot more orange! She should have made sure i totally understood what i was getting myself into. I politly texted her about my situation looking for a refund so that i could pay somebody else to fix it. But she wouldnt budge. I left with less than half of what i payed for. She said that in a few weeks it should fade into the color than i want...but i should not have to wait weeks for my results. If you cannot garuntee your work you should be ready to provide a full refun.
