Scheduled an appointment to have a set of tires installed on my Ford F-150. I had not purchased the tires from them. When I arrived, on time I heard coworkers shouting at each other about “damaging rims” while working in the shop. Once I entered the building an employee who seemed to hate his job stumbled up from the shop and asked for my information. When I gave him the info he said he couldn’t install the tires because they didn’t have the factory stickers on them. Drove a half hour to get to my appointment and wasted my time. Extremely dissatisfied…

Ben and his team are some of the best. They are straightforward and tell you how to get back on the road safely. I drive 40,000 miles a year, and depend on this kind of service. They have taken great care of my Lincoln MKZ, and I hope to drive it to 300,000 with them.

Very bad experience. Spent over $100 for an alignment on my truck after noticing a slight pull to the left. After they completed the job it pulled hard to the left. I dealt with it for over 3 weeks as every time I was available they didn’t have a spot open. Finally was able to get in and after over 5 hours I get a call that it’s all done. Now the steering wheel is about 15 degrees to the right when I’m going straight. And it PULLS HARD to the left now. Don’t waste your time with these people, they will only leave you more frustrated then before you came in.

I had a issue, in 2018. It costed me alot of money. Fast forward three years later would have cost me $3,000. The issues were the same. They fix it temporarily. I am never going back there again.... The car was a Toyota Camry ( black) I wanted to give them a second chance. I had to get a new car

This place is good for a cheap oil change but don’t go here during the pandemic. When someone drives my car you would think they would be sanitary?? Wrong! Not a single employee or person in the waiting room wearing a mask. Even though the company states mandated mask? And on top of it they will give you a very detailed list of things that “need to be fixed” that are fine. It’s their way of adding the cherry to the cheap oil change. If it’s too good to be true, trust your instinct.

This place isnt open on Sundays and they didnt update hours. Ya not cool.

Waited over two hours for an oil change. I asked the guy for an estimate on the time it would take and he said less than an hour, only one car ahead being vacuumed. Had he told me it was going to take hours I would’ve waited until another day or went somewhere else.

I brought my first car here because my muffler was rusted off and my exhaust pipe was hanging. $650 dollars later they gave me a new muffler and exhaust pipe. 4 months later my muffler is making the same noise. Apparently it had rusted off and was dangling AGAIN. I go back and show them my warranty paperwork. Apparently the muffler again was dangling but they couldn’t do any warranty work for me and it’ll be $750. They kept explaining how they were under different management and they are unable to help me out. I think these people were rude to work with and very unprofessional. I guess this shows that people are more money greedy then providing proper customer service: wouldn’t recommend this place and would prefer taking my business to family owned mechanics.

I had a tire valve stem break in half on my way to work and I was able to limp my car into Firestone in Oconomowoc they were very friendly and very up front with prices got me in that day had my car dropped off for me at my work place

The service here was fast and they did a great job. Firestone has an awesome selection of tires! It was nice to be able to get an oil change and my battery replaced while they put on my new tires! The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also always have a TON of great coupons to save you some money

I brought in a flat tire after my wife ran over a metal object on the road. John at Firestone was extremely helpful, friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The service work was done quickly and fairly priced. Will come back for sure.

I needed a ride home and I got one. I have always been happy with the work and keep on coming back.

We had previously experienced adequate car care at Firestone but our experience this week was the worst. My husband hit a curb and cracked the rim and Firestone replaced the rim. My husband endured the dismissive attitude of Christine as he placed the order. My son endured her attitude when he picked the car up. My son thought something was wrong when he drove the car home and sure enough the wheel sounded like an airplane. There is no way they took it out for a test drive. As a special way to say we really just dont care, they didnt put our spare tire away and just threw it in the back. When we called, my husband again endured Christines attitude. They took a look and determined our wheel bearing needed replaced. After we got it back the second time it still is making the same noise. $1100 later all we have to show for it is being treated rudely. Go anywhere else but here.

Ive been going to Firestones for several years. The shop in Oconomowoc is fantastic!!! They offered more than fair tire and installation pricing, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Front staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional--couldnt ask for more. They even added a desk and lap desk in the waiting room for customer convenience while we wait--a true sign that they are customer-centric.Great place--strongly recommend!

Christine and her team did an incredible job getting me in on a Sunday to replace a stud that was cross-threaded! Dealership in MN cross-threaded the lug so the stud had to be cut. In and out of Firestone w/in an hour and a half. Incredibly professional staff, reasonable price - overall great experience - would highly recommend!

Local management is not empowered to provide good customer service. Has a 9am appointment for 4 new tires that was confirmed. Arrived to be told they did not have my tires. Offered me tires that were over $200 more. Took a lessor tire then I desired and they needed to order in but my car will be ready at 4pm. Was told I can leave the car and Uber home and come back. Not happy about this.

I’ve been to multiple Firestone’s in the past few years and all have been great. A special shout out to the Oconomowoc location though. They are so friendly, helpful and timely. The manager was a great help. I would 100% recommend them!

Im honestly fed up with this place. I brought my car in at 1 pm on Friday, and I said I could leave it there until Sunday for maintenance. My car was making a clicking noise from the front two tires, and I had mentioned to the guy working that I thought it was either the wheel bearings or the CV joints. I was told I would get a call with a quote after they did a complete inspection to locate the issue. I didnt receive any call all weekend, and when I returned on Sunday THEY HAD NOT EVEN DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. AFTER TWO DAYS. He also asked me if my car was still out in the lot. Where else would it be?! Shouldnt you know?! I was told my car had been assigned to a person who had the weekend off, and they could not find his notes on what he had decided was wrong from looking at it on Friday. I left again because I was told that they would try to contact the guy who had looked at it and let me know what he said. I called again an hour and a half later after not hearing anything only to find out they couldnt reach the guy and still didnt know what was wrong. Because apparently they only have one tech who can diagnose issues. I then picked up my car, after literally nothing had been done, and was told that it was either the wheel bearings or the CV joints (which is what I already thought). They then told me that I will need to let the problem get worse before they can know what the issue is. In what world is this advice that a repair shop would give someone. My car has been making this noise for at least 2 months, and frankly I am very nervous to drive it (which is why I brought it in in the first place). And on top of it all, there is grease all over the drivers side floor mat.

They fixed my flat tire at the very last hour they were open, very nice people and good quick service!

If you are a female coming here alone, beware! They will assume you know nothing about cars and try to get extra money out of you. I came in with a nail in my tire. They said it was not repairable; it was too close to the shoulder. I would need a new tire, which would cost $143. I called my husband, who immediately told me to leave and take it to Big Bear Tire. Sure enough, the guy there said it was absolutely fixable and had it repaired in 15 minutes!

Extremely frustrated with our experience here. Made two attempts to utilize their services because it is very close and convenient and both ended poorly. A simple oil change and vehicle inspection lead to multiple recommendations that another mechanic said werent necessary. They also claimed to have run some tests and inspections that we later found out we paid for but they didnt actually complete. I would not trust this location at all.

I took my Nissan Altima needing a couple of things fixed. John and his team were very helpful in prioritizing what needed to be fixed first and what can limp another few months or so. They were trustworthy and didnt feel like just a money grab. Definitely bringing our other cars here.

I brought one of my Volkswagens here to have 4 tires put on. Everything was fine. Price was fine. Service was fine. But while I was standing outside I heard one of the mechanics say something about stripping a bolt. Which sparked my interest since he was working on my car. He made both managers aware of the situation as well. And they literally let me dr be away with on of my lug nuts stripped and sitting on the passenger seat. So irresponsible. So dangerous. And these guys have no integrity. It’s a shame. They’re close and convenient but can’t trust them at all to do good work and be honest about issues. I know he slammed that lug nut on with an impact without hand threading it first. That’s how these things happen. And it’s not the end of the world at all. But it could very well be if you don’t tell a customer you put their car together with missing hardware! 😐

Over all I have had a good experience at this location. Today was the exception. They suggested that my vehicle needs a brake job and new spark plugs. I literally just replaced the breaks pads less than a week ago and the spark plugs have less than 10k miles. Make sure you are not being sold services you dont need!!

I’ve had issues time and time again with Ewald Kia raking me over the coals with their crazy service prices, and not only did Bryan and his team beat them by a mile, they did an absolute terrific job explaining to me what needed to be done. I would recommend Bryan and his team and day of the week!
