I have been coming here for a while now. Lili and Jimmy are amazing. The photo below is both their work from 2 weeks ago. (Jimmy did the art, freehand!)Both really know what they are doing!Jimmy is quite a bit faster but Lili like to go slower, take her time and enjoy conversation with you.They also just added a receptionist which will help in making reservations!

This is my new place and I’m staying here for good.I had Ashley and absolutely love her. She knows what she’s doing and is very good! Also love the communication inside unlike other places I’ve been to

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon closer to home. I was hesitant to get my nails done here because of the previous reviews, however, I stopped in today and I am very happy with my no chip. The male employee did my nails, he was gentle and fun to talk to. My manicure looks great, I usually find something to criticize whenever I get my nails done but I can honestly say this manicure is perfection. This place might be my new go-to.

Walked in for a full set. He made an effort to get the length and shape perfect. Very personable. Expected to be underwhelmed based on other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I recommend giving them a try.

Terrible polish job. I will never go back there. I was in a pinch and needed a mani/pedicure. It was so bad I asked the technician for the bottle of polish because it was such a sub-par job. And it took forever! Poor service. Terrible. Do not waste your time!

Absolutely phenomenal salon! I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is beyond amazing, they have everything from your standard pedicure to a more luxurious one, which let me tell you is worth every penny. Ashley is fantastic at what she does, so very detailed each and every time. Jimmy is just as great, the designs he can do are nothing short than astounding. Highly recommended, a hidden gem within the mall.

Came in a little hesitant but they took care of me right away. Very friendly and nails came out perfect from the color to the shaping. Unlike most places, my person was very gentle and the outcome was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this to other people.

My nails were perfect! Normally I get into my car,inspect my nails and see many many things I am unhappy with but my nail tech, she was amazing ! I’ve never been so happy with a full set of acrylics before !! ❤️❤️❤️

Wish there was a negative star option! Terrible customer service! Unsanitary. Far from neat. Overall horrible experience. I didn’t like the way I was being treated but I stayed because I was preparing for my baby shower at the last minute so I didn’t have much of an option. Very overpriced yet unprofessional. I would never recommend this place and I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.

Me and my Aunt went here and our nails came out perfect! The other reviews are unlike my experience they where very nice and polite my acrylics where just as I wanted them to be!

Love this place been coming here for 6 years. They always do a great job on my no-chip Manicure.

Felt like her attention was elsewhere. She kept filling my skin with my nails.

My husband and I brought our daughter here on her 5th birthday to have her nails painted while we were shopping through the mall. We walk in on a Wednesday afternoon and there was not one person in the salon, no customers or employees, it was empty. After less than a minute, a lady walks out from the back. We kindly ask to have our daughters nails painted and she tells us it going to be a 30 minute wait! I looked around us, again as there as not one person in the entire salon, Im sure I looked appalled. She blankly stared at us and reiterated that it was going to be another 30 minutes even though her and another employee (she talked to the employee by this time) were there with no customers. We told her we would go elsewhere. She just walked away. I havent always had the best service there, but this was the icing on the cake. We WILL NOT be going back, convenient or not.

I left in tears. I had a No chip done. My nail technician left them patchy, you can see areas where the nail polish is thin. She also failed to sanitize her equipment even though she had just finished doing somebody elses nails. She also failed to clean and remove my cuticles. I wish I hadnt paid for them because they were not worth $35, I just wanted to leave asap.

I went to Red Nails during the beginning of the month to get acrylic nails with two friends. They left our nails all bumpy, 2 days later two of my friends nails fell off. The nails on my left hand werent the same length as the nails on my right hand. I called to see what they could do. I went back a week after and the lady that had done my nails kept making up excuses so she wouldnt have to fix my nails. It was awful. Not worth it.

WORST NAIL SALON I have ever been to! Avoid at all costs! The owner is the most rude inconsiderate inflexible man. He yelled at me in front of everyone. How humiliating!!!!! In tears. Wonderful mall but awful customer service at this nail salon!!!!!!!!

Please don not patronize the business they dont speak englishand they messed my nails and feet no chip got them done at 2pm and the polish came off by 7pm the same day and didnt refund my and acted like they could not under stand english when I called and hung up the phone and called secruity when I got there

Walked in to get nails done, receptionist was half asleep.. 1 technician doing a pedicure and no one else in shop... was told they couldnt take me... this is yet another reason I despise this mall.

Pedicure was fine. Space could use an update.

MUST READ!!!I went in to Red Nails with the attempt to treat myself to a pedicure and full set, gel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jimmy who was very friendly as times before.He asked me to wait a few minutes for another nail tech to arrive. An older man did my pedicure, that Im very pleased with. Then, I was referred to another younger man, Minh (not sure of the spelling), for my full set.I was feeling great about being able to do this for myself because like other moms, put my kids before my wants. Ill admit my hands were looking a bit rough, so I was really looking forward to the service.Unfortunately, displeased is an understatement. Minh did a lot more talking than placing concentration on the service he was providing. Dont get me wrong, I do enjoy a good conversation. I was particularly interested in his e-commerce business with cell cases, but in hind sight, I almost wish that I hadnt invested into the conversation. Why? Because when I noticed I had dry glue all around my fingers and that the shape of some of my nails were not asymmetrical, (not to mention he didnt ask me what shape I wanted before he clipped away), Minh carelessly said, Oh, thatll eventually fall off. Just dont peel it off. It was then that I realized that I had aimlessly given that notion that we were more than consumer and technician and it was why he was so irresponsible and unprofessional.I have had my nails done before, with Angela at Magic Nails on Kingery in Willowbrook, and each time she has provided such a great service - beautiful and clean.From my experience, I know that I should not be walking out with my hands looking rougher than they looked coming in. As I walked to my car with tears in my eyes, I wondered what compelled me to leave a more than appropriate tip? Youre probably wondering why I was crying. Because I rarely treat myself this way. As a mother, I am always catering to my kids and my husband. I dont have much time alone to relax and simply do something for me and when I finally did, it felt like a complete waste.Every experience is different, just be warned.

They are not the same people they had in the past. Much better now!!!!

Went in for a regular manicure. Nails were left bumpy. And nail polish was outside the nails. I was very dissatisfied with the job they did.
