Great experience from start to finish! Was given a quote and several options. Candy made great recommendations and answered all our questions. When we called back to schedule she applied for the permit right away, and called us with a date as soon as that came back. The installers showed up on time and were great! Randy explained how to work the unit, how to call for inspection, etc and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. We had several quotes before going with All Weather and are so happy we chose this company!

I had an electrical fire in my existing air handler and had to have the entire system replaced and the ducts cleaned. The guys that performed the work were great! They arrived early, were respectful of my house and the people in it. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up on their way out. The office staff was fantastic and assisted me with financing options. Overall I am very impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

We just had a complete split system install done today by Chris, and randy. They did an amazing job, was very proficient, and knowledgeable. They called with a 30 minute arrival time, and was on the dot. Hard to find good quality workers, and these two were definitely professional about their jobs. Never have I ever had an issue with All Weather. We use them for Commercial and Residential projects and we use them personally for any issues we have. They are responsive, and very knowledgeable of their profession. Recently I had Eddie help me at a house where the A/C just stopped working. I was recommend to use All Weather by a co-worker who had used them recently for a new ac unit. I called them, and within 5 minutes of talking to them, they had given me a total out the door price, and a scheduled date for the new unit to be installed. They gave a fair price, with a quality unit (Lennox) and showed up as promised. Good company.

We used All Weather due to the great reviews on Google, so after receiving great service ourselves we felt compelled to share our experience. We needed 2 new AC units installed and All Weather Heating & AC installed them with a great team of guys that were both professional, and customer service oriented. They efficiently installed 2 units inside & out, replaced the old grills and cleaned our duct system all in one day. I would recommend them to family and friends. Happy customer here!!

Amazing company, they were early and the tech Zack was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the source of the leak, fixed it and I’m back up and running and have time to save for a new system. I had called a local company before All Weather and they never searched for the source of the leak, told me I needed a new $6,000 system that day. My uncle uses All Weather all the time for his rental properties and called them for me and I am so happy he did!

We have a 11 month old baby and I was just getting off work at 8pm over a hour away from home and my wife called and said the air conditioning isn’t working and our thermostat said 81!!! I called All weather and they answered the phone right away and had somebody to my house by 830. Ron came by and was a pleasure to work with!!!! Liked Ron so much we signed up for a service plan with them as well. I will make sure to always request Ron. Thank you!!!

What a amazing experience I had with Luis, Charles as they carefully proceeded it to protect my furniture as they totally clean my Air-conditioning ducts. They also add it insulation to my attic. What a fantastic job this gentlemen did on restoring they wonderful quality of breathable air inside my home.I highly recommend them for cleaning your air conditioning ducts.

Have used All Weather when I lived in the Shores (over 10 yrs with All Weather) moved to another county & then moved back to Ocala. Came home from work had ac set but felt super hot - 91 degrees inside - was blowing out hot air instead of cool - called All Weather (in a panic) they had Heath (AC TECH) here within an hour. Fixed it - even tho a simple fix, the response time, customer service, knowledge & all the above was superior! I highly recommend them big time!!! Im back with ALL Weather!!! Thank You

Spoke to Candy. Gave me all pricing over the phone. Also explained everything dealing with my insurance company. And gave me a deal for them to service my indoor unit. The older guy they sent. I liked him. Quiet. And you could tell he knew what he was doing. ( didn’t get his name though) he installed my ac unit. Tell him thanks. My inside unit had a leak that night. They sent Eddie and no charge cuz they were there earlier. Eddie was very nice. I appreciate this company! All Weather Heating and Cooling is by far the best company I have ever dealt with, hands down. Their service technicians are always prompt and courteous, and the support staff in their office is such a delight to work with. I recommend giving them a call for all your heating and cooling needs. You will not be disappointed with their results.

I have a rental property in Ocala, the AC stopped working and I called All Weather to come out. I was told I needed to replace the capacitor and the power connection, total cost was $373. Since I was not there I felt I had to trust the service guy. I was very surprised when I asked my tenant how long they were there, and she said 20 minutes. I called a few times to complain, was told I would get a partial refund by Gerry the manage, but that never happened, I would recommend anyone using this company to make sure they are watching the technicians while they work. I will never use this company again.

All Weather has serviced my unit for over 5 years and they have always been dependable and fair. The owner and staff has bent over backwards to make certain we had air, even on the weekends. I just purchased a new gas furnace system from All Weather, replacing my old 1983 system. The price was great and I saved over $150 on my first electric bill. Considering how hot it has been this summer, I was thrilled. Five stars to All Weather for outstanding customer service and excellent products.

Honestly dont even want to give them one star. After charging me $129 over the phone for a new contract they had to reschedule a basic maintenance service 3 times. Once because it was raining. Second time they were short on techs. Then third time the tech just didnt show up. Now I want my money back and they wont return my phone calls.

Ron did a very thorough job inspecting and servicing our air handler and condenser unit during our yearly service. The condenser was starting to turn green from algae and he cleaned it to new looking and removed all debris from inside. He did everything from cleaning the coils to making sure electric connections were tight. He left us with a recommendation to dump two cups vinegar, followed by two cups of hot water through the drain pipe monthly to make sure it doesnt get clogged with algae (clogging would cause a backup and water damage).

This company was awesome!! I called another a/c company who told me my a/c was not repairable due to a leak and tried to sell me a new unit. Then, I contacted All Weather and they had a technician out at my house within the hour. The found the problem, fixed it and I now have a/c. The cost was reasonable and they didnt try to pressure me into buying a new unit, unlike the prior company. Five stars for an awesome job by All Weather.Lynn

All Weather is a company that is quality conscientious and truly cares about the work that is being given to their customers. Recently I Had An Occurrence of not receiving the best quality that I was paying for. This was detected by All Weather doing a Quality Check up on their employees. This was impressive that a company cared enough to check on the type of service their customers ARE RECEIVING. All Weather also reassured me that if ever I have any doubts or concerns with any type of workmanship, repair or service to call immediately. The issue was CORRECTED, and I received a FREE MAINTENANCE CLEANING. Definitely 5 star company, thats why Ive been with them for approx. 10 years.

These guys are great! From the office staff, to the installers, these are top notch professionals. They fixed and maintained our old unit for over a year. Then we lost our AC in July and they had us up and running in a few days. The new Rheem 18 Seer with Eco Net is fantastic and has saved us more than $100 a month in cooling costs. Terrible service and rude. They have had to come out several times to tend to my consistently breaking ac they installed and they want to be rude to me as if I am causing them strife. Grow up! Pay someone else to actually fix my ac and you wont have to keep coming out!

Bought a top of the line Lennox system and they even upsold me to an air purification system. Never told me to fence the unit, never told me to use cheap filters on the air intake to make their super expensive filters last longer. Then less than a year after buying the unit they charged me a service call and wanted me to pay $400 plus dollars when the outside unit failed. These folks have no problem taking your cask and no problem offering no customer service after. If you expect to be treated fairly then look elsewhere.

All Weather Air installed a new unit for me in 2010. They have serviced this unit for four years now. This morning it failed and they were out to my house in a matter of hours to service the unit and replaced a fan motor. It was cold here today and now we have heat. The service that we have received . from this company is super . I give this company five stars. Thank you All Weather.

Was going to get a.c. checked this year and remembered All Weather . Last year they came and put blower unit in furnace that went bad. Charged me over $1300 . Talking to others found out blower motor wasnt even $400. That means they charged me over $900 for less than 2 hours work. Never again will I call them or refer them to anyone. People be ware of this companys practice.

Crooked people. Should have gone after them in court (I have all papers from a good company who SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG.)1. Home HVAC inspection prepurchase. First time using did not work. All Weather Ed said was this, then that, then thermostat. $$ Still did not work. Called another company who SHOWED me the three VERY important problems I watched him open the outside unit and stood by him observing. All Weather NEVER EVEN LOOKED OUTSIDE!! They even installed 1lb too much freon, which they wanted to charge me another call fee plus $60 to remove what THEY PUT IN TOO MUCH!!2. All Weather installed mini split. Didnt heat work. Again, Ed - blamed MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM! He was on phone for three days with Fusitsu- he didnt have a clue what he was doing. I requested another tech after talking with Fusitsu myself. They sent another mother board. Second tech installed. Worked. Was MY ELECTRICAL, EH ED???3. Now need ac. Water all over inside flooring. I no longer wanted All Weather to come out- they are crooks. Thieves. Had different company. Mini split was installed incorrectly. Drain hose CLIMBED UPHILL! Obviously could not drain. Also outside drain line at wrong angle. Clogged because water could not drain. I called company about these problems when found out. Woman who answers phone, Ill look in to it. Never a response. I was caring for a terminially ill family member so did not have time to go to court. I had written documentation. This company is crooked, thieves. Never use them. They are incompitant and crooks. (Using different email now so name will not match customer list).

Dec 15, 2010 ALL WEATHER quoted me $900 to basically replace the heating system . But I just had some work done a month prior so I was skeptical. On a recommendation I called A.C. Dunrite and mentioned nothing of All Weathers quote. He tested the unit and gave me a quote. I then questioned him with regards to the multiple failures that All Weather claimed. So, he SHOWED me theyre were no such failures. I did need to replace a heating strip however and another minor fix..In the end it cost me less than $150 to use A.C. Dunrite instead.

Had a terrible experience with All weather heating and cooling. I called them up to check a rental A/C that was blowing warm air. Turns out it ran out of freon. Needed to add 8lbs of freon and a $139 service fee totaled $439.I asked the tech Luis over the phone if that was it, just add freon and we are good to go? He said yes. Ok so I told him go ahead.I also posted online asking if the fee was high, as I dont know anything about a/c. Feedback posted asked me if they found the leak. Losing 8 lbs of freon there must be a pretty good lweak in system. I called back and asked about the leak test and the reply was the tech said I refused the leak test. I replied I was never offered a leak test and didnt even know about it til someone in the ac business asked. Why would I spend $439 and not do a leak test? Doesnt stand to logic or reason.The lady rep from All weather mentioned they might have to charge for another visit and I objected, which they eventually sent Luis back out to test for a leak. Low and behold they found a leak, so my $439 was wasted right out the window a week later when freon ran out.My tenant even called up the office to complain about how rude and unprofessional Luis was which fell on deaf ears.This company is shady at best. they are claiming I refused a leak test, and that they knew the system had leaks in it, and yet they filled with freon anyway which is against the law and EPA regulations.The tech Luis lied, and the company backed him up anyway and tried covering up his lies. I have a complete time stamp of my online discussion regarding my experience with them. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that can provide a professional service. There is so much to question about their ethics and practices I could write a short book just on my experience alone. Avoid thAll Weather heating and Cooling at all costs.

Ac guy just left had the same exact experience the whole time just wanted to sell me a new unit wasnt interested in anything else told me I wouldnt be worth replacing coil said if I replace the free auto would just leaked out never even offered me a leak test this place is a Dishonest you interested in selling you new units establishment dont call before trying to sell you a new unit they should offer a leak test they dont want to do a leak test if $99 plus the service fee which is 99 lazy I will never call here again this place is horrible Im $99 less waiting for another local AC guy to come in to do a leak test when I confronted this AC guy to do a leak test he says well yeah sure I could do one but why would you more than likely its the coil and then again trying to sell me another new unit they got a quota to make thats all they care about.
