The estimate was detailed to me in a 1 hour conversation, explaining the major points of the new system and the experience Belleview has had with different manufacturers. That compares to 2 minutes from most of the other companies. The two gentlemen who did the installation were friendly, professional, fast and did a great job cleaning up from the major work. It couldn’t be done any better. The new system, with the variable speed fan is so quiet, I barely know it’s on.

System was installed in a timely manner.Fan motor failed within 2 weeks and was replaced as soon as the new motor arrived. Everything else is top quality.

First impressions mean alot. The tech who came out to give me an estimate didnt measure my room, didnt have a pad and pencil, and fought with me over where I wanted the split A/C unit installed in my Lanai!My concerns were the cost, and he gave me 3 ballPark prices which varied by as much as $700! He even recommended a ridiculous location for the placement of my unit (probably based on ease of installation!)Tried to up sell to larger unit, despite my knowledge of the unit sizes and their efficiency! I asked that he work up 3 or 4 prices based on the different size units and asked him to email me the estimates. He literally ran out the door, and then I realized he didnt have my email address!Needless to say I never heard back from them, and glad I didnt. If you have knowledge of hvac and installation, you wont get taken by outrageous sales and inflated estimates. Sharpen your people skills, listen to the customer and bring a tape, pencil and pen! Look professional and act professional.

I normally call and get three quotes but luckily I called Belleview Heating and Air first. After meeting Lee, whom my family calls Mr. AC, we knew we didnt need to call another company. This type of company is rare, one you would only see in a movie these days. They stand by their word, their work, communicate well, always show up on time (if not early), and the guys Lee sent were such hard working, professional family guys that I will recommend and use this company as long as I live in central Florida. You really cant get a better company then this and other companies should model their buisness plan of honesty and putting customers first.

They came out & did an estimate on a Tuesday and Thursday morning were here with everything installing the new A/C system. We also had to have 2 new returns run the entire length of our home, which required being under the house for hours in the dirt & heat. The entire crew was professional and AWESOME! Belleview was professional in both their AC estimate and later install of our new AC. They were on time, worked tirelessly all day and left with everything cleaned up. They do not stand behind their warranty on parts do not call them after talking to the office time and time again was charged for a service on a check of my ac 2 months later unit broke down after repair from another ac company i was informed by this ac company and I myself eye witnesses that when the panel on my ac unit was opened to check and repair my unit the unit book was still inside of the panel covered in bug dropping still in plastic bag so in order to the service the right way on ac unit this book would of had to be removed it was in my and the other ac tech that no one had been in this panel so I was charged 115.00 for nothing so it is in my opinion if you have anyone from this company work on ac unit you best stand right over the tech back to make sure you get what you pay for

I have used this company to service my ac unit. They have always been great. This week my AC finally died. So I chose them do my new AC system install. They have done a wonderful job and I would recommend them to others as well. There were some problems with the new unit and they worked through it. The employees of this business are diligent, and pleasant people.

And when the manufacturer could not supply the part(s) in a timely manner I believe that Belleview took strong action to force the manufacturer to make the situation right. When time came for the repairs to be made their installation crew was superb. I had Belleview come out and re-position a thermostat for me a few days ago and they did a great job. I was scheduled for an appointment right away and the guys who came over were clean and mindful of my house.

We were referred to Belleview Heating & Air by our tree guy a year or so ago. We had an older unit that was not only noisy. but took up a ton of space and caused our electric bill to be extremely high. It would range between 500 and 800 dollars, depending on season. Belleview came and replaced this unit with two units, and now we can keep the temperature exactly where we want it without having to worry about breaking the bank. Our electric bill doesnt even reach 500 dollars now. Thank you so much!

I was out of town for sometime. While I was gone my a/c unit died. I got 3 estimates but did nothing.Wasnt able to stay in the house when I arrived home since it was too hot . Had a warranty service call. Technician had to leave and travel for an hour to pick up the part. Belleview Heating & Air charges for his travel time, not just the service call time. The Technician (Curtis) was very courteous and professional. Dawn and Sherry were the issue.Think twice before dealing with this non-customer friendly business.

I have had to deal with contractors in the past that do a job and leave a huge mess behind. Not with Belleview Heating and Air, they clean up whatever mess they make, you wouldnt even know that they were ever there. They have a great staff, very hard workers.

I had a different HVAC provider before and finally gave up after it took them two separate trips to figure out that I had water dripping from my AC unit, and I was overcharged. I called Belleview and not only were they able to provide a far more reasonable price, I also enjoyed much faster service.

We purchased our air system from Belleview Heating and Air, and also followed up with the purchase of a maintenance call that promised no after hours charge to respond after hours, as part of our tune up/maintenance (performed approximately 3 weeks ago). Today, while we were out of town, our house-sitter called and advised the air system had stopped working, We called Belleview Heating and Air at approximately 5:15 pm, and were told the 2 service technicians they had were already on calls and they do not schedule calls after 7:30 pm. When I understood that they provided after hours service, I did not think the cut=off for service would be 7:30 pm. With animals in the house, and the temperature climbing so quickly, it was an emergency for us. We were told that the soonest they could get to us would be between 2pm and 5pm the following day. So much for being prioritized with our maintenance agreement. Best advice- STRONGLY research the ability of a company to back up their service agreement and prioritization promises. We called a new Company and they responded within 2 hours. I was amazed with how we were greeted when we called Belleview Heating and Air for the service call- no doubt they are frazzled trying to manage a heavy summer load of work, but as customers, we were frazzled by the emergency- being out of town with animals and an elderly person in the home with no help for them- we were pretty frazzled too. At least this lesson was learned BEFORE we purchased the new emergency unit we are getting ready to add.

I did have to call them out a second time, blower motor went out. Received same quality service.
